Best dealership in town! Very friendly and informative without being pushy.

New to JAX. Military transplant.
Let me start off by saying this is not your typical car dealership and I didn't have your typical salesman. From the moment we arrived we met Scott S. And he took us right to the vehicle we had been eyeing   on the net. It was a used Audi that they had priced fair but I quickly realized new or used they treat it like its one of their own regardless. There was no real haggling. They gave my wife exactly what we asked for her trade in and the numbers worked. After all this we still decided to sit on it a day and check out other dealerships in the area. At our surprise Scott was not upset nor did he get an attitude at all. He said he totally understood and that buying a car is a big investment.

The next day we looked at carmax and they wanted us to finance with carmax credit at over 8%. We said that was crazy my wife and I both have credit scores well over mid 700's. We looked at a few other places as well but it felt draining and we were not satisfied at all.

What stuck in our minds was how we were treated by Scott. I felt that if I bought this vehicle from him and needed anything from him in the future it wouldn't be a problem. We went back and before signing anything I told him I wanted the vehicle brought up to my standards. There was some interior work that needed to be done and some touch up on the outside. I figured the sales manager was going to say no or we would have to renegotiate price. Nope, not the case. Scott came back and said everything I requested would be done at no extra cost and he would make sure when I picked up the vehicle it was fully detailed and gassed up.

When my wife and I were ready to sign the papers we were surprised and delighted that Tim the finance guy went out of his way and found us an interest rate of 1.9% . Tim didn't push any particular financial institution on us that was going to benefit the dealership in some way . His goal was to get us the best rate and the lowest payment and that's exactly what he did for us. He's not a bad fisherman either.

Since purchasing the vehicle Scott and I have kept in contact . Anything I've needed for the vehicle he's been there to see it gets done and he always returns it with a little more gas and cleaner than when he picked it up. Yes, I said picked it up. He's driven to my workplace and provided me a vehicle when he took mine to to have serviced.

As long as I live in JAX I'll be making it a point to purchase future vehicles from here. I appreciate the follow up and the fact they stand by their word . I don't like games and they don't play games.  They stand by their products new or used and treat you well.

I bought a used Chevy Trailblazer a year ago from Nimnicht and my experiences from  the sale, to the service, to the follow-up have all been phenomenal.  Polite knowledgeable staff, comfortable, clean waiting areas, free wifi, even a cafe to grab lunch or a snack.  I drive about 20 minutes just to get my oil changed here and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Just bought my new car from them and it was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Scott Shannon was an absolute pleasure to buy from and where in our past experiences we've spent HOURS working on paperwork to "seal the deal", this time we spent maybe an hour tops! All the employees were friendly and welcoming and out of the 10 dealerships we visited in prep to purchase, these guys by far topped the charts!

Very happy. In and out in an hour. Easy trade in and lease.

I have a good amount of mixed emotions with this dealership. I purchased in 2009 a Hummer H3. I absolutely love the vehicle (they stopped making them). My salesman during the purchase was fair and wasn't your typical shady car guy. Young guy can't remember his name but was a Penn State fan.

Anyways I was assigned JC as my service guy. I can tell you he is the sharpest guy in the department and not out to make money of you but avoid everyone else there !

I brought my H3 in 3 times for one issue paid an arm and leg and it never got fixed. I live in st augustine so you are talking 6 hours of drive time for no results. This was all when JC wasn't there.

Being unsatisfied I brought it back when JC was there and JC found the problem very odd. He did his research and needed some time and provided me a Buick to borrow. Come to find out the problem was covered by warranty so I basically paid all the money prior for no reason. Not very ethical if you ask me.

Unfortunately I am not going to write all day the things that have been done wrong to me at this dealership. But I think people need to be aware.

Just recently I had work done and they forgot to screw back on the plates on the bottom of vehicle that allow access to parts of vehicle so the were hanging and dangling.

It always seems to be something , and they don't seem to understand that I live an hour away and can't afford to " just come back."

All in all they need to look out for their customers better . I can buy an h3 or Buick anywhere but what makes me return business is the way I have been treated. I most likely wont purchase here again!
