I was intending to drop off my 2008 Sonata limited for some body work after an unscheduled close encounter with a Mercedes on the Hart Bridge on a Sunday afternoon recently. Didn't know Key Hyundai was closed Sundays. Looking at some new cars out front of the dealership, my wife and I were approached by a gentleman who introduced himself, Richard Rood, a sales rep. He proceeded to open up the dealership and to show us around and answer questions about vehicles and the dealership. We ended up coming back on Monday and purchasing a new 2015 Sonata. The whole experience was unlike any car purchase I've had in the past. Honest. Richard called me Monday afternoon and over the phone quoted me an out the door price that was reasonable and budget friendly. On arriving at Key Hyundai Monday evening with my wife, we did a test drive and signed the paperwork, no further negotiating, no assistant manager, general manager tag team Tom foolery. Richard's phone offer from earlier in the day for the Sonata we had in mind was the final price, no haggling, no stress, no pressure. The process took less than 2 hours, including the test drive. Richard and Key Hyundai have done something I thought impossible by making the car buying experience enjoyable. Many thanks!

Bait and switch. After finding that what was advertised was a demo, and wasting hours being told lies, I walked. This fiasco went to the top and was not rectified. I received no apology from the GM. I wouldn't recommend this place to an enemy (well maybe that).
When will dealers learn? It's not that hard to do it right. Now for years into the future, I will tell anyone that asks, don't do business with these guys. So if you're sitting there and the price keeps going up before your eyes, think back to this. You were warned.

I bought my first car ever from them: a 2015 sonata. I did go in there pretty much knowing what I wanted it was just the fact of walking the lot to find the perfect one. Dale helped us out and didn't pressure us into anything as I was told car salesman do. I got the Sonata worked a little to my budget and walked out the door, well.. not RIGHT out! Dale was awesome, but the people cleaning my car took their time... they obviously have nothing better to do but Dale took care if that also. I would deff go back and buy from them again!

My boyfriend and I just bought a brand new 2014 Hyundai elantra SE from KEY Hyundai and we had a wonderful experience! While we were sure to do our research, Key was by far the most affordable for the car we were looking for in the Jacksonville area. Their price was even lower than the price we got off of . We worked with Albert Walton and he did not hassle us or try to sell us anything we werent looking for. He showed us exactly what we asked for and was able to come through with the exact number we had in mind. We worked with Terri(i think?) for all the closing paperwork like registration and warranty and he was also so great. It was the easiest car buying experience ive had. These are great people and definitely do not fit into the usual car seller stereotypes. It really felt like they were looking out for our best interest the entire time. Thank you Key Hyundai!!! We love our new car!!!

I bought a car here about a month ago, I was told by my sale man he would try to get me a clicker/remote for my car.  He has yet to get me one. It's been a month and I have asked and asked him if he would get me one, and still nothing.  I've spent a lot of money with you guys and I'm very disappointed and frustrated with this!  Every time I open my trunk if my doors are locked the alarm goes off....

I worked with Dusty and the process was a smooth no pressure transaction.  I went in a few times to test drive a few models and finally went with a new Santa Fe.  Easiest transaction ever.  Fair value for my trade in and fair price for their car.

Buying my 2013 Elantra from this dealership was (and continues to be) the worst retail experience of my life.  I was sold a car with faulty brakes (which the dealership knew about 6 months prior), without an owners manual, without a SPARE TIRE (which the OWNER told me was to improve CAFE fuel standards, but I later found to be a LIE because the Elantra GT loaner they let me use had a spare and jack) , and the list just goes on and on and on. Moral of the story is that its too late for me but please , PLEASE do yourself and your family (if you care about their safety) a favor and avoid this dealership at all costs!

We bought two used cars here within three months because we thought the service was great when bought the first car. The second car turned out to be a lemon. It was a Hyundai Tucson and that started making noises and shifting poorly the day after we drove it home. We were told that they were going to "make us right" even though the 100k mile warranty does not transfer to second owners. Their solution was to reset the tranny's learning module so that it "learn" how we drive and presumably shift better. That solved the problem for a week, which is probably what they did to sell it to us in the first place. We brought the truck back three times for this issue. The second time we were told they had completely checked out the vehicle and there was nothing wrong with it. The third, when we came back for an oil change several months later and still experiencing the problem, we were told we needed a new transmission and that they were NOT going to cover it. Instead, the tried to sell us another Tucson with slightly fewer miles. Worse yet, the marked its price several thousand over KBB value and called it the "deal of the summer" and tried to discount our trade-in Tucson for having a bad transmission (which it had when they sold it to us!). We promptly paid for the oil change and brought our vehicle to a transmission place instead. In the end it cost about the same, but I was not going to give another dollar to Key Hyundai. Nor should you, stay away if you don't want to get taken for a ride!

Key Hyundai is a great place to buy a vehicle. They will go through hoops to get you the best deal on a car. After shopping around at other dealerships I eventually came to Key Hyundai,  saw the vehicle I wanted and drove away with it a couple of hours later. It's as simple as that!

Service department at the Hyundai side is very pleasant. They will help you out, and not try to get you to do unnecessary things to your car. Very courteous staff members, and very easy online appointment setter. Highly recommend Key Hyundai for your future service or vehicle purchase.

Ask for Mike Cain at the Hyundai office, tell him I sent you. Easy shopping, great deals, quickest paperwork processing I've ver known to exist! To this day, even after two and a half years I still get a bday card and a "hi hope alls ok with your car" card from this guy!
I never service the car there bc I have loyalty to a different place, but I would if I hadn't. Please share this info with your friends. True epitome of service after the sale.

Dale was the salesperson. As for pressure? Not a bit ."When you are ready to set down and talk I'll be here." We walked in and out three times just looking. Made up our mind on a Santa Fe. Came back and closed the deal. So far so good. I'll keep you posted.
