I worked with Brian Libby at the recommendation of a friend.  It was the easiest car buying experience so far.  Brian was down to earth and a straight shooter.  I also had the chance to work with Carl during our negotiations.  I really enjoyed our conversations together.  All in all, I would return here to purchase...this coming from a guy that lives about 5 1/2 hours away.  Do yourself a favor and give Brian and Carl a shot when you are buying a car.  The experience will be enjoyable, honest, and fun.

They missed the mark on my visit. Despite my revealing up front that my purpose was to obtain info and test drive, a primitive archaic selling approach was attempted which is a big, big, big turn off for me! Listening and adjusting to the customer should be 1st priority & it wasn't on this visit.

It started off well, as I was greeted almost as soon as I exited my vehicle. The salesman sat down with me and I detailed my purpose which was to check out & test drive a Terrain 1st and also get info on a Denali model as well as an Encore. I told him I had already been online and identified a specific vehicle. He came back after over 20+ minutes. He located a vehicle which happened to be the 1 I saw online and was interested in seeing & test driving. His overview, knowledge and showing were excellent and the test drive went well. Upon completion of the test drive it all went down hill. The salesman said he wanted to provide me some info but turned into a pressured sell attempt despite me saying: 1) I was not there to buy today. 2) I had other vehicles to check out/assess 3) The test driven vehicle did not have a sunroof which was an absolute. He kept trying to haggle about a trade-in that I told him I wasn't keen on trading in the first place. The sales manager also focused on that. I told him the focus was off track...plus what they offered was an insult to my intelligence and prior research...it was so low I'd be giving them an excellent condition Lexus GS400 to help them sell me a Terrain. Uhh not only NO but #3[[$ NO!!  

What was meant to be a 45 min to an hour visit ended up over 2 hrs. I told them I had to return to work more than once. I should have just left earlier when we completed the test drive. After all this, they gave me nothing in writing to review and said they would e-mail me the sale offer and lease info. 3 days later and nothing received. For the cherry on top, the salesman called yesterday (after I told him not to call me but use e-mail to communicate)..& had the nerve to ask in his message was there any 1 thing they could have done differently to complete the sale. UGGH! Really? Again, total turn off and lack of customer focus and attentiveness!

I bought a Yukon from Jeremy Kroeger and the experience was great at Key.  We had been shopping online and actually visited another dealer before we ended up at Key.  They responded to my online inquiry right away.  Although they didn't have the exact Yukon that I wanted they were able to get it very quickly. They quoted a price and stuck to it.  No haggling and a very good price! (I did my research). I would definitely recommend Key and Jeremy!!

The customer service at Key Buick GMC on Southside/Gate Parkway was outstanding. The minute I walked up, I received a warm welcome and a polite "how can we help you". Josh Brown helped me out and was not pushy about choosing a car and made sure that what I left with was right for me. I narrowed their large selection of vehicles down to three and as soon as I drove the Buick Encore, I was sold! When I test drove it, Josh was so knowledgeable about the vehicle. While I sat for a bit as we completed the paperwork, we had four employees, including the sales manager Nick, come up and chat with us briefly, asking if we needed anything. They were extremely accommodating, efficient with getting my paperwork completed, and even made sure the car was newly detailed with a full tank of gas. I couldn't have asked for a better experience in getting a new car! THANK YOU TO THE ENTIRE TEAM AT KEY BUICK GMC!

We went to both Hyundai dealers in Jax.  One was an old school, disorganized mess of a dealer and the other was a pleasure to work with.  So we bought the car where we felt comfortable, unpressured and downright happy.  That was Key Hyundai!!!  Super nice staff, no hard sell.  Just down home decent folks making one of the biggest purchases of your life easier to handle with their wonderful attitude and helpfulness.  This is a dealer I will surely return to.
