This place so far is the biggest mistake of my life.  Those commercials are straight BS!  I was a first time automobile buyer and that was probably my first mistake in letting that be known up front.  I told the salesman up front what I was willing to pay.  I told him if there was nothing in that price range then fine, I wouldn't mind waiting til something came along.  He then proceeded to call me back the next day saying they had a Yaris that was perfect for me.  He told me all I had to do was come in that night and it would be ready for me?!??   I guess he didn't think I needed to test drive it or much less look at it.  I told him I would try to make it in after work, he said that was fine.  I got a call maybe an hour later saying it would be best if I waited till tomorrow morning( Which was a Saturday, my day off).   So we both agreed that would be best.  I arrived early the next morning to find that the Yaris had been sold!!!   Mind you me and this salesman last spoke at 9:30pm!!!   How it was sold after hours is beyond me!   But they had a much better car & deal for me he said!  He led me outside and showed me a beautiful 2011 Toyota Camry!   Which was great but as soon as I looked at it I knew this car was going to be much more than I could afford. Of course I was right!  To make this short, after much back and forth they finally convinced me to sign.  The car was about $125 more a month than I could afford but they kept telling me that I made PLENTY of money and I'd be just fine!  Lmao!   Cut to 6 months later and I couldn't afford it!  If you're a first time car buyer walk the other way!

PS:  One of their selling points on this car was that it used to be Keith Pearson's personal car?!   I have a feeling that they bust that one out more than they should

The quality overall with the service department of this dealership was completely dissatisfying. With an appointment set for 12:30pm my boyfriend arrived well ahead of schedule. While it didn't take long for the initial greeting and for them to get the keys for the Tundra it took over 3 hours to have an oil change, new tires and an alignment done. The tech who serviced the Tundra also left tools in the vehicle, which My boyfriend was courteous enough to return to them... However, what if other tools were left behind? It's a much better experience and almost worth the two hour drive into Thomasville Georgia to deal with the Toyota dealer we previously used.

Salesman was basically falling asleep while we were talking to his manager about price, and the manager is a very rude person and neither of them smiled at us once. They just wasted our time barking random numbers and statistics at us for no reason. Also their prices were outrageous. 2000 more than other dealerships for a used Toyota. We were out of there... Ick please give these people some happy pills.

I've had a lot of work done at this dealership. In February I had new tires put on and didn't think to check anything out. In November I went to a different place to have my oil changed and tires rotated. Come to find out, I was missing my wheel lock. I went to  Keith Pierson Toyota and asked them if they would replace it since it was there before and they are the only ones who touched my tires. I was helped right away and not only did they put on a whole new set but they didn't charge me at all. Even though they had no way of really knowing where the wheel lock went and it had been over six months since said incident occurred.  I truly appreciate the service I was provided!! And the staff was VERY friendly.

I recently just bought a car from Keith Pierson Toyota and I wanted to say thank you so much to my sales person Pam! Pam did a great job on getting me the car I wanted that fit in my price range! She was very knowledgeable about my corolla and very courteous about my time that I spent at the dealership. I will definitely recommend Keith PIerson Toyota to my friends and family! And Pam to be their salesperson!

Buying a car can be stressful under the best circumstances. I was really in a pinch recently when my old Honda Accord finally went off to car heaven and I had an upcoming road trip to Dallas planned for a reunion with my frat brothers. I couldn't spend all day negotiating or haggling and Kennedy really understood my situation. After test driving my new Camry and splurging on a few upgrades, I was back to packing up for the trip and ready to roll in style. Would I recommend Keith Pierson Toyota and Kennedy? The five stars speak volumes! In many years when I may need more room for the kiddos, I know where my first stop will be.

I've been to this location twice since moving here. The staff is friendly enough and professional. I didn't buy my car from them. I bought my car from Gatorland Toyota based in Gainesville, Florida. Their layout is very nice. Overall, I'm pleased with their service and I would keep coming back for as long as I own my car.

This place is a JOKE!!! We could never do business with the sales Dept. before. So now we have bought out new Toyota elsewhere. Now I try the service Dept. LOL what a mess! They don't value your time. My SUV is in for a oil change and Was told they would let me know when it's ready. I watch it get pulled out front. So I waited for a few minutes. I then walk in the office of my service persons office to see him sucking down a Red Bull. I said would you mind if I got my car back? He said sure give me a few minutes to process your paperwork. I will not bother going back here again! They are a joke. I was waiting in the sales area at a table and they scream over a loud speaker anytime someone buys a car. It's like a dog and pony show to say the least!

Oil changes and services are only done here at Keith Pierson Toyota since 2003.  They are quick with their oil changes.  Last week, I came close to noon and they quoted me to wait for an hour.  Within 30 minutes, my car is ready.

They have a nice waiting area close to their mini cafe.  Free access to their WIFI too.

It's a dealership so it's ALWAYS going to be more expensive. I've had my '10 Tacoma serviced here for the past 3 yrs.  I haven't really had any problems except for a few times at the quick-lube.
 1) I had asked that I get my tires rotated with my oil change. After waiting about 40mins I got my truck back, only to find out they charged me for the rotation but never rotated them.
 2) I guess they use old oil quarts when they drain off the oil filter and I found that just down the road. Can only imagine if it hit my fan blades.

So after I get my service done I ALWAYS give it a good look over before I drive away.  I also started marking my tires so I know if they actually rotated them. Needless to say when I brought it back they were like oh guess they forgot because they were sooo busy and they corrected the problem.
After the 2 issues I've had I started scheduling all of my maintenance with Joshua and I've had no issues here since since. I've also worked with Walter "Beau" and he has also helped out a lot. If they ever tell you you need your filter or wipers changed I ALWAYS go to the auto store and do it myself. As parts are cheaper and of course no real labor is involved.
They also have a snack-bar with sandwiches and drinks which is kinda expensive and free WiFi to use while you wait.

i normally purchase a car using kelly blue book online system, which lists the car you build, find car dealers near you,get a free quote and get the best deal,in your e-mail,the internet saleman, called,i told him i wanted the price of the prius 2 with all fees and taxes sent to my e-mail,waited for e-mail,nothing,then i received a call from the sales mgr(we don;t do that)went to honda of the aves, got a new honda(Jim Warren) great deal and happy with trade in 5 stars.

I usually hate all things dealership but this place is ok. Got a coupon in the mail for an oil change, took my prized '03 Tacoma in and was done in minutes. Dang! Their parts dept isn't bad either. I guess I'll be going back.

Absolute worst mistake of my life was walking into this place.

I will NEVER ever make that mistake again, and hopefully my experience will help you decide if this is the kind of company you would like to buy a vehicle from.

I was in the market for a Tundra truck, I have never owned a Toyota before and expressed this to the salesperson. after being shown several different vehicles that I had no interest in the salesman finally took me to the Tundras.
I said I was interested in a new Tundra which may be why he was showing other vehicles, as it turned out they had no new tundras on the lot that fit what I was looking for. So he goes on to tell me that I could save THOUSANDS by buying a low mile used Tundra. I found one I liked but there were some issues..all of the ones they had were scratched and dented, but if it was THOUSANDS less I could live with some minor imperfections. They tag-teamed me and got me to sign a contract(shame on me). They insisted that I try and finance through them, I assume to get my name on the dotted line that day. I had said I was going to take a loan out from my Credit Union but was really not ready to buy just yet, but would be within the week after I did some research.
I spoke with three different people salesman, their Finance guy, another finance guy. after going back and forth and them running my credit several times which decreases your credit score. They come back and said they couldn't finance it for less than the max APR % I luckily had stipulated in the contract. to make this long story short they wanted me to pay more for this used truck with dents and scratches than a NEW Tundra in perfect condition that had all the options I wanted.
They tried like crazy to force me to stay with the contract even after I asked to speak to Kieth Pierson as they say they are ready to do at any time and have signage EVERYWHERE in the dealership and was flatly refused. I thought they had me stuck when they got the financing to the MAX apr I had stipulated, I even spoke with the general sales manager at that time was a Lucas Walls. He looked me straight in the face and said he would not forego that contract even with the multiple issues I had with it. (shame on them) in the meantime my credit union came back with with an APR half of what they tried to stick me with. They then called me to say the financing wouldn't go thru unless I paid more down.

   Hmmmmm, That changes the contract!

After all the crap they tried pulling on me, I said heck no. I am on my way now bringing YOUR truck back to you!

That same day I made the purchase of a new Tundra with all the options I wanted , more than the one at Pierson including stepsides!

More truck, Less money. At half the APR... A pleasurable experience in place of the hard sell, ram-rodding tactics that cost keith pierson not just that sale but my lifetimes worth of other toyota sales and I tell everyone I know about my experience there and word of mouth grows exponentially. Anyone that asks, I still have all the paperwork.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Giving Toyota a bad name.

One and a half stars? I mean really...
