I ran into a lot of problems with the sales person. She rarely had answers to my questions, forgot my questions to ask others or told me the wrong thing. First day we went to buy the car, it was not in the lot because I wanted an azurro verde color. It had to come in from Miami, which she told me originally Orlando so 2 days later I had to wait to pick it up. Got there and the car was not cleaned and missing a part of the mirror, which they removed to deep clean the car since it was driven 300 miles. While waiting, she gave me two cards in a plastic bag. When I asked her what they were she did not know. She had to ask another associate who explained what the items were, one to create another key and the other card was to reset my car if the radio or battery was taken out. I asked her how to set the time, she did not know and told me she hadn't even changed the time in her own car...she also has a Fiat. I figured she'd know more about the car since she owned one as well. She proceeded to tell me how they gave me the wrong vin two days ago, so I had to call my insurance company again. She was not the one to help me pair my phone to Blue and Me bluetooth, that was another associate. I left the dealership and got home when I realized she didn't remove my plates. I came back and she only had one of my two plates to my old car and missing the frame. When I asked her where they were she asked "oh you wanted them back as well?" Yes, they were custom plates. When I asked her if I could get a free shirt, she said she would ask her manager. That was two days before I showed up. She did not have the shirts ready, giving me an excuse that she wasn't able to get them out of inventory and I would have to come back in. What! The next day I asked why the car was not tinted and each Fiat I test drove was. She gave me a long story saying I got a basic model and I would have to bring it in so I could show her what I was refering to. Then she appologized and said she got me confused for another client. I did get my Fiat tinted for free after she talked to the manager and when I stopped into the service dept I picked up the shirts, not even in medium like I had asked...she gave me large. I felt bad because she only worked there for 25 days, told us she was working 88 hrs a week, going through a divorce and buying a new house. All of which explains why she was disorganized, but I was not pleased. When I called the next day to see if she received my fax insurance policy that she needed she said "I don't know, I got in at noon." She should have said..."I will check and thank you I needed them." She needs to make time for her clients and follow through. I love my car, but the whole buying experience was a headache. I will not recommend her to anyone. I was so displeased. I expected better from a Fiat dealership. Finance dept, manager and the other sales person were perfect. No issues or complaints with them.
