The best car buying experience I've had.  I hate negotiating a price.  Our sales representative, Carmine Francese, took care of that for me.  I felt as if Carmine was our advocate with the dealership, doing what he could to get us the best deal possible.  We discussed what we wanted, extras/options, specials and incentives being offered, and Carmine came up with a bottom line price that was better than I expected after doing my own homework online.  The trade-in value of my old car was better than I expected also.  No 'if you find a better price we'll beat it', no 'let me check with my manager', just straight up personal attention.  Everyone at the dealership was great, but Carmine was exceptional.  I expect to maintain this relationship for years to come.

Purchased my 2007 Mazda 6 here, in '07. Had mediocre service, but they took care of me and I had the car until it was totaled (sept. 2014). It was my first Mazda and I loved it. Went in on 11/28/14, to consider a 2014/2015. Walked out a few hours later with a pretty good deal on a 2015 Mazda 6. Mike S. was great. From start to finish he answered every question, explained everything and made sure I was satisfied with the final price/product.

I'm in today to have a minor scratch buffed out (on car at time of purchase) and ask about the iPod connectivity. The software hasn't been updated to accommodate ios8, but we hooked it up via Bluetooth. He also delivered the car to my house last night because I had my original car, but didn't have a second driver.

Everyone was great and I love the changes they made to the sales floor.

Took my mazda here for service and had replacement of tires. Joe was my service advisor and communicated with me all the way. The seating area is neat and clean and even has a nicely decorated childrens play area. They have fresh donuts for you and they also wash your car for free. I didnt know they also service all other cars.   The customer service here is so awesome!  I will be bringing my my toyota here due to awful with Toyota.  They have a special on tires buy 3 get the 4th for $1. And they gave me paperwork for rebate. Totally awesome.

Horrible experience.  I was in the market to buy a Mazda 6 touring with tech package, which I eventually bought at tom bush.  So working with "Charlie" who after leaving voicemails, texts and two calls to the sales manager finally calls back (the second call was to tell them to forget it).. Says the best they can do on a 3/36 lease is $419 and the best the could do with car sales price was $200 off MSRP.. Give me a break! Why not just tell the customer you don't want their business. Managed to buy the EXACT same car from Tom Bush for $2k less and lease for  the mid $200 per month with nothing due but first months payment.  Not only will I NEVER service my car at Duval Mazda which is much closer to my home, but I work for a large company in town and will tell anyone in the market to go to Tom Bush for a Mazda.

Go to Duval Mazda for poor customer service and people who like to waste your time and seemingly think they are the only game in town.

We were a potential customer for Duval Mazda; however, when we contacted their sales team to match a price of another dealership, a sales representative responded with a very unprofessional email turning us away immediately. We drove to another dealership a few days later and purchased a brand new 2014 Mazda CX9. Duval Mazda has no customer service! They are rude and their car prices are not competitive with other dealerships. They were selling this exact model for $4k more than we bought it for (same options, etc).
I also ended up writing a comment on their FB page and they deleted it without any sort of correspondence or apology for their lack of customer service. I would strongly advise to stay away from this dealership.

Below is the email we received from a Duval Mazda representative:
"....might be selling a White Mazda CX-9 GT. But we're selling ours for 35,107, which is about 500 over invoice. Now if i were you I would run down there and buy a few myself. But do you really think they would sell a car for the Outrageous price? I think not."

Disappointed in the oil-change service! When we bought our Mazda CX-9 we were told that we would get $19.95 oil chance service at Duval Mazda of the Avenues for the life of the vehicle. SCAM! When we brought in the vehicle for an oil change we were told that the price for an oil change is $29.95 and they would NOT honor their original promise.  Unfortunately for us, we did not have this in writing.  Disappointed by Duval Mazda of the Avenues!

I bought my Mazda in 2010 from Duval Mazda.  I hate-hate-hate the car buying process and dealing with service because my lack of knowledge makes always afraid of bring ripped off.   The sale was fine - no high pressure, decent price, etc.  Since I bought my car, all of the service has been through this dealership and they've been great.  I usually deal with Kevin who has fit me in for a quick oil change a few times.   They're pretty accurate with the length of time to service the car, gave me a courtesy ride when I needed it, and hooked me up with coupons.  They'll even run the car through a courtesy wash so it's nice and clean when I leave.  Seriously, this dealership has been great to me and has earned my loyalty.
