The Duval difference is legit! Great facility, personnel and customer service. I went to get information and test drive and received more. Almost immediately upon driving in and parking I was met by Jesus and the near VIP type treatment began. He welcomed me, asked of the purpose of my visit, and ushered me in.  

During my visit I was given an overview of the Duval difference, services, a tour of the facility, beverages and offer of snacks, very informative vehicle presentations/test drives, and a detailed assessment of a potential trade-in. They went above and beyond! They perform a 2 way comparison trade assessment and give you the value of the higher assessment on your trade. They don't give you a low ball figure and additionally will purchase your vehicle whether or not you buy 1 of theirs! I noticed other employees were engaging and friendly...that points to proper training and management. Also they have a no haggle approach on vehicle purchases and provide discounts and such up front.  Free car washes for life of vehicles purchased is part of the ongoing service they provide in addition to 1 or more oil changes included. They have a large selection of vehicles and will research to get what is wanted if a particular in stock vehicle doesn't meet a customers needs/desires.

Duval Acura sets the standard and an outstanding model for other dealerships to follow.  If you're in the market for a quality vehicle and want outstanding service then check them out. Strongly recommended! For new car purchases, ask for Jesus Montero. He'll treat you as a customer should be treated.

I recently purchased an brand new vehicle from Duval Acura, and my experience was horrible. Phil the finance manager was beyond rude. My husband and I came in the dealership around 7 to purchase our new vehicle, and Phil practically rushes us to the point where we did not feel comfortable through the process. We could clearly tell he was irritated and was ready to go home. He was obnoxious and showed no care for how we felt. I even got up and told him I didn't want the vehicle anymore because of his attitude' and his response was "ok".... really??? Wow! His customer service was so poor I contemplated the whole weekend if I should return the vehicle within the 48 hour refund period, because I didn't feel as though this dealership should receive my business due to his poor communication and customer service skills. The only reason I didn't return the car is because I've been searching for that vehicle for awhile now, and no other place nearby had it in stock. I definitely will not be recommending this dealership to anyone as long as Phil is there.

Took my Acura here. I usually see Arike, he is wonderful, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.  I like it because they are not pushy trying to sell you all the time.  Merrick took care of us last time and he was also wonderful.

I've dealt with a lot of car companies over the last 30 years but Duval Acura blows them all away.  They run a class act over there.  Their service dept is THE BEST, bar none.  The experience always exceeds my expectations, and their prices are excellent.  Sales team very professional too.  On my third vehicle with them. This review is for service.

Great customer service. Tells you the prices up front. Cozy chairs. Free coffee and snacks. Free iPads to use while you're  waiting, you just have to ask for it at the cashiers desk. Oh, and I find that every Acura dealership offers free car wash with any service.

I have never had a such a pleasurable experience buying a car as when I purchased my wife's new MDX at Duval Acura.  The salespeople are friendly and knowledgeable.  Their one price strategy eliminated all the haggling and negotiating.  Acura is a great car and this dealership is the best I have ever dealt with.
