I bought my car here about 2 years ago. Since then it's had at least 2 routine maintenance check up and oil changes. The service department is nothing but amazing. They are helpful friendly and above all fast! Even on the busiest day I know that I can come back within a few hours to get my car. They have a wonderful waiting area complete with free beverages and snacks.
They never charge me for fluff I don't need and they always make sure to give me a full run down of the costs and any future costs that may be required.

Purchased a preowned vehicle nearly a month ago. The process started well enough, but the moment they received payment all communication stopped. It took three weeks and countless phone calls and emails to get the title - and in that time not a *single* or email was returned.  Basically, for three weeks I was stuck with a car I couldn't register or drive, since I didn't have the title, and they totally sat on it.

For all I know the delay might have been normal. The fact is they left me in the dark, didn't return calls/emails, and left me to founder.

Where do I start? I don't want to complain, I just want to say that I walked in ready to order a 2015 limited highlander and they made me reconsider by the way they acted.

Customer service is lacking, severely. When asked to tell us what financial incentives there were, the agent and the manager disappeared to discuss and 20 mins later, we had to find them to say we are leaving.

Sales agents- how do you not have a brochure for the car you are selling? How do you not ask if we want some water or anything if we express to you, we have been car shopping all day? Also, how and why do you say to a customer... Oh you didn't talk to another agent here did you because I DON'T want to split my commission. Are you serious?

Boom! I am not buying a car from you guys. I would rather split my commission and get a sale and a customer for life than come across like this. Wow!

Now look at the review that I did for Lexus and tell me you didn't walk my deal to them and a surprise deal with it. So 2 sales for brand new cars went elsewhere because you can not keep it professional.

Had a great experience there, the sales guy Philip was awesome, really knowledgeable and approachable and wasn't going to sell me something out of my price range. He really worked with me a lot and talked me through the whole car buying process. I highly recommend him for anyone looking to get a car. Overall, had a great experience there, they'll definitely be keeping my business for a long time!

My family has been working with Erik for maintenance of all of our cars (all Lexus models) for years now. We wouldn't trust them to anyone else.

When the time came for my Lexus to finally go, we decided to get a Toyota. Our sales guy, Nick, was AWESOME, and I highly recommend him. I have never purchased a car before (only leased), and he walked my family and I through the process so we understood exactly what we were buying/the value in different models. He never made us feel pressured, and was very knowledgeable about all of the cars that we looked at. After making the purchase, we met with Mike to complete the sale/figure out warranties. He was also a pleasure to work with, and I'm really happy we went with Coggin for our purchase!

I always take my car to the Coggin Toyota. However, there have been a few times they have blown me away with their quick service! This time, my splash guard popped off and I only waited 30 minutes and they re-clipped it on in record speed and for next to nothing! That was amazing to me! They are the best!

An unexpected accident with my last car meant I needed to do some car shopping. I've never had a brand new car so I had very little idea about the whole car buying experience. My mom recommended checking out Coggin because she bought her last Toyota there. I had done some research prior to the shopping trip and was pretty set on a Corolla.

Yan helped us and was fantastic. He and Luis in the finance department were awesome and really helped me to both stay in budget and get everything I wanted. They could not have been more friendly or personable. I've said again and again I hate doing anything with cars because I often feel like I'm being taken advantage of but they really were willing to meet in the middle.

We were there for a few hours and were offered coffee (they have a keurig machine), cookies, muffins, water, and sandwiches. They have nice, long hours in their service department (7am-8pm M-Th, 7am-7pm F & Sat, and 11am-5pm Sun), a shuttle to take you to work after you drop off your car, an app to schedule appointments, etc.

Overall, the experience was pretty painless thanks to Yan and Luis! I'm thrilled with my car, the price, and the whole experience.

Yesterday I serviced my car and I was really impressed with how streamlined their service department is. The service department is also very spacious and laid out very well compared to their previous cramped location. My service representative was real good in locating the recall repair needed for my vehicle. Kudos to him!!

It took an hour to complete my 15k mile serive plus the recall repair. I'm impressed and will visit Coggin for all my future service of my vehicle!!

Keep up the good work Coggin!!

Today I got my car serviced and it was my first time at their new location. I was very impressed.The campus is huge compared to their previous spot. The service area entrance is a hangar like area that is shaded from the rain and can accommodate at least 20 cars. In the waiting area there is ample seating, 3 50" flat screen TVs, free Wi-Fi and light snacks and beverages. They have Rockstar energy drinks on sale for a modest price of $2. The Wi-Fi wouldn't allow me to stream Netflix on my tablet, but that's expected for a free service to its clients. My only knock is that the restrooms are tiny. The holding area can hold 50 guests comfortably, but the men's restroom has one stall and one urinal. I've went to gas stations with larger bathrooms! Other than that, it was a peasant experience at the new Coggin Toyota at the avenues.

Fantastic service from Erick!  To make a long story short, I came in expecting a huge bill for things that needed to get done and he definitely let me know what needed to get done and what didn't.  Great service!  Make sure ask for Erick Fiorentino!

This place is why people have trust issues with dealership service.

I get a recall notice in the mail. I call the number listed to set an appointment. I'm place on hold almost 3 minutes! (Feels long as hell since I normally only give people 15 seconds before I hang up.) Woman gets online and tells me that she will call me back? Then wtf was I placed on hold?

About 30 minutes later I'm contact by a guy that sets my appointment. I ask him what is the estimated wait time. He tells me up to 45 minutes for the inspection and then they will update me after if they must service the vehicle. Great! I go ahead and schedule an oil change since I have to go anyway?!

On the day of my appointment there's no place to park but I'm asked to park my vehicle. I somehow jam my car in a tiny slot and still walk in almost 10 minutes early to my appointment. I'm asked to wait .. in the waiting room ... forever... before I'm seen. There was a man about to go ape crazy for waiting almost 2 hours for an oil change. There was no order to the waiting room.  I get to the front of the line and told to get back into my car and get into the service line? TF? I was already there and someone told me to go park and go inside!??

I get to the front of the service line and tell the guy my issue. First thing he says - why are you here so late!? The f$%^!!?? I was able to hold my tongue but I'm pretty sure I gave the Hulk face because he quickly asked if I was dropping off or waiting on the vehicle. I had a book in my purse and told him I was waiting. He then tells me that the wait will be a minimum of 4 hours just to inspect the vehicle? The f$%^!!??

No matter what day or time I bring in the vehicle it would be a 4 hour minimum!?

Goes on to say that there are only certain techs that can do the specific inspection and it's best that I make a morning appointment. Why The f$%^ wasn't this stated when I made the appointment? Said they could shuttle me to work if it was within 10 miles - it wasn't. And that I would have to make a second appointment for the oil change. F$%^ THAT!

Not at all impressed with customer service.

I'm having a not so pleasant experience with the service department. After three days of 'working' on my window tint and leather seat installation, I've lost my patience. What's going on? It makes me nervous to see the type of service I get when I come for an oil change.

I went online to their website in search of a use vehicle because I was exhausted from dealing with shady private sellers. I knew I wanted either a Toyota or a Honda, and when I found a toyota for a modest price. I scheduled a visit.

At first, I was treated well and was given ample information about the car, and loved the test drive. I made a deal the same day.

I was giving them the nice, hefty down payment, and was financing the rest through my credit union . The CU worked very quickly to accommodate me; however, at the dealership it was another story.

The finance manager- in front of several office personnel, said loudly that I was putting X amount down in cash loudly. Well, thanks for telling everyone my business.

I would get 2, sometimes 3 calls while at work from the salesmen, asking about when I would pick up the vehicle (I told them I would call them) and when my bank was sending the money (I told them when they faxed the buyer's order, the payment would be sent.)

I asked three times for them to fax the order. My bank gave me 2 fax numbers because the finance manager told me- after a follow up call to him, that the #s were incorrect. I knew they were right. Why not call me or the bank if the number is not working

-- I was in a rental car the whole time, just putting on extra days for them to get this done.---

Mostly, these guys just wanted me to tell me friends about them to try and get more people in the dealership. I was not a person, but a big dollar sign, a commission. I felt cheated out of good experience because buying a car - no matter what the circumstances are in which it is purchased, is a milestone.

I like the car. I do not like the people. Go if you can stick it out with the sales people and you love the car.

EDIT: Oh, the key didn't even open the trunk. You would expect the key to start the car, unlock/ lock the doors, and open the trunk. I asked about getting it repaired for free. The salesman said, "Well, you bought the car as is..." I asked if he could ask his supervisor and call me the next day. He said he would get back to me.

I have yet to here from him.

The WORST service experience I can imagine.  It was so bad I thought I was in a movie.  

I bought a new Toyota there (the sales department was good and went out of their way to help me) but when I took my new car there for its first service I was shocked at how awful it was.  Here's what happened to me:

1- They didn't use the recommended (synthetic) oil
2- The guy lied to me about what he did. I returned the following week to get this corrected
3- The woman at the counter explained what he really did
4- The manager never returned my three calls

This Yelp is about the USED CAR DIVISION of Toyota as the new cars is a totally separate building at the same location.

When I was compelled to purchase a used high mileage car, I was incredibly narrow minded and kept the options only open to Toyota, Honda and Nissan.

So, having great experiences with multiple purchases with Coggin Nissan I naturally hit their lot up first.  As much as they wanted to get me into one of their cars in inventory, they just didn't have quite what I was looking for.  

Poo...I really would have preferred to stay at Nissan in my customer service comfort zone.

Across the street was the used car lot for Coggin Toyota.  I perused the lot and, as expected, a salesman frantically rushed out to access my needs.  We walked the lot further together engaged in used car chit chat and there I found a little Honda to my liking.  I still had another vehicle lot to stop at so I wasn't going to commit here at Toyota just yet.  Before I could head to the next stop I begrudgingly walked into the Used Sales office with the salesman.  Suddenly he had left my side and return quickly with a gentleman that I presume was a supervisor.  I tried to make my exit, but was then engaged in a flurry of super aggressive wheeling and dealing speak.  This supervisor was so aggressive that I literally had to walk out why he was still trying to speak.  He wouldn't hear no and was the slightest bit rude as well.  Ummnnn no sale here I thought to myself!  Such a horrible experience.  I will not do business with people who do not understand the subtlety of a good, productive sales pitch that not only benefits their own company, but enriches the customer experience.  Win-Win should be the salesmen mentality.

Anyway I went back to Coggin Nissan several days later as they always had new inventory, and shared with them my excruciatingly uncomfortable experience at their sister company.  I told them it was completely unfortunate as they would have had a sale had it not been for their unscrupulous supervisor.

And, as always with crazy cool Karma, good things can happen...since the Used Car dealership was a part of the Coggin franchise, the Nissan salesman was able to go retrieve the little car I wanted from the Toyota lot to complete the transaction via Nissan's sales service.  Wow!!!  Who knew?!  

My guy at Nissan received a partial commission for his efforts, I was happy and yes, the grizzly little supervisor even got a little piece of the pie.  See...Win-Win...I guess I need to do a Positive review for Coggin Nissan!!
