Reviews on Brumos Motor Cars

Purchased a late model used vehicle that I assume was a trade on a luxury car. Bi was still treated like I was buying $100,000 car.  Didn't expect the used car experience to be handled as such.  Great place I would definetely look into them again even if I wasn't looking for a Mercedes.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Since Brumos seems to have a monopoly on Mercedes by owning the Orange Park location as well, I advice you drive anywhere out of town (Orlando, Daytona, Savannah, etc.) to get your car serviced.

I have owned several European cars and have always received maintenance from the actual dealer and this location are dishonest crooks!  First of all, I have never heard of a German Car Dealer that charges you to diagnose a vehicle.  Most places will waive that fee if you choose to have it fixed by them.  I came in for a minor issue and they made a mountain out of a molehill and probably charged me the most they can in regards to the "problems" I was having with my car.  Second, since they kept my vehicle for over a week, I was promised a discount to appease me for the inconvenience and lack of loaner cars available.  Wait for it, wait for it...a whopping $18.40!  What an insult due to the fact that my bill cost almost $1,000--that's less than 2 percent.  Last but not least, among other overpriced recommendations, they claim that my tires need to be replaced even though I just did a month and approximately 2,000 miles ago.  By the way, this was THE same thing they stated to me a couple of years also and I took my car in a tire store for a second opinion and they lasted three years before actually having to be replaced.  Apparently getting your tires here is a big money-making scheme!

Please save yourself the trouble, time and $$ by taking a day trip, if you must see an MB Dealer, somewhere else.

Brumos Mercedes-Benz has been nothing short of spectacular in all aspects. Including Sales and service. Five Star white glove treatment!

I purchased a used 2008 Toyota Camry from a great sales associate named Matt Spatara at this dealership. I found the experience to be quite pleasant and LOVE my Camry. I didn't feel pressured to purchase anything. He is honest and not just looking to "make a buck". I would highly recommend any one to purchase a car from this man!

My father owns a 2006 ml350 I took it there for a battery change and ended up paying $1000 dollars. The morning after me dropping it the Benz off. They called me saying that my steering wheel broke and was turning multiple times. I personally drove the vehicle there these unprofessional scumbags kept the car for a entire week and didn't even give me a loner vehicle. And the day I dropped the vehicle of there was this Arabian man going off in the lobby cursing the workers out for their bad service. I would never go to any Brumos company again. I personally drive a lexus and I would never go to Brumos lexus either just because  it's Brumos

I came to Brumos as an applicant for a job. As I walked in the place was clean... and shiny... And someone immediately greeted me. Anytime someone immediately greets you, you feel like you've been acknowledged and you know you are going to receive service. Brumos has a few trophies displayed (not sure what for, but I assume that's still a good thing) and a lovely waiting area with comfortable chairs. They offer you water as you wait for someone to assist you if someone can't get to you right then and there.

I have to say, they treat you really well no matter who you are or what you look like because they obviously will not judge appearances since you anyone can buy a car looking like they have no sense of fashion. I like that.

It's not a bad place to go if you want to feel fancy, but these guys mean business. Beware that you don't go in there to browse for fun and end up with a new lease on a car. HA!

#Mercedes #Jax #Brumos - Came for an oil change on my 2005 Mercedes E320. That part worked out well, the rest of it not so much.,

After they made a huge deal of bringing it in on time to have it serviced, they didn't take my car inside for nearly 60 minutes after the scheduled appointment slot.

Then on the flip side, after I told them they didn't have to rush it and them promising it to me by 3:00 pm, I didn't hear back about the car until I called them at 3:10 and was told it was ready. When I arrived , they didn't bring it around front for another 10 minutes.

The service professional seemed in over his head on several issues and after acknowledging he was new, couldn't (or wouldn't) bring anyone up to speak with me further.

I won't be bringing my car back here for service again. Since the service part of it was left out of the equation.

Sales guy was very nice and accommodating until it cam down to the $.  We made a solid offer on two cars that were at market for comparable vehicles in state.  Sales guy left and brought back reinforcements (finance manager).  We got the "what can we do to sell u today" drill with some histrionics over how much the would lose on one of the cars @ the offer.  The next level up guy (supposedly) calls two days later and says they will now take that deal and he the other price on the other vehicle was out.  Surprised at the used car dealer feel at a Merc dealer and the conflicting stories felt like there wasn't a lot of honesty in the discussion.
Overall, pretty negative experience.

STAY AWAY!!!!!  I have been helping my friend try to recover from the stereotypical underhanded car dealer "grab the money and run" mentality and it's been PAINFUL.  She purchased a 2006 C350 and was hounded to purchase an additional warranty to cover transmission and major repairs to the engine which only lasted a year.  In the first year it went to the service more than 5 times and when the year ended, there was NO EFFORT to reconcile what was obviously a lemon instead of a certified used car (per it's advertisement).  Now she is stuck with a broken car and they are quoting her more than $6000 to repair it.  GIVE YOURSELF SOME PEACE OF MIND AND GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!

Brumos does a great job both from a sales and service perspective. I take both cars there for service. Their loaner car program makes it easy to take your car in for service.

Top's in professionalism in all categories for a car dealer. Not  overpowering yet will make good deals. They are very attentive, and honest. One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had.
Best to buy something there on the last day of any month!
