Jomar at Lexus of Orange Park in the Service Department has always been so helpful!! When he moved from Lexus of Jacksonville to Orange Park myself and my family followed him to Orange Park for our service needs. Buying a Lexus has been the best decision car wise. They sure treat you right at Lexus!

My husband and I came in to take a look at at a couple of their newer cars. We were trying to decide whether or not to buy the current car we had leased or to lease a newer model. One of their car salesman, whom my husband has dealt with before, didn't give us the opportunity to thoroughly discuss options. He immediately wanted my husband to sign a new lease for the new car. We had informed him that we have not decided and needed to further discuss this at home. His reaction? "What is there to think about?!" I did not appreciate the fact that he did not RESPECT our decision to discuss the matter at home. He was rude!!! I felt he cared more about making the sale other than ensuring that we, as the clients, were comfortable. He didn't respect our time and didn't exactly meet our needs. Needless to say, when we have decided, we will see to it that another salesman or maybe another Lexus dealership gets their commission from us!

Dec 22nd, 2014 was an awesome day turned awful when our whole family was smashed in between two cars. Needless to say, my beloved SUV was totaled. We had been in the market for an SUV/crossover since. Now with a growing family, and your friends endlessly joking about you buying a minivan, you feel the need to rebel and tell them all to shut their traps, no? Maybe it's just me hehe

So we went back and forth between an x5, rx, 2015 highlander and out of nowhere, hubby showed me an NX F sport with Lexus's first turbo engine. Hmm, a test drive couldn't hurt, I swore I wouldn't go over budget.

So before we went and bought that highlander, we went to Lexus to drive this thing. They didn't have the F sport but a lesser model and we drove it. Between the stellar, knock out service provided by Neil and Ben, how amazingly well Lexus has designed the car, I was in love.

We bought my NX F sport sight unseen. It was delivered a week later and I have never had a car I cared for or loved this much. Lexus truly thought of everything and the service their provide may have truly converted me from BMW to Lexus brand loyalty.

Lastly, Neil joked with the hubby that he should make us a Lexus family. Let's just say, the numbers worked out and we are now a his and hers Lexus family. He got his GS sport that weekend too.

I would give them 6 stars if it helped express how much of a great experience I had with them. I can buy a car anywhere and from anyone, but my loyalty lies with those that cater to their customers above all things and stand behind their products.

By far the worst car buying experience I've ever had (this would have been my 5th car).  We were paired with a rookie salesman, as they stated when introducing us. After a week of back and forth nonsense and unreturned phone calls we left with a new car. About 3 days into ownership I noticed several cosmetic flaws that ended up being the dealerships mistake. They agreed to switch the car out for a new one but in a different color then what I wanted originally. We were told it would be a week and I would drive a loaner until then. Over a month later, approaching the due date for payment on a car I didn't have, they said the replacement had arrived. Come to find out the replacement is nothing compared to the original, several agreed upon upgrades were absent, and the cost was more. Having already sold the original purchase and my trade in, I was left with no car and a hefty payment. The salesman happened to tell us pre-incident that they haven't been doing very well as a dealership. This comes as no surprise to me now. Sneaky dealings and poor customer service doesn't often lead to a profitable, well-liked business.
