I was referred to this dealer by my friend that just bought a car and had a great experience. Jeremy was who helped us during our buying process. He only showed us cars we wanted to look at and never tried to push anything on us. This was the first car I bought at a dealership. I thought all dealerships were high pressure sales but that was not the case at all here. All the cars I test drove were priced fair. I was pleased with the entire experience. I would refer people here. Ask for Jeremy- he treated us really good.

Let me start my saying I'm a Jacksonville Beach native and I have known members of the autoline team personally. That's why when my fiance and I decided it was time to finance our first car, that was the first place that we went too. My 2006 chevy died so we went out of necessity, but never the less we were excited. This was the first time we ever financed anything so we were real nervous about our credit, but they assured us it would be no problem. But, in the end it was the credit that was the issue. We spent two days going back and forth with lenders. When everything was finally settled my fiance went up to sign some papers and pick up the keys. After waiting for almost an hour not sure what was going on,  a guy (not the same guy helping us) came up to my fiance pat him in the back hard, threw a piece of paper on the desk and said come back when you get this taken care and walked away. Apparently my drivers license was suspended???!!!! Completely stunned, because we had no idea, my fiance followed him to get more info. The guy turn around and got real defensive and said  "don't come at me!" My fiance asked if we could put it in just his name and the guy chuckled and said "you don't make enough" After an already stressful two days he left  feeling even worse. Who has the right to talk to someone like that???

Well long story longer, after long investigation I found out the drivers license was a mistake (a ticket I already paid) but my fiance refused to go back there. We were financed somewhere else and all is well. This may have been the first time we financed a car, but I can assure you it won't be the last. And I don't think we will be going back to autoline. I can only hope that they learned from their mistakes. No matter the credit score, whether they are spending $40,000 or $8,000, you treat your customers with respect.  :(

I had a terrible experience with Autoline in Jacksonville Florida.  I am still struggling trying to bring to light the lies and inappropriate behavior of the sales staff of Autoline.  I am particularly referring to finance  manager "Pinto".  He lied to me that my new car purchase required the additional purchase of a separate and expensive "bumper to bumper" warranty.  The car already came with a factory bumper to bumper to warranty.  When I tried to discuss this issue with him, he refused to speak with me and berated me.  When I asked to speak with the owner he refused to put me in contact with the owner, nor would he provide me with contact information for the owner.

I have since dealt with the warranty provider separately.  They have informed me that they have had trouble with this particular dealership and with this particular dealer "Pinto".

I should state that although I entered the dealership to purchase a vehicle I had already picked out on line, the dealership kept me there until after 11:00pm before they presented me with a contract to review.  Despite having been at the dealership for hours for no apparent reason, I took the time to review the contract.  I noticed the extra warranty that I did not need.  Pinto explained that my loan would not be approved without it.  I have since determined that such claim was an outright lie.  

The warranty company is willing to drop the policy with no cost to me.  They advised that they just need a new contract.  This request the dealership is unwilling to do.  Pinto claims that he is willing to refund the unnecessary warranty expense, but will not do so without me first signing a blank contract dropping the warranty.  He will provide no written promise to refund the money once I do cancel the policy.  In fact, when I first discussed the issue with him he tried to convince me that even if I cancelled the policy and they refunded the money neither my monthly payment nor the duration of the loan would change one penny.  When I asked how that could possibly be he continued to try to convince me that a $2170.00 refund for an unneeded warranty (the cost of the warranty I did not need) would net me no difference in the price of the car in any way.  

In short Pinto has lied and continues to stonewall me in correcting the problem.  The ownership is either complicit or ignorant of the problem.  Right now the warranty company has promised to contact the owner on my behalf, but I have received no consideration from the dealership as of yet.

Food trucks everywhere. Today is the 10th year Block party for this lot. I have known some folks that have bought cars here. I came for the trucks and some other stuff too. A lot of local vendors to. Everything from a skating demo from portable ramps to Mike Whisnant local surfboard shaper. They have 10 different truck from BBq to lobster corndogs. You can even get food from the top truck out there On The Fly. Chef Andrew is delivering some fine foods. You can even get the local fav from the Happy Grilled Cheese. We personally ate from 5 of the trucks. The bbq  (big Bad bbq) sucked and lobster (Chew Chew Truck) corndogs were out this world. Then the wife's fav of beet fries from the Funkadelic Truck. (big Bad bbq)

My husband just bought a new car from AutoLine and was very pleased with their service and quality.

He also referred my dad to them and he just bought a new car as well.

Because of the great service I will definitely use them in the future when the time comes for me to purchase a new vehicle as well.
