Buying my car was a good experience The sales team is very professional. However it did take a little longer than I'd have preferred to get a phone call back when we were negotiating. The service department has always been great to me. I call ahead to schedule an appointment and a loaner. Looking at some of he other reviews, this is probably a good idea, to CALL AHEAD instead of just showing up. They great me to open my door, escort me to the service desk, offer me snacks (who doesn't love snacks), and the service rep is always curteous and professional. P.S. - ask for Roger!

5 star service from start to finish. I recently purchased a new car from Atlantic Infiniti. My husband, daughter, and I showed up in workout clothes straight from the gym. We were treated with such great customer service by our sales guy, John Camlin. He was very thorough, not aggressive with sales tactics, and took as much time as we needed with us.

We brought the car back for some small issues and were treated just as well by both the sales and service team.

They made the whole car buying experience a pleasant one. Thank you all!

The Sales team was great but my review is for the Service department only.

The SERVICE department is the WORST. My husband had a scheduled appointment at 1pm for an OIL CHANGE and SOFTWARE UPDATES. It was 45 minutes before the car was even moved into the garage for service. I called 3 times to urge them to meet their promise time of 2:30 and finally at 3:50 my husband just ended up getting a loaner car after the manager (Jonathan) was giving him attitude! The management team there better get there act together because people don't have time to sit around all day for a basic maintenance item. According to Jonathan, the software updates can take a long time but this is just UNACCEPTABLE! Basic TV, trash cans that needed emptying and torn carpet. I will not be recommending this dealership to anyone. The service department isn't worth dealing with!!!!!!

Review is for service only - Drove my G37x from my home base in Mass to JAX for the holiday. On the way down it became clear I needed an alignment. Made an appointment with Atlantic and was immediately impressed. Service assistant held the door, receptionist offered me coffee and my service advisor Roger was not only genuinely friendly, when I inquired about an online discount he applied an even better one. Finally I was offered a loaner car without having reserved one - a higher model than my own car. They performed the service, washed the car and followed up to make sure I was satisfied. The dealers in Boston could learn a thing from these guys. Great experience all around.

I have purchased many a vehicle from Atlantic Infiniti and now Im practically family.  The service department is simply amazing.  Rob Smullen and his staff, find solutions to all your problems and ensure that you are satisfied. I cant praise them enough.  Anyone can sell you a car, but there is a difference between living with it, and loving it.  These guys ensure the latter.  Great job!

The review is only on their service department.  I have no experience with purchasing at this location.

As soon as we drive up, which is a little confusing because there are no lanes or markings but small signs, there was a service advisor that would greet you even if you didn't make an appointment.  The oil change was a bit pricey so we went to places like Jiffy Lube.  The second time we had to go to the dealership was to replace the alternator, starter and heat shield.

I HIGHLY recommend you do research on your car problems before going in.  They can run a diagnositic test which they charge almost $200, depending on the symptoms... that is just diagnostics.  The parts are slightly marked up and labor is about the same as outside mechanic.  I prefered to have OEM parts under warranty so repair can be done with no questions asked if problems occur.

They have a good service loaner program for cars under warranty and out but husband and wife take note!  If you have a different last name than your spouse or the car is not under your name, you will NOT get a Infiniti loaner.  They will put you in a rental, all paid for except gas.  

That inconvience is what turned me off and their service estimation was also off.  Even though I prefer to get updated every hour, they at least let me know when each part was done.

Overall, it was ok.  If you been at a Infiniti service department in Boston, you'll know that that should be the standard all Infiniti dealers should strive for.
