HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE in sales department. (Roger Page and Saif Albanna). Horrible. I bought a 40k car from them and they left me without any assistance to have it fixed as it did not work as promised.  I gave them 3 weeks to make it right and still nothing.  I left 2 messages for GSM and called in 2 customer service complaints to Toyota corporate and have still not received a call back regarding the issue.  Go elsewhere to save yourself a headache.

We got an online cash offer for our used car from and took the car to Arlington Toyota to have it checked over, and to get our check. Instead, they tried repeatedly to offer us far less than the car was worth, use voodoo math, and sell us a car that was overpriced by $3k.

When we refused to purchase their overpriced car, they kept sending in salespeople to strike out, eventually offering us less money than Autotrader had quoted us, which goes against their agreement with Autotrader (who we contacted; they seemed concerned that we were offered less by Arlington Toyota).

Bottom line: These guys will try to screw you over. Don't do business with them unless you're a masochist.

If I could give this place zero stars I would.  The service department scheduling sucks.  I make an appointment on December 22nd for this January 3rd at 8:30am.  We arrive at 8:20 and we're told we have to either wait or pick it up later.   My husband leaves the car and I drive to pick him up.    At 10:40 we we are late for a family trip and head back to get something out of the car opting to leave it there.  We were told 5 more minutes and the car would be done.  Waiting 40 Minutes later.  After continuous asking still waiting I finally get my vehicle.     Service Advisor Mike if you say 5 minutes mean 5 minutes.   2nd when you finally give me my car don't say, great news you don't have to pay anything. We Changed..lubricated. .blah blah.  After I PAID WHEN I BOUGHT THE CAR FOR THE MAINT PLAN.  IT'S NOT FREE.  Quit trying to make yourself look good by making it appear we received free service.  -Jennifer Schreiber.

Worst car experience of my life.  The damage they did to my brakes cost me $3000 in additional repairs. I'm so appalled by their negligence. Truly a real greasy dirty car dealer.

I think Harry the car salesman determined he did NOT want to sell us a car from the moment we introduced ourselves.  He spoke so quietly that I thought his name was Howard until we finally escaped with his card.  We were looking for an inexpensive ($6000ish) used car for a friend.  Good news is he didn't try to pressure is into a more expensive car.  He did however walk us through the bushes and walk through the dirt to look for the car among a graveyard of used cars.  We found one of the two cars he planned on showing us.  It had the check engine light on and the door was falling off.  When we couldn't find the other car he just gave up.  We marched back through the dirt and bushes to get his business card.  This experience was definitely a must for "How not to sell a car"

Steve Cole is great. Fast, quick and polite. He is very informative and not "pushy" with add on services. I did purchase add on services given that he was very knowledgable regarding my car and it's current recommended services. I requested a shuttle and it came before I was able to type up this reviews.

Stopped in here to look for a new car for myself, was immediately attacked by a salesman and even when I told him I was just looking and not buying until the weekend he stuck to my a** like a hemorrhoid, so bad I even cut my visit short and left.

I was in the market for a new car and have always been impressed by the longevity of Toyotas so decided to stop in and see what they had to offer.

At 8am on a Saturday, as soon as I stepped out of the car into the parking lot I was immediately and enthusiastically greeted by Ty Singleton, who unknowingly would spend the rest of the day negotiating with me and putting up with my ridiculousness.

I do not like to beat around the bush, since I recently went through a divorce and bankruptcy I jumped into credit and numbers first. I had no idea if I would qualify and didn't want to waste time to find out at the end of the day that it wouldn't work.

Ty, was very professional and knowledgeable taking into consideration my wants, needs as well as limitations. He was able to get me preapproved and have numbers available for me so I knew what I was looking at financially before I drove each vehicle.  He was very patient and more than willing to try each offer that I pushed back on, coming up with creative solutions and not giving up until I got what I wanted.  I was hesitant to buy without having visited any other dealers but I was very impressed by the dedication to customer service that Ty put into my experience as well as by the vehicle itself, so I dived in head first.

I looked at the Camry, Corolla, Scion TC and finally decided on a 2014 Rav 4. Ty was phenomenal at telling me the in's and out's about each vehicle as well as all of the technical specifications that I can't remember but sounded very impressive, secure, safe, economical and eco friendly. He also took the time to go through all of the interior features and assist me in programming my radio/phone etc.

Ty was amazing at follow-up after the sale. I had left a license plate on my trade in that he removed and held for me as well as quickly responding to my texts to teach me how to use certain features that I was confused about.

I have had my Rav 4 for about 2 weeks now and couldn't be happier, the backup camera, dual a/c and Bluetooth are the best inventions ever and I don't see myself being able to live without them now.

I am very happy with my experience with Ty at Arlington Toyota and highly suggest him to anyone looking for a new car.

Its a 1 star cause i cant gv a 0. Feels like an assembly line. We are used to other Toyota dealerships and I can truly say this one not at the top of the list. I feel as though no one knows what is going on. Maybe its a high turnover rate problem or no training. I haven't found anything I can put on the positive list.

Based on my experience here. We WILL NOT be buying another Toyota. And we are in the market for another suv.  That should explain our frustration with this place.

No, this isn't an optical illusion or an error, I am giving Arlington Toyota 5 solids stars. As some fellow yelpers know, my dear 2002 Camry went caput on my after work one day. rip 2002 camry, you had a good run at 210k miles.

I decided to buy another Toyota because they haven't steered me wrong ( har har har). Having completed my research, my dbf and I visited a whopping total of 7 dealerships last weekend. I do have reservations and biases towards dealerships and car salesman and really wanted to be thorough in my search for my next car. Many of the reservations I had were confirmed as some of the salesmen I met with tried to use some sales tactics on me; one who shall not be named tried to imply 72 months/100k miles warranty included bumper to bumper coverage. Others weren't interested in showing us the car as much as they were in selling the car. Then we met heavenly-sent Sylvia Brummitt at Arlington Toyota.

Dbf and I stopped by Arlington Toyota because there was an internet sale for a vehicle we were interested in. We requested to speak with Sylvia because she contacted us by phone after I made an internet inquiry about a vehicle. I was also contacted by other salesman this way, however. Sylvia was actually finishing a sale so she asked Devin to help us look at the vehicles. The Camry I was interested in was sold, but Devin did a great job showing us the models available. Arlington Toyota had a better selection of used 2012 and 2013 Camrys than the other places we went to : Coggin Toyota, Coggin Nissan, Coggin Honda, Carmax, Enterprise, and Jaguar (what the hey). I didn't bother with Keith Pierson Toyota bc I have had poor experiences with multiple people. Also, their internet page wasn't as user-friendly.

Unlike the other salesman, Devin was the first person to take his time to explain the features in the 2013 Camries. I think it helped that he was a Camry enthusiast also. He was helpful and relayed all of our concerns to Sylvia once she finished with her clients.

When we actually started speaking with Sylvia, I appreciated how honest and non-aggressive she was. I guess after working for 12 years as a car salesperson, she understood, pushiness doesn't get you far. She was not condescending, very patient, professional, and courteous.  When we first sat down to talk, she offered us beverages. It's a small gesture, but none of the other dealerships offered us anything (not that we expected it.) She was thorough and answered all of our concerns. When we settled on the car we liked, she really helped to negotiate with us. Her manager really did try to pull the switcheroo on us. But we were steadfast with our price. So he finally agreed.

I also like to point out, before signing, I decided to inspect the vehicle more thoroughly. There were two noticeable scratches the bumper I hadn't bother to check the first time. I expressed discontent and wanted to negotiate the price again. They wouldn't budge, but they agreed to repaint the bumper for me. DEAL! Sylvia also set me up with a courtesy loaner vehicle while they repainted my bumper.

I know at the end of the day, Sylvia may not have much leeway in terms of negotiating the sale. It's ultimately really the manager who will decide if he's willing to sell at our asking price. We got a good deal for many reasons, a good-trade in, it was end of month; but Sylvia really helped to push it along smoothly.

Once the paperwork started, Sylvia actually gave us a voucher for my bf and I to get food from the food truck parked in front of the dealership. My bf has gone through 6 cars (he's a maniac), and none of the places he's been to has ever offered him that. That's one of the things I like about Sylvia, she's conscientious and takes initiative for her clients.

Her thoroughness and helpfulness doesn't end once the sale was made. I needed a tow truck to bring my trade-in to Arlington Toyota. She followed up with me before I even got a chance to call her and arranged the tow truck services immediately.

Coincidentally, a girl friend of mine bought her car here last week. They offer $100 incentives for referral (hit me up if you're buying a car! lol) Before I could remind her about it, Sylvia told me she had the check ready when I come back for my friend.

This woman is amazing and I highly recommend you speak with her if you're interested in purchasing a vehicle from Arlington Toyota. I trust she really helped me get the best deal possible. She also helped made my buying experience less distressing, lol.

Service department is excellent! !! See Austin, an outstanding service consultant. He's professional, communicative, and accommodating.

Also, high marks to Michelle, the administrative assistant in the service dept.  I spoke with her before bringing my vehicle in for basic service, and had requested copies of my history of service done by Toyota.  She had the 8 page report ready in an envelope for me before I got there!!!

Typical car salesmen. They wouldn't show us anything in our budget - the best they could do was almost twice what we were looking for. They showed us a used car that was priced $500 less on-line (like we wouldn't look) and kept telling us we needed to come up with more money and their best deal was being presented. Such dishonesty!

Not a good Toyota dealer. I had my car serviced in Tallahassee for 2 years. The Tallahassee dealership treated me well and did quality work. Arlington Toyota, however, took too long for a simple oil change and their front desk staff doesn't seem to care. When I went to the front desk to pay, I was the only one standing there and the girl still took her time to draw the whole process out.

Months later, a third party company was calling every day to schedule my next appointment. Seems Arlington Toyota may have hired them to call and set appointments for them (thanks, by the way for giving out my number). When I called the third party back, I informed them I had already sold the car, and no, they cannot make an appointment for me tomorrow.

Note: If they call you, you have to request to be on their do not call list.

I love Toyota as a brand, but I wouldn't visit Arlington Toyota again.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Lazy, unprofessional staff who doesn't give a damn about your needs. Just this past Saturday I found a car  I was really interested in, gave them the deposit to hold it until they can get it on Monday and thanks to the lazy ass inventory manager "BILLY" who was jerking around all Monday, forgot to secure the car and it got bought by someone else. Will never do business with them again and will make sure that everyone I know NEVER goes to this place!
