This dealership is a scam.  I emailed them asking for a quote on a car I knew
I wanted to buy.  My mistake.  That began a never-ending crusade on their part to try to get me in to there showroom WHILE NEVER ACTUALLY DISCLOSING THE PRICE.  

I had already learned my lesson from a previous experience with Rick Case Honda so I told the salesman I wasn't going in unless they quoted me a price so I could compare with the other offers I had received from other dealers.

Once again I was given the "our policy is to not quote prices on the phone or in emails" BS so I told the salesman that I saw they hadn't changed and that I was glad I had only wasted a few minutes of my time on the telephone and in emails with him.

Attempted to sell my wife a $79.00 cabin air filter (basically a piece of pleated paper that takes 2 minutes to install) - but here is the problem. Her cabin air filter was already new and perfectly clean... very disappointing...

The WORST dealership ever! I bought a brand new car and it immediately had something wrong with it. I brought it back the day after I bought it to get it fixed and til this day my car is still in service. It's been more then a week and they have yet to provide concrete answers and refuses to give me a new car! Absolutely horrible!
Also they don't call to give you updates, you have to take it upon yourself to check on the status of your car!
They have had my brand new, a little over 2 weeks old car in service longer than I've actually had the car! Unbelievable!

This place is great. Although I haven't bought/leased any cars here yet, the maintenance department is exactly as you'd expect for an Acura Dealership. Polite, flexible, attentive, customer-focused. I have been here for two service visits and one tire replacement so far and I have only good things to say. I never have a problem getting an appointment and always walk away satisfied. Although the customer waiting area is not as large as other Acura Dealerships I've been to, it works and is stocked with complementary coffee, water, fruit and snacks as you'd expect. And offers free wi-fi.

Who has 90 minutes for an oil change? Though I just found out they have Sunday "Express" Service. Will try it next time.

I will give them props (thus the 4 stars) for a wonderful coffee machine and snacks including fruit for those looking for a healthier alternative.

UPDATE: Car was ready in 60 minutes. Yeah!!!!!!!!!

I had visited a myriad of dealerships over the last two months and was struck by how professional the staff from receptionist to barista to the manager were. Marcelo Barboza was my salesperson and Rob Ferrin his manager. If you want to see what true professional sale people look and act like, seek them out.
I showed up late on Tuesday unannounced and asked to test-drive the 2015 2.4L TLX. Marcelo didn't waste a moment. He spent an 35 minutes with me patiently answering my barrage of questions and showing me how to bring out the best from this finest engineering marvel. The ride, handling, breaking, tech packages, and safety features are the top in the class and the MSRP was super competitive. I was pleasantly surprised by how much Rob Ferrin allowed Marcelo to discount the MSRP.
The financial package was extremely competitive and I leased 2015 2.4 L TLX from them. This was one of the best car dealership experiences I had. Keep up the great service. I will be back here next year for the 2016 NSX.

Went in to view at Rick Case Acura after researching on the internet and visiting a lot of other dealerships and car bard.  The follow up that and great service that I received from Kelly Davis to my salesperson Mort Schwartz everything was great.   Mort took the time to get to know me personally then he really looked into everything that I was looking for in a new car.  He was very attentive, not pushy at all and really took the time working with me every step of the way.   I ended up finding a different model than originally was looking for and got a great deal.  I would recommend Rick Case Acura and ask for Mort and you will definitely be happy.

JASON JASON JASON!!! My family and I adore Jason. Jason is in services, and although I did not buy my car from that dealership from this point on until problem otherwise I will be a loyal customer. I was relocated for work and had my Acura shipped over all the way from WA. Jason kindly agreed to hold my car for me until I got there a few days later. Well my car got there before me and my windshield had giant cracks all across it from the trip. Not sure what had happened and whether or not a rock had caused the damage or not but Jason and his guys made sure they noted the damage from the driver and after speaking with me Jason had it fixed for me. He dealt with the driver and moving company. And just kept me in the loop. He stuck to his word, was prompt, honest, and helpful. He let me know as soon as my car was done, and even had it washed! I picked up my car today and I am so satisfied!

After visiting every single Acura dealership in south florida for my maintenance service needs, I can honestly say that this is by far the best dealership I have been to for my Acura's maintenance service. The staff is great, their service is professional just as how you'd expect, and they are always offering service specials and discounts. They really go above and beyond for their customers, which is hard to find that type of service nowadays (coming from someone that's a perfectionist and VERY hard to please). Id definitely recommend this dealership to any Acura owner for their maintenance service needs.

Stop in their on 5/31/14 at 3 PM after receiving pricing guidelines from the internet sales manager Kelly.  We were poorly greeted and treated apathetically by the staff who were sitting around doing nothing. Pricing was considerably higher than was told and F& I manager could care less. Drove to Phil Smith Acura and was treated very professionally. Told them where  I needed to be and made the deal. My son was driving home in a little more than an hour.  Would not refer Rick Case Acura to anyone who expects to be treated professionally & honestly.

First impression was good and then it just went down hill form there. Trade in price was really bad,  that was no surprise. The car I picked was used with just a few issues. No big deal it was used.  It was just how I was treated, like I didn't know what I was talking about.  Really guys.  Just don't go there.  Pass the word.

I began looking for a specific vehicle in different sources (Carmax and dealerships.) Although I found similar ones with similar prices, I fell in love with the reputation of Rick Case Acura from Google and Yelp.

I had a great follow up from my Sales Consultant Kimberly Petitt. One statement she made over the phone was, "we will honor what we have on our site. This is Rick Case Sir; we wouldn't do it any other way"

I showed up late for my appointment (during her lunch time) and she made herself available so we could start what is a known a long/painful process, but not here. My wife and I were very fortunate and we walked out with a big smile on our faces. I got a great finance deal and received what we were promised. I even ordered accessories at a 20% discount.
One thing that made me confident in the product I was getting was her confidence in Acura products. I had said that this would be my first Acura and she said, "it won't be the last - trust me."

I will definitely come back and give my business to them in the future and will continue to spread the word that they will take care of my family and friends. They even have a referral program.

Mr. Michael Green the Manager was very patient and tried to assist us with warranty and finance needs. We were taken care of. Thank you for the follow up letter after my purchase. Nice touch! It was great doing business with you.

Horrible customer service!!! Walked around the lot and inside the dealer.. And wasn't greeted, acknowledged, nothing!!!! 2 sales reps walked right by us and didn't even say hello!

My husband and I are interested In leasing the 2014 MDX and unfortunately they just lost a customer!

Hopefully the owner or manager of this place reads their reviews!!! Going back to Acura in Pembroke Pines where attention was given!

Unfortunately I had to give 1 star because yelp forces you to rate, but they definitely deserve a 0

I am so grateful for my salesman, James and two of Rick Cases' managers, Karin and Allan. They were excellent and gave me the best service compared to any other dealership, by far! If you are in the market for a car, go here. I promise, your experience will be great.

If it wasn't for the wonderful staff, I probably would've stayed with a car that I was unhappy with or paid a lot more money when there was no need for it. When it's time to renew my car, 100% guaranteed, I will go right back to Rick Case Acura. Thanks again!

I give two star because my car runs well. Otherwise they don't deserve anything. The price given wasn't the price I payed. They charge me two and one half day of labor when in fact my car stayed only two days and they started working on it the second day. I will never go back there. Charging me so much over $3000  and they give me a discount and I would need another $2000 to finish the job when I just came for 50,000 mile service.  They don't even know how to calculate the bill properly because $230 extra was charged on top of it all. If you can read me go somewhere else.

What can be said about Rick Case Acura? Well yes it is the oldest Acura dealer in the nation..YES it looks like it too. This run down dealership is in the middle of a very bad poor neighborhood that resembles a ghetto to many. Benny Chahal is the General Manager and this place suits him very well. The dealership looks rough and so does he. I guess all those years of being a first rate liar is starting to take its toll on Mr. Chahal.

I can state firsthand about his unethical practice of lies and untruths. The real sad part is at the end of the day he will sit along with the other members of management and laugh about all the people who they fooled out of their hard earned money. He takes great pride in choosing his words wisely to have customers and others believe him to be saying one thing and then to try to explain something completely different once you confront him about it.

This dealer also is known to advise you that they have colors, models and makes in stock over the phone and internet only to have you pull in and then state "ohh we just sold that car" or "we do have it but it's at the port"...all of these are just an excuse to get you into the dealership so they can tell you more untruths. He will also try to add fees to any totals quoted for things such as destination, dealer fee, processing ect. The building is full of water damage, mold and an overall crappy feel to it. This dealership is the armpit of any luxury brand.

If you desire a beverage when you arrive you may be in a state of shock when you try the very bad instant coffee or tap water. Yes that is all they have...and if you do buy a car they will coach you to answer the factory survey that the sales staff offered you a "quality" beverage. The survey also asks you if you cannot live without your Acura. They actually want you to answer on the survey that you cannot live without your Acura as if you were to die if it went away somehow.

Bottom line is if you want to be lied to and sit all day in a dump of a dealership then this is the place to be otherwise you should consider your options. OH due to the bad neighborhood it is also a fact that customers cars have been stolen from here and even the employees have had items such as phones, ipads and keys stolen from them as well. Walk in at your own risk.

I have been going to Rick Case Acura for many years now. Live in Weston, but to me, the service and courtesy I get there has been worth the drive to keep going there instead of somewhere closer.  I have bought two cars from them, and recommended them to my friends. Each time, they give me the best deal out there, and believe me, I do a lot of research!   They have always done a great job in the service dept, and never have too long of a wait.  But I can sit at the workstation and work on my computer as they do the job anyway.  Great people, great service and great cars!

My friend was looking for a car and finally decided on an Acura TL.  The staff at Rick Case Acura were very friendly and provided great service from start to end.  They even let us borrow a brand new Acura TSX fully loaded for the day because my friend couldn't make up his mind initially.  A lot of thanks to the staff especially Rick and Kwesi for their patience and customer service.

Service guy was fine, but there was no rhyme or reason to the service drive, the coffee machine was cesspool of single cell growth and the water cooler had a funny taste. The waiting area was a wreck and the service writers' offices were loud. Probably going across the street to Fuzzy's next time or making the drive to Pines Acura.

They were getting ready to close the store, but took the time to show us a few things. Very pleasant, but not extremely knowledgeable, imo. Also, practically nothing on the lot.
