Reviews on Lauderdale MINI

All I can say is Jessica. She sold me my second, third and now fourth MINI vehicle variations. I'd been driving along,  both hands on the wheel, struggling, being passed by teens and elderly drivers alike, trying so hard to fit into the happy-go-lucky soccer mom mold, perfunctorily driving a tank, then I saw a MINI Superbowl ad for a 4 door Cooper (I had the cumbersome Countryman, out of which I prematurely jumped ship), and I was instantly smitten. Gas prices are going back up, so what the heck, y'all can HAVE that $80 weekly fill up. I've got my go-cart back!

I have shopped at and negotiated car purchases at many dealerships in my lifetime. I have to say my multi Mini vehicle purchases here have been personal experiences here have been exceptional - friendly, straight up car buying process.  I do my home work, hubby crunches the numbers and the staff have been no fast talk, no up sales, no sales person slipping away conjuring magical numbers tricks with a mysterious manager in the back....if you have done your homework and aren't there to play games, they treat you as such. That's what I experienced each transaction, from our sweet patient Jessica, to the cool, calm, and collected new sales guy, to the sales manager to the finance manager and everyone else in the store------- shout out to the guy at closing who quickly backed a car I test drove back into the show room....I think I would have taken out a door molasses speed at that..... impressive! Lol.

Love this dealership. Thanks y'all.

What a wonderful experience!  I took my baby in today for her 10k mile maintenance,  Josh was exceptional at getting my MINI taken care of, in addition,  gave me a MINI Countrymen S for a courtesy car while I waited.  Now I know which MINI I will buy when I am ready for an upgrade, moreover,  I have never been more pleased with a car company and how they treat their customers.  It really does feel like a MINI family.  Thanks again guys, it was a pleasure.

Lauderdale Mini is great! I bought my first mini convertible here. Jessica is the BEST!!! She always kept me update about my mini. I'm very happy with my baby so far. Rafael from financial services made the process very quick :)

Please stay away from this place. I was a loyal customer and they called me to get another car when my lease was up, and they call me many, many times, very nicely to go pick up a new car.

To make the long story short, they lost the keys for the returned lease and I got charged for it and now I am on collections. The sales woman, I called her about 4 times about this and also talked to the finance people, she completely changed from a sweet lady to "did you give me those keys"? her memory became very foggy because she must have lost the keys and didn't want to take responsibility.

She also dented the new car with a bike rack I took from my old car "I didn't know that was there" I was very nice to go away with a dented "new car". I am sad I won't be driving a mini after this one :(

Buying experience was good. Their service center is the best in south Florida for BMW/MINI.

For the Lauderdale Servicing Center:

Ryan Dewey was amazing. Mini didn't have the tempature housing unit in stock so they COVERED my car rental for the length of time that they had my Mini in the shop while they waited for the part to come in, and they somehow knocked off over $100!! It was supposed to cost $500+, it ended up costing $432...he's seriously amazing.
They are very understanding of your financial strains, and will do what they can to get you a fair price for labor and for the part. On my receipt, it shows that most of the money that got knocked off was for labor-imagine that!
Go see Ryan Dewey. Even if you have to drive to this location, do it!!

Excellent car buying experience.  Our sales person, Leo, provided exceptional customer service from the moment I contacted the dealership over the internet to the time I picked up the vehicle days later.  I had very specific needs when purchasing my new Mini and Leo was very attentive and helpful.  He took his time to show me various vehicles, options, etc.  The great service continued after my visit with continuous personalized communication.  I was also very pleased with the management team, financing options, and delivery.  I am so happy with my new Mini and recommend this dealership highly to all Mini lovers.  Thanks Lauderdale Mini, and a special thanks to Leo for his personalized service!  Highly recommend this dealership!

Not a bad place.
They weren't over the top greeting us, like most sales people, but they did seem a little aloof. Either way we got the mini we wanted so we're happy with them.

On Saturday 10/20/2012, I went to Lauderdale Mini in Fort Lauderdale, FL to get an oil change. This dealer advertised a $69 oil change on their website. No where on the website does it say that the $69 price is only with a coupon or that a coupon is required to be printed and brought to the dealer to get the advertised price. The service consultant, Scott Weinbaum, lied directly to my face when he stated, "I asked my manager about the $69 oil change and he and I say there is nothing on the website about the $69 oil change." He then gave me a price that would bring the service to $110 plus taxes and other fees. I immediately told Mr. Weinbaum that I was not going to pay that outrageous amount when the same service was publicly advertised for $69. I went to a nearby location and printed out the advertisement on the website that showed the price as $69, and no where did it say that printing out the webpage was necessary for the price. Scott Weinbaum lied to my face when he stated, "there is nothing on the website" for a $69 oil change. I insisted that there was and told Mr. Weinbaum that I saw it that morning, but he still refused to honor the published, publicly advertised price.

If they are willing to blatantly lie about something so easily verifiable, they will lie about other, more expensive, less verifiable things as well, and possibly even damage a customer's car while in the shop.

I'm in the market for buying a new car-  so my boyfriend and I came by to check out what they had and etc! We were online and saw that mini made a car and wow it was badass online- when we got there to look at it I got it and felt like I was in a coffin waiting for someone to throw dirt on me! Horrible!! A mini Cooper was not on my list of cars to look at but the cutest nicest sales girl came over and started chatting us up- she offered us to test drive a mini- I did it just because I didn't want to be rude and tell the girl I wouldn't be caught dead in it!! And omg!! I fell in love!! Drove exactly like my BMW x5 did! But it's a quarter of the cost!! I was very happy until the sales girl couldn't find me the color nor the options I wanted... So sad!! She said it would take 6-8 weeks to get it- I feel bad but I had to go to another dealership :(

I prefer the service that I get at my Mini dealership in Vegas
