Wonderful dealership! I have leased and bought 4 new Hondas here and I always get the best deal and the best service. From start to finish their level of service and professionalism is superb. I loved coming back here each time and they make everything so easy and go out of their way for you. I recommend this dealership all the time. We bought a new Accord here and also leased a new SUV.  I liked that they didn't play sales games like all the other dealers do (you know that high pressure BS with the manager--the worst is that Honda dealer in Weston...those guys are unbelievable).  From comparing prices through buying services, I knew what was a fair price and they took it without a hassle or game-playing.  Did the deals quickly at prices that left both sides smiling.

I'd like their service department to be a bit faster.  It doesn't seem right that it often takes 90 minutes to get an oil change & rotation.  The service guys are reasonably helpful and the waiting area is comfortable and clean.  No real car problems yet, but these are Hondas, so there shouldn't be.

Good cars, decent location, reasonable people... kind of like buying something at Best Buy (no screwing around like many other dealers).

did all my internet research on my own. Although Holman's price was not the best for my car they made up for the few hundred dollar difference with the feeling of honesty that my salesperson and his manager gave me.  I guess I could have driven all over town but dealing with these guys was not going to get better anywhere else.  I pick up my new car tommorow after they detail it. I stopped in on a Friday afternoon, after making an online appointment to have a recall issue fixed on my car.  Upon arrival, I was told they have to order the part and it would take a week.  They said if I didn't hear from them, to call to make sure part arrived and to schedule appointment.

They didn't call so I  used the online chat to see if my part had arrived and they said they would research it and have someone call me.....they never did call.  So I called them and the part had arrived.  They scheduled my appointment to have the airbag recall fixed the next day.  It was an easy drop off process with Mark Green.  He is a friendly guy.  They offered me a ride home, but I opted to walk home.  I did request a pickup.  The driver called me 30 minutes before he picked me up.  He too was very friendly.

The lobby has fresh popped popcorn for customers.  They also have coffee and free wifi.  There is a tv and multiple couches in the waiting area.  

I definitely will take my car to this Honda for any service issues in the future.

An impressive experience when I stopped in on a Monday afternoon: a very positive visit to their service department AND a new car purchase.

He and the finance manager Kelly had me smiling throughout the process, from the test drive to signing off on the paperwork. They really delivered and I'm so happy with my new car!

I came buy a jet ski when I asked for the price and specifications they made me wait almost and hour. They tried to tell me I needed some extended warranty that was ridiculously over priced. I could believe how little knowledge the salesperson had about the jet ski. The whole time he had to read off a paper and was unable to answer all my questions. Save your time and frustration and go somewhere else.

Great, timely service - and they only recommend what is needed!

I first started to use Holman Honda's service center about two years ago. A previous visit to another dealership ended with a recommendation for new tires and "routine maintenance" during an oil change. I was told I needed these services by my next oil change.
When it came time to get my car serviced again, I chose Holman since it was much closer to work. When I mentioned these "recommended services" I was told they were not needed and that I still had plenty of tread left on my tires. I was told I had at least another year of use left with my tires, maybe more.
Fast forward almost two years... I JUST had my tires changed (4/11/14 at Holman) and I still don't need the other dealership's "recommended maintenance".
Following Holman's recommendation got me almost 2 years of additional use out of my tires and saved me an additional $400 in un-needed services. Thanks Holman!

Oh, and as a bonus... I did shop around for tire prices and Holman was actually the cheapest! Not only that, they'll price-match if you find a lower price!

Holman is now the only dealership I will go to for service!

I went for a routine oil change and Mark suggested I also get my tires rotated.  I agreed.  When I went to pay the bill, the tire rotation was not there and he explained that the tire rotation was not necessary based on the wear on my tires.  That's honesty!!

The time had come for me to get a new car.  I went and saw Glenn.  He was awesome to work with.  My whole experience with this dealership was very positive.  Everyone was friendly.  The whole deal went smooth.  I am very happy.

When I purchase a car at the dealer, I'm always more concerned with their service department than anything else. Unfortunately, you find out how good it is only after you have already purchased the vehicle, and go for maintenance. I always do my homework prier to purchasing the car I'm interested in. Therefore, I feel confident in knowing exactly what I want, and how much I am willing to spend for it. The nightmare begins later when you are due for maintenance, or have a problem. I must say that I have been very pleased with the service department at Holman Honda. My service adviser is Sy Amendolaro. He has always been professional, courteous, friendly and nollegable. He will go out of his way to satisfy any concerns by getting right to the point, without overselling things you don't need. I have never had a bad experience with any  repairs or scheduled maintenance. My vehicle has always been ready when promised, and most importantly, I never had to bring it back or feel that I have been sold unnecessary repairs. I think this undoubtedly gives customers the confidence to purchase their  next automobile at the same dealership. If you're looking for a Honda, I highly recommend Holman Honda.

This was definitely a unique experience. Salesman Chris was honest, straight, and an overall great guy. No slick sales gimmicks best deal in town.  Then on to finance to get the lease written up.  Same deal -- no gimmicks, written up exactly as the salesman said and it was actually a pleasurable experience (that's not a typo -- it was actually great dealing with this entire company).  In case that's not enough to convince you, I had a service issue that I brought to a closer dealer and ended up having the car transported to Holman where the service followed right in line with their sales and finance departments. Professional, Polite, and honest.  I will never go anywhere else for a vehicle.

Sy and the Holman Honda Service Team have taken care of me and my 1999 Honda Accord for 10 years.  Bad news for Honda - my Accord now has 150K miles on it and runs as well as it did when I got it 11 years ago.  When times were lean, Sy was kind enough to let me know which repairs were critical and which could wait until I could better afford them.  He has my complete confidence and my business always!

I never seem to mind coming here. The people who work here are extremely friendly and I'm never stuck waiting too long. On top of all that, they sell amazing cars. I'm in love with my Honda Fit.

I purchased my first car ever in 1966 (from a private party), and I've either purchased or leased at least 25 cars since then.  We were always a two car family when the kids were growing up.  As much as I hate dating myself so publicly, I'm willing  to do it so you know I can pretty authoritatively tell you that Holman Honda is an absolutely terrific place to buy a car, and that Norm Rothfeld, from whom I've recently leased a  2013 Honda Accord EX-L (and who I see is mentioned in an earlier review) is as pleasant and knowledgeable a salesman as I've ever had the pleasure of buying from.  I mean, I actually felt like I was dealing with a friend, and I kept thinking that after the papers were signed we'd go out for a burger and beer together.

Judging from other reviews here, there are certainly other salespeople you can have pleasant experiences with.  But my experience was with Norm, who was actually recommended to me by friends who bought a similarly equipped Accord from Norm about a month ago.  The husband is a physician, the wife is a lawyer, and nice as they are, I wouldn't want to be negotiating anything across the table from them.  Yet they had only the nicest things to say about Norm, and I wound up having the same experience they predicted I would - a no pressure, friendly negotiation that would wind up with me feeling like I got an excellent deal.  They purchased, I leased, but we both agreed we would recommend this dealership, and Norm in particular, to any friend looking for a new Honda.

Most of my purchase/leasing activity has been in Chicago, of course, but I needed a car down here this time.  I have never had such positive feelings about a car purchase before, and I strongly suggest you check these folks out if a Honda is what you're thinking about.  Obviously, you should do your online research for both the car (the 2013 Accord is Consumer Reports' top rated midsize sedan) and price.  And that's how you'll know, as surely as I did, that you received the right price, and that you were treated as a valued customer in the process.

After first visiting a Toyota dealership where there were about 8 salesman standing outside on the front "porch" ready to devour you like piranha, we decided to visit Holman Honda just to compare the Hondas to the Toyotas.  We arrived at Holman Honda and could not at first figure out where the correct entrance was to new car sales.  There were no salesman hanging out front so how could we know?  We finally parked and went inside where we met with salesman Steve B.  Wow, talk about low key, no pressure sales.  What's not to love about that when buying a car?  He was very knowledgeable and the way he talked about the new 2013 Hondas had me sold in less than 5 minutes.  It turned out we couldn't purchase that day because the finance manager left (we were there at night).  So we picked out our car.  The next day, the paperwork was all ready for us.  We just had to sign on the dotted line and it took all of 5 minutes.  Wow!  I'm used to spending HOURS at the dealership.  Well, we leased our new Honda Civic and I'm already thinking about what car i will drive from Holman Honda when my lease is up.  :-)

Eddy in the service department is fantastic!  I always do my best to provide outstanding customer service, as a result I have very high expectations when I'm the customer.  Eddy has never let me down.  Whenever I call to make an appointment he is always very courteous and professional.  He gives me an estimate of the charges and tells me how long it will take.  There is rarely a wait when checking in and the waiting area is always very clean.  There's a television, but it isn't too loud.  Free Wi-Fi and desks enable you to set up your own office while you wait.  In fact, I'm writing this review from there right now!  This morning when I tried to get on the wifi it was down, but within five minutes of reporting the problem it was up and running.  If you don't want to wait, there is a complimentary shuttle service.  I've used it to be dropped at the office and they came and picked me up when my car was ready.  As an added bonus they usually wash the car before returning it.  Overall, the service department at Holman Honda is one of the most pleasant that I've ever experienced.

If you are buying from out of state beware!

I suggest you deal directly with the sales manager to avoid confusion on the laws of buying when you are a resident of another sate.  They don't have the best communication skills and I am pretty sure females get the short end of the stick.

I am done with this place once and for all.  They are always abrupt and arrogant.  last time I went in to fix a few issues with the car, and the car came out with a brand new screeching noise and this time I went in because my bulbs are all blowing out.  Got the right headlight fixed yesterday, only to now discover the left one is out, along with one of the interior lights, which was replaced not long ago.  When I questioned that this could be a larger issue, Mark Hartman, who usually makes you stand there forever without acknowledging you, dismissed every idea, saying it was certainly just a coincidence, sighing and abbrasively cutting me off.  He also made it clear that they would not look at the car today, which is fine due to the late hour, but he didn't even get off his ass and out of his stool to at least come look at the car or ask when a good time would be to bring it in.  I'm finally done with Mark Hartman and Holman Honda.  For now on, service at another Honda dealer in Broward and I'll get my next care from the other Honda dealer too.  Have a nice day Mr. Hartman.

Out of all the car dealerships that I've gone to, this was by far the BEST experience I have ever had.  Norman and Bill helped me, along with the Manager.  Some of the nicest men I have ever met.  Norman and Bill showed me the new 2012 Honda Civic that I now drive, and they were very knowledgeable on the specs inside and out.  

They stayed with me up until I drove off the lot, and they continued to assist me weeks after whenever I had a question.  

I was treated with respect before and after the car was purchased.  I was not pressured to purchase the car, and therefore enabled this transaction to be smooth.

I would recommend any one to go to this dealership, and probably only this dealership.

I have to say, after my experience at another dealer, I was not expecting much. WRONG!

Daivis, the salesman, the manager and even the finance guy were great. The experience was like no other.

If you are looking for a good car and a great price, and a very honest crew, Holman is your spot.

It did take a while to get my car ready (was in Stuart, FL) but once it arrived, ugh... I dont need to tell you about it,.

Thumbs up for the Holman Honda crew. These guys do know how to run an honest business. I should have gone to them in the first place!

Great experience at Holman. Friendly staff and a bright relaxed atmosphere. The salesman Dan R was knowledgeable, listened to me and treated me with respect.  Dan made it fun to look at cars and pick the one I wanted without feeling pressured.

After dealing with a few dealerships I bought at Holman because of the superior quality of the car, Dan's professionalism, and because friends have told me how great the service is AFTER the sale, which is VERY important to me.

The negotiations were comfortable and they helped me set up financing, registration and insurance very easily. I left with the car completely all set and ready to drive away. Didnt have to wait in any lines to register. The whole process was easy, comfortable, and left me feeling good about it. I LOVE the car and love the deal I got.

2 neighbors in my building also bought from Holman and both give high marks to this dealership.
