I recently purchased a certified CTS-V from Bayview.
My Internet rep was Bert Gorman and my salesperson was Chafic Danni,
They were both perfect gentleman and very professional.
Very classy no pressure dealership.
A great buying experience.
Thanks guys!

On February 20, 2015, I purchased my first Cadillac (2015 CTS 3.6 Luxury edition). Steve Plotnik was very patient with me, showing me several different models and styles which ultimately led to my CTS. Steve worked with me on financing options and after 5 or 6 hours I finally made the decision to leave Lexus and join the Cadillac family. Thank you Steve for your kindness and your vast knowledge of Cadillac. That's the reason your on the Sales Olympics wall so many times. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and all the great bells and whistles it comes with. What a sexy, powerful and yet quiet car. Signed, sincerely, a Satisfied NEW Cadillac CTS owner.

I would like to say that the service department here sucks!
About two months ago my father had his car serviced here and had a Mobil one oil change. The idiot technician only put 6-quarts of oil in the car instead of the required 8-quarts! The next morning my father checked the oil has a precautionary measure and noticed that there was NO reading on the oil level. We called Bayview Cadillac and they sent over roadside service and added two quarts of oil that the service technician forgot to add!!
Now what happens to the customer does not check their oil and ends up having engine issues?! It will fall back in the customer and not Bayview Cadillac!!
What happened to the days when the service technician double checked the oil when he was done to make sure it was full?!
It's pretty sad that a GM service technician can't even do an oil change correctly!! Why get GM service if they can possibly screw up your car!!

The worst part is that when my dads car was ready some of the service advisors and technicians wanted to hear my dads engine rev up!! So my dad started his car up that was improperly filled up with oil and revved it up so they could hear it roar! Now we worry if that could have possibly damaged his engine. We are seeking legal advice now for a possible lawsuit.

Great place
I didn't buy a car but if I was looking to buy a Cadillac I would go here.
My daughter was in an accident and needed her car repaired. They have an onsite collision center for Allstate insureds.  VERY NICE and great help here.

I brought my 2012 SRX in for an oil change and routine maintenance.  Heather, my service writer, greeted me with a big smile and a hearty "Welcome back!".  She went through details with me, let me know what was to be done and assured me if anything was discovered, she'd contact me for approval before proceeding. When I picked up my car, it was clean and fresh and all the work was completed.

Heather is a great asset to the company and the reason why I choose Bayview Cadillac to service my cars.

I brought my previous Cadillac there for service and ended up buying my next Cadillac there. Service is always excellent. I don't really like waiting but they are honest about the estimated wait time - which to me is very important.
They may not be the least expensive but I wouldn't bring my Cadillac anywhere else.

My car was damaged by an unknown person who backed in to my rear bumper.  Brought the car in for a estimate, got an appointment, and was done as promised in two days..... and a little.  The team kept me in the loop as to what was going on and my car was ready on time and looked beautiful.  It was clean in and out and the paint matched perfectly.  Everyone was friendly and professional.  Don't want my car damaged again but your service was not painful at all!  Thanks!

Heather was outstanding in every way. She took control and got everything done quickly and in excellent shape. Top notch by any measure.

This was the most disappointing service I have yet to experience. I purchased a Cadillac for quality and superior service. What I received was much, much less. First off, I called Roadside service at 7:37p on 05/09/13 and was told that Ed Morse Service was closed, but I could have a truck come out and try to jump start me for $69.95, otherwise I must wait until the morning. Being left stranded with no choice, I had to wait to the morning EVEN though I have Cadillac Extended Platinum Coverage Plan. I then informed your "dispatcher' to have a tow truck pick up my vehicle at 7am and take to ED Morse. I was told I would have to answer my phone to confirm at 5AM....are you kidding me? Do I have a Cadillac or a YUGO???? Therefore, I had the tow truck come at 9am so I could answer my phone at 7am. After several calls to my phone every few minutes, the service was confirmed. A very, very nice gentleman by the name Greg Rockwell showed up, NOT in a tow truck but a service vehicle. He explained there was a new type of Roadside Assistance program and he would try to get my car fixed. FIXED? In my driveway? What kind of rinky dink, backyard, mechanics is Cadillac turning into? He told me that if he got the car running and I wanted it checked out further I could drive it to the dealer and he would drive me back home. Seriously WHAT??????? WHY DID I PAY FOR AN EXTENDED WARRANTY if I am going to do half the work myself??? He explained that this was the "new" procedures. What if I lived in a community that prohibits working on a vehicle in your driveway? Not to mention I do not live in the backwoods and have concrete blocks laying around to jack the car off the ground. Mr. Rockwell proceeded to jack my car up and crawl under it in my driveway like some grease monkey and bang the starter with a hammer while I had to turn the key....yeah, real professional....did I mention this is a Cadillac? Fixing it by banging it with a hammer???.... Again, I in NO WAY BLAME Greg Rockwell, he is doing what management has told him to do. He discovered that the starter wire was loose and "sparking" and could have caused a fire. This is nice seeing this is my wife's car and she carpools kids back and forth to school. Greg then removed the tire and proceeded to tighten the loose starter wire. He then proceeded to start the car 15-20 times to ensure it was "fixed" WOW, I feel real safe and confident. I suppose I could have called "Julio" down the street the night before and he could have done the same thing except I wouldn't have been stranded with one vehicle for a night. I can assure you that this was the most unprofessional, backwards, ridiculous service Cadillac could offer. This has made up my mind to let everyone I know not to purchase any kind of a GM vehicle. I am looking into trading my Cadillac in for a Ford product just to not endure this type of service again. Ed Morse Cadillac and General Motors Corp should be ashamed to call themselves Cadillac SERVICE Dealers. I would be better of calling a Chevrolet dealer. I have 2 Ford Fiestas and a Focus for my company and the service on these vehicles far exceed Cadillac's...what a shame. It used to mean something to own a Cadillac.

Leased a 2012 SRX in NH, and  have now moved to Ft Laud. I brought my car in for its complimentary 7,500 miles service. The service writer greeted me with a smile ( Robert Arciniegas ) , called me 75 minures later when it was completed and returned the car to me washed and vac'd ...COMPLETELY satisfied....If to add, the service drive up was convient,  the pleasant waiting area was clean and spacious,  and all employees I came in contact with were professional and relaxed...

I was in a lookout for a new car lease and I loved the reviews and features on the new ATS. I also considered the new BMW 3 series which I checked out in Braman in Miami. The experience (customer service) there was disappointing and I never would go back. When I went to Ed Morde Bayview Cadillac, the experience was completely opposit. Fred Rosenberg and Dan Canter was absolutely amazing. They made me feel welcome and worked with me on all details in order to close the deal and to provide me the right car. I did not buy immediately, so the next day I received two phone calls from them just thanking me for the visit and offered me to take the car home for a day if I wish. I loved the idea and I accepted it. Unfortunately I could not return it the following day since I simply run out of time and surprisingly Dan simply just recommended to return it the next day with no hard feelings. The next day I showed up and purchased the ATS because of the car itself and the outstanding customer service from Fred and Dan. The paperwork only took a bit more than an hour! The Finance Manager Joseph Ferregur was polite, personable and very quick during the preparation of the final paperwork.
I'm extremely happy with your establishment and love the people's there. I felt that they treated me just like they do treat their families!

Thank You!

Very happy with the Collision Center at Ed Morse Bayview Cadillac.

Loren and his crew did an excellent job on my car. Professionalism and service. The two things you want when you're dealing with a car repair.

I can only imagine the team on the sales floor treats customers the same way. Highly recommended.
