AutoBranch in Fort Lauderdale, FL

Share |

The Auto Branch has been selling Fort Lauderdale pre-owned vehicles since 2003.  It is a unique concept that combines a credit union and a used car dealership into a one stop car buying experience.  Our commitment is to make available the highest standards of quality, selection and value.  We are dedicated to providing a worry-free car buying experience with competitive financing from South Florida's credit unions.

Established in 2003.

When it comes to used car lots, AutoBranch may be one of the very few owned by a credit union. The $414 million We Florida Financial in Margate, Fla., launched the business in 2004 and today the lot is a success. Drive down busy South Federal Highway in Fort Lauderdale and AutoBranch will stand out because it doesn't resemble the typical used car lot with a "Buy Here, Pay Here" banner flapping in the breeze. The building looks clean and inviting and the lot is orderly.

We Florida Financial touts several reasons to shop at AutoBranch including that the vehicles are ASE certified, have passed a 160-point check of key components and each auto comes with a free Carfax report. There's a free car locator service for those not on the lot. There's a price match guarantee: if someone else has a lower price on the same vehicle, AutoBranch will meet it. The lot also promises personal attention and employees who care. For those who actually purchase a vehicle, they will receive a $25 gas card.

If i could give -1 stars I would. This is a terrible company. Their managers and employees are crooks. I went to purchase a car and when we are going trough the paperwork I realized that their Manager had forged my signature on a form they never gave us to sign. When I told him that wasn't my signature he took the form from my hands and left his office and went to the back of the building then when he came back I told him I wanted a copy of the form and he told me he didn't know what I was talking about.  He desapired the form prolly destroyed it because he knew he got cought in an illegal practice.  This is the most unethical company I have ever seen and can't beleieve they hire dishonest ppl and put them as managers. It's simple a disgrace.  They should shame on themselves.  God knows what else they are capable of and what other illegal things they do that go un noticed.  Beware of them they are dishonest and have no ethics.
