Ive always seen this beautiful dealership alongside the 95. Being from NY we purchased a Jaguar F-Type in NYC and shipped to Miami for my Dad. My Dad took it out for the first time and the AC wasn't working. He brought the car up to Alpine after normal hours looking for help. He was helped by a gentleman named Kellen D. Barten. My Dad isn't tech savvy but asked that I write a review for him and the AMAZING help Barten provided. I would also like to thank him for helping my Dad out.

This dealership bent over backward to make sure that I was 100% satisfied with my purchase of a used Jaguar. I had some unusual needs, and the dealership went overboard to make sure that these were satisfied. Alpine Jaguar's courtesy, the honesty and integrity of the sales staff, especially Richard Gross who was our principal contact there, and the thorough follow up after the sale, far exceeded my expectations. I have bought over a dozen cars in my long life; dealing with Alpine was far and away the most pleasant purchasing experience that I have ever encountered.

I've bought all my cars here since 2011 - Larry Garber- fantastic, no pressure, but get-it-done salesman - Phil the sales manager, no BS, pure make-it-happen boss, and capped off by Carmen Cammarata running the service group - ALWAYS accountable at every level, and the quality of the Jags since Tata took them over us superb - make sure to ask about the Jaguar Performance Academy! As long as I'm buying Jags, this is the place to buy them. 2011-XKR and a 2014 F-Type V8S - the first one in the state on the the entire Alpine experience!

Very bad experience, after getting my car repaired their for over two years they treated me like a number. My last repair cost over 8k and it took over 5 weeks to repair. They initially quoted me two weeks and blamed everything on geico, ultimately I had to pay for it and instead of offering a solution they kept pointing the finger. Service advisors don't really care about customer service but instead will send you a survey after the repair is done begging for you to give them a 10 instead of truly earning it. Service managers will try to belittle you instead of working with you to find a solution. They repIaced an arm rest in the vehicle that had two different leather patterns and stated to me that there was nothing they can do about it. I had over $800 worth of rental car fees and I drove 45 minutes from Miami to bring them 7k of business. Instead of acknoweldging that they left me with the $800 bill. Very very bad experience considering i've spent over 12k with Alpine jaguar within one year. I would not recommend them for service instead I would go to Warren Henry Jaguar.

Coming over from a BMW dealership this experience was on a completely different level. I had the pleasure of working with Kellen Barten their internet sales manager, Richard Gross my sales adviser and Mark Cerni in finance. A great group of guys who worked efficiently to earn my business and made this a first class process. Richard is extremely knowledgeable about the cars in their lineup and a reasonable negotiator who went to bat for me. I shopped my car on autotrader and was willing to make the purchase anywhere in the country, but Alpine Jaguar really was the best.

I have purchased two cars in the last eight months from Alpine and As a car guy, I would highly recommend Alpine Jaguar. Not only am I now driving the car that I truly desired, the F type V-8 S convertible, but the sales experience was truly far above any that I have previously experienced, and our new XF is a wonderful car. I felt that it was more discussion than being sold by Richie Gross, the sales expert, and I even had a meet and greet with the owner. The whole process was efficient and done in a timely manner with very little pressure and every single person that I met with was very polite and professional. This is how a sales experience and an automobile purchase should be done. They set the standard. I am truly happy with my automobile and I could not be happier with the entire experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a car.
On 1/16/15 I purchased a second Jaguar, an XF for my wife, and the experience was completely as satisfying as the first experience I wrote about in this review.

The most honest service manager we have ever husband brought our preowned Jag in for an oil change...Jeff Whitney (asst svce manager) ran a full report on the vehicle and realized that we weren't close to due for one...his honesty and integrity should be applauded....thank you Jeff,,,we will be back when we need service...

I felt compelled to write this review because I had such a great experience at Alpine Jaguar. I wanted to encourage everyone in the market for a new car to go there. I was greeted by a man who would become my sales person, Matt Passenese. His sales approach was not overly aggressive, but an understated confidence about the product he was selling and he was extremely knowledgeable about the car's features and performance.  The Alpine showroom is beautiful and they had a wide inventory from which to choose. I decided to lease an XF, and I got the exact color and package I wanted for the price I wanted to pay. I had been to another Jaguar dealership in the area and was extremely disappointed. When you are shopping for a luxury vehicle you have high expectations for the experience. I think Alpine's edge is their General Manager Phil Franchina. After meeting him, it became apparent that Alpine maintains the high standards in its presentation, service department and staff under his strict direction. Under his watchful eye, I was certain I would be taken care of for the entire time I leased my vehicle and he would do everything possible to keep me coming back, that was much appreciated!

I took my XF to the service center for an intermittent overhead light, my service adviser Jeff made the whole experience very pleasingly, I was in and it in no time plus my service adviser was very informative. In another visit I took the car to get detailed and since the procedure toke a whole day I was giving a rental (2013 Jaguar XF) from enterprise which has an office in the dealership lounge they only toke a $50 deposit which  they returned. Again the experience was very pleasing and Alpine Jaguar did an amazing job detailing the car inside and out.

A highly positive outcome on my first visit. I brought my XFR in after the Cactus Car Wash was kind enough to claw my drivers mirror out of its socket. The car wash attendant was quick to pop the mirror back in, but within 24 hours I, too, found myself popping the mirror back in every time I closed the driver's door, until the clip broke completely in two days time. I was moving to the area at the time and didn't buy my Jaguar at this dealership, however, that didn't stop them from providing a level of service that exceeded my every expectation. I called the car wash manager, who would not commit to the cost of the repair without inspecting the mirror, seeing the receipt and viewing their video tape. I thought "hogwash" and called the dealer's service department, who was able to quickly pull up all the information on my car, despite my never having been there. I've been to dealer's who have difficulty doing this when you've bought and brought the car there. In explaining the problem, they could not say with certainty they would have the parts in stock or provide an estimated cost for the repair without seeing the car. This sounded to me like a hosing in the making, however, knowing my chances of survival on the roads in South Florida without the mirror are about one in three, I set out to the dealer to get the mirror fixed at 3:30 pm. Upon arriving I handed over the fob to my powerful kitty, and was told to check back in an hour. Not having anywhere else to go, I took the fifty cent tour to see the less ferocious jags in the showroom, where I put myself in park to kill time on my cell phone. I returned to the service area 45 minutes later to see if they had the parts and what the cost for the repair would be. What I found was my jag repaired, cleaned and waiting for me ahead of schedule. The icing on the cake here was they did the repair under warranty at no charge to me. I'm either the exception to the rule or this pIace is that good. If you are considering a luxury car purchase, you should definitely check this place out. Clearly they want your business given they have more signs posted for you to conveniently find them than Hansel and Gretel had bread crumbs.

A friend and I were driving around in his 2010 Jaguar when the car notified us that the coolant level was low. Lately, the car has been smelling a bit off, we figured it had a leak. We took it it to Alpine Jaguar, and a very nice lady by the name of Diane Wiley quickly came to help us. She had a friendly attitude and was very attentive. She recommended that we leave the vehicle there for repair, and she referred us to their 3rd party rental company, Enterprise.  Although the vehicle was out of warranty, Alpine Jaguar took care of the rental fees. We only had to pay a $50 deposit. We were out of there with a rental car within 1 hour. Overall; a great experience.

I'll make this short, sweet and to-the-point:

Alpine Jaguar isn't worth the time to drive there, or money to waste there.

After having Alpine do my latest repairs, I swore I would never return.  Their prices are about %40 higher than comparable outlets and their staff, when paying the bill, were rude and dripped of attitude.

After having my car serviced there, ANOTHER repair facility later determined that they had made several mistakes, the least of which was over-torquing the lug-nuts on ALL 4 wheels, causing damage to several of the lugs.  

I will never return to Alpine and recommend you avoid them at all cost.
