Young man by the name of Jonathan assisted me in getting a vehicle. Even though I wasn't eligible he still did a good job and he understands the business side of things. Even though he couldn't get me in a car he did help me understand how it all works for a first time buyer.
Give that new guy a raise !

Do not trust these guys shady shady shady...... never have I ever seen anything like it. Scam artists bait and switch. Tried to sell us a car and then went to sign the papers price was higher on the car buy 800 dollers, when asking why, they tried to give us a run around. We walk out. These guys give scummy used car sales men a bad name.

I bought a car here a few months ago.. The only reason I gave it two stars is because the person I dealt with tried to help as much as he could.. 2 days into having the car it started making a noise, I took it back they said they "fixed" it.. Not the case.. Then it started making a different noise, I took it in and they supposedly replaced the timing belt.. It's still making the noise.. In total I took the car in 4 times, and it never got fixed.. The car runs good, just makes these noises that are annoying.. I won't ever recommend this place and I won't ever buy from there again.. I'm very disappointed..

Returned the used car purchased and I signed DMV form to change the owners WMG never contacted the finance company. Owner said he would and hasn't .
The night of 7/25/14 signed to buy used car Honda Civic 2013 LX  Blue VIN#19XFB2F55DE230018. picked up the car on 7/29/14 when driving the car home i saw that the air bag indicator error light on. Took the car to a Honda dealership close to my house. picked up the report and car a couple of days after and the report said air bags were diploid and the driver seatbelt was not sending the computer signal. honda also confirmed the milage on the car bc the milage they reported to dmv and the contract was a lot different. the car actually had 7200~ miles and the contract said it had 11200~ miles. the online sales customer service manager claimed the error as "human error". Honda told me that the car shouldn't be sold under these conditions if not fixed, they were not. on 8/8/14 i spoke to the manager Amir who is terrible at customer service he is so rude and can't communicate properly with clients brushed me off to the sales rep Roberto to speak to about returning the car who than brought over the online sales customer service manager who than brought over the owner of the business Mike Pepper.i returned the honda back to the owner of wholesale motor group Mike Pepper on 8/8/14. the company returned my downpayment and i asked Mr. Pepper who takes care of the finance company and will let the finance comp. know that the car was returned to cancel the loan. Mr. Pepper assured me that WMG (wholesale motor group) would be the ones to take care of the finance company. I signed a DMV document that changed the ownership back to WMG on 8/8/14. I get a call from the finance companies collection department on 9/3/14 to say that i haven't made a payment to this car. that was a ugly surprise to me after the owner of WMG said that WMG would take care of the finance comp. They have not done so if I'm getting a call from collections! I feel as a woman they are trying to take advantage. How can i be in collections thats is hurting my credit when i no longer own the car? i feel that the owner and its sales managers are not doing what they promised they would by canceling the loan contract. after signed documents stating canceling the purchase. also they should inspect cars that they are selling to the public. after returning the car i thought this horrible experience would be over and it is not. I'm still having to invest time to this matter when i should be clear from it.

I was recently in the market for an f250 Super Duty. I'm into the lifted trucks and particular ones that are free of any damage and looking near perfect.

I happened to come across this beautiful 2005 f250 at Wholesale Motor Group. It had high miles, but I was optimistic and went to go see it. Absolutely beautiful truck inside and out. Previous owner took marvelous care of it.

However, for the miles it had, they were asking over $7,000 Blue Book. Obviously this was a joke and I laughed and said I'll take it for $20.000. As I do understand at the end of the day it's a business, and people do need to make money.

I test drove it, and all was good.

Then the care salesmen started saying things that didn't add up. He said he ran my credit, and I had a 509 credit score. I said LOL! Let me see that. He wouldn't show me the paper, then said it wasn't the one with the score. I did a check right at the dealer and it popped up as 680.

We then drove back over to the other side of the dealer, (It's split into two shops)
He tells me another guy just approved for the truck with a 700+ credit score, and is paying 25,000 for the truck. At first I laughed, and said what an idiot.

Then it got me thinking... This little piece of trash just literally wasted three hours of my time, to tell me they were selling the truck to someone else.

As I'm getting ready to leave, he said if I put money down on top of my trade-in, they would consider my deal.

I pondered and asked if this guy was literally smoking drugs? I was trading in a perfect car.. worth 8000 at dealer trade-in. Who in their right mind asks for money down on top of a trade in thats worth 8000, for a 20,000 truck?

At this point I was ready to punch this guy.

I left the dealer furious... They tried to hustle and bustle me through phone calls the next few days. It was terrible.

Absolutely crooked place, lies, and will try and rip you off for above every last penny. Do not come near this awful place. I hope they go out of business for the sake of people's money.

The whole auto group worked as a  Team to make sure I drove off the lot same day. This is the only car delearship that actually helped me out with getting me financed. Seer the Finacial Manager made sure my loan was approved. Im super excited an happy for the car I deseve and now drive. Stop by today!!!

Dealer was not good at all took them 2 weeks to deliver my car and took 3 weeks for my moms car. When I received my vehicle it had structural damage and they did not want to take it back or make it right. Most of there vehicles have been in accidents and they just put them together to make it look good to the naked eye.

I did a google search for a specific car I have been looking for (an Oldsmobile Cutlass Ciera) and it came up on Autotrader.com that Wholesale Motor Group had this vehicle in stock.  I called them up and spoke with a sales associate named Louis who assured me that the car was there and ready to be sold.  The car is advertised on Autotrader.com for $1,995, and has relatively low miles.  At this point I was pretty sure I was going to buy the car unless there was something majorly wrong with it, so I decided to pay for a carfax on the vehicle as well.  The carfax report checked out so I decided to drive out there to purchase the vehicle.

*I want to note that I live about an hour away from this place, which is why I made the phone call to ensure that the car was available.

When i arrived and found Louis he told me to wait around for a minute while he talked to some of the other employees there.  He said they were wondering why I wanted such an old car and he asked me if I wanted to look at a newer car to purchase.  I told him that I came there specifically for the Oldsmobile and nothing else.  He told me the car was in the back lot and that is was going to be $3,000 plus taxes and fees.  I was obviously surprised by this and told him that the car was advertised for $1,995 on the internet.  He said "Oh, I'll be right back" and went to talk to the other employees again.  When he returned he said that the car could not be sold because it hadn't passed smog and that's why it was in the back lot.  Little did he know that I had carfaxed the vehicle and it shows that the car was smogged in January of 2012.  He asked me again if I wanted to look at a newer vehicle for sale.  I reminded him that I drove an hour to see the aforementioned Oldsmobile and then I left.

So in summary, I drove an hour to see a vehicle that they didn't even let me look at.  They tried to charge me $3,000 when it is advertised for $1,995.  Then, when I make them aware of the advertised price, they say the car didn't pass smog testing and is no longer available (which was a blatant lie).  I wanted to tell them to reimburse me for my gas and for the carfax, but I was so angry that I had to just leave.
