The guy who works there are some moron. I went to see for an Acura and when i went there it looks like i am the one waiting for them.  They seem like they are not interested dealing with the customer. Poor customer service.

This is the typical group of Arab guys wearing expensive clothes trying to sell you cars -- they have the expensive clothes because they sell the cars for way more than they should be.
Anyways, here's the story:

Visited them about a month ago because we were interested in a car they had. As it was, it was already on the expensive side at about $20.9k. We noticed that it was not in the condition that warranted that expensive price and we then proceeded to point out each flaw and account for its cost: leather on the driver's left bucket side was torn, scratches in the paint in many areas, all four brake rotors needed to be replaced, each wheel had deep acid burn holes in the laminated alloy metal resulting in broken laminate and what appeared to be wells, AND one of the tires was a completely different brand than the others. (Of course, they pretended to not know anything about any of the problems, and, of course, they are briefed about these problems when they buy cars from dealer auctions...).
The repairs that were required would cost about $5k. We told them that we would be willing to pay $17.5 for the car. They told us that we were out of our minds, this is a pristine racing sports car, blah blah blah. So we leave.
A week later, we go back and the price was raised to $22.8k. We asked them, "Wtf?" and they said the car is great and everything. We proceed to point out the problems with the car (the rims and wheels) and they had the holes in the rims filled.

Summary of the story:
These guys are slimey cheapskates who would rip you off in an instant.

If you want to ask me any questions about these guys, PLEASE, give me a call (408)431-6215. My name is Kyle.

Please try to not purchase a car from these guys.
