Hard to believe how much this place takes advantage of its customers. A friend purchased a vehicle, almost double the blue book price. Granted that was her mistake for not checking but the greed Ben displayed is upsetting. The car already broke down and was going to cost and additional $4800 to fix. She took it back and was given a new car with a new loan. He guaranteed her the car was good to go right off the lot and she shouldn't have any problems...not the case! She drove the car off the lot and the check engine lights comes on, it needs an oil change, new tires and addition small work. So upsetting that this man took advantage and swindled her! TWICE!!!!

Another car dealer that will sweet talk you and tell you all you want to hear in order to make a purchase and once you do its all downhill from there. All that nice guy act out the window just thieves and crooks do yourself a favor and don't even waste a second in there.

I agree STAY FAR AWAY !!! I was referred to Signature Motors from a friend of one of the sales guys there. I had just got in a car accident and needed a reliable car ASAP. I guess you can say I was pretty desperate! I am mad at myself for going here when I had a nice deal at Honda that I turned down for Signature Motors! The place looks sketch to begin with but I dint judge a book by its cover. I purchased a Volvo from them and they put on a act that they are friendly and nice and they "care about their customers" at one point of time Ben stated he had a daughter my age and wanted to help me out as he would respect the same treatment for his daughter my age. WELL they do not give a rats ass about their customers! They will say anything to earn that profit at the end of the day that's all they care about. They are the most UNPROFESSIONAL people out there! I hadn't had my Volvo for a month and problems were already starting!  The tags expired and when I brought it in Robin just had them switched to the Signature motors license plate. It took about 2 1/2 months to receive my new tags and registration. I have yet to get my license plates back! Instead of them following up with me I have been the one to take initiative!! NEXT! My A/C had went out a month after buying my vehicle, Because I purchased the warranty I automatically thought that the it covered A/C issues nonetheless I would EXPECT that either way they would fix the A/C especially only having the car a month!! WELL I notified Ben and he assured me he would take care of it for me. I brought my car not one time but 3 times ! EACH and EVERY time I had to come pick it back up because they "ordered the wrong part" each time I was jerked around having to schedule rides and take time off work to drop/pick up my car. On top of that they did not follow up with me they left me in the dark and I had to continuously call and check up on my car. I had to get updates for myself if not I would not hear from them at all. My car would just be sitting there for a week if I hadn't called them to check in! The greatest part of the story is I notified them that I would contact the better business bureau which I STILL am if they did not fix it. Shortly after I sent that email I get a follow up call from Robin telling me to bring in my car Friday and that "We don't even have to fix it, your warranty doesn't cover it we are doing you a FAVOR" VERY VERY professional right?? To top it off why agree on fixing it in the first place if that was the case? I would have loved to have been notified of that from the beginning. Not threatened with it at the end!  MORAL OF THE STORY DONT GO HERE SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE!! ALL THAT TIME WASTED I AM STILL GOING TO GET MY A/C FIXED OUT OF MY OWN POCKET!! I HAD ENOUGH OF THE EXCUSES AND UNPROFESSIONALISM!! I HAVE LEATHER SEATS AND CANT BARE THE 102 DEGREE WEATHER!

Stay FAR away! Bought the Jag they had on the lot and had major issues from the beginning. Ben told me he would take care of it since we just bought it, and so we left them the car for about a week. We finally got it back and Ben told me the coolant leak was repaired but he was waiting for a sensor to come in and he will let me know when it arrives. I have not been contacted since. I gave up trying to contact them because I get the run around and a bunch of fast dealer talk. Had my car for a week and still has the same issues and more, and burn all my premium gas. Car leaks , shakes, engine light, misfires and we just got it! These guys sell lemons. Go there at your own risk. Just a warning. I bought a car because I needed a more reliable vehicle for my wife that i wasn't putting money into every month for repairs, but now I have to put money for repairs  AND I have a car payment. Don't make the same mistake I did. My fault for buying without a warranty, but Ben told me he has a mechanic and he will take care of the issues.

This place is actually in Willow Glen but anyway I was reluctant to buy from
here with not one review anywhere. My fiance and I decided to go down there. We pulled in and were greeted by the finance lady (Robin) who showed us the car we were interested in.
We looked it over and test drove it.  It ran smooth without any problems.

Upon return we opened the hood and a little smoke was coming out from the engine. Robin went to ask the owner then came back to explain that some oil leaked from the valve and they did some work but that the excess oil was still there burning off. I asked to see paperwork and she couldn't provide anything.  She said she was not going to sell me a car that would break down and they make sure to service all repairs/needs. The owner came up to us shortly after and explained in further detail and assured us that the smoke would go away. That wasn't good enough for us. We also noticed the car was low on anti-freeze and needed an oil change. Robin said they'd take care of that for free and would write up a due bill stating if the smoke did not go away that she would get it fixed for us free of charge as well.

Now we were happy. The car was such a good deal we decided to purchase it with the due bill of course. We felt not pressure at all to buy and the staff was very friendly.  We would recommend this place.

I gave 3 stars because Robin happened to walk out to smoke when she greeted us after had been walking around looking for someone. The sales guy was nowhere to be found. Robin said all fluids were good but were not. The parking is very limited if any because the lot is so small.
