I bought a SUV from this dealer in January and they promised to make vehicle registration in DMV.
After 2  months later, I still didn't receive my title from DMV.  I called dealer to ask. Ms Stephanie in Auto Outlet told me she have mailed my documents to DMV and I should go to DMV checking.
So I went to DMV twice and the officer told me that they didn't receive the documents from dealer. They said its a big problem for dealer because they should report to DMV within 5 days after they selling vehicle.

If I could give this place no stars I would. If I would have had read the reviews before coming to this place and buying my car, I would have totally avoided it. I already bought my car there unfortunately. I came here because people need to know that this place has the worst customer service ever. They are only interested in your money and do not keep their word for anything. They are very unorganized and very unprofessional. I seen an employee there with slacks that were sagged. That is not professional! Aside from that, the worst experience was that one of the managers was being insanely rude to my father, saying that he doesn't know more about finances than him and that he didn't want to sell us the car because my father was bringing up the fact that he had seen my car in other places for much cheaper. This is what you do when you are buying a car, correct? You try to come to an agreement, the guy was very rude and I had to stop him there and remind him how to do HIS job as I am the customer and he is the manager. How are you going to build a relationship or continue your shitty business with such comments? It is very unacceptable and I plan to report this elsewhere as this place does not know what customer service is about. He also brought up the fact that he is Iranian and knows what it's like to be down talked to. I felt discriminated and disrespected. I would advise everyone NOT TO COME TO THIS PLACE!

Sadly I can't give them 0 stars. First off I found the car I wanted, perfect condition, practically new. I seen the car listed online for 10,995. First time I asked they told me they would honor the Payment. I didn't have 2,000 to give down. They asked me to come back when I had the full down payment. I purchased a car from them before and I had no issues, this is why I decided to come again. Ok so I return with the money and the car is still there. The sales person was eager to sell us the vehicle but tony didn't want 1500 he wanted 2500. Plus he couldn't honor the price of 10,995. He said that was the cash price. That's a lie. Ok so they said give is 1500 but you can't take the car until the bank approves you, I was like ok, so stupid me. I went for it. Then John come back you can take the car but we need 1000 more to make it happen. So I agree to 2500 down. Once I was ready to leave , they said ohh you can't take the car till you get insurance, like really now you tell us. I get on the phone and add insurance. I'm happy driving away. Ok, so we take the car on Sunday. Car leaves me stranded on Monday. I go back to return the car, I get a loaner. They lied to us about what was wrong with the car. They changed the story over and over again. They said it would be ready this day then that day then this day .... It's been over a week. The loaner was ok, but the break light was Broken , all these lights came on the dash board. I said If the car ain't ready by Monday I'm done. Mind you the bank keeps calling me up the ass to get the deal done. Today 2/24/15 I said enough, I don't want shit. Give me my money back. It sucks how you trust in dealers and give you crappy cars. No remorse in taking your money. I guess they don't care if you have kids to move around. Worse experience ever.  save your money. sorry John (salesman) your not getting your $50 for a "good review"...

we got a 09 c300 from these people,
Brian Covington and Tony Danesh helped us a lot.
They spoke very nicely, much better than Toyota showroom near the jail.

The process went kind of slow because they were busy on Sunday evening with 3 sales at the same time.

This review is after 2 days of purchase.
might update if I run into any trouble.

regarding other -ve rating, Tony mentioned they changed the staff.

I only gave 1 star because 0 stars is not an option. We walked on this place and saw a couple trucks we liked, one in particular had $2000 written on the window. After looking at a couple other places we came back the next weekend, now the price was magically $11999!!! It was completely over priced. We asked the sales guy John and he said he would go ask the owner. He introduced us to another guy who said he had no clue why it said $2000 and asked us some questions like how much we had to put down, if we had a steady job, etc. Then he told us that wasnt enough down and said come back when we had more money!! The sales man took our number and said he'd call when he asked the owner later what the correct price was.
    Wait a minute!! You just asked the owner!!! So who the hell is the owner?? Clearly not the guy you just introduced us to as the owner? We were super confused.
    As we were leaving, we saw a BRIGHT ORANGE cal trans truck. We asked how much, $9999. It was the same as the other truck we were interested in but had more milage and ORANGE. I tried asking if they would come down on that price because of the color and the response was classic. "The color doesnt matter, some people come here looking for orange trucks." Lol, he again told us he would call us later if the prices changed when he talked to the owner. These people in general had the worst customer and sales service ever!! They are clearly not interested in selling cars otherwise they would have tried to negotiate a little with us.
(You never know how much cash we actually had in our pockets, we just wanted to get a reasonable price for a used car)
WORST USED CAR SALES EVER!!!!!!!!!

This place is a disaster especially the customer service. They have one guy that's always lying to people, they sell cars that don't work. I've lost money with my car. Don't buy cars at this dealership, the manager never wants to talk to customers when they have complaints. They sold me a car that lasted 6 freaking months and and they told me to change it for another car but they wanted 3000 down after I had paid 6 000 on the truck. They are nothing but liars. They take advantage.

I bought a car from this place and everything was fine...at first. The salesman made a few verbal agreements with me. one of wich was that since the car's registration was expired before I bought that car, the dealer would pay the registration fee. Never happend. even worse, when I called the place to see what the issue was the man who sold me the car said that I was "ridiculus" and "absurd" and that he would never in his right mind tell a customer that. He continued to scream and make threats. This is just one of all the agreements that this place did not make good on. Auto outlet is the biggest bunch of two faced liars that I have ever had to deal with in my life. They are the kind of buisness that will resort to name calling, screaming, and threats just so they don't have to make good on their deals. Yelpers heed my warningthis palce will be your worst nightmare!
