My brother and I went to look at cars but were pretty hesitant because his credit isn't the best but Melissa at M&R made us feel like rockstars! She was very honest, nice and was really attentive to our needs. He has kids so we had a tight budget and so she was able to work with us. I used to work on Lincoln Ave. and growing up I always passed by these lots never thinking Id ever purchase a vehicle here.

My husband and I purchased a car here last year and we love it! We had zero credit so it was difficult in finding a dealership to finance us but it was no issue at all for M&R to help us out!! The guys on the lot were very helpful and knowledgeable(especially a young man named Juan). He didn't harass us like the usual blood thirsty car salesmen. He let us look around on our own and if we had questions he was there to answer them. Very grateful we purchased here. Our car is perfect for a now family of 5 and is running BEAUTIFULLY. Thank you M&R..

Also I want to add any time you buy a used vehicle from ANY WHERE you should always do your research and know what to look for. The bad review below is tragic but you enter at your own risk when buying vehicles. P.S. Spell check and proof reading  are your FRIEND.

I bought a 2008 Tacoma from here   I was looking for this specific truck and they had one on their lot other wise I would not have stopped in. I'd been to many dealers along San Carlos also with the ones on Capital, so I was done dealing with with pushy/creepy guys.  These guys were great-very helpful I'd go back to them actually we  did go back the next week to have it detailed.  I got the truck for a good price and Juan was very helpful finding& setting up financing.  Like I said I'd go back

I'm actually being very generous w the 1 star, I had previously posted a comment for this dealership but apparently it was brought down....
In 2011 I and my husband were lured by a Craig's list posting on a Cadillac CTS 2003! We were very excited since it was our First Dealership Car!! Long story short my car turned off on the 2nd after I had purchased it!!!! It tryed several times to fix the problem but they wanted nothing to do w helping us! Soon as try got there money they spuffed into thin air!!!!!!
I highly recommend you double think purchasing a car here!
We found out they had tampered w the engine "check light" in order to make a quick deal and not have to fix the car!
There crooked and awful! 3 cylinders were damaged and it was going to cost 7,000$ plus to fix we ended up trading the car and lost more than $20,000 in the process!

I went to Capitol Chevrolet in San Jose were I was able to get a 2012 Chrysler 300 hemi C for almost the same amount! I have never been so happy!

And for this dealership your in for a nightmare from hell if I was you and I was reading this I would NOT HAVE STOPPED AND BELIEVED THERE DISGUSTING LIES! I am still think of legal action against them bc if they did it to me how many people haven't they done it too!

I came to m&r bc I got a decent tax return this year and wanted a new car without financing. I think I visited about 4 used car lots before I stopped here. I really wanted to shop around before making a decision and I liked this place bc I didn't feel like I was being targeted for a specific car like I did at the other used car places. The salesman seemed to be very knowledgeable in various makes models and helped w suggestions when I described what I wad looking for.  Although my goal was to pay cash for a car then and there I was suprised when they told me I could qualify to finance a nicer car then I was expecting with only 3000 bucks down. Everywhere else wanted anywhere from 5000 to 6500 for a decent payment plan. So in the end I decided to make a down payment and finance. I love my new suv and still had a good amount of money left over from my tax return. The guys here really seem to be honest and didn't hesitate to answer my questions even when the answers were somewhat negative towards the cars I was looking at. My payment plan is manageable and well worth it.
