Don't let the looks fool you, all their cars are very well maintained and held by great standards. Rudy even put the car I wanted on hold for me for two weeks with no down payment do to my hectic work schedule since I was coming Turlock, which is a bit of ways from San Jose. He was also very straight forward, honest and meticulously explained everything very thorough. I highly recommend H&K auto sales and definitely recommend Rudy!

I have never bought a car through a dealership before so I expected to deal with a sleazy sales person. I was mistaken. The guy who sold me my car was patient while we negotiated. Don't let the facade of the lot deter you from taking a look or purchasing a car from here! Their lot is near used car dealerships but they sell quality vehicles. I came from San Francisco and the salesman
was willing to pick me up from cal train!

I subtracted one star because they're closed on Sunday's.

I discovered H & K on Craigslist while searching for a specific hard to locate car. I called and spoke with Rudy over the phone and he said he would take a small deposit and would hold the car for a few days since I was coming down from Sacramento on the weekend. When I arrived the car was in pristine condition and exactly as described. Rudy was upfront an honest about everyting on the car and made the sale smooth an effortless. My search is over I finally bought the car ive always wanted and got an incredible deal

The same day Saturday when I got home to my bank to process the financing paper work the bank needed a copy of the title and a few other things. H & K faxed over all the documents to my bank in less then 5min. My bank said that is almost unheard of and no wonder they have been in business since 1986, What a great car dealer! !

A class customer Service all the way and I highly recommend H & K to anyone looking to purchase a quality vehicle

I purchased a 1998 BMW 318i with 133K miles from this dealership about ten days ago. The only other car I've purchased from a dealer was new from Capital Ford, so this was my first experience with a "mom-and-pop" dealer and was very pleasant. The asking price was $4,990 and I was able to talk them down to $4,500, simply by asking. This included taxes, registration, fees, ect., which came out to about $700, so I paid approximately $3,800 for the car itself, which I found to be very reasonable.
After I purchased the vehicle, I had a friend, who is a highly knowledgeable with cars, look at it for about ten minutes and he said it appears that the car is very mechanically sound.

The staff was polite, not pushy at all, well-dressed, and very professional. I was given a CARFAX upon request and the only negative aspect was that the car didn't pass a recent smog check due to a bad water pump (which I was told about even before requesting the CARFAX). H&K had paid $590 to repair it and they provided me with a copy of the receipt as well as a proof that it had passed smog afterwards.

The only complaint I have about my experience was that when I asked if there were any problems with the vehicle, I was not told about the air conditioning and sunroof not working, although these are very minor problems and H&K may not have even known about them.

All in all, it was a very pleasant experience and I am highly satisfied with my purchase. Highly recommended.

This is by far an exceptional auto sales experience. We came on a recommendation and were so happy with their honesty, knowledge, and service. Aison was our rep and he made sure all our questions were answered and financial needs met. He worked to negotiate the best rate for me and get my credit approval. The only time I went into the dealership was to sign the final/approved sales docs! Really easy, simple, and no-hassle process.

Be very careful here to ensure the car is in the shape the salesperson claims. We spent 10 hours reviewing a 2011 Sienna on this lot. It was spotless - except for a CarFax "structural damage" flag. The dealer swore that this was a mistake, he knew the seller, the police misfiled the report, blah blah blah. But when I took it to Steven's Creek Toyota for full checkup- sure enough - the frame machine showed a problem on the rear-right wheel. The car had suffered a $12,000 accident and the frame was bent. Luckily I caught this funny business and went on my way. They are nice folks but cannot be trusted.

I purchased a 2013 Lexus GS350 last Saturday and it was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. My sales rep Aison Kwon is a professional. I never felt any pressure to purchase a car just support in making the right choice for me and my lifestyle.
Aison Kwon is by far the best sales rep and far beyond perfect customer service. He is the perfect example of fine customer service at its best.
If you need a new or used car, Aison is the guy you go to.
He will make things simple and easy.
Wish I could say the same about my previous experiences. But that's another story.

i leased 2012 Nissan vehicle through this company because i did not want to hassle with the car delaer's salesmen.

the service was much more than my expectation, and every thing was to the maximum details.

This place is awesome! I don't understand why more people don't make their auto purchases through them.

Rudy has helped me with every single one of my new car purchases, and not only does he get me the model, trim and colors that I want, he gets the cars for me at (realistic) prices that turns out to be better than what I was looking for, and definitely much better than what I've ever worked out with any dealer.

I have always been so happy with my purchases through him that I bring my friends to him whenever they ask me to help them find a good deal on a car, and Rudy always requests one thing - go look and try to bargain for yourself first, and then head in to see him so you know the prices he's giving you are a great deal. So far, he hasn't let us down yet. IMO, the only way you can find better deals is if you know someone somewhere who can and actually will hook it up, and believe me when I say that it is rare.

Beyond finding the cars and prices, he has also helped some of my friends with the APR on financing. No miracles here, he just knows what he's talking about and working with him just avoids the hassles credit unions will give you about things that are completely irrelevant to your credit or purchase.

It seems to me that H&K's main goal here is to make your new car purchase and financing a pleasant one, from beginning to end, and their pay comes last. If you buy one car from them, I'm sure you'll be going back for future purchases as well.
