Everett the sale rep made my whole experience so easy & painless! I wasn't sure if I would get approved, but it was simple & quick! After writing my review I received a call from the sales manager, Patrick. He asked me to tell him what happened? I recounted the incident. Patrick asked me if I could take the car in, that afternoon stating that he wanted to make it right. I was excited; finally there going to deliver on their promises... I started to make plans to take some of my belongings out of the car. Figuring that Patrick would have a rental car ready when I drop
Off the car.... I even though he might have a nice sports car to make up for dropping the ball. Boy was I ever wrong; I drove to the enterprise lot after work and I met with Patrick. We walked out to the car where he asked me to go over the items that needed to get fixed. He didn't have a clue as to what needed to get repaired. One of the items is the front windshield, Patrick said oh yeah we need to fill that right away. Seriously!!! he did not read the work order? I pointed out to Patrick that I was told the windshield was going to get replaced. He walked into the office and came out with the work order, then stated oh yeah will get that replaced. Patrick then proceeded to take pictures of all the items that need to be repaired/replaced. He then started to tell me that he was going to order the windshield plus some other items that would be taken care of at the dealership and that I needed to come back on Thursday to drop off the car he then added that I could pick up the car on Friday. But I might have to drop it off again if the dealership did not have all the parts in stock. Are you kidding me they hadn't order anything yet? (My head started spinning but managed to calm down before I spoke) I asked Patrick you spect me to drive over 40 minutes in traffic twice? He asked me what I wanted him to do. I told him to pick up the car at my house and suggested to have them rent the car at my local enterprise. All the while thinking (Why am I here now? So he can take pictures I could have e-mailed them to him) He then agreed to have the car picked up at my house and take me to rent a car at the local enterprise.
I hope the get it right this time!

We were not easy customers by any means. At one point we even joked that we were looking for a unicorn. But Everette in San Jose was very patient. He brought car after car from other lots, we must have test driven fifteen different models before my better half found her baby. Thank you Everette. Happy wife, happy life.

I was referred here through my credit union and got an awesome deal.
The specific car I wanted was located at a Enterprise location in Sacramento.
I initially met with Daniel early on a Saturday morning and test drove the same model vehicle I wanted to buy. After the test drive I still wanted the car in Sacramento; Patrick and Daniel were able to get me the car I wanted the same day. On top of the great deal I received; Enterprise has a 12 month warranty and Roadside assistance when you purchase a car through them. In addition because my car is fairly new it is still   covered under the manufacturers warranty. Daniel helped me through the whole process and was very professional and helped me with all the questions I had. There was no pressure at all to purchase additional warranties when going through the paperwork, which I appreciate alot. I will definitely be coming here in the future if I need to purchase another vehicle and will be referring family and friends. Thank you Daniel and Pat you guys are doing a great job!

I recently purchased a car from here, and Dominik and the team provided me with a wonderful experience. This is now the second car I bought here, and I plan on returning in the future. I would also be happy to refer my family to Enterprise Car Sales San Jose when they are in the market.

Dominik and the team here were very polite, very professional, and they were a wealth of knowledge when it came to their inventory. I have not received better customer service, or anything close to this at any other car lot. I highly recommend coming here for your next car purchase.

It's been two years since my wife and I purchased a 2011 Chrysler Town & Country minivan from San Jose Enterprise Car Sales.  This was the best purchase experience I've ever had for a vehicle.

My wife hit a curb and totaled our aging 2003 Honda Odyssey, and with two kids, we were under pressure to find a replacement fast.  From the Sunnyvale body shop where our van was towed, I drove to a couple car dealers and looked at some Toyota Siennas and some SUV and crossover vehicles, before getting a rental car for my wife at the Sunnyale Enterprise car rental.  They set us up in a 2012 Chrysler Town & Country.  My wife and I got in it to drive away, and started marveling at all the features.  On a whim, without even starting it yet, I got out, went back in, and asked the rental staff if they sell that vehicle.  They said they don't sell the rentals, but they could refer me to Enterprise Used Car Sales.  We drove there directly.  

They had just started a sale on used Dodge Caravans, which are the same van with less features.  (Fabric interiors instead of leather, lacking the DVD entertainment systems that are standard on the Town & Country, etc.) The prices were attractive, and the staff had every incentive in the world to push a Caravan on us, but they listened when I said I was more interested in a Town & Country for our family with two young boys.  They didn't have what I wanted on their lot, but the next day they arranged to bring in a 2012 Town & Country from another location, and they DROVE IT to the Enterprise Used Car Sales location in Redwood City for me to test drive, since I worked nearby in Foster City.  I test drove the van they brought there specifically for my list of what I was looking for, but there was also a 2011 Town & Country on the lot at the Redwood City location that was loaded with more features and drove like a dream.  I wasn't fully decided, but told our salesman Ben that we'd decide that evening.  

The next morning, I called the San Jose location and told them we'd decided on the 2011 van from the Redwood City location.  They told me they had it at their San Jose location ready for me to pick up.  I was shocked.  How did they know?  Ben just read my reactions and his instincts told him to leave the 2012 van at Redwood City, and take the 2011 back to San Jose for me.  He was spot on!

Mike handled our sale and hooked us up with a warranty and financing at a ridiculous low interest rate.  I didn't actually need a loan, but I get a better return on my investments than the interest rate they gave me, so it makes financial sense to take the loan.  The warranty came in handy when Chrysler replaced one of the cylinder heads for burning a valve, in what is a now well-publicized factory defect in the design of one the heads on the Chrysler V6 with undersized cooling passages.  (The redesigned cylinder head is in all of their new vehicles from 2012 on.)

The van has been great, and the sales staff at San Jose Enterprise Car Sales was fantastic.  I don't know if Ben and Mike are still at that location, but they really went beyond my expectations to find me what I was looking for, and set us up with a van for our family when we needed to find one quickly.  (A nice bonus was that it minimized the time I needed to rent a temporary vehicle, saving me more money.)

I'm looking forward to coming back when they have a good stock of 2013 Chrysler 300C vehicles for me to choose from!

I came in thinking that qualifying for a car would be difficult and drove away with my dream car! The entire office was super helpful!  I had a few small issues with my vehicle  after purchase(windshield and service alert) and they took care of them no problem! It is so great to see a company stand behind promises made during a car sale.

We purchased a 2012 Dodge Charger from here yesterday, and I can honestly say this was the BEST car buying experience ever! Daniel, our salesman, made the whole experience painless and really listened to what we wanted. I was even able to customize my interior and ordered gray and red leather seats! He even helped us through the loan process by getting our credit union's loan dept. (quickly) on the line AND offered to buy us lunch. Say what!? We were on the fence with purchasing through them (I've owned a used rental in the past and it was a grade-A p.o.s.), so Daniel offered to allow us to test drive the car for the day while we made our final decision. Although we declined the test drive for the day, just the fact that he offered left a huge impact. They really stand behind their product. Latoya, the finance woman, was amazing as well!  We were in our new car in just a few hours, and felt like we were really taken care of the whole time. I highly recommend Enterprise to anyone looking to buy a new (used) car. They put all of the cars through a 109 point inspection before they can even list them for sale, and the cars come with factory warranties! We also have free roadside from AAA for a year, standard with all of the cars they sell. We left feeling genuinely happy and relieved to be done with the car shopping. I feel good about this purchase, not cheated like I have when buying a used car from a big name dealership in the past!

A+ team, I'm LOVING my new Charger!!!

THE Best car buying experience I've ever had. The sales professional Daniel Manning was courteous and extremely helpful in getting the process underway to help me transfer the 2014 Chevy Cruze i wanted from Stockton. The office Manager Latoya got me the best trade in value for my Mustang and the Assistant Sales Manager Michael was kind enough to keep the lights on as I had to get there late that night to pay for and pick up the car. I was impressed with the polite and extremely courteous disposition of everyone in the office and couldn't be happier with my purchase.

My advice to anyone who's looking to buy a used car: Try Enterprise first.

This is the first time a bought a car all on my own (my mom bought my first car). I started on Craigslist and it was too successful. I tried Hertz car sales and they didn't have the car I was looking for available at the moment and I needed a car ASAP! My mom bought her car here about 8 or 9 years ago and told me to check it out because she had a great experience.

I met Joe when I got there, he is super helpful, friendly and patient. Told him the car I'm looking for and there was a couple in stock but I wasn't feeling them. There was one car available in white at the Walnut creek location and he got it transferred for me. I was so thrilled!

The process couldn't have been any easier! I definitely thank Joe and everyone else that have answered my calls and questions when I was there. Now I got a sweet ride!

This was a wonderful car buying experience! I contacted Roger via email and he replied same day. The whole process with the exception of signing the paperwork was done via email. He was so friendly and helpful. He emailed me pictures of cars that were available and found exactly what me and my fiance were looking for and for a great price! The whole office was very pleasant and the finance guy Michael took time to explain everything to us and showed us different payment options. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a car! If you're looking for a no nonsense car buying experience, this is the place. While pulling into daycare last Monday, I was hunched over, trying to pull my daughter out of my tiny Sentra.  Behind me pulls up a beautiful new-looking mini van.  Since we rented & drove one to LA last summer, I'd been longing for the comfort and convenience of that trip.  I mentioned to the lady how jealous I was, and she began to tell me about the great deal she received from Enterprise Car Sales.  She was a return customer, and had bought multiple vehicles there, and just raved about the no-hassle shopping experience.  Well, by that afternoon I was already addicted to the ease of the inventory-lookup feature on the enterprisecarsales.com website.  By Wednesday, I was pre-approved and had a trade-in plan.  By Thursday, I already was in touch with Sales and had him looking for a Town & Country to my liking.  Friday, we were test driving, and by Saturday we had our new car!  I love that there was no negotiation.  There was an option for extended warranty, but it was explained rather than forced upon us.  
Best of experience with sales and LaToya in Financing.  I will definitely choose Enterprise Car Sales, on 1st Street in San Jose, the next time we're in the market.

I needed some post-sales support and was blown away by how genuinely dedicated Roger F. was from the sales staff.  He was there to help me out and get a minor problem with remote access keys straightened out.  He was every bit as helpful and interested as BEFORE the sale.  I hope Roger's still there when I go shopping for my next care although that might be a few years.  Thanks Roger!

I LOVED my experience with Enterprise Car Sales on First street in Downtown San Jose. La Toya and TeAnne were very helpful and just made it a fun experience. They also seemed to be very upfront and honest about everything. I am lucky enough to be a member of the Santa Clara County Federal Credit Union which partners with this particular Enterprise and getting my car through this partnership made everything go a lot smoother and also saved me a percentage on my APR. I purchased a 2012 Hyundai Sonata and I love it. No issues with it yet. I was a little nervous about getting a rental car, but La Toya explained the standards that Enterprise cars have to meet in order to even be sold so I felt better. The extended warranty options Enterprise has are pretty good too, my deductible is only $200. And it covers services that the Hyundai warranty does not and that I might not want to go through my insurance for. This particular car is GREAT on gas!! I would definitely get my next car from this Enterprise location.

I took advantage of the trade-in promotion going on and that was also a great choice. They gave me a decent Kelley Blue Book price for my old car..

I met Onil Jiminez through a friend's referral that lead me to him managing an Enterprise Rental office in Almaden for my 25th anniversary vacation this past July. I've never found someone more relaxed, at the same time professional, knowledgeable, & personable all in one package before! So it was a no brainer when the mutual friend told me that Onil was now in the Sales division of Enterprise that I would give him the opportunity to sell me a car if he already won me over as a car rental associate. 10 Stars for Onil Jiminez.

The only problem was wrapping myself around the thought of the purchase of a rental!!! - IF YOU HAVE ANY DOUBTS, CONCERNS, OR FEARS, of purchasing a rented car - YOU MUST GO & SEE ONIL JIMINEZ!!!

Not only is he amazing (still honest, down to earth, intelligent, personable, & professional) but he is also teamed up with one of the most wonderful finance person I have ever experienced. You know the one who many of us cringe because of their slimy, deceitful, "used car" ways. He, Michael, added to the fact that I walked in "just looking" but came out simply buying a car for my daughter.

The Enterprise 107 check point certified pre owned 12 month warranty is comforting to boot! (I sound as if I am putting together and ad for them! as if I plan on getting some form of royalties for the commercial I am writing). I SIMPLY CALL THE SHOTS AS I SEE THEM!!

If at all possible, I will NEVER buy another car from anyone except Enterprise Car Sales on 1st St. in San Jose, CA.  

Due to some unusual circumstances, my husband and I have had to purchase 3 cars within the past 2 years.  We were dreading another purchase when our son's car died suddenly.  NO LONGER!  The Enterprise employees were patient, helpful, honest and made our car buying experience amazingly pleasant. Never have I meet such a team; they actually like each other and work together to help the customer.

If you feel compelled to buy a car from Enterprise on 1st street at least avoid buying ANY extras.  I spent 2k to add heated leather seats and after one month they are falling apart.  I have been terribly disappointed with the whole experience.

Ammar is the best!!!! He makes the whole process of buying a car easy and the prices are more than affordable... its nice not having to negotiate for hours to come to a reasonable and fair price on a pre-owned car. They also include benefits such as a year warranty... or better yet if you decide in the first week the car isn't for you... you can bring it back! I definitely recommend buying a car from Ammar @ Enterprise... he will do his best to get you into a car and go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your purchase!!! Thanks Ammar!
