When travelling from Texas to San Jose we were advised of a safety recall on the Silverado we were driving.  We contacted the dealership and were told inspections were not being scheduled until the following week.  After explaining we had to return to Texas before then we were advised to bring the truck in at the beginning of the day.  From the person who greeted me to the service rep (Tim) the whole experience was very positive. The inspection was carried out and they even washed the truck and removed all the bugs. Excellent customer service!

I bought my 2013 Mercedes C250 sports here with Oscar Solis, Mckiver and their sales team, I am very impress by the service and their commitment to customer satisfaction at this dealership.  My rating for them has switched from a 4 to a ZERO  and now a 5!

I stumbled into this dealership after shopping all day for a Prius, I was set on the Prius since I loved my Prius so much for the last 6 years.My boyfriend and I dropped into (Capitol Ford) DGDG since he was looking for a truck and that's when I spotted my new car! I was super hesitant  about the car since I consider myself a hippie and kind of feel bad about anything that is not a hybrid. However, I was also opened to change after being T-boned and rolled over in my hippie Prius.

Oscar Solis and sales managers (Mckiver) were very helpful and worked out a price that we can both agree on. Unfortunately, the car did not have 2 keys as we originally thought but that's okay, we should've asked. During the sale, the dealership noted that the tires were fine and that the navigation is included.

The team stayed until 12 am to process the deal and paperwork. I was supposed to pick up my car the next day fully detailed and a full tank of gas. At this point in time, my review was a 4 star review. Maria was our finance person and she was super nice.

On 4/8/15, I called the dealership to check when I can pick up my car and was told that there wasn't navigation in my car which was very important to me and Oscar noted during our test drive that there was navigation in the car. I was very upset and I honestly felt like reporting them to the BBB and any other agencies since I felt like the sold me a car on false information. My review would have been  a ZERO STAR at this time. I probably would've gone on every website and stood in front of their store to warn off people for shopping here. I could not believe that they were going to try to offer me $150 for not having the navigation. I was so upset with myself for buying a car there.  

HOWEVER, I stopped by to talk to the dealership that day and this is where I was impressed by the commitment for service and satisfaction. MCKIVER and OSCAR  worked with me and FIXED the problem. They took responsibility of their mistake and said they would install the navigation at the benz dealership during the week. They followed through on their agreement and fixed the problem. I am still monitoring the tire pressure concern and will report back if there are issues. For now, I will enjoy the car and I feel confident in the delivery of promises that Capitol Ford and DGDG group provides.

I would highly recommend shopping here and buying from Oscar and Mckiver!!!

Well I don't know even where to start here. My wife took our Ford Escape into Capitol Ford for its scheduled service on 04/08/2015. She was greeted by a service rep named Erika who didn't seem to have a clue. She informed my wife that in addition to the oil change and brakes the car needed a coolant flush and it would cost an extra $ 129.99. I contacted the service manager and inquired why their is an extra charge when we have the premium service plan ad his response was he would get back to me which never happened. Instead Erika calls back and said she was looking into it and let me know. I informed her that I looked directly on the ford website and it is listed as a covered service so I should not be charged for this covered service. The next call I received from Ericka was that the escape needed tires and a quite for them when I asked about the coolant flush she said yes it is covered however it is not needed at this time so it appears they are trying to make up extra services to charge you needlessly and once she was caught the story changed about needing the service. The service only gets worse from there as my wife finally called to see if the car was done at approximately 1600 Hours and was told it was. She arrived at the dealership at approximately 1630 Hours and the paperwork had yet to be completed.  Finally at approximately 1650 Hours the key was brought to her and when she asked where the car was the lot attendant told her it was around the corner and to just press the panic button to find her car. So what great customer service this dealership has. My wife finally finds the car and they couldn't even be bothered to run it thorough the complimentary was either which was standard whenever having the car serviced. To make matters worse on the paperwork it listed an engine oil leak and stated that we should have a diagnostic service done which was not discussed at all and would normally be covered under the extended warranty so now I need to make another appointment most likely at Frontier ford since Del Grande dealership group cannot grasp basic customer service or a call back. I would not recommend them to anyone else in the future.

My experiences at DGDG Chevrolet have been nothing short of amazing.   After my first Impala was totaled by a drunk driver, I was mortified at the thought of having to dive into the used car market again.  Searching on-line was making my stomach curl and visiting other lots, they sales people were more interested in their big sale than what I was looking for. At DGDG, my sales guy Carlos was amazing.  He sat me down and showed me cars that were within my price range and didn't try to hustle me into getting something newer or more expensive. He found me a car that I love! That same day I purchased a 2008 Chevy Impala, very similar to the one that was totaled.  Any issues or concerns that I did have about the car I was purchasing was handled by Todd with the Service team and Carlos.  I have never felt like I had more people on my side, without trying to wring my wallet dry!
A+ service, A+ experience. I am definitely a happy DGDG car buyer.

I would never recommend this dealership. Nobody followed through with their promises. It took forever to get any money to be refunded to me. After several phone calls and emails I received my money over two months after my purchase. I will remain loyal to Capitol Toyota and County Federal Credit Union. I was referred by "Willie"  and all the information he gave was incorrect. I would not recommend him as a finance manager. He is either not truthful or clueless about his job.

I am returning to add more negative comments to my review. In preparing for my taxes I ran across a paper that was never shown to me. The BLUE BOOK PRICE. I over paid by $4000.00. I could have purchased new. I was shown an entirely different $$$ and was told the dealership was losing money. The finance guy that referred me is no longer a friend, needless to say. Del Grand dealership is filled with snakes.

I visited Capitol Subaru this weekend after being referred to Page Wallace and I just can't recommend DGDG enough.

When my dad and I arrived, we didn't feel mobbed by sales associates like at other dealerships, which I really appreciated.  We met up with Page and he showed us their selection of 2014 Crosstreks (they had a great variety of  packages, colors, and prices).  I had read up on the car beforehand but Page was an absolute encyclopedia of Subaru and Crosstrek knowledge.  He made us feel so comfortable and he was really funny and genuine which made a potentially stressful purchase so fun, easy...and happy! And he has great taste in music!

The car itself is exactly what I wanted and the price came in at right what I wanted to pay based on what I had researched.  I couldn't be happier.

Oh also, I had e-mailed Capitol Kia about a week prior about a different vehicle.  They called me back right away just to let me know that it had already been sold, in case I had been planning on coming down, which I thought was very considerate.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I saw a car on their website and sent in TWO emails to setup a test drive and received NO RESPONSE AT ALL other than their auto-email from "frank". Apparently "frank" is too stupid to figure out how to respond to a customer. When I checked back the car was gone and had been sold. HORRIBLE customer service and I will never shop at a DGDG related dealer again.

I was incredibly impressed with my car buying experience last month. Page Wallace and the finance team helped to make the experience as stress-free as possible. Page is very knowledgable about all types of cars and helped me make the best decision! He took the time one afternoon to test drive different cars with me and put no pressure on buying a car! I had spoken to sales rep Kevin on the phone and set an appointment to come in from Modesto, CA to the Hyundai. I already knew what car I wanted and due to my work schedule couldn't make the trip to San Jose until 4 days later. Kevin immediately stated he would watch the car and text me if it sold, so I didn't waste a trip. He even texted me the morning of the appointment to inform me he had the keys and the car was still available. Awesome!

I did a test drive of the car, everything was good. Some how the Finance Director Jason got involved. (I came in with preapproval and didn't need their financing, so I'm not sure how or why he was involved. They did say they could get me a better interest rate due to my credit being really good, maybe that's why).  He was immediatly condescending to my friend and I (because we are women?) He would say things like, "Let me educate you", "I don't even care what your credit score is" and made a LOW ball offer on the vehicle I was trading in.  He then contradicted himself 10 times saying the car wasn't worth anything, but he would buy it on the street for 4-6k himself. He wouldn't let us get a word in, and had no desire to listen to any questions we had. He raised his voice at us every time we disagreed with something he said. We told him we would not be trading in the car, as we felt we could get a better offer. He said, "Well ok, we wouldn't take the car, even if you wanted us to."

We asked if we could continue to work with Kevin without him due to his remarks and his attitude towards us. This obviously pissed him off. After he kept talking down to us, and we asked multiple time for him to just go away because we were tired of being treated that way. At one point after we said we didn't want to work with him, he stated, "Well you know, we don't have to do business with you. I am the director of this place. I can tell you to leave." My friend and I walked out and I was done.

As we were talking in the car and getting ready to leave, Kevin came out to apologize for Jason's behavior and explained customers should not be treated like that and they do want to do business with us. We said we would be willing to stick around and continue the deal as long as we did not have to be around Jason. Out walks Jason to the car, he did a half ass apology and we explained why we didn't want to work with him and that his service was rude and unacceptable. He "educated" us on how lucky we were that we were getting such a good deal on the car because most dealers sell it for a lot more, and went on to say that we just misunderstood him inside and we were overreacting. We said he seriously needed to get away from us, and we were going to leave. Kevin tried to come to the window to talk to us, as he could tell the conversation with Jason was not going well. Jason told him to go away. Jason kept trying to talk to us, and I told him he just needed to go away, and I said I would not talk to him further and mentioned Yelp. He eventually left and Kevin again apologized for Jason's attitude.

I was in a major moral delemia. On one hand, I was getting a great deal on the car. On the other hand, I did not want to give my money to a business that treats customers the way Jason had treated us (we assumed he was head of the business due to his remark from earlier). I was so upset. Kevin continued to check on us and offered us water and snacks and apologized.

Eventually Vernon Tara came to the car and apologized for Jason's behavior.  We asked Vernon if Jason was the head of the business and Vernon stated no, he was above Jason. I explained that due to Jason saying they would not take the car on trade-in I was probably going to walk away because I was counting on that to go towards my down payment (I only wanted to finance a certain amount) Vernon said he doesn't know why Jason would say they wouldn't take the car, and gave me a reasonable offer on the trade in car. Vernon apologized again, and I felt ok so I decided to move forward with the deal.

They got the paper work ready and then we were sent to Mark Borbaollas office to get everything ready. Mark was AWESOME. Very nice, and went above and beyond to make the rest of the experience better. He ended up getting me a 1.75% interest rate (VS the 2.29 I came in with).

Kevin, Mark and Vernon get 5 stars.
Jason gets 0 stars.

Never have I been treated this way as a customer. I was shocked, and HORRIFED that a paying customer would be treated this way. I sincerely hope that Jason was just having a terrible day and does not always treat customers like this. It was unacceptable, unprofessional and shocking. Will I ever buy from DGDG again? No. Although they do have good prices, I will never be treated like this as a customer again. I do hope he gets talked to and his ego can be burst. I have coworkers who were going to go to DGDG to buy cars, but after my experience, they will go elsewhere. They lost future business because of Jason.

I was extremely pleased with my purchased on June 22,2014.

Page Wallace and the team did an amazing job as far as getting me a good deal. I definitely did not feel like I was being robbed, scammed, or felt like they were hiding any information from me. Which in the past, I dealt with a dealership which did the opposite. I was pleased that Page took that into consideration and walk me through the  process and made sure I understood everything.

I definitely purchased a car that was meant to be my birthday present to myself. Before meeting with Page, my boyfriend and I walked around the dealership to see their inventory. Keeping in my mind that I only had a $10,000 bank loan and my loan had some restrictions( 2006- newer and less than 100,000). My boyfriend and I came across a white 2005 Honda Civic and we both agreed that this would be perfect for me but it was out my price range and it didn't meet my loan expectations. After, we met with Page and going through my limited options, we kept looking at the 2005 White Honda Civic and we all had the same idea, it was perfect for me; reliable, extremely good mileage (60,000), good price ( 10,600) and come on ITS A HONDA! . Finally, Page suggested an idea but only if I wanted to, that they could find me a better loan than I already had. I was definitely very hesitant but I wanted to see what they could offer and I really wanted that car.

After, waiting for a while, he came back with great news! I was approved !
I was extremely happy, never did I think I would purchased a car that day.

I highly recommend anyone who wants to purchase a car to come to Del Grande Dealer Group.

We sold our Truck to the DGDG Buying Center and were EXTREMELY pleased with the experience.  

I was turned on to them through the "cash offer" feature.  After entering all of the specifics about my truck, I forwarded the info to DGDG and received an email right away that they were interested.  Jeff Howery handled our transaction and was very easy to talk to and actually fun to hang out with during our time at the dealer.  He was very upfront about the cosmetic damages he saw and his opinion of how much it would cost.  He also printed out the carfax report and showed it to me (even though it said my car was worth $1300 more because of good records and clean records) and ultimately offered me $800 more than the original auto trader "guaranteed" offer.  We left sad to let our beast go but very happy with the transaction.

I have a natural distrust of car dealers and dealerships, but I felt very comfortable the whole time at DGDG with Jeff and felt like the entire process was transparent.  Jeff didn't leave us to talk to managers or make calls away from us, all business was handled right in front of and discussed with us.

I HIGHLY recommend going this route if you have a solid vehicle you're looking to sale.  It makes the entire process WAY easier and more convenient.  As a warning; you have to be realistic about what kind of condition your car is in and what you can expect to get.  We knew our car had low mileage, a clean history, and most of our service records but that we had a few dents and scratches too.  I feel like we got more from them than I probably would have gotten selling the vehicle myself and WAY more than I would have got for a trade in had we been in the market for another vehicle.  

The buying center is a great service and DGDG does it GREAT.

I can't say enough about how awesome this car buying experience was.

Page Wallace and the finance guys at Capital Buick GMC are a solid group.  They worked for two days; back and forth with the bank to get us the most competitive loan possible and the vehicle we wanted.

I never got the feeling I was being sold, I only felt like they wanted to be the ones to get me in the car I wanted for the terms I needed.  I will DEFINITELY be back in a few years for the next one!

There was absolutely no reason they needed to treat me the way that they did... but I am very glad that that they did! I am tired of the usual car buying experience, and I've done it enough that I make it quick and easy. This purchase was through my private leasing agent I use for company cars, and we chose DGDG because they had the inventory I needed. I was expecting a thanks and good day, but honestly, the experience I had working with Page, the VIP manager, was awesome. Another true car geek, it was a great time and he walked me through the necessities of the car, the rest I like to figure out on my own. I was very happy with the price, the service was great and the follow up even better. I bought a VW TDI Sportwagen and had a quick, painless, and fun experience. Thank you Page and . Normally I ditch the dealer plates immediately until the regular tags come... but this time I'm keeping them on.

Steven Yee had amazing customer service.  He was more than helpful and reviewed everything about me & my fiancés new car's manual. He wasn't a typical car salesman who just wanted our money. He worked with our budget and tried to get us the best deal. He didn't have to stay overtime but he wanted to have satisfied customers. I had an awesome experience selling my car to DGDG. As soon as we pulled up the technician took the car for a test drive and 120 point inspection and within 15 minutes he was back and filled out the paperwork. All of the salesmen were nice and professional. They even took our picture as we left. Instead of a Happy Car Buyer they got a Happy Car Seller. Will definitely refer friends to this dealership. Overall 30 minute process.

Never in a million years would I have thought I'd utter the words, "Buying a car was fun and easy" but the folks at DGDG, specifically Page Wallace, made it happen. Bottom line, they were incredibly nice and very fair. My husband and I were in desperate need of a new 4-wheel drive after driving the same Passat 4-motion for a decade to Tahoe with skis and snowboards piled inside. We did a LOT of research and visited dealerships in SF, Serramonte, and Burlingame before heading all the way down the Peninsula from SF to DGDG. Hands down, they had the best prices and overall selection. We found a 2011 VW Tiguan in pristine condition with only 26,000 miles on it for $3000 less than nearly the same specs in Burlingame (and cloth seats vs. the leather we ended up with). Page Wallace helped us through the whole process. What a likeable guy - clear communicator, great listener, and funny too. My only advice, bring an iPad or book as there is some downtime while paperwork is processed.

Came  to Capital Mazda which is the part of Del Grande Dealer Group with my 74 year  old father to buy a used vehicle, after he totaled his previous car. The experience was good with the initial lot salesman, he was nice and very helpful.  My dad liked the car.  There were only a few minor things that were an issue.  It is an 8 passenger minivan, but the 8th seat was missing. There were 2 both remote controls advertised, both were missing too. To top it off, the name Ashley name scratched on the dashboard.  So, I was looking for a deduction for those issues.  Unfortunately, the initial lot salesman that was nice could not help us.  He needed to talk to the manager. While he was talking to the manager we called a dealership parts shop and found out that to replace the missing seat would cost approximately $3,500.

Taking all of that into consideration, our issue that is pushing us to write this review now, started when the manager Mark came out to talk to us. He probably is in his mid 60's with some missing teeth. When I told him about our concern with those things, he looked at me and my wife with a smirk on his face, and  stated  "I will knock off a few cents so you can take your girlfriend to a nice Christmas dinner  to  Mc'Donalds of your choosing. "  Then he got up and reached into his pocket to get a bunch of cards, showed me his Safeway saving card and offered it to me with those few cents off the original price. After which he said my name is Mark and left.

I'm not that easily offended, but this manager was completely rude, disrespectful, and extremely offensive to my family and me. We were not there to beg for a vehicle, we were in fact ready to make a 100% cash purchase on a car, and to be treated like that was uncalled for and extremely unprofessional. There should be no reason anyone let alone a manager (who should know better) to speak to a consumer in such a demeaning and condescending tone like that.  It was definitely not a pleasant experience to say the least.

Went in to the service dept to get a head light bulb.  I bought my fiat 2 years ago in Fremont but was driving by here so thought it was easier.  I stood by the counter, the girl flipped her hair as she talked to a co-worker, didn't even look at me and I said,"excuse me could I get a head light bulb?"  Her answer, "I don't know did we have the part?"  Like how would I know I asked her and she pointed to parts.
so I went to the parts dept , great guy was there, got the bulb for me, and I walked back to the front counter.  
she ignored me again, again talking to a co-worker over the partion, and i asked if someone could help me put it in and she said, "ah do you have an appt?"
my answer was "It is a fucking bulb that will take 1 minute are you serious?"
Service manager comes out of his office in the back, says I can't yell in there, I told him it was the worse customer service ever, I just left, oh yeah, i had the bulb, the great guy in parts just stuck it on my windshield, I put it in when I got home.
I would NEVER buy a car or anything here but the guy in parts was awesome.

I had an awesome experience buying a new 2014 Mazda6 from Capitol Mazda.  I actually came in with my mom to test drive a CX-5, but sat in the M6 and started to think about myself.  I waited a couple weeks to do some research and then worked with Page from the DGDG group who had helped my sister and cousin earlier this year with their cars.  He was able to let me test drive the car, tell me all about it, give me the real life feedback and then walk me through the pricing options. I then wanted to evaluate other options including the Chevy Volt and he was really understanding of my timing and indecisiveness.  After three trips meeting with him I ended up going with the Mazda6 Grand Touring with GT package and the 28/40mpg that came with it.  This car has an amazing new design and I couldn't ask for anything more.  When I made my decision, Page stayed till midnight to take my old car and personally prep my car since the detail group was gone for the night.  I then worked with the finance team who walked me through the forms and made it a smooth transition.  Never once was there a hard sell or push to make one decision or another on cars or options.  After a week of driving it there is so much technology that comes along with this car that makes for a great ride.  Right now I'm back in the dealership getting a fresh acid bath on the car and a full detail.  The entire team here at Capitol Mazda have been great to work with and I would recommend coming in if you are interested in buying and don't want to be hassled like other dealerships I've been to on Stevens Creek. You know I always say how much I love Del Grande Dealerships and how well they treat me at DGDG when I'm there or need service.  Today was no exception.  I am so used to dealing with Jason at DGDG VW and was a little afraid since he's not there anymore I wouldn't get the same service that I always get while there, I was wrong.  Hats off to my new service girl Erica at DGDG VW for keeping me a happy DGDG customer and keeping my car at the shop until they determined what was wrong, fixing the issue and covering the repairs under warranty without questions.  I am a happy car buyer, owner, and will continue to refer my family and friends to DGDG and Page Wallace VIP sales.

What an awesome expierence...buying 3 cars????? I know usually it's a hassle, but DGDG was fantastic. Great Service, Great deals, Great trade in value and Great financing options. Consistent across the board at all there dealerships on Capital Expressway. They have literally thousands of new and used vehicles to choose from, knowledgeable, friendly sales people who listen and genuinely want to listen and get you the car, the payment, the service we all so deserve. DGDG flat out rocks! I have never done a utube video about anything, but I did about this one! My son, my wife and myself went home with fabulous cars and a great price. I'm not sure how many people get excited about the prospect of buying a new or used car.  But when the time comes, the Del Grande Dealer Group should be your first stop.  

Admittedly I am not a big "car guy," having only bought one vehicle from a dealer previously.  I wasn't very excited about going through the process again, but Page Wallace and everyone at DGDG were able to make it as painless as possible.  I really appreciated the ability to go between any of the DGDG lots and not get pressure from the sales team.  It was great to be able to say "I'm working with Page over at Subaru, but I want to look at the Mazda" or the Chevy, or the Kia, etc.  We were never given a "hard sell" at any of the DGDG lots (which did happen at other dealers).  

After a couple weeks of researching cars and visiting all the DGDG lots, along with some competitors, we found a Subaru Tribeca that was the winner.  I didn't want to buy a new car, but the deal on a new Subaru was better than a used Honda Pilot and the financing was easy.  The team of Page, Gus, Rusty, Kafui, and Stephen at Capitol Subaru gave us no pressure and made us feel like we were the only customers there at the time.  

The overall experience at DGDG was pleasant and got us the car we wanted at a price we can afford.  Page was our go-to guy throughout the whole process and I would definitely use him and DGDG again when we're ready for another car.

I was looking through many dealerships for a G37 Coupe and came upon Capitol Kia. I talked to their online representatives who were pretty helpful and filled out a pre-approval for one of their vehicles. The next day, a representative Margo Lee contacted me saying that the car I wanted was just sold. I was bummed but was still interested in purchasing a vehicle.

First, i never write reviews. So to be doing so for a car dealership is  profound to me  but I just had to give a shout out for Frank Caggiano at Capital Kia and the dealership as a whole  

Best car buying experience ever. I went there riveted with fear and the dread of the car buying process. You know! being bounced from sales guy to sales guy haggling over price. Nothing could have been further from the truth.

I had called ahead and spoke to Frank. Scheduled time to meet and the rest of the process was painless... No pressure sales tactics.  Spent about 2 hours looking a cars. I sat on the decision for a week and did my research. In the meantime there were  zero harassing calls.

I Went back a week later to talk price and options. I was very specific about what options  wanted, and I was not going to compromise...of course they didn't have one on the lot.   It took a couple of days, but they bent over backwards to get me exactly the model, options, and color. And Through the process Frank drove it all, he was great. His level of service, and no pressure, candid approach really helped settle any concerns. He is a star! His specialty is financing. Although he played both sales a finance roles with me.

All in all the entire team at Capitol Kia are excellent. It's a casual, but professional atmosphere with a good blend of diverse experience across the staff.

Until now I was a car snob...and if you had told me 30 days ago i would be driving a Kia i would have laughed at you...but value for money TCO got me hooked. The car drives great. Its turbo moves like a bullet. It's loaded with options and it is getting lots of second looks. No more european gas guzzlers for me.

I was recommended by a friend and was assigned a "salesman" slash really good guy, Page. I first met him three months ago and since I lived in NYC for the last 15 years I hadnt owned a car and was completely in a fog on what to get. I told Page I liked the Volkswagen CC and we took for a ride. I loved it and wanted to buy it off the lot. He caution me to wait till we try a few more cars, 3 months later and many test drives I bought a 2005 BMW convertible and am convince that Page and I will be friends for our lifetime and he will be my personal car salesman for life. We just wanted to give another shout out for Page Wallace. He's the manager of the VIP department. We got his card from our mechanic and we can't say enough great things about him.  This was the first time we have ever bought a new car and he made it an incredibly fun and exciting experience. He was very attentive to our needs and never tried to push anything we didn't want to do. We were driving a 2000 Suburu outback and wanted a 2013 Kia sorento. In full disclosure he admitted his specialities were suburus but he was very knowledgeable about the differences between cars and completely respectful about our choice to switch. Just went to Del Grande Dealership today to test drive a Kia Soul 2012 and wasn't planning on actually buying the car yet. We were approached by MK Doshi who took the time to show us some of the cars that were available and this was the first time I felt no pressure when buying a car. He was great and the experience was a lot better than the others I've had when trying to buy a car. The process was a lot faster and smoother. I definitely would recommend this place if you plan on purchasing a Kia or any other car for that matter. I love our new Kia Soul. It's wonderful and drives really well. I just purchased a 2009 Jetta Sport Wagon TDI.  This car is AWESOME!  Rides like a dream, looks like a sports car, and gets over 40mpg.  I got black with tan interior, which is a VERY hard combo to find.  Del Grande group found the car, had it driven down to the dealership in ONE day, and I took it home today.  Great service and very thourough.  Thanks to Jeremy, Bob and Shaun!  You guys are awesome!
