The wait to just drop off your vehicle is ridiculous. Not too good on the people skills. funny how my next oil change after warranty was up 33,000 miles they say now I need front torque struts and inner tie rods costing a few thousand. I want to get it checked out somewhere else this vehicle has 33,000 miles what a joke!

I dislike this place with a passion!

The salesmen that work here are hustlers (they have no busines-class & I'm not referring to all the salesman's here).

I came here in 2004 to look for a car for myself, and recently my husband came here to look for a truck.
Back in 2004, the experience was good but I didn't buy a car (I went down the street).  After a few years, the name of the place changed.  Then my car was recalled... I took my car here to get whatever needed to be replaced.  They did a crappy job!!!!  After I picked up my car... my engine starts to smoke up while I'm driving away.  The detailers didn't hose down my engine to clean off the spilt oil.  Oh was i pissed (I had to come back and waste 2 hours out of my busy schedule).

My husbands recent experience was HORRIBLE!  He saw a truck on Craiglist that they were selling... my husband comes in on the same day to see the truck.  The first salesmen that comes up to him starts talking to him as if he was his friend (not very business like).  My husband tests drive the truck. During the test drive, the salesman sees a gal on the street and says "I wanna tap that ass"! Oh sh*t, my husband was pissed. You never say that infront of a customer. And then he continues with other comments.
They get back to the dealership and my hubby tries to make a deal to get the truck. The salesman wasn't willing to make a sale. My husband left this place unhappy.

We will never return to this dealership again.
The way a salesmen presents himself, is a reflection on how their business is!
