Beshoff has changed my perspective of having maintenance done at the dealership rather than at my local mechanic.  Their prices are surprisingly reasonable (all accessible on their website) and service is top notch.

I've visited Beshoff on 4 separate occasions for my FX:
1. Cold air intake and z-tube installation
2. Timing belt replacement
3. Spark plug replacement and new valve gasket cover installation
4. Airbag inflator recall

I worked with multiple members of the Beshoff team including Jacob, Tyler, and Joey.  The staff was extremely patient with me on all fronts.  For instance when I had my intake installed, I called and asked if Joey could use a coupon code on the Stillen website to save me a few dollars on my bottom line cost.  Needless to say he was happy to help me with this request.

I will without a doubt book my 120k mile service with Beshoff.

Love my car, but quite honestly, I have no idea how to take care of it. I always use dealerships for maintenance care so they can tell me what I need. I have used multiple dealerships and a couple have ripped me off or made me feel like a dumb chick. Beshoff is the ONLY dealership who works with me and my budget and been completely honest with their assessment of what maintenance issues need to be taken care of soon. I usually use Dru as my service tech because he is straight up and explains each part we may or may not have to fix. Love his no bullshit approach so I can come in and leave without feeling like my car is going to breakdown in a few days. With my car getting older (tear!) and getting more problems, I really only trust Dru at Beshoff.

Short review - if you are set up with a person called tammy, ask for another salesperson. If you want arrogant people beshoff is the place

Longer version - I went to test drive a pre-owned infiniti q50. First of all, they gave me wrong information about the car saying it had navigation. Turns out it doesn't. The lady was constantly repeating that they are competitively priced. I then asked her how come other Internet listings are 1500$ cheaper. She says in return, why did you come here then? You could have gone there. I was shocked by this statement, I still thought I would talk and see what deal they could offer me. She asked me for a written quote. I gave it to her. She said she needed to talk to her manager. I was ok with that thinking she would come up with some discounts. But no, she comes back with a 200$ higher quote. Wtf! Then she says it's a mistake and it's the exact same quote. If you weren't going to give a discount, why did you ask me for a quote in the first place. Then I asked her as a last resort, whether she could do anything for me. She refused and asked me to visit the other dealership. I have never seen such an arrogant salesperson who lets her customers walk off. Her tone was always rude. If you didn't want to do business, why are calling me over to test drive. When I do come, you ask why I am there? Are you serious? It was ridiculous and a total waste of my evening.

I just want to thank my advisor Tyler Luu for making the visit pleasant.
Took the day off to drop my car for an oil change, ended up leaving it there for the day. Tyler started the paper work and  got me a loaner right away so I didn't have to wait around too long.  He called me to come back to pick up the car later in the afternoon all fixed and clean with a compliment car wash.

It has been a good experience the times I visited the dealer.
Staff is very friendly and awesome every time!!  Thank you!

If I could give Beshoff Infiniti 10 stars, I would. I have been a long-time very loyal customer of Infiniti. This is my third Infniti. I really love what Infiniti stands for, the quality of customer service and the quality of luxury.

I originally went to Frontier Infiniti and purchased a new G37 in 2012. The service was not up to my standards and was quite awful.  fast forward to January 2015. I wanted to upgrade to the 2015 Q-50 and originally went back to Frontier( I should have know better)  I only went back because I was a block away from them.

needless to say I left really unhappy and called Beshoff Infiniti. I spoke to Adil over the phone. I let him know what I was looking for and payment I wanted. He said no problem! No problem. I went there about an hour later to pick up my new car and believe me, they rolled out the red carpet and treated me like a loyal customer should be treated.
Beshoff is friendly, clean and most importantly they do what they say they are going to with no surprises.

after I purchased my car I received emails from the other dealer saying theres no way possible that I can get the deal that I did. Well I held off writing this until I got my final statement and Beshoff did what they said. I called Adil to thank him again. I will send all friends, family, clients and more to them.

side note* Tami was out of this world amazing and I even met the General Manager when I got my new car.

Words can not fully describe how amazing my experience was in buying a car from the team at Beshoff Infinity. I had the absolute pleasure in working with Sunny Singh and his managers Greg and Aaron. The entire team was very easy to work with they applied no pressure in the buying decision. They provided me with lots of information about the car I was looking to buy (2015 Infinity QX60) its competitors. They were also probably the best dealership I have worked with in regards to working with them via email. Most places I have worked with in the past would only give quotes over the phone or would only give the retail or MSRP price. The team at Beshoff gave me their best and very fair price, were every open about the deal incentives and what deals they could hand down to me.

To give you an idea on how great this dealership is:
I personally test drove 14 different cars that are in the same 7-8 seater SUV class at 10 different dealerships. Also I was actively working with 3 different Infinity dealerships alone and I chose both the Infinity QX60 and the team at Beshoff.

My buying experience was so great I am actually looking forward to replacing my wife's car so I can work with the Beshoff team.

I bought my 2014 Q50 from Beshoff Infiniti several months ago. Not only did they give me a great deal, they were very prompt and professional. A few weeks ago, I walked over to my car and saw that someone had reversed into my front bumper while it had been parked in the street overnight. I took it to Beshoff to see what the repairs were going to cost. My service advisor Jacob Trump and his manager Mike went above and beyond the call of duty to help me with my car. They provided me with the info of the body shop they use so I could take my car in for a quote, after I received the quote I took my car back to Beshoff and they offered me their dealer price for the repairs. Not only did they save me several hundred dollars, they provided me with a loaner car and excellent service. Just know that if your looking to buy a car, and want reliable, professional, and friendly service you should come to Beshoff! They will make sure you are comfortable and well taken care of. I'm back!

I feel like most people dread taking their cars in to get serviced because they feel like it's really tedious and a hassle. And call me weird but I enjoy coming to Beshoff Infiniti. Dru is awesome, really makes servicing my car a no-hassle and stress-free experience.

Plus, you can never go wrong with comfy couches, TV, free wi-fi and coffee in the waiting area.  I guess this review is a little reiterative from my first one, but a business with good customer service deserves a second (third, fourth, etc) 5-star review.

I took in my g37 twice at this location and i cannot compare the service to anywhere else. Every time i went in, i didn't have to wait long. I also loveeeed the nice service in the lounge with free coffee machine and tv to kill time.
Mr. Tyler Luu is very accommodating with the services i need. First time i went in he told me about extra discount for oil change!! And second time he remembered all the services i needed and only thing i needed is to sign and come back later.
Oh did i mention a free hand car wash?(perhaps its because I'm still under the warranty?!) Loved everything here, very convenient quick service, great offers!! Would come here again

I'd highly recommend Beshoff Infiniti. My wife and I bought a new QX60 last month. Our salesperson, Phillip Miller, was fantastic. He was completely honest with me from the beginning. He even suggested a way to save money as an employee discount from my company that I was completely unaware of. If you're going to visit this dealership, call ahead and ask for Phillip.

During the sales negotiation process, I negotiated with the sales manager, Steve Shaban. He was very fair and made the process easy and painless. Despite the back and forth, we both walked away smiling.

The finance manager, Ed Camp, was also great. Very honest and straightforward. I was happy with my financing.

In conclusion, I can easily see why this dealership is rated so high. They're clearly doing things right. 5 stars for Phillip, Steve, Ed and Beshoff Infiniti!

Top notch guys here.  I had my SUV recently serviced here for a standard oil & filter change and replacement of the rear brake pads.  I also had some warranty work done at the same time to replace a faulty dashboard and upgrade some of the computer software.  The repair work took a couple of days in total, a little longer than expected.  But fortunately, the dealership provided a rental while the repair work was being done so there were no issues.  Dru was my service liason and he was very knowledgable about my vehicle and the repairs needed.  Pricing was also very competitive.  Extra bonus points for the on-line coupons.  Overall I had a great experience here and wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Customer service at its best!
I have been a customer for just over a year and every single time the service I receive its above and beyond! Everybody super smiley, super efficient, great with appointment scheduling and a sitting room pleasant to wait, with good wifi, good coffee and treats! Even kids are happy to wait with me, play around the cars on display without anybody at any given time saying a word! And they are not the quietest :)

I purchased Infiniti EX 37 in Nov 2012. I started sensing wobbling issue with the car from the sixth month of purchase. I made numerous visit to the dealer to get the issue fixed but of no use. Within 20 months of buying the car, i had to change the tyres. Even then the issue is not resolved. Dealer opened a case with Infiniti but they closed the case even without calling me. Then after protest they reopened the case but didnt show interest to send a technician to analyze the issue. I recently purchased a Honda Civic EX model and that car is far better than Infiniti. Civic costed me 60% less than Infiniti. Infiniti really sucks!

This is for the service department. First time I came in I had my valve cover gasket replaced under warranty. Tyler made sure my 3rd party warranty covered it. The experience was wonderful, and I came back 2 more times to have minor things fixed. Mainly due to my own fault for messing with the vehicle. My G drives like new after years of ownership. Highly recommended. Price is reasonable for the quality of work. I even checked with local mechanics for the same amount of work. Some even charge more. Plus, you get all the perks, free loaner car, and free car wash.

Used car - buyer beware

Take-away - never buy a used car (CPO or otherwise) w/o an inspection by a trusted mechanic.

My issue is with the car itself (VIN JN1CV6AP3BM305293). It was probably a bad sign when they claimed not to have a copy of the CPO inspection checklist (per California law, for a "certified" car, it's your right to be provided a inspection report). I insisted on an inspection by my mechanic (over the objection of Steve Shaban the used car director). Issues found:

- alignment is off-center to the right side.
- tires appear new, but code for date of manufacture was SCRAPED OFF.
- both side valve cover gaskets leaking - oil residue found down to AC compressor.
- battery labeled as sold only a month ago, but does not look new and was low in CCA (625 vs. 700 labeled).
- front bumper, hood, fender, right quarter panel have been repainted/overspray - indicating body damage

You decide if you can buy with confidence from them.

Beshoff has the best service dept in all of Bay Area - hands down. Prompt and attentive customer service and technicians who are well trained and professional.
Been there 3 times now and am more impressed every time I go. Rates are reasonable for dealership service and I never get the up-sell you usually get from dealerships. They really strive to make satisfied customers who will return.
I am a picky shade tree mechanic and I endorse Beshoff service 100%!

My service consultant Tyler, was amazing great listener and addressed me on what problems my car was facing i really dont like going to dealerships but man this totally changed my prospective they even loaned me a loaner car, and were quick and honest definitely returning if I ever have any other problems.

Sales Review since the Service department has amazing reviews already. I recently purchased a QX80 (Labor Day weekend) and the service and customer service I experienced at Beshoff was spectacular. The team is friendly (sales manager, finance manager and Sonny-sales Rep) and they are primarily focused on customer service, with your car purchase experience. They were not pushing at all and were very honest about the whole transaction. I had a few little children with us ;) and everyone was very accommodating with our kids. I have purchased many cars through out my life and this was the BEST experience thus far. We all know buying a car can be stressful, but definitely did not feel that here. Thank you so much Sonny and Adel!!!!!!!!  We love our White Wonderbread :)

Tyler Dang was my service advisor at Beshoff Infiniti for repairs on my QX56.  He greeted me in a friendly professional manner and communicated well throughout the process.

I liked Tyler's open and frequent communication.  His level of professionalism and courtesy even helped keep my two little kids inline.  His positive and helpful attention towards my kids probably helped too!

The mechanic was very thorough and thoughtful about inspecting and repairing my car.  I can actually feel a difference in the cars performance (I had a lot of work done!).  I feel so much better about driving my car now.

Overall, I had a great experience.

This dealership is sneaky and gives used car sales people a worse name than already is perceived.  If you ever have the misfortune of working with Jessica Roble, I am sorry.  I found her to be unethical and sneaky, sneaky, sneaky.  I've purchase my share of new cars and have never ever worked with a more questionable individual.  She would not commit to a number and just threw hypothetical out of "well, maybe we can do this" without ever saying anything.  When I said, fine, I am ready to purchase, all of a sudden the car is not available! But she will sell me one with more features for more money or another car that cost more- so we have to start the price talks all over??  During the miserable conversation with her, she tried guilt, pity and then threw in a story about her kids.  Um, not necessary, if you are good at your job and upfront.  

Ultimately, I found this dealership to be lacking- lacking service, good sales people, and (laughably) customers.  The place was empty the entire time I was there.  The sales people also tried to tell me about their great Yelp reviews-um, that is for your service department and has nothing to do with sales.  So if you would like to feel like you are part of a bait and switch, visit Beshoff.  If you would like to be toyed with, visit Beshoff.  If you would like to have Jessica talk, talk, talk and come up with no results, visit Beshoff.  However, if you would like to buy a new or used Infiniti and not be played, try another dealership-say maybe Livermore Infiniti?  Yes, it's may be a far drive but don't you want to feel good after your purchase instead of feeling like you may have been taken advantage of?  Good luck with your car search and purchase and hopefully it is not with Beshoff.

Came by today to test drive a g25 today. Romel was our salesperson.

First, Romel couldn't find the keys because they had been misplaced so it took him longer than expected to take us on our test drive. When we got in the car, the emergency sign was on and there was no gas in it so we had to stop by the gas station. On the way to the gas station, the car was making these funky noises so we had to pull over. Romel said the belt was probably loose so he drove it to the gas station. Once we got gas, I took the wheel and the funky noises were gone.

Aside from the issues from the car, I liked Romel and his attitude. I let him know I wasn't buying today but wanted to test drive it and see how it drove compared to the g35 I have.  He was calm, wasn't pushy, let me take the car on the same path I would drive for work, didn't ask 100 questions. If I did come bak to buy a car from Beshoff, I'd definitely work with Romel.

BEST Dealership service experience I've ever had..  Tyler Luu Rocks!!  I've always felt uneasy whenever I have to bring my car into a Dealership since I feel like I'm about to get screwed from behind.  This was absolutely a refreshing experience.   Brought my newly purchased M37 in for a replacement key and got the red carpet experience for just a key replacement. The price was already cheaper than the quote I got from Frontier Infiniti already and he gave me a 10% discount on top of that.. WOW!   They went over my car and did all the normal checks that dealerships do and found I had a broken fog light which I didn't know about and promptly took it upon themselves to fix the issue along with a  complimentary car wash as well before they gave me back the car.  All this for a key replacement!  I've never experienced a "Dealership" service department that goes above and beyond for the customer and actually gives discounts willingly.. Lastly they got me in and done in about 1 hour or so.  That's why I had to write a yelp review which I don't do typically unless I'm Wowed!  Will be back to see Tyler Luu when the time comes!

The Service Dept here is great. My G35's under tray broke on me and was pretty much dragging on the ground. I called to see if I could get them to remove it and Tyler told me to just come on in. They were able to remove it quickly and even offered me a good deal on polishing my headlights since he noticed they were oxidizing. Great experience

Sales/Lease review

My 2012 G37 lease will be up in 2 months, and since I had such a great experience with Beshoff Infiniti with my current lease, I decided to give them another shot at my business. Unfortunately, the second time around was incredibly disappointing. My first test drive with the 2014 Q60 convertible was conducted with a salesman that openly admitted he knew nothing about the car (at least he was honest about it). Then last week, I was contacted by the dealership again to give them another shot, promising to give me a loyalty incentive as a returning customer.

This time around, the salesman gave me a great test drive and was able to answer most of my questions. The disappointment came after the test drive when we started talking numbers. First, he presented me with figures at least 25% higher than what is currently advertised online. Then I get the typical spiel about how the online ads usually only apply to one car on the lot and it may not be available anymore, which sounds like a bait and switch to me, and is considered auto fraud which is illegal in California. The entire experience took an even bigger nosedive once the Manager/Lead salesman got involved. While the numbers got lower, they never once came close to the online ad, nor was any additional incentive offered to me as a returning customer (which was promised over the phone). If it wasn't for my prior pleasant experiences with this dealership with respect to my current lease and the relatively enjoyable second test drive, I would have given them 1 star. I don't appreciate trying to be conned. I guess a lot of things can change over the course of two years.

SALES REVIEW

Phillip Miller helped us with our pre-owned purchase of an infiniti g37 and he was awesome!!   He got us EXACTLY what we wanted.   Buying cars generally sux... even after you find what you want, haggle for pricing, financing etc etc.. .you sit for hours to do paperwork and its like an all day event... YUCK.   But this was probably the best experience we have had buying a car.    Whoever the first guy was that greeted us (and I believe he's the manager there) was no bueno.  He asked if he could help us and I wasn't even half done with my sentence/response before he just cut me off yah yah yah heere talk to this guy... THAT guy also didn't take a second to talk to us before just pushing us off as well.  Luckily who we were handed to was Phillip.   Beshoff be glad you have him, otherwise this review may have gone very differently.  He was your saving grace.   Helped us find exactly what we wanted and didn't pressure us one way or another at all... laid back likable guy that made us feel comfortable and as luck would have it the stars aligned as they had recently just had a trade in that wasn't even on the lot yet that was exactly what we wanted anyways.  Score!   Everyone was very fair and accommodating with pricing, trade in, and financing options.  
TIP:  Ask for Phillip!!

I recently took my Infiniti G35S to Beshoff for service.  This was my first time at this dealership and I was impressed right off the bat.  I had called the service department the day before to make an appointment to bring my car in for a hitch pitch whine in the front of the engine as well as an oild change and Dru was called me back right away after leaving him a message.  That was the 1st point to a good yelp review.  I have worked in the car business and taken my own cars to many service shops and a call back within 5 minutes is AWESOME! After speaking with Dru on the phone I had my appointment for the very next day and he even promised me a loaner vehicle while they look into my car's malfunction.

When I arrived for my appointment the next day I was greated promptly and shown into Dru's office while he finished with his last customer.  As soon as he sat down he got right down to business and he even complimented me on my vehicle :) He explained all about what they would do as well as the what the upfront diagnostic fee would be and got me into a loaner and out the door in about 10 minutes! I really appreciate this as I had tons of stuff to do that day.  Having a loaner was great as well because I didn't have to reschedule any of my errands / plans.  

After a couple hours Dru called me to tell me what was going on with my car and what it would cost to fix it.  He assured me he could have all the parts the very next day and to not worry as I could keep the loaner vehicle overnight.  Even though I ended up having to repair a lot more than what I was expecting to repair and it cost me a LOT more than what I was planning to spend (which of course is not Dru's fault at all) my car is working better than new and I know it will last me many, many more years and good miles.  Dru even tried to help me out as much as he could by giving me discounts on my oil change and other services I had him and his team perform. Class act right there!

What I appreciate the most about my experience with Dru and the service department at Beshoff was Dru's prompt and thorough phone calls and explanations. I never had to reach out to him for answers.  The dealership was first class as far as their service department is concerned. It is safe to say I will be taking my car back to Dru and Beshoff for all my future service needs.

Hands down best dealership I've ever been associated. I like this dealership so much that I would buy Infiniti just because of them.  I leased a 2013 JX 35 with them and whole transaction was smooth. For all those who dread to walk into a dealership, this is one place you should consider.

Awesome service, I was only there to take care of an old recall and they treated me like a king. Tyler did a great job and even showed me a couple of the new Q50's, but I still enjoy my G35 so it might be a while before I'm back to buy. In any case, amazing job.

This review is for the service department.  I purchased my car at Frontier Infiniti 4 years ago. Their service department at Frontier was probably the worst ongoing experience I had for two years until I discovered Beshoff (another story).

I have had my 2008 M35 car serviced multiple times for oil change, coolant, recall on the pedal, passenger window motor (warranty), rear brakes and updated nav system over the course of 14 months.

Tyler Dang is the best customer service advisor I have ever encountered. Just the fact that I am taking time to write this review and know his name is more than I can say for my prior 2 hondas and BMW vehicles that I had serviced many times in my lifetime.

Tyler is incredibly professional, explains what needs to be done, makes sure I have a loaner car every time, does a diagnostic for free, has my car washed and vacuumed even for as little as a recall or oil change, and everyone is so helpful moving my car seat, etc. etc.  

My favorite little extra is Tyler has my car brought around as soon as I arrive if it isn't already waiting and puts a new bottled water in my cupholder.  In the day of computers and phones, where people are not as engaged with each other as they should be, I appreciate all the kindness, punctuality, and honesty that Tyler and this service department has brought to my family. I feel safe when driving my car, which is the most important thing.

They have an great lobby with free wifi, two computers, free various types of coffee, & pastries. Their bathrooms are also immaculate.  

I also love that you can book your appointment online, it's so fast and easy. Thank you to the entire team and I hope Tyler gets employee of the year, he deserves it!

went to the place and already knew what car i wanted. all was going well with me signing, getting the price & payments i wanted. i was happy. papers signed, i leave with the vehicle. get a call a week later from the financial manager Rick. apparently now i have to go back in and sign more paperwork. i was never told what i had to sign over the phone. i go back to the place and now Rick is telling me "well we have to change your deal because you're a first time buyer and we can't approve the loan we originally had" oh and btw, please drop off $600 more and we need to increase the payments and raise your APR. i was stupid and signed because i had just got off work and wasn't fully aware of what was happening. it wasn't until the next day that i realized what had just happened. i'm furious. this place is horrible. i'm now stuck with a loan that i wasn't promised and i was taken advantage of because i'm a "first time car buyer" and i was alone and a femal.
they also were supposed to fix the tire on the vehicle because it was flat before i left the dealers lot... the tire still loses air every 4 days.

Richey (the service manager) is a great guy.  My 2007 G35 is out of basic and powertrain warranty, but it needed a ECM reprogramming due to a stalling issue.  If that didn't work, that it could be a very expensive repair.

Luckily, the ECM reprogramming fixed the issue.

Richey was able to identify that the ECM reprogramming could potentially be covered via Emissions Warranty.  He made some phone calls the next business day and confirmed to me that the service could be covered.  I got a return check in the mail shortly afterwards.

Great Service + Great People here at this dealership.  I dropped off on Saturday morning, I got a loaner car and was also able to pickup my car on a Sunday evening :)

after reading the nissan forums on recommended service shops in the bay area, i decided to take our M in for the 60k service to Beshoff.  i setup an appointment online and soon after was at the dealership in for service. was greeted by Richey Barnes who was very professional, detail oriented, even took me on a tour of the facility ensuring that our car would be in good hands.  their shop was immaculate to the point that theyd pass a clean room inspection(ok maybe not that dramatic).

i was then introduced to tyler who took care of the rest of the transaction. he detailed the work to be done and set us up w/ a loaner car.  previously, i had mentioned to Richey my interest in purchasing a new JX35 and the possibility of using one for a loaner.  they set me up w/ one of their 2013 demo cars, fully loaded and needless to say, i was blown away by their willingness to accommodate a customer and go the extra mile. on a side note, i wouldnt hesistate going back to this dealership to buy a new car if the service i received in the service dept is any indication of the quality of service by their sales staff.
a couple days later my car was complete.  picked it up the car fully prepped up, newly washed.

in summary, i have gone back to this dealership for the following reasons:
-professional, detail oriented, honest, knowledgeable staff.  have zero complaints on the work done. was provided inspection reports by email on the work required and recommendations but have never felt pressure to have work done.  the staff is always polite and makes sure all details are covered.
-efficient service: you're in and out of this place usually in 30min or less compared to some dealerships that tend to let you linger around wasting time. loaners are always available to accommodate your schedule.
-comfortable waiting area, refreshments(purified water, brew by cup coffee and mochas), free wifi, tv's, plenty of seating areas.
-car is returned to you newly washed and in better shape than when brought in initially
-finally, the prices are very reasonable here and in fact, best dealership pricing compared to any dealership in the bay area. there is reason why many popular nissan/infinity sites such as maxima.org , nicoclub highly recommend beshoff over others.

i have frontier infiniti literally minutes from work but continue to patronize beshoff for their superior service and attn to excellence.  good job!!

Just got a brand new 2014 QX60 hybrid from this dealer.  The sales rep Percy Reyes is the most efficient person I have ever met in the car sales profession.  Almost immediate response to email and phone calls with precise and relevant information. Percy and his team were able to secure almost an exact car configuration that I was looking for and had to bring it from a different dealership and the negotiated price was extremely reasonable.  The whole process was smooth and efficient from start to finish.  Highly recommended.

UPDATE:  Based on this review, I just received a harassing and borderline threatening phone call from my sales rep, Percy.  I can't believe how unprofessional this dealership was through this entire experience.  Note to Beshoff: I do not want to be contacted by you or your personnel again.

SECOND UPDATE:  Infiniti of Livermore beat the price on Beshoff's deal sheet by $1500.  It was worth the drive to go to a dealer that actually had the inventory and get a better price.

Signed a purchase agreement for a brand new QX60; had to void the deal because they could not provide the car in the agreed timeframe-- they kept giving excuses on how the car would be imminently there, but apparently their swap went bad with the other dealer/their driver called in sick/a variety of excuses that materialized through the day while we waited for the car.  Wasted over a day of my pregnant wife's time waiting for the car and forced me to stop payment on the check.

All in all, tons of aggravation, because they sold me a car that they could not actually obtain as promised and refused to communicate.

We ended up in a pretty bad car accident that totaled our car (we are all fine now).  
(Back in July 2013) I contacted Rick Morse soon after and told him, and said we really wanted to get the same exact car we had before.  Within a week, we were driving home in the same make and model (and price!).  So awesome!  They really helped us through a rough time.  So when the following month we found out we needed to get a little commuter car, we called Rick and he worked everything out for us again to perfection.  We got exactly what we needed/wanted.  Also on top of all of this, we have our lil 4 yr old with us and they are all so kind and attentive to him and considerate.  Three great experiences in a row gets them upgraded to 5 stars from us.  I can't imagine us ever going anywhere else for a car.  Could not recommend any higher!

I dropped off my G37 Saturday afternoon as my ordered parts came in and was ready to be installed. I was helped by Susan and she provided great service, she inspected the extended warranty and looked at my service history. She did her due diligence on checking what needs to get done and was very professional. I also had my car detail so I had to leave the car on Sunday and pick it up earlier (today,Monday) at the dealership, Beshoff got me a loaner G25, nice car.

I got a call from Richie the Service Manager earlier this afternoon letting me know that my car is done this evening and someone will be at the dealership waiting for me. As always, you can expect great service from this dealership because this guy takes care of his customers.

Finally when I got to the dealership around 740ish pm. there was suppose to be a person who will help me out but since it was late I didn't find him/her right away but I was helped by Tony - this guy is one of the sales folks but he went out of his way to get me my car and get all the paper work done. He's a good man, so in your next purchase look for him, I'll do that next time I'm on the market.

Overall, I really like the service from this dealership, that's why even if I live all the way in Fremont, it's worth the drive to bring it to Beshoff. Thanks guys! Till next time, keep up the great work!

I came here to lease a new G37 coupe. This is the best experience I have ever with a car dealer. We came twice to get the work done. In first visit, sales Lawrence was more than willing to help us to try cars, and gave us a very detailed introduction to the car specs(some sales in other dealers don't even know the terminology when they meet a pro buyers). Our second visit was absolutely the best ever. Sales Dilip, who was retired as an engineer, gave us a very smooth and satisfied experience of leasing a car. Besides the very fast calculation, he is very well mannered and cares every detail of customers. The whole process was very efficient.

Also, after I got my new car for a week, they have a very in-time follow up. They gave me very good answer to my questions. I'd recommend everyone who wants to buy infiniti to this place.

The General Manager (Robert/Bob) actually called me & apologized! I just want to say how this completely changed my mind. When someone takes responsibility for a mistake & apologizes, how can one not appreciate that & accept their apology.  Bob has not only apologized to me but wants to make everything right & has offered me the car at the price I had agreed to. CROOKS!! False Advertising!  Went in to see a used G37 convertible last Friday, 8/16. It was priced at $28,885.00 (2009). This price was on THREE places - on the car itself, on autotrader.com AND on Beshoff's own website!!  Decided we wanted to purchase it the next day. Called to put a deposit down over the phone with a credit card. (we live a distance away & were not able to get there again until the next Tuesday). Was told by my sales person (who by the way was great - this was not her doing) she could not do the deal any longer. All of a sudden, the powers that be (whomever that was) decided the car should be $2,000.00 more than what was advertised for (so $30,885.) & I could no longer have the car for the $28,885 that I was promised!! Obviously, I did not buy the car.  What a shady way to do business!! The woman I had been working with left the dealership already! This is FALSE ADVERTISING & I have already reported them to the Better Business Bureau.

New Facility, clean, nice service, not pushy. Usually I do not like to go to dealership  for unnecessary repair expense.  I end up going there, since I could not find an electrical short in my 2006 G35 Infiniti. Dealer kept the car for3 days to do the recall and minor repair work and diagnostics to find the shot on the car, mean while they gave me a loaner for the days that they kept the car. Happy with the service and service manager for the communication and providing good service.

My bf's car broke down and we towed the car here to get it fixed.  We got to the dealership & the service dept was already closed so we couldn't get a courtesy car.  While waiting for our ride Mr. Williams saw us(?)  I forgot his name but he has 2 sons .  He was driving back a van w/ Beshoff Infiniti logo to lock up the lot in the back and asked us if we're dropping off the car for service.  We told him yes and he said he can open up the office and do the paperwork so we can use 1 of the courtesy cars.  So the stars are for that 1 employee who was really helpful to us.

After having lunch with my gf, we decided to drop by Beshoff Infiniti to take a look around at the G37 that I had always wanted since the G35 came out. The salepeople here are attentive and were more than willing to help unlike other dealerships when they see a young couple come onto the lot. I was assisted by Jesse while I take a look at a used 2009 G37 Convertible and after the test drive, we talked some numbers and he was willing to work some numbers and possibly getting me into a brand new 2013 G37 convertible. He was very patient throughout the whole process and it did not feel like he was pushing me into agreeing which I appreciated! Very professional and friendly guy and even though it took hours until we finally agreed upon a deal. I left with my new car and was so happy!

Few days later I noticed a small blemish on the car and brought it to Jesse's attention. Even though I'm not sure if it was there before or after the purchase, Jesse took it upon himself to make sure that I was satisfied with my new car, and we made an appointment and now it's hardly noticeable. Very glad I was able to meet Jesse and would definitely recommend others to see him if they are interested in getting a car at this dealership.

I also have to commend the service people there as well, Tyler, Susan and Patricia. They were very friendly and were able to get me in and out of my appointments. Their attention to detail is unreal! Thank you everyone at Beshoff for the great experience and hopefully...someday in the future we can do business again!

Only thing I have against is the carwash, it made some swirls on my paint or whoever cleaned the car before :\ ill just get it detailed or hopefully learn how to detail professionally myself!

I bought my car (2010 Infiniti G37) from Beshoff Infiniti in around October 2010.  I generally had a good experience purchasing the car, but my experience since then has been less than satisfactory.  Shortly after purchasing my car, I noticed that when I used the brakes firmly, there would be some play in the driver's seat.  I've never had this issue on any car I've ever owned before (whether purchased new or used).  I mentioned this to Beshoff Infiniti in my first scheduled service.  They confirmed the existence of the movement of the seat under braking, but mentioned something about not wanting to spend the money to replace the entire front seat, since that was very expensive to do.  Instead, they replaced some sort of sub-assembly, hoping that would do the trick.  After picking up the car, I soon realized that the replacement of the sub-assembly did nothing whatsoever to fix the issue with the play in the front seat. At my next service, I again mentioned the issue, and they again confirmed the existence of the issue, but they seemed to push it off, and didn't want to address it at the time.  Now, I just brought in the car again for service yesterday, and I made it clear to the service manager that I wanted the car seat fixed this time (since it was never fixed on any of my previous service visits).  I just received a call back from the service manager with a voicemail telling me that they now couldn't notice any play in the front seat (even though previous Beshoff Infiniti personnel already confirmed the issue on each of my previous visits).  I just called back and left a voicemail letting them know that I really expect them to address the issue on this visit.  Hopefully they will do the right thing, and fix it this time.  But, I'm extremely frustrated, to say the least, that I've now had this car for almost 3 years, with this defect.  I bought the car new from Beshoff Infiniti, and don't expect to receive a car with defects.  When defects are present, I expect them to get fixed.  I'm very upset that Beshoff Infiniti has not fixed this defect yet.  I hope they change their ways, and fix it this week.

I have been going to stevens creek infiniti for 5 years before this place was opened.   I have switched to beshoff since because it has a better service and price.  

Clean waiting area with free customer wifi, tv for entertainment and made the waiting more comfortable for quick service that i do not get a loaner car.

Service advisors are friendly and not to pushy to sell services but informative in terms of what I need to do and upfront with the costs.

My family and I have purchased 3 cars from here: a G35 sedan, a Maxima, and a G37S Coupe.

This dealership is very clean inside and out everything is well maintained. Everyone is nice and friendly plus the waiting area is quite nice. The coffee machine was the best idea ever cause who doesn't love free coffee?

Purchasing experience was excellent the salespeople are not pushy at all and they don't use dirty car salesman tactics and give you the runaround. Buying process was not painful at all and it didn't take long for both parties to agree on the price.

Parts department are very helpful in finding the exact OEM part that I needed and was willing to work with me to be competitive with an online price I found. Overall good if you need a part ASAP but price could be better. Other than that they are very good at getting back to you when your part does come in.

The service department is really good and is ran by a great guy name Richey Barnes. I came to this dealership with a problem with my car's battery which the service adviser then refused to assist me even though I had the extended warranty. However, when the problem was escalated to the service manager, Richey Barnes, he went out of his way to make sure that my problem was resolved to my full satisfaction. Richey constantly kept in contact with me and always updated me on the situation. Working in retail myself I know when someone goes out of their way to help someone out and Richey definitely went above and beyond his call. Thanks to him I remain a loyal customer to the Infiniti brand as well as this dealership.

Overall I have had no problem with this dealership and would not think twice about going to a different dealership for my Infiniti's or Nissans.

They could nt give us the best deal given their inventory and I ended up leasing the car elsewhere. As anyone would know from a dealership, it's not the first place to go to but if you want great work done with OEM parts, then your best bet is going to one. I go to this place for my little brother's G Coupe and most of the work has been done here otherwise the other work is always done by me and my dad. This place has very nice people who greet you well when you come in and their workplace is very clean. Everything is set up for the customers to have a nice relaxing and enjoyable time waiting for their car's to be done.  This place is much easier to deal with than the Infiniti at Stevens Creek so I'll always come back to this one. Great job guys, you got a definite long time customer!

Both gentlemen handled my trade-in and delivery of the new G37, in an expedient and accurate manner. Oscar is a man of his word. He executed my  transaction in an exacting and near flawless manner. So they say they can help. Through a change of emails and extensive details for the loan process I was approved and was specific on a down payment amount.when I got there they greet you real nice, Tom was the person I dealt w at the dealership, but wasn't the person for all the emails. In the end the man responsible for the loan and all the emailing tells me I'm approved but have to get the garbage car no one wants (a dodge) and not the car I fell in love with!
Imagine that, they sell you the car you have always disliked but steer you away from the one you want to buy. Thanks but no thanks. Half tank of gas driving to their location, through false agreements. Not good business etiquette. I felt bad that this person put Tom (a very nice salesperson) up to show me around, but didn't let him know he was only jerking me around. I know he felt like crap when Rick tried to sell me what I didn't like or want.
Half of my day wasted along w half of tank! Should of read the yelp reviews first. Seems like its not the first time it's happened. Bait & switch!
oh yeah they want $15k for a car worth $11,500 trade or $13K private party sale. either or ridiculous mark up for american trash! and he tells me if it wasn't a good car they wouldn't be in business, did we forget about the BAILOUT!!!!!!

Just reporting on their service department, as I bought my car from another dealer.  I've been coming here for over 2 years now and I typically come twice a year for standard maintenance and any warranty related work (which was just once).  Standard (5qt) oil change with complimentary car wash/vacuum and basic inspection runs about $70 when I asked them to use semi-synthetic oil, which is perfectly fine with me as long as I follow the maintenance interval.  So far, they haven't pushed me for any outrageous repairs or work.  I've checked some of their other services and it's definitely more expensive than going to another shop, but not too bad.  However, the Infiniti cars are actually very easy to work with and quite reliable - stuff like air filters and windshield wipers can be easily done in the parking lot.  

I find that they are pretty prompt with their time and their express service (for simple maintenance) can be even done in less than an hour.  Their waiting room is a bit small, but it is clean and has the basic amenities (free Wi-Fi, TV, coffee, water).  Staffs are friendly and professional.  After owning a Mazda and going through their awful service, I can hereby say that I did get more for what I paid.  It's just all the little things that makes owning a more expensive car worthwhile to me.  If you're like me and wants to have a dealer take care of you for simple maintenance and warranty work, coming to Beshoff isn't a bad choice.

One of the best experiences I've had with the car dealerships lately when I started hunting for my very first car.  I was very nervous for my first and went around several Infiniti dealers.  I was very worried as each one of them was saying that I wont be able to get a car with the added packages and features that I want and they were pushing me to higher value car.

After getting some good word of mouth referrals about Beshoff, I went in there and was surprised to see and get a feel that all the sales people were not pushing me to buy something that I dont want, but they were trying to get me a car that I want at the same price quote.

It was a pleasure dealing with them and like they promised, they gave me an offer that no other dealer was able to match and also, they made everything so quick that I was in and out in about 4-5hours.

I would definitely recommend Beshoff for anyone who could travel that extra distance to San Jose, because its definitely worth it to buy the car from them.

When it comes to car maintenance like oil changes and repairs, I usually avoid dealerships like the plague. The high prices with below average service makes it impossible to justify the visit. This time though, I'm pleasantly surprised by Beshoff.

7.5k miles since my last oil change, it was time to go through the ordeal again. Previous experience with Ma's in San Mateo left something to be desired so I started calling around for prices. Indies were quoting around $100 for 5 quarts of synthetic. I'd gone to Beshoff for check on the non-functioning rain wiper sensor based on Yelp reviews and had a decent experience. Prices they quoted then were also only marginally more than the indies so I decided to call them. $80 was the quote for the oil change. What? How's that possible? Plus they use Mobil 1 which another indie quoted at $150.

So off to Beshoff I go. Plus they could schedule a Saturday appointment. Wow, what more could you ask? I get there at 8:30am, drop off the car with the SA and head to Starbucks across the street for coffee and some surfing (web that is). 45 minutes later, call comes that the car is ready. Pay the bill and I'm gone to enjoy the rest of my weekend. Car gets a wash to boot - much needed after all the crud from the recent rains! Ok, so there's some soap still on the passenger mirror but a minor complaint.

Another plus is that they give an estimate of all the work that may be needed in the future and don't really try to push additional services on you.

My experience at Beshoff was horrible. After negotiating and confirming the price with the sales person for JX35 AWD over the phone, they asked me to come in-person to make the deal happen. I visited them the same day evening to find out that after spending 3 hours at the dealership, they backed out of the deal with shit excuse. I will not recommend this dealer for new cars at all....

Kudos for both salesmanship and the service department. After a lot of searching, my husband decided to purchase a new Infinity (back in 2011). The sales process at Beshoff was exceptional - their approach was more about listening and educating - rather than the hard sell one (sadly) expects at dealerships.

The purchase process alone was worth a positive review, but its been their service department which - in the year we've owned the car - prompted me to finally get around to writing a review. These guys are great. Although we've never really had an issue with our G37, merely scheduled maintenance visits, we are always taken in promptly and with a smile. The place is spotless and offers a number of ways to pass the time (if you want to wait for your car) with televisions, coffee/tea and wi-fi. The reps all seem genuine and very knowledgable, and never has a visit taken more than 20 minutes (if it will, we're provided a loaner car ASAP).

Beshoff is a terrific example of what a dealership can deliver. I never mind taking the car in because we are always treated so thoughtfully. Their service department will keep our family shopping at - and recommending - Beshoff for a long time.

I'm quite the Infiniti fan, and I did a bit of shopping before I considered going to dealerships.  I had seen a car that I might have wanted at Beshoff, and considering they were nearly a full star on Yelp higher than all the others, I made the drive with The Wife to see their inventory first.

If there is one negative to the place, it's the location.  San Jose parkways off of 101 are simply a bitch to navigate on a Saturday afternoon.  Which in turn makes it a positive because they are not in an automall and they have some flexibility that other dealers won't have.

Normally I view car sales staff only slightly higher than my local crack dealer (joke), but in this case I was greeted almost immediately by a young lady salesperson (Venus was her name...), and she was quite friendly without that saccharine smile I usually see.  I showed her the inventory I came to view (which was listed under Edmunds price), and as opposed to trying to bait and switch me after telling me how six other people were interested in the car, she showed me the car immediately and we talked about what was missing.  She asked what features I rated higher in priority and then told me about an Infiniti that was processed across the street at the sister Mercedes dealership that might be more appealing.  The price was a bit less than equivalent models I had seen shopping, so we checked it out.

I knew what I wanted, so I was pretty quick to decide that the car I drove was to be mine, and then I told her that this is it and I'm ready to buy.  After picking her jaw up off the floor, she did what she could to make the process as quick as possible, and while getting the paperwork done she told me about the three or four other potential buyers that didn't get the car because they tried negotiating the cost down lower than it was (the story was probably true, considering I already committed to what I knew to be a good deal).  I think that's the one thing you may need to do before coming here is recognize they price pretty much at the sale price (at least for the cars I looked at).  

We did all the paperwork quickly enough, and had to spend an hour going through the finance package, who was also quite friendly (as were the other sales staff I watched talking to other customers).  If there was a mild negative, they did try to sell me an undercoat package, tire package and maintenance package (all of which I declined), but the extended warranty was pretty good.

By the way, the office area/lounge area is very nice.  They have wi-fi, coffee, etc. like most Infiniti shops, but the bathrooms are spotless and the decor is slick.

In short, we got in at 1:30, drove off at 5:00, didn't have to barter (which in a way would be disappointing cuz I love to do it so much, but I did get a good deal) , and made the experience relatively painless.  I had a pretty good feeling that they'll take care of me afterwards, but that'll have to wait until the follow up.

Service Made Easy.....

When we bought our new Infiniti EX-35 at the end of May, part of the package was to cover most service related issues for 4 years.  So, in early September, we returned to Beshoff for our first post-purchase visit.

I drove into one of the 2 entry lanes and was met by a young woman who began to check me in.  However, within a minute, Richey Barnes, the Service Manager, walked over and offered a warm hello.  From that point, Richey assumed responsibility for uncovering any problems with the car and determining what could reasonably be accomplished on a busy Saturday.  After all, this initial service call was mainly to change the oil and tune up any obvious mistakes.

I mentioned a few things to Richey including rattling in the front doors, especially on the passenger side, and a fickle outside temperature gauge.  Normally, such items are treated during the week when their full lineup of technicians is available ( Saturdays are more for express service ).  But Rickey said if I had a few hours to leave the car he and another person would inspect the door noise.  Since my trusty spouse provided a ride, there was no problem.

A couple of hours later, Richey called with an update.  They found and fixed the problem in the passenger door and were starting to give the car a complimentary hand wash, so it would be ready in about 30 minutes.  I agreed it made sense to bring the car back on a fully staffed day to examine the possible problem with the driver's door and temperature gauge.

When we arrived, Richey reviewed everything they did and answered my remaining questions.  I must say that each time we've talked...whether before or after buying the car...it not only felt like he was knowledgeable, but as if you're sharing a beer with a friend in a pub.  I've never had that before and it's a nice touch.

My one nick to pick is the guys who washed the car didn't fully dry it since water spots were scattered on the side panels of all 4 doors.  I shouldn't complain because the job was free, but it's something I've also noticed at a few high-end places such as the Pacific Hand Car Wash in Campbell.  Nothing major...mostly because the overall service was prompt, efficient, personable and done right.  No more rattling!

Bought my g37 from another dealership but they treat everyone like their own customer. So far, I have done my servicing only at the dealership with my service adviser, Joey Tipton. Hands down Joey provides the best service. He always follows up on service. Any issues we have, he would take care of it right away. Not just Joey but everyone at Beshoff goes above and beyond.

Awesome customer service and accommodating facility!

Made an appointment around noon on a weekday to get my '07 G35 looked at because the steering wheel would vibrate over 65 MPH. When I got to the place, it was very clean, employees were very pleasant., and the it was not hectic which was a good thing for me. Paul was the person who helped me out and he did an awesome job.

Upon arriving, we went to his office so he can take down some information about the car and etc. He told me a wheel imbalance may be the culprit, which I definitely believe, but I told him I wanted the car to be checked thoroughly because it was recently hit by another car on the passenger side. He assured me that they will do a thorough check (suspension, alignment, etc).

While they were working on the car, I was able to wait in the guest room which was equipped with some couches, a flat screen TV, free coffee, and free Wi-Fi. I brought my laptop so I was able to get some work done while I waited which is always a nice thing.

After about 1.5 hours Paul got me from the guest room and we went to his office where he told me what was done and a report that details everything that was inspected, and that was very helpful to know and have.  Also to my pleasant surprise, they gave me a complimentary car wash! Once I took my car on the freeway and  went over 65, it felt almost brand new, no vibrations! This place has quality service, and I will absolutely be coming back.

I just took delivery on a 2012 G37s Sedan.  Great service provided from the sales department and no back and forth games, I made an offer and they accepted.  I got a great deal on the new car and they gave me a great trade in value on my car.   Venus, Oscar and Adil were all very easy to deal with and they were all very professional.  I will not hesitate to send family or friends to Beshoff Infiniti.  The facility is very clean and beautiful!

I brought my G37 in for 30K mile service and Joey the Service Manager was very knowledgeable, friendly and scheduled me right away and had my car serviced while I drank the Gourmet coffee, wrote this review, watched the TV news. I noted to Joey that the G37 is very agile and leaps ahead compared to my other cars: Mustang and Mercedes, and he said that there was a transmission upgrade which he would also include for me.  He also noticed the latch on the center console did not properly close, so he would take care of that FREE!  Where did you ever see such exceptional service? Only at Beshof Infiniti and ask for Joey!

I had high hopes today and was very happy when Adil and I agreed on a price for the car I wanted, a G37 Coupe. Over the phone I asked him to send me the deal by e-mail so that I know that it's the right car, he assured me that he is the manager and that I can take his word for it and that he doesn't want me to take the offer to other dealerships and that's why he can't e-mail it to me.

I want to note that every time I worked with the sales person there, I was always clear that I wanted a coupe and was only going for the G37 since they didn't have a G25 in a coupe model.

I come into the dealership, with cashier's check for the downpayment in hand, and Adil gets a sales rep to show me to my car. Low and behold, the sales person takes me to a G37 SEDAN (which is about 3 grand cheaper MSRP). I tell the sales man that this is not the car that I wanted and that I wanted a coupe and we go to talk to Adil. Adil assures me that he was talking about the SEDAN when he was making that deal although I'm fairly certain that I always said G37 COUPE.

Anyways, I go with the sales man to take a look at the car I actually wanted while Adil tries to work out the numbers. I come back in and I get a quote which is nowhere near the negotiated price. Needless to say I walk out, Adil follows me out and apologizes for the "confusion" which was little consolation for the bait and switch they just tried to pull on me.

I hope they come around and give me the car at the price that I was promised, I guess I'll be taking my business to a different Infiniti dealership.

Everything was good just some expectation I had that Beshoff Infiniti could not fulfill but it was not even their fault as they were going by books. But I believe , that something always can be done to win an upset customer and win there business for lifetime.

Coming here once again was another bad experience, I'm not sure what the deal is with this place but after trying to give this dealership my business they obviously dont care about their customers. The MOST they care about are the stupid YELP rating they receive. So If I could give a middle finger than 1 star I would.

This past week I tried coming in to trade in my vehicle for the new leasing program that is going on, while speaking to the manager on duty ADIL he tells me that he is there to help in any sort of way. With that being said I did not have a co signer at the time so I came in the next day with one. I spoke to ADIL once again letting him know that we can proceed with the lease. While waiting around Rodrigo the sales guy was with another client I see ADIL just leave the building with his belongings without even saying anything to me. So in my mind I'm thinking....uh RUDE. He could at lease let me know whats going on instead of just taking off. When Rodrigo comes he tells me now that I cant even get the lease anymore and feeding me all this BS for no reason and pushing me more towards in getting a used car( which in fact they make more money on)

So after him telling me that I completely turn away and not even look back. This dealership is horrible and now I have really REALLY learned my lesson. First it was APRIL the old manager who gave me a hard time when I first purchased a car...now they have this A**HOLE who replaced her which isn't any different.

Good LUCK Beshoff, your reputation is going down the drain

I take my G35 regularly to Beshoff Infiniti despite the distance from home. Frontier Infiniti in Cupertino is way closer but their aweful service reps and the awesome treatment at Beshoff has now convinced me that I don't need to think twice.

I got all 4 tires replaced about 10 months ago from Beshoff - they had a deal running at that time. Within an year's time, I got a flat tire that couldn't be repaired and called Beshoff to find out if its covered under the tire's warranty. I had very little hope, but to my surprise it was! Their service rep Joey Tipton even emailed the paperwork that I could show to any Infiniti dealer to get a replacement tire. Since Frontier was closer, I checked with them first only to find them very rude (asked me to hold in the middle of me explaining the warranty) and then asked me to take it up with the parts department directly. Arghh! Beshoff on the other hand checked internally and charged only for mounting the new tire!

On an earlier occasion, Beshoff replaced my navigator due to some issues without any nitpicking!

My experience with Beshoff has always been very smooth. They also have Wifi in case you want to work remotely while they take care of your car. Awesome work Beshoff  and special thanks to Joey and Poh.

great place to go shop for a car,great services and a lot of trust. they have top notch and friendly salesman. that night when i came over to take a look a few used certified car they were short handed and yet they were able to help me out. one of their salesman went out and said sorry they were short handed and that he couldnt go with me for a test drive since he was working with another customer. what he did was he just took a copy of my driver license and gave me the key and let me took the car for a spin. after my test spin we just talked about the car and see if i wanted to purchase it that night. i forgot his name but he was going to knock off 2500 if i want that night, but i didnt just because i wanted to test drive another car at another dealership. overall i loved the nice and friendly service and they were willing to work with me.

I did not buy my Infiniti here, but I always come here for service. So this is for the Service Department only.

Joey has been taking care of my vehicle since it was new. He is always responsive to my concerns, returns calls promptly and is an all around pleasant guy. I am quite pleased with the service I receive here and will continue to return here for my maintenance and repairs.

They provide a complimentary car wash with every service and a shuttle ride or loaner is available for your use. The inner fat kid in me wishes they had bagels and donuts like Toyota, but what can I say?

Came in for a simple airbag warning light, which was part of an Infiniti recall. This is the third time for the same thing and only three months after they had "fixed" it before. Been waiting nearly two hours for them to "check the code" and I had to argue with the service guy to avoid the $155 hourly rate. I know it takes 5 minutes to pull that code with the Consul (I work on cars too). Ridiculous.

Have had great service in past.  Very friendly employees and helpful approach to any issue I might have. Unfortunately, I popped in for a car wash last week and they gave me car with dirty water spots and did not scrub dead bugs completely off the windows.  I was too embarrased to ask them again to clean it up.  Previously, I had my other vehicle detailed and found the seats still had some spilled coffee marks and crumbs.  I did not have the confidence that they will do an excellent job.

Question: if they thoroughly inspect the car prior to service... why don't they thoroughly inspect the car on its return to the customer?

This dealership is the worst ever! When I purchased a car here the manager at the time was rude, inconsiderate, and unkind. The fact that supposedly this is the best Infiniti dealership out there..well thats a FALSE statement.

I took my car in for service and I had mentioned that while the car is idle it makes a raddling sound, once its ready to be picked up I was told that the service dept was not sure why it did this so they left it as is. ( by the way its a brand new 2012 G37s)

I hope all see that not only does this dealership fail to serve what they are suppose to do but also how they are NOT attentive to customers needs and wishes, I would rather travel a couple more miles to a better Infiniti dealership than this one.

I've been coming here since it opened and my service consultant is Joey. I was hesitant to switch service location from Infiniti Santa Clara to here, however, I'm glad I did. It's closer to home but the consultant has been stable as I had several consultant changes in the course of a few yrs at Santa Clara Infiniti.  Joey's great and is always very helpful with my car needs!

Purchased my first Infiniti at Beshoff last December and definitely the best experience I've had a car dealership.  It may have been timing (went on a Friday the day before Christmas Eve) but I received world class customer service from everyone at Beshoff.  

Worked directly with both the Sale Rep, the Finance Manager, and the person who manages trade ins.  Not only did they give me a solid price on the G37, they worked hard to find the best trade in price for my 07 Mustang and also shopped around for a great finance rate.  All in all - I spent roughly 3  hours at the dealership: they constantly asked me if I needed anything while I waited, they brought me out the detail shop, and had a very nice lounge area for me to relax in.  I've been back to Beshoff for car service and again, nothing but the best service from EVERYONE.  

I highly recommend Beshoff Infiniti (I'm sure their Mercedes dealership across the street is just as good!).

I've just picked my car up after having service and their full detail. All I can say is WOW. Besides the service being handled nicely, the detail is the best I've seen. My car is black and had lots of scratches all over the car. The car looks showroom new again after the detail. I would say that 99% of the scratches are gone, and the only remaining scratches were too deep to take out without taking off too much paint.

I've taken my car to AJs a few times for their detail, and they didn't come close to getting the paint back to the way it looks today. All AJs would say is that it will take time and I'll need to bring it back again so they can spend some more time with it.

When I need another detail, I'm bringing it back here again.

The detail crew here ROCKS.

Falsely authoritative and these guys will say anything to sell cars. Do your homework before visiting here if you have to. A certain gentleman on the sales floor - the climate controlled seats run on air blowers, not refrigerant. The navigation option has always been an option, never standard. Stop trying to make things up if you don't know just to  sell what you have on the floor. Also remember that the price needs to be agreed upon to start running the credit check papers. You really don't want to waste time on that stuff just to say what you can offer below the MSRP. I did get a test drive, hence one extra star.

The service department is always helpful, knowledgable and courteous.  They are busy for a reason. Of course they might try to sell something small to you but it's never unwarranted.

They get busy so are slightly stingy with the loaners at times, but you'll aways get one if you need it.  Also, the waiting area looks great and they have a decent parts department.

All in all, the only problem with this place is how far away I work/live from it.

Excellent dealership. Have come here several times for service/questions related to my Infiniti G37 and they never disappoint. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. Joey takes care of my car services there and he is awesome. You dont get a feeling that the dealership is there to mint money from you unlike some others. They dont make you wait too long on most occasions and if they do they always offer a loaner car so you can pick up your vehicle later. Highly recommend!!

By far this has to be the best service department. I've came here several times for recalls and probably one oil change for my g35. As soon as you drive into the service department you feel like a straight baller. Everyone is very welcoming here and always take care of you. They always have a loaner available if your car needs to be worked on more than a few hours or they can provide you with a shuttle also. Overall everything was good here.

Also, anytime you get any service performed here, you get a free car wash. Sweet!!!

I was brought to Beshoff Infinity by Jesse Brenner-Wiehe because he works there and he knew my fiancee and I were looking to get a new/used car Subaru Tribeca. Jesse and I have been friends for a while now.... :-) to be honest with you I didnt want to come over and do business with a friend of mine and then have a bad experience and ruin the friendship....

But Im so glad I listen to my instincts and went with it!!! He has been the best salesman I have ever met in my life counting that this is my 6 car purchase within 15 years. Every time I bought a car in the past the experience had been very painful, long, tedious and boring!!!.

This time it was PAIN FREE, flexible and very much enjoyable. Beshoff sales, finance and service team did an amazing job making this purchase an unforgettable one!!. I dont like people pushing at me to do things or to add things on my bill that I dont need or lie to me to close the sale... Because of this I strongly recommend all of you to contact Jesse and to come and visit Beshoff Infiniti in San Jose, CA.

My wife and I bought a QX56 from Alex (sales manager) a few months ago.  I have to say that the buying experience was delightful.  Not only did they give us a fair deal, the delivery experience blew our mind.  They actually put the car in a "glass cube" with lights all around as they deliver the car.  Honestly, I've never experienced something like this with the purchase of a car (and we've bought some nice ones in our time).  Over the last few months, the service folks have been great and extremely customer focused.  Highly recommend this place!

I just bought an infiniti g37 over the weekend and I am so thankful to Adam Legros and Beshoff Infiniti for the wonderful experience.  

I was looking for a g37 journey with premium package and interior accent.   Adam told me there was a car out there with those packages AND navigation for cheaper than the price another dealership was offering me for a car without navigation.  Cheaper price with nav, premium package, wood trim, trunk mat/net/first aid kick, and illuminated kick plates????  HELL YES!  It's a 2011 model but its brand new, and exactly the same as 2012.  I don't plan to sell this car for a loooong time so I didn't care about depreciation rates.  I didn't get the exterior color of my choice (I wanted graphite shadow but I got liquid platinum) but I wanted to take advantage of this amazing deal.   The color is growing on me!

Adam even stayed with us beyond closing time to explain critical functions of the systems inside the car.  I really appreciated him doing that because he stayed after closing and was not in a rush to get home.  He truly made the experience worthwhile.

I love driving my g37 and am so happy with this purchase.  Thank you Adam and Beshoff Infiniti!

Its too bad that the followup service at this dealership is so poor.  I bought a new G37xS, a limited edition car that is really a beautiful piece of engineering.  Adam, the salesman and Malcolm, both internet reps were very helpful and went to some extra work to find me the car that I wanted, it was located in Oklahoma and trucked out at my expense.  The problems started with the closer, a female named Sheryn, who is as far as I am concerned a detriment to that business.  First, the car was not being delivered for up to 10 days, and I wanted to hold a portion of the large down payment, until it was actually delivered.  NO problem, she says, and writes an agreement to do so, a written promise to hold the check.  Imagine my surprise, when I look at my account a few days later, and see that it cleared my bank.  The other problem with her was that she was very insistent about the purchase of add-on warranties, and put us under alot of pressure to buy an expensive maintenance and extended warranty, along with the paint and upholstery protection.  That added about 6k to the purchase price. The process was the typical grueling pressure, that we would regret not getting these items.  When she printed out our purchase contract, she listed the two maintenance and extended warranty prices, but on one of them, said it was for nothing, as in just an add on cost.  I pointed that out to her, and she then re-did the entire contract.  In other words, she wrote the document so that we were agreeing to $2500 add on cost for nothing.  Really?

The car was delivered to me, at my location about 80 miles from the dealership, by one of the salesmen, Malcolm.  I thought that finally I had found a decent place  to buy a car.  However, I started looking at some of the documents that Sheryn had prepared, including paperwork regarding the purchased paint protection.  She added a phrase that the car was being sold "as Is," which is generally used to disavow any warranties on a sold car. However, the main contract allows for a 60,000 mile warranty.

I contacted the manager and asked to have that clarified, that it only pertained to any extra equipment which might be ordered.  I was told that I would get a letter in a few days indicating that that language only referred to extra equipment purchases, and did not have anything to do with the warranty.  A month later, that letter has never arrived.  I also asked for copies of the extended warranty and maintenance agreements, which  I was told by the GM would be sent to me.  I received a call back, and was told that they only had "applications" for those  products and that I would be getting those in the mail from the insurance provider.   Still, one month later, no agreements have arrived.  I told him I was considering canceling them, because I really had no idea what the terms were, and if it was worth the money that I had been charged, some $5,000.  Yet, I have no means of reviewing what I purchased, they claim to have no copies anywhere at the dealership, yet are selling them routinely for thousands of dollars.  

I also indicated that the voice commands were not functioning properly, and I would like to have someone go through the programing on that system, to see if it was either defective or if there was a glitch between the instruction manual, and the actual car system.  I did receive a call from the service department, who told me that I could stop by [ a 160 mile roundtrip] or he could try to help me on the phone, but did not have a lot of time to do that.  I also tried to get the aux to accept my nano and Ipod, which it is designed to do, but neither work.  My efforts to get that issue resolved have not been successful.  

So, yeah, I have a nice car, it is gorgeous, but  some of the technology innovations that I paid for are not functioning as stated, and I have paid 5k for something that I have no means of ascertaining what exactly it is. Hopefully, the car itself will perform better than this dealership.

We bought a 2011 G37 Sedan with the Premium and Nav options at this dealer.  Was it a good buying experience?  Yes.  I don't have anything to compare it to -- I've only ever bought one car, used, before, and that was in 2002! -- but I can't imagine the transaction could have been much more pleasant.

I asked for some quotes for the specific car from a bunch of dealers.  Apparently Infinitis aren't flying off the lots -- even though the G37 is a big critical hit -- so it was nice to get the attention.  Definitely my Lexus dealership visit was nowhere near as nice; it was packed full of people, and the salesman didn't seem like he cared.  Beshoff, on the other hand, was clinically clean and sparse and classy, with hardly any customers walking around.  

After a few rounds of emailing, their salesman on the case, Ben Ly, kept emailing me, though somehow he was much less obnoxious about it than the other dealers (who wouldn't leave me alone even when I said I'd get back to them).  Finally my wife and I came in for a test drive, which was pretty chill.  No annoying restrictions like not going on the freeway (the Cadillac guy wouldn't let us take the CTS on one).  He wasn't 100% on top of everything, but he seemed nice.

Ben's email quote was already frankly the lowest of all the nearby dealers.  While we didn't want to talk price, as there was more test driving to do (Lexus and Cadillac at least), Ben nevertheless gave us an even better quote before we left the dealer.  He did recognize that since we had The Car Buying Folder with all kinds of info in there, he probably couldn't BS us too much.

In the end we went with the G37, and with that we gave all dealers a chance to beat the price.  None did.  The next day we got the final quote, which was a couple thousand under invoice, from the sales manager -- I forget his name, but he was Scottish.  Sure, there was a little pressure ("We have to hit our numbers this month, I can only guarantee this price if you buy today, we can't go lower, other dealers are not as professional and respectful as we are," etc.) but nothing truly irritating.  There was no pleading or anything.  Basically, it was just a good quote, a good test drive, and a quick and easy purchase.

Since this was bought with cash, the buying was done in 2 hours the day after the test drive, and we drove off in the new car (which is sweet!).  The finance manager tried to sell us both an extended warranty and a maintenance plan, as expected, but didn't push it when I said I'll have to look into it and get back to him at a later date.

And that's that.

Service-wise, we're only at 3,000 miles, so nothing to report on that front yet.

I'm am so pleased.  I was thinking about purchasing a used car and not sure what I wanted to do.  Then, of course, my old car left me no choice.  I had put the feelers out there and Alex of Beshoff contacted me.  Told him I was thinking about an '08 , '09.  He said he could get me a better deal on a new car.  He was way in SJ and I live in San Ramon so I went to a dealership closer to home.  

I almost signed on the dotted line at this dealership but something held me back.  I was supposed to go back the next day to finish the deal closer to home at 15% interest and drive away in an '08 or '09..

Adam, an excellent sales representative with Beshoff, called me that day.  Said he could put me in a new car for 2.9%.  HA!  Guess what?  He did it.  I have the most beautiful G37 2011 and and the payments are $100 less.   I am so happy.   They worked a miracle.

My experience here began after submitting an inquiry about the G37 convertible I saw on the new inventory section of their website.  Shortly after that, I got a follow up call from Ben Ly who deals with internet sales. I setup an appointment with him the for the next day to do some Inifiniti model line comparisons.  First off, we looked @ the G37 convert. on the show room floor and then the G37 IPL.  The G37 convert. seemed too feminine for my taste... so I test drove the black IPL out front.  Ben Ly was really knowledgeable about certain details that I asked about the car.  Such as if the Key holder in the car charges the remote or if the USB input would play mp3s from a flash drive.  He also mentioned that the cars audio system would only rip genuine audio CDs to the hard drive.  The car has a lot more technology than I've seen in other luxury vehicles.

During the IPL test drive, he mentioned all the changes and differences from the standard G37.  I felt comfortable driving the vehicle, and he even let me pull it back into the showcase spot outside the entrance.  Some other dealerships might not even let you test drive a car equivalent to that.  I'll have to say one thing though, the IPL is definitely a fierce competitor to any other luxury GT in the same price range. Lots of standard options and equipment on that car which cannot be found on it's German competitors.  Ben led us through the immaculate service center where he said you can actually view your car being serviced if you wish to do so!  Naturally, we still needed to experience the FX35 to make sure I was making the right decision. The FX35 is a great crossover SUV, but it didn't fit my lifestyle. Ben helped me come to this conclusion.

Later on, I got to meet the GM Alex Kerr who was pretty easygoing and straightforward.  He gets down to business, is focused on running a great dealership and making customers feel comfortable.  You never want a GM to be too nice or too stern, he is well in between.  I had a great experience with this modern and impressive dealership.  All in all, I'm glad Beshoff is my local dealer and I believe it is easily the best Infiniti dealership in the South Bay!

We dealt with Ben Ly. We looked at Infinity G37, Lexus 350 series, Cadillac, and BMW. The Lexus guy blew us off, and the second Lexus guy took two phone calls during our test drive; the Cadillac guy treated us like we were 10 (and wouldn't let us take it on the freeway); and we couldn't get to the BMW place before they closed.

The Beshoff guys, especially Ben Ly, made the process extremely easy. He gave us a great price up front - we barely had to negotiate. They treated us well, answered every question, let us take as much time on the drive as we needed, and generally made us have an extremely positive experience. We're going back to have the plates put on and for some routine maintenance - I expect more easy experiences.

My only quibble is that it's not that easy to get to. Go to the intersection - don't listen to Google Maps!

This review is based purely on service experience.   Timely, courteous, competive prices, friendly attitude and mostly services.   I've performed some number of performance turning modifications here, oil changes and TSB's.  

All advisors are good, but specifically for peformance modifications you can always count  on the professional advice and knowledge from Joey and chat with him about the cars in general.  

I live near Frontier Infiniti but after dealing with their sales team and their manager, I gladly make the trip all the way to Beshoff even for oil changes.

Be sure to to check on all the parts that were installed and be sure that you get all the parts that they uninstalled.  Otherwise they would not stand behind their "work".

Because I am a Sales Trainer, I'm very finicky when I choose who to do business with. I simply won't buy from a salesperson who doesn't listen to me or try to understand my needs. This round of car shopping started the fist weekend in February and included 14 dealerships throughout the Bay area... I wish I had come to Beshoff Infiniti of San Jose and met sales rep Tony months ago.

Tony showed me the car I asked about, a G25, and he listened to my concerns about limited legroom, the lack of a navigation system, and overall comfort. He wasn't pushy, and he didn't bore me with the features of the car that were of lesser interest to me. He also didn't talk over or around me like many other sales reps -- apparently, they thought my husband would be the decision maker. He talked directly to me about the topics I was interested in. And then he recommended that I look at the M37 because it seemed a better match for my needs. He was right. When it came time for a test drive, he didn't go for the convenient choice but located one that included the features, color, and package that I preferred. So 30 minutes later we struck a deal.

Tony and his managers made it easy, showed respect and worked with me to make this transaction happen. When we went back today to take delivery of the car, it had been impeccably detailed. Tony spent a lot of time helping with set up and instruction on the nav system and bluetooth. He seemed genuinely committed to making sure I was a satisfied customer. And I am.

After a technician at Frontier Infiniti gave me some snobby ass attitude, I decided that I will never bring my car there for service again.
After reading all the positive reviews on Yelp, I decided to bite the bullet and take the extra twenty five minute drive to Beshoff for an oil change.
I called the receptionist to set an appointment and she told me I could drop off my car anytime before 4pm. After I got there, the service consultant told me the department was overwhelmed with vehicles that day, but he squeezed me into one of the technician's schedule anyway. The consultant directed me to the waiting room which was spotless! The room was well-lit and I loved their white leather couches. They offer complimentary coffee and tea for their customers. The restrooms were very clean, but there was an odd smell to it. Hmm...
Anyway, I ended up waiting for an hour and a half due to the volume of vehicles in the service center. They also did an amazing job washing/detailing my car!
I have to return next week to replace my radiator hose because it's leaking. Thank goodness for the warranty.
I will forever take my car here for oil changes and what not. The customer service is awesome!

Beshoff's was the best experience I have ever had getting my car serviced.  The service consultant was well educated on my vehicle and was NOT trying to sell me on services I didn't need.  The service manager truly knows what Customer Service is all about.  I was really afraid to try a new delearship for service but now wish I would have switched to Beshoff's years ago.  I have a 2004 Infiniti QX56.  I had been taking my car to Frontier Infiniti for the past 7 years.  I can't even tell you all the issues I've had with the dealership and service department - the list is too long! The last straw for me was when I had my car towed to Frontier because it wouldn't start.  They told me it would cost over $6,000 to fix (yes, I am a women but not stupid).  After my husband went down to talk with them the car was fixed for $400 and runs perfectly.  The service department at Frontier is HORRIBLE!!!! PLEASE DON'T TAKE YOUR INFINITI TO FRONTIER GO TO BESHOFF'S AND MAKE YOUR LIFE EASIER.

First off, I bought my 2005 Infiniti Coupe from Frontier Infiniti. It was a nightmare from beginning to end. They made me wait for at least an hour or two when I tried to negotiate on the price because they have to wait for an "approval" from their sales manager. Then I have to deal with their Finance department when I already told them I already have an approval with a Credit Union with a dirt cheap rate. I used to be in the mortgage industry, I think I know how to calculate APR and such. Their servicing department will try to up-sale you in every possible ways.

Coming from an experience like that, I was VERY skeptical of any car dealerships. I honestly chose Beshoff first because of the location. Appointment was easy to set up, and I was quickly paired with Oscar. I came in there for a to fix the recall for the 2005 G35 passenger side airbag and also for an oil change (with my $9 oil change coupon). My friend, who also drive an Infiniti, came to pick me up and had some questions on his own car. Oscar inspected the car, looked into his computer, and offered my friend a bunch of repairs for free because the car was under warranty. Didn't even try to sell him anything.

Let's just say on the 2nd visit, I dropped $1800+ for several repairs. I usually get my things done at ZCarGargage, but the owner doesn't seem to care much for your time. I was offered a G37 sedan to commute while my car was in the shop. When I went back to see Oscar, I didn't have enough time to refill the gas on the loaner since I was on a time crunch. There was maybe a quarter tank of gas left. Oscar offered to pay for the tank and also gave me some discounts on the repairs. Money aside is important, but what I like about this place is that the recommended fixes made sense. It's an honest business where I feel like I can take my car in without the nonsense haggling.

So another pleasant experience at Beshoff Infiniti with Joey and Richie, Masters of Infiniti Autos. So I took my car in because the clutch died so had to replace it which cost me a fortune but the quality and dedicating service made me feel it is very much worth it! Normally, if you tell dealership what other problems you have for your vehicle, they will solely look at the issues you mentioned alone OR pretended that they checked and found nothing..(you should know better..) BUT Joey and his team basically made a complete diagnose check for the overall vehicle and fixed/replaced several parts for free which I bet you will never get this kind of dedication whatsoever in any other dealership. Too bad that you guys are 35 miles away from my home but that definitely won't stop me from coming to your place to take care of my vehicle!

Honesty and integrity are keys for a successful business and I am glad that you guys maintain that up high!

P.S, I should've bought the G from you guys but I will be highly looking to get one from you guys in the future!

Alright...it's been a while since my first review and thought I would update again after some recent service on my M35.

Since my first few visits, I am now regularly seeing Oscar Sotelo as my service consultant/advisor. Beshoff likes to pair up their advisors with customers over the long run, that way there is a bit of history and relationship built between the customer and the service advisor.

Every single time I have brought in my car, Oscar listens to every issue I have come across while driving my car. Oscar takes notes on the computer and will even check with you (by showing you his computer screen) to make sure that he has captured the correct information so that the service technician can properly diagnose and fix the problem.

There has never been an issue where I reported an issue and they didn't bother to look into it, even minor things like missing screws and whatnot, they will investigate, as long as you let them know.

In some situations where the nature of the problem is unclear (like in my instance I had problems with my bearings), it may take some time and further troubleshooting to find exactly what is wrong. The service technician even drove my car around to reproduce the issue, but it only happened at higher speeds on the freeway.

They may not find the issue on the first trip, but keep in mind that the issue needs to be reproducible in order to fix it. I know this because I work in IT and face similar issues when people complain about problems with their computers.

In the end, I was able to find some time to come in right when Beshoff Infiniti opened, and drive one of the service technicians, Abe Tawil, on the freeway. He was able to identify the symptom which helped Beshoff diagnose the problem as my front bearings and they were replaced under warranty. (get the extended warranty!)

I will continue to bring my car into Beshoff Infiniti for service on my car because they honestly take the time to help you with your car and will do everything they can (within reason) to make your trip as pleasant as possible.

As usual, Great Job Beshoff! Oscar and Abe (and Richie) I owe you guys...let me know if you need your computers fixed!! :-D

I picked up my second Infiniti G37 in almost as many years from Beshoff a month ago. I'll admit -- my first buying experience wasn't as smooth as I would have hoped, but I'll chalk that up to the fact that it was a brand new dealership. I thought I would definitely move to the dealership that's much closer to home for maintenance, but I'm glad I gave Beshoff a chance. The caliber of service that this dealership provides has been unmatched for me.

The dealership itself is not really in the best part of town. Beshoff Motorcars (Mercedes) and Beshoff Infiniti sort of stick out, but once you arrive, you well, arrive. Upon entering the building, you check in with the receptionist who will ring up a sales person to assist you (unlike some other dealerships where you feel like you're swimming in chummed water with the sharks circling). While you're waiting, you can appreciate the modern interior that feels more like a trendy hotel lobby than a car dealership. You'd almost expect a bar to cover one of the walls.

Beshoff is a Costco-authorized dealer, which brought me there in the first place. But when I picked up my second G37, they presented me with an amazing deal that I absolutely could not refuse. They met my price target, gave me the interest buy rate, and picked up my 2009 model for top dollar -- without haggling. I was extremely impressed. Alex, the sales manager even took the time to show me the new grayish colors without a hint of exasperation, even if I ultimately opted to keep the platinum graphite/graphite shadow color. And although I was running short on time (I had tickets to a San Jose Sharks game that night), I still managed to walk out with a new 2011 model -- at least on paper.

The exact car that I wanted was up at Infiniti of Marin, so it did take a couple of days to get it down to Beshoff and have it prepped for delivery. But once you see it in the receiving room (take a camera), you can't help but stop short and admire that gorgeous piece of machinery. Take a camera. There are light wells in the floor and warm lights in the ceiling of a room encased in black stone that serves to highlight the dramatic swoops and curves of your car. You can have your very own magazine shoot there. Did I mention bringing a camera? Your sales person will then thoroughly review the features of the car and patiently wait while you take evermore pictures of your car before you burn rubber, ahem, drive off the lot.

Finally, when you do begin your regular maintenance and opt to wait instead of using a complimentary loaner, you will appreciate the comfortable waiting area with a large flat screen television, oversized lounge chairs and bistro tables. It looks like they're cutting back on the complimentary hot drinks, but it was a nice touch. If you do feel the need to get up and walk around, Beshoff Infiniti's service bay is the only one in the Bay Area (or is it the state) to allow customers to walk through and see the work being done on their cars.

Back to the service consultants. I've had terrible ones at other dealerships for other cars, where some interactions felt downright confrontational. Beshoff's staff is affable and a pleasure to work with. The free car wash is just icing on the cake. Oh and the periodic phone calls from Phil Garratt confirming customer satisfaction is a rather nice touch.

About the car itself: with the 2009 G37, I had some serious misgivings about trading in my 2007 335i BMW, but the 2011 G37 is an entirely different beast. Infiniti definitely refined the driving experience in time between models and completely overhauled the navigation system. My iPhone's contacts list now syncs over to the car (woohoo! I was really peeved that it didn't in the 2009 model). So unless Mr. Beshoff decides to open a BMW dealership on the other side of the intersection in the next few years, I'm going to be really torn on my next car -- I've really been spoiled by this dealership.

Wow, what a disappointment from a 5-star rated dealership on Yelp.

I brought my Infiniti in b/c of a issue I was experiencing with the acceleration.

First Day:
The first day I dropped off the car I was immediately charged a fee for diagnosing the problem. By the end of the day, they tell me they couldn't find anything wrong with my car so they asked me to go on a test drive with the mechanic. I returned to the dealership and after riding around a few minutes with the mechanic and reproducing the issue, he felt the shaking and said it could be one of two things and would look into it the next day.

Second Day:
I was not offered a loaner so I drove my car back to the dealership and was asked to pay upfront again for diagnosing the problem. This fee was to be on top of whatever charges that would incur after the mechanic remedies the problem.  This was not right in my eyes ... what do you think? If they didn't find anything wrong with my car the day before and charged me for it then asked me to bring the car back and charging me again this is just wrong.

The mechanic called up the regional manager to discuss the problem and discovered that it was an existing problem that Infiniti was aware of. I needed to replace a couple parts and the cost would have been covered if I had taken my car in earlier, but since it's past the cut-off date, I would have to pay for the repairs myself ($2,500). According to the mechanic, it's not a major issue and I should let it go since it's not occuring regularly.

So basically, I paid for two days to diagnose a problem that Infiniti was already aware of.

I don't usually yelp but I had to put in my two cents... we had the BEST experience with this dealership... not only is the place itself beautiful, the employees are a whole different ball game as well. We dealt with Jeff Le who worked hard to make sure we were happy with our purchase with none of the pushiness or any of the things that you find irritating at other dealerships. Their finance dept was great as well which made the process seem very smooth and at every level, every person we talked to went out of their way to be very friendly and accommodating. We just came from another dealership where the sales guy was practically yelling at us so we were really pleased at the contrast in service. We would not hesitate to deal with Beshoff's again in the future and we highly recommend Jeff as well. The G37 is a wonderful car to begin with but having this type of experience, (including a detail/wax from their awesome detailer before taking the car home), really made us feel that this is customer service at its best and we would absolutely, definitely come back.

Right now there are many, many car dealerships going out of their way to provide a good sales experience and value for money. And many of them are doing a great job. However, I find it is the the personal details that separates the great from the truly exceptional. Beshoff Infiniti is with out a doubt truly exceptional.

I do not have a lot of credit in America and added to that being only employed for three months at a new job I was having a horrible time finding a loan at a dealership that had luxury cars.

Rick (my salesman) from the very start made the whole process so easy it was literally seamless. He found a lender in one day. He found my car (Mercedes E Class) and held it aside for me so no one else would see it. I am not exaggerating when I say that my total time at the dealership was about an hour. I test drove the car and when I got back I had the papers waiting. I just signed the papers and was on my way. It was just so nice! No pressure, no hassle! Amazing!

When I test drove the car I noticed the SRS light was flickering on and off and the AC needed a recharge but as I wanted to take the car home with me that night they wrote me up a work order to get it fixed at a later date.

When I scheduled the work I drove it down to San Jose and they drove me all the way to my office in San Francisco! And picked me up the next day!  AMAZING!

Richie in service was fantastic, polite, courteous and made the whole experience wonderful.

I am really a bit gobsmacked about the whole experience, Just can't say enough good about these guys!

Beshoff is hands down the best Infiniti car dealership I have ever worked with for service on my G37.  (Went to Frontier a few times and that was a huge mistake)
Ask for Oscar, he is awesome!   He's honest and works to get you the best performance from your car.  I never thought I would say this about a dealership, but at Beshoff they don't try to rip you off.  I won't be taking my car anywhere else.

This Infiniti dealership is unbelievable! My husband and I have purchased many cars/ leases, however no dealership comes close to the customer service here. My husband did all negotiations online with Adam, a vastly knowledgable sales guy that was able to have everything ready to go, before we even walked in the dealership. Once there, we had leased the g37 @ a great price and were in and out of the deakership in one hour! It was pretty unbelievable. The finance guy was also very professional, quick going over all of the paperwork and all of the employees just seemed so on top of the sales process.

Well Yelp, You didn't let me down. I've been going to Frontier Infiniti for my service needs but I received a mailer on a service special they were having. I decided to change it up a little and try out this so-called 5-star dealership.

My first time over here and wow. What a great experience. I just had my 60k service done and my service advisor (Joey) was the man! There was a $75 off coupon that Joey mentioned without me even asking. I like how they have all their prices listed on their website. Makes it easy to figure what you're getting yourself into. I also did a few things on my own before going to Beshoff and Joey deducted those things from the total price. I've never heard of a dealership doing something like that before!

It took the whole day for the service because there was a few other things they needed to fix too but Joey hooked me up with a G37 loaner car. When I got the car back I saw they had given it a wash too! (It's my wife's car so it saved me from washing it.)

All in all, i'm going to Beshoff for all my service needs now. When the time comes I think we'll be going back to get our next Infiniti from there.

All of these five star ratings have got to be hype, right? NOT the case. Beshoff is the best. Period.

They did this deal over the phone, for so many thousands below sticker I don't want to get them in trouble by disclosing it online, at a sick interest rate, and delivered the car to me the next day. My review is for the sales department.  First off, if you have read any of my reviews you know i am a huge fan of customer service.  

Secondly, I used the Costco Auto Buying Program, and they recommended Beshoff for their Authorized Dealership.  

Ben Ly, the internet sales manager, was fast and efficient on returning an email and phone call before I even set foot in the dealership.  He knew what I was looking for, the packages, and the color.  What impressed me the most was he gave me a sales quote of the car I wanted before I even made an appointment to see him.  I was impressed.  So impressed that I decided to go with Infiniti even though I had my heart set on looking at the BMW 535i.  

I wanted to see how Beshoff treated me without making an appointment.  I walked in with a friend at around 6:30pm.  No notice, no appointment... I didn't tell Ben I was coming in.  I was immediately noticed, and a floor person greeted me and asked if I needed help.  I said I wanted to see Ben, and he located Ben.  Ben greeted me, and I introduced myself and he immediately remembered what car I wanted.  He promptly had one of the cars to test drive.  

Within 2 hours, I had test drove 2 different cars, had a credit check done, filled out the application, and bought my new car.  I actually changed (upgraded) the packages I wanted so my car and the color I wanted wasn't at the dealership and they had to pick it up for me.

The following day, my car was at the dealership.  Detailed, gorgeous, and ready to go.

They put it in this room with lights on the floor, ceiling, mirrors.  Damn.  This car looked great.  

Overall, I was treated awesome.  I got a great price (under invoice), and great financing with 0 down.  

Other dealerships should learn from Beshoff on how to treat customers and they would surely get more car sales.  

Oh yeah, I ended up buying a 2011 M37S, in Slate Blue.  :)

I became a Yelp member just to share my experience with this car dealership. I do like to frequently change my cars (must be the new car smell that I am addicted to) and usually the worst part of the car buying experience for me is dealing with the sales guys who are usually pushy and aggressive. This was my exactly my experience with the "other" Infiniti dealership in San Jose which almost discouraged me from buying an Infiniti.

So it was almost when I was ready to throw in the towel on Infiniti that I came across Beshoff on Yelp. I read all the great reviews here and decided to give it one last shot before looking at other car options. First impressions - The dealership is really swank since its so new and just has a nice feel to it making you feel like you are in a luxury car dealership. However, its really the people who make the place and this is especially true here.

Everyone that I encountered at Beshoff - from the General Manager for Sales - Alex Kerr to my Sales Guy - Jeff Lee to the Finance person - Heidi (she's quite entertaining too) were simply the BEST!!! Alex and Jeff were very straightforward and upfront about the pricing on the car that I liked. There was no usual back and forth games between sales guy and manager and the whole car buying experience was a real breath of fresh air. I simply gave them my bottom line (as I had already done extensive research on invoice price, avg selling price,mfg incentives and rebates etc. etc.)  and Alex told me whether he could do it or not. No haggle, no sales tactics (and I've seen a fair number), no insulting my intelligence by playing games, no pushiness. Just a willingness to make the deal work for me and I was in and out with my brand spanking new Infiniti in a matter of a few hours.

I know its hard to recommend a car dealer but really if you live in the Bay area and are in the market for an Infiniti, I would very highly recommend you meet the Beshoff sales team especially Alex the GM at the dealership who's quite approachable and will make the purchase work for you and Jeff who has been very patient answering all the tiny questions since my purchase because I am too lazy to flip through the manual.

Did someone say 10 Stars for Beshoff? I second that !!!

I came here due to the high ratings on yelp and was not disappointed.

Review of the sales team: both Jeff and Ben were extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable. At no point did I feel any pressure or the usual sales tactics. Over the course of three separate days, I was relentless in trying all the models, including back to back testing of a used BMW 328i and the used CPO G35, the latter of which I wound up purchasing.

And it gets better--unlike many dealership experiences where even if the salesperson is great, you have to endure finance hell, I wound up with Heidi whose infectious enthusiasm won me over and made the entire transaction actually fun.

While I was in finance, Ben had the car detailed and added new floor mats--which was a nice surprise because I hadn't even thought about that as an issue.

Tony Chiem of Beshoff gets my first-ever 5 star rating.  He was highly knowledgeable, not pushy, worked within my price range, demonsrated a genuine interest in me finding the right match (for a CPO CLK 350), and had great follow-up.  Way to go, Tony!

As a matter of comparison, I had visited Smythe earlier the same day.  They were horrible.  I had an appointment that they didn't meet.  Nearly an hour later, after my THIRD time asking where the sales guy was (and the receptionist coming up with lame excuses that he was out test driving with another customer -- despite my advance reservation -- and never once pulling in another sales person to help me), they finally presented me with the crappiest excuse for a salesperson I ever met.  This added to my pleasure of signing on the bottom line with their competition -- though Tony truly provided a 5-star experience by any account.

I just want to recommend Beshoff Infiniti to anyone looking to buy a car in San Jose.  I had a very bad experience with the sales staff at Frontier Infiniti a year ago (except for Lou...Lou Ankor is truly an honest and nice man if you do decide you have to buy one there).  Anyway, I bought my 2009 G37 from Beshoff and I've been very happy with their sevice (Joey the service manager is the best.  He really takes care of you and he's someone you can trust).  Even the guys who pick you up and take you home after you have work done do a great job (we really enjoyed the professional service we received from a new employee named Willis...great hire Mr. Beshoff).   Thanks from Doug!

***Also, Dru was a great salesman...very honest and patient.  I just heard that he left to pursue some other opportunities, but he was very helpful while he was there.

These guys definitely know how treat their customers right. I had a five star experience purchasing my Ex-35. Adam helped us throughout the entire process and was super co-operative when a few credit related things didn't go as smoothly. I wont even see other options as far as purchasing or maintenance of Infiniti is concerned. The people from finance were also very polite and helpful. 10/10

Can't speak on their sales department, but their service department is top notch! I've brought my G35 in about 4-5 times now and only have genuinely good things to say about their business. Especially compared to Frontier Infiniti where I used to take my car. But that's an entirely different review.

The Beshoff dealership is relatively new and still appears so. It's a very clean modern structure and you feel like a baller when you drive up into the covered reception area where someone is always waiting to greet you. I've never had a problem getting an appointment or a loaner car when I need it. You can request an appointment online but I've always just called in. Most times I wait in the waiting area which is very pleasant. They've got 2-3 computers set up with internet access but I just bring my laptop and use their wireless. Big flat screen, comfy CLEAN couches, and a set of chairs and tables to choose from. I think they have complimentary coffee and tea too. Occasionally I brave crossing Capitol Expressway to grab a sandwich at Togos when I'm waiting during my lunch hour. Kills two birds with one stone: wait time and my hunger!

Richie and Joey are the two Service Advisors I've worked with, though I think Richie is the Service Manager. They are both super friendly and professional and never pushy or ridiculously greasy like the guys I had to deal with over at Frontier. They keep me informed on my car's progress and are honest when it comes to work that needs to be done and doesn't. For example, over a year ago Frontier tried telling me I needed to have all 4 tires replaced. I just took my car in yesterday to Beshoff and the same tires are STILL FINE. I also thought I might need my brakes replaced because I think Frontier tried telling me that too, and last time Beshoff definitely said it was something to check next time but didn't need to replace yet. Good as their word, they checked them again this time and they're still fine. I SO appreciate that!

Okay, so finally to give you an idea of how efficient these guys are, yesterday I called at 9:30 am to make an appointment. Took my car in at noon that same day. Had oil changed, they inspected my tires and brakes, and washed my car inside and out. And of course I paid. (Approximately $70. Considering I take my car to Classic Carwash for $18 a pop and Beshoff does a BETTER job it's worth it.) From the time I handed over my keys to when I was driving away was an hour and five minutes.

Beshoff also accepts competitor's coupons which I've taken advantage of since Frontier keeps sending me stuff. Anyways, I gladly drive the extra 20 minutes, sometimes more in traffic, to take my car here over Frontier which is just down the street from me. They're that excellent!

There aren't enough words to describe how happy I am with the service my car receives at Beshoff Infiniti.  I originally visited this dealership due to their prices on genuine Infiniti accessories.  Unlike other dealerships, they didn't jack up the prices on floor mats.  Plus, I got a free hat at the time with my purchase :D.  However, when my hometown dealership *cough* Pleasanton Infiniti *cough* started damaging my car during service (chipped paint on door sills, metal shifter scratched EVERY time) and not fixing issues I requested, I started looking elsewhere.

My service experience at Beshoff Infiniti as different as night and day compared to Pleasanton Infiniti.  First, they treat my car with the utmost care.  Upon arrival, my service rep (Oscar) always does a walk around around the vehicle which an inspection sheet to note any existing damage.  He even found a ding on my car I didn't even know was there previously (it's super slight, basically requiring showroom light and looking at just the right angle :p).  This is a huge step up from dealerships damaging my car.  When I get my car, back it's always nicely cleaned.  They even dressed the tires after my 15k service!

One of the most valuable assets of Beshoff Infiniti is their service techs.  Thanks to its sports package,  my car rides pretty rough.  Many squeaks and rattles that would normally be covered by a softer suspension surface.  The service techs here (especially Abe - at least I think that was his name?) spend the time identifying the issues and fixing the problem.  In one case, they spent 6 hours to hunt down an elusive squeak I thought would never get fixed!  There hasn't been a single issue they haven't been able to tackle.  Like their detailing/ car wash dept, the service department puts care and quality first.  I've had a variety of warranty repairs done (who would have thought leather seats could bubble?) and my car has come back perfect every time.

I know there are a lot of people behind the scenes which make Beshoff Infiniti awesome, but I'd like to give a shout out to Brian (parts), Oscar (service advisor), and Abe (service tech) for their excellent work.  I've heard dealerships make most of their money on servicing cars - I'm glad to see my G37's service business go to Beshoff.

I fell in love three weeks ago.  It wasn't love at first sight but it grew on me pretty quickly.  I couldn't sleep well at night because I was always thinking about my new love - the Infiniti G37 Coupe.  I just had to have it!

Beshoff isn't where I discovered my desire to own a G, but it is where I ended up purchasing.  The facility is brand new and beautiful and the salespeople there really do try to get you want you want.

During my car hunt, I went to 10 dealerships so I've met my fair share of car salespeople. I got in contact with Robert at Beshoff through an internet inquiry.  He called me within a couple of hours of submitting a quote request and asked me about what I wanted.  I met Robert on Sunday morning right when the dealership opened and I asked him to look for "my car."  To be honest, there was a bit of frustration and disappointment at first as he tried to explain to me that there were only a few moonlight white G37 coupes remaining in the country and that he couldn't get one for me for a whole week.  I knew that wasn't true and pushed him to look again. Luckily, he and his sales manager, Joe, found a couple for me within 2 hours of the dealership.  Robert isn't a smooth-talker like other salesmen, but in the end, isn't it honesty that counts?

They were aware that I was shopping around and were very aggressive in trying to win my business.  Despite leaving after my initial visit, I returned in the afternoon to purchase.  Although it's difficult to get cars in on Labor Day, Joe arranged to have my car delivered to the dealership on Labor Day so I can enjoy it right away.

On the delivery day, Robert came in to go over the features of the car. He originally had planned on taking the day off but he came in just for me (thanks!).  

Unfortunately, there was an issue with the financing that I thought was handled unprofessionally.  Apparently, Infiniti has ridiculous standards for determining whether someone needs a cosigner.  The finance guy failed to disclose the possibility of a cosigner requirement on the date of purchase and let me know the following day that I needed one.  So what if this is my first car purchase?  I've been out of school for almost 4 years; I have good credit (720+); and I definitely make enough money to cover a $500 monthly payment.  In the end, we came to some sort of a settlement, but it wasn't exactly what I had hoped.  

Based on the 4.5* average Yelp ratings, I did expect a lot from this dealership.  I'm not saying that the shopping experience at Beshoff was not good, but it seemed pretty much on par with what I expected from any car dealership.  I didn't receive amazing service and I wasn't especially impressed. But I think 3 stars is a pretty decent rating for a car dealership.  Despite my seemingly average rating, I would definitely recommend Beshoff over the two other Infiniti dealers I went to. In the end, I got the exact car I wanted and I love it! I'm looking forward to a long and healthy relationship with my new baby.

I have taken my car to this dealer for the first time just because the previous dealership I used to take it (Infiniti Oakland) close down. However, I am amazed by this place. Nice service, they even gave me a rental car while they were troubleshooting my car. I took my car for an alighment and also checking some warranty repair....
The place is also very nice. They have computers to browse online, even if I dont need them, but nice detail. They sell a lot of aftermarket parts too. Not many dealers would sell all those parts...

So...here I am a year later after being impressed by Beshoff during the purchase of my G37S. These guys really stand out in a tough industry and an even tougher economy.

I must say, I had a little trepidation about the service when I drove off the lot a year ago. Call it too many run-ins with dealerships that love ya and leave ya. My experience over this past year has showed that my worry was totally unfounded. The Beshoff service is exceptional. Service advisers that remember you by name;  a spotless check-in area; even a spotless service bay. I've never had to wait for an adviser, I always leave on time with my car spotless and everything performed beyond my expectations.

I've been so impressed by Beshoff to date that I'm going to move my wife's 320CLK over to their sister dealership across the street.

This review is for the experience I had here while car shopping. I came here to check out a car that I was interested in. Even though I did not end up purchasing the car here, this place deserves 5 stars for having respect and integrity. The salesman was a little pushy to close the sale but that is understandable being in sales myself. Unfortunately the car I checked out was not to my expectations. These guys did not practice dirty sales tactics like various other dealerships that I have visited within the last two weeks(I went to about 7 different dealerships). I have decided not to purchase a car right now, but when I actually do, Beshoff will have my business. Keep up whatever you are doing and I will definitely see you soon!

After shopping around for a while, comparing Lexus and BMW, me and my girlfriend decided on going to Infiniti.  After looking at the reviews, Beshoff looked like the place to go.  This was the first Infiniti dealer we went to so we didn't know what to expect.

When we got there, Linn Gardner came outside and started to assist us.  He was a very polite and patient man to work with.  A lot better than the annoying salesman from Stevens Creek Lexus (who's name starts with a G).  

We got there at about 1:30pm today and looked at both new and used cars.  Linn was patient and took us on a few test drives.  The car we had an eye on had a bit more options than we wanted, (G37 S w sports/premium/navi/aero kit/illuminated kick panel, etc).  It is a fully loaded car.  If you do your homework, you will be able to get it the a reasonable price, both for you and the dealership (they have to make some money after all).  

I would only ding the rating by .5 stars if I could because all I can say is finance managers will be finance managers.  I think most people can interpret what I mean by that.  

I would say I am very satisfied with this beautiful dealership and with Linn and Vinney the sales manager.

I just recently bought a used car here. I brought in a pickup truck to trade in. Not only did they give me more on my trade in than expected, the salesman Linn was very helpful and down to earth. After the transaction was complete, the gm came and shook my hand and welcomed me to the dealership. A very nice touch to a dealership. Would definitely come back here and refer people to buy from this dealership and to ask for Linn.

Someone recently hit my car and I was hoping that they would be able to repair it here, but they don't do body repair work.

I drove through the service area and Joey came out to assist me. He quickly assisted me by referring me to Pan American Collision Center and offered to give them a call. Joey called them for me and luckily someone from PACC was across the street so he came by the Infiniti dealership to take a look. I'm glad that Joey took the time to help me versus just sending me off with a number to call on my own time. You can tell he likes to help people.

Anyways, a couple of hours later, I came back to the dealership because I had a question about my car and asked Lars (a technician) for help. He went out of his way to get me an answer. Talk about great customer service!

Every time I come here, I am blown away by a different person. Today I was blown away by two!

Awesome place to buy a new car or bring in for service. The entire staff is super friendly and always there to help you out with what you need. I brought my car in for service and recently a major repair. I was instantly in and out with a loaner car to keep my busy schedule going without any interruption. I will definitely buy another car from Beshoff. If you go in for service, ask for Joey of Oscar, they will take care of you.

During the summer when I was doing my car research, I was torn between buying a g35 from beshoff and peninsula (they had the specific car i wanted).  Anyway, after reading countless of reviews on g35driver.com , I decided to check out Beshoff because everyone on the forum talks about how great they are (plus they are mod friendly).  I went with my mom and immediately I noticed that they had a top of the line facility.  The staff at Beshoff are all extremely friendly and really know about their cars.  After my test drive, I made the decision and bought the car right away.  Not only did Brian hook it up, the service was just amazing.  I had a couple problems lowering my car during the summer and Brian was nice enough to help me with the many problems I was running into.  Anyway, I'm do for my 30k mile service soon and I will definitely continue going to Beshoff.  Great dealership, great customer service, amazing people + they got some sick modded cars all the time.

This is my 2nd review of Beshoff Infiniti.  Some may wonder, "if you reviewed them once before, why do it again?".... the answer is simple.  Consistency!  It's like losing weight.. losing weight isn't as hard as maintaining it... so this review was simply me judging Beshoff Infiniti on their service consistency.  How did they do?.... well, my 5 stars should speak for itself.

I took my vehicle in for a 30k mile service this past Saturday.  As always, Joey (service advisor) provides service the only way he knows how-- with professionalism and courtesy!  Joey gave me a heads-up that he would not be in the next day when my car would be ready, so he formally introduced me to Richie, fellow service advisor, who would be there the next day to support me during pick-up.  I came in the next day, car was ready when promised.  Richie was super friendly, extremely professional, and just simply a wonderful person to work with!

As part of the service, I also invested in the full detail service on my car... and i must say, it was a jaw-dropping WOW!  Ceciliano (i apologize if i got his name wrong) who detailed my car did a fabulous job on the detail.  I simply cannot describe in words...but the car looked brand new inside/out!  I saw him working on my car, and I kid you not, he worked on it, as if it was his OWN car!!  My car was detailed, and yet it was still left parked inside their "spotless" car port area... simply because they did not want to take a chance at birds getting to my car before me!  :)  I will never let anyone other than Beshoff Infiniti detail my car from here on out!  You guys have won my business... permanently!

Today i opened my trunk, and yet another surprise.  The guys at Infiniti not only organized my trunk, but they also put my trunk net up... little things like this show me that they care about the smallest details when it comes to my vehicle.

For those of you who have lived an experience with Beshoff, you know exactly what I'm talking about... and for those of you who have not, well you just dont know what you're missing until you've experienced it first hand.  These guys have re-defined the words "CUSTOMER SERVICE"!

For those of you, who live with the ideology that "dealerships will rip you off for service"... should really take a moment and weigh out your options.  Sure you can take your car to any mom/pop shop and they will do your service, but how experienced are they with the complicated  technology that's under your hood?  Let's face it, when you buy a car like Infiniti, your vehicle is not just a "car"... it's an investment.  Don't just fork out for a luxury car, and then degrade it with a Jiffy Lube service.

I'm so impressed with Beshoff Infiniti, that I will not buy another car other than a Infiniti.  As long as Brian and his staff can uphold this level of service, they will always have me as a customer.

The ONLY thing i am bummed about.... i spent $200+ for a Complete detail... and today, my car was rained on!  :(  I would love to go back to my friends at Beshoff this week... and get a quick wash done.

I bought my 2009 G37 at Beshoff and went in for the first service (3750miles) oil change. Waited more than 30mins even though I had an appointment. Pressing for time, I was about to leave until Joey, the service manager, came out and said that he will give me the oil change and the car wash for $9.95!!! This service was suppose to be $99.95 for their Nissan ester oil. That just made my day.

I must say, they treat their customers really well.

Never thought I'd write a review about  car dealer!  No worse experience in life than buying a new car.  I live in Sacramento and searched far and wide for the best deal and found it at Beshoff.  I worked with Alex by phone and email and thought the deal was too good to be true and that I would drive 2 hours to buy the car and they would spring something on me, like other dealerships I have dealt with.  I am happy to report that they kept their word and the deal was exactly as promised and the car is perfect!  I would definitely recommend and I'll buy from them again.

Initially I was referred to this location. I have had bad experience dealing with car dealerships before and this one came in as a failure too.

My friend referred me to this location since the Infiniti service I used to go to closed down unfortunately (mind that they had always took good care of my car and me). So I went and got a general service i.e. oil change. When i got to this location, almost all service advisors was in a "meeting" and the greeter was there to help me (Rodrigo i believe his name was). I did not mind since im just getting an oil change and i do not need someone doing a sales pitch on me. They asked me if this was my first time here and i said "yes." He immediately went to some guy and then he was like "since its your first time here, we will give 50% off your service," and i was happy to hear that since nowadays, everyone wants to save money.  

I was happy that they take care of new customers. So i went and decided to ask for a quote for a minor repair for my weather strip on my driver side. It was falling off and it was getting annoying for me. So Rodrigo asked parts if they have and it was no luck and they didn't have it. So he said that they will special order the part and will call me once it arrives. I was ok with it and said just call me if it arrives. It was a Thursday when i came in and ordered the part and i was told it will only take 2 days to order it.

Monday passed, no call. Tuesday passed, no call. Wednesday morning, no call. So i decided to call Wednesday afternoon to find out if my part arrived. The person at parts told me that it had came in that morning. I figured my service advisor (oscar) was going to  give me a call but i let it passed since he might be busy. So i decided to call and made an appt myself.

I work 6 days a week most times, and it is a luxury for me to have weekends off. I tried to utilize my time (running errands) during that day since i cannot take care of this during the week.

Saturday came (mind also that i live 30 miles away from this infiniti location) and i dont mind driving since service was not bad, until today. I came a little late and pulled up to the service garage. The greeter(rodrigo) did not even recognized me (i did not mind it since he probably sees a lot of people) and he tried to get my information. I asked him upfront that i might need a loaner car since i have to get my errands done. He was like "yea sure, oscar had saved you one." I was relieved to hear that but he talked to oscar and he came over. He introduced himself finally, and he asked what needed to be repaired. I told him about the weather strip and then he immediately said, "oh let me check if parts came in." This item is special order and i dont know if its available.

It is very irritating to hear that since i had called 3 days before my appt to find out that he thinks its not available. He did not even offer to check it and also told me, "we are short on loaners, and we only reserve it for warranty repairs. This will not take too long."

Its frustrating to hear that number 1, my part was not available and number 2, that they only cater to people with warranties?!?!

WTF!! I am a paying customer and becuase i dont have warranty anymore, that i dont deserve the same courtesy as people with warranties? I felt that my business was not welcome over here.

I will NEVER come back here again and will NEVER refer anyone to this location. It is so hard nowadays to find a true service that can help you. They cater to certain people, as far as my personal experience.

This is a review of my sales experience at Beshoff Infiniti.

Even tho I didn't end up buying an Infiniti, I felt compelled to say something about Beshoff infiniti. They really do live up to the excellent reputation established here. I came in for a test drive on Saturday with a very particular requirement - a stickshift sports car, which apparently is an endangered species these days and was not disappointed.

The salespeople here are very friendly, you don't get pressured and they treat you with respect. As a woman I tend to get talked down to, especially about cars, so I especially appreciate it when I was spared that treatment.

I only wish they sold BMWs. I went with a 335i Coupe instead of a G37S 6MT for reasons that has nothing to do with Beshoff. In fact, I'd absolutely buy a BMW from these guys if they offered it. I am looking forward to coming back here in a few years and see how the G37S has evolved.

This review is for the service department at Beshoff Infiniti.

Absolutely amazing. Automotive service from luxury manufacturers should match this level of superiority.

This facility opened its doors in November 2008, so it is very clean and well-organized. The structure is derived from Japanese architecture: there is a vast use of glass windows, tiles, wooden floors, and curtains throughout the entire building. Inside the waiting area there are comfortable leather couches, tables with chairs, and coffee. Incorporated into the waiting area is the parts department, where there is a display of numerous JDM modifications and OEM replacement parts. Along the walls, they have a short biography of each technician along with their credentials.

Joey T. is an excellent service consultant. When I set up my appointment via phone, he returned all my calls in a timely manner. Once I pulled into the dealership, he quickly welcomed me into his office immediately after assisting the previous client. Joey is very knowledgeable and honestly answered the questions I had. My G35 had an unusual clicking noise so a technician, Lars, accompanied me on a test drive. I demonstrated the conditions the noise would occur in and Lars addressed and verified my concern. They have an arsenal of G37 sedans and EX35 SUV loaner vehicles in case your Infiniti spends a good chunk of its time at the shop. All of the vehicles are hand-washed, not ran through a machine. Impressive.

They also had a brand-new graphite G37S coupe sitting in the showroom with TE37s and a HKS catback exhaust. This shows Beshoff is a performance-oriented dealership who will take excellent care of your Infiniti, whether it is stock or modified. I was approached by a very friendly sales consultant, and there is definitely a wide selection of vehicles so if you're in the market for an Infiniti stopping by here is a must.

This might sound crazy, but I actually look forward to my next visit to Beshoff. Spending money on maintenance and repairs is neither cheap nor easy, but Beshoff makes it a lot more bearable and treats you with the highest quality of customer service.

I recently took my car to Beshoff to have my new wheels mounted/balanced, TPMS sensors sync'd and then had my car aligned.  I expressed my concerns to the Service Supervisor Joey (since I had waited 14 weeks for my wheels to arrive from Japan) and he was kind enough to let me work side by side with the service man Suhaib in the shop.  Suhaib was extremely knowledgeable and performed all the work flawlessly.  He took extra care while mounting wheels/tires and also suggested what I could do to help maintain my car in the future since it is lowered.

I can't say how pleased that I am with the work that they did.  Beshoff is an excellent dealer that goes the extra mile to please their customers.

I set up my appointment with Joey Tipton via email and he responded quickly to my question about the last time my car came in for servicing and gave me a selection of times for an appointment. It was busy in their service department but their greeter welcomed me right away and ushered me into the service department lounge while Joey was attending to some other customers needs. It was a nice welcome to what I would expect a premium car line experience to be like.

When Joey was finished with the other customers he came and collected me. He asked me about a previous problem I had had with the iPod interface with the stereo. Although I had no further problems, it was nice for him to followup with me and that he took time to review my previous time in the service department. I asked Joey about the different oils and he explained them to me in simple terms. This was nice and showed he has a good knowledge about these cars engines. As it was a simple oil change and lube there wasn't much discussion needed, but he checked in with me to let me know the car was finished and was getting washed. He also applied a discount to the oil change I wasn't even aware of, very thoughtful. Joey Tipton is a true asset to Bishoff Infiniti; he is both professional and friendly at the same time.

I spoke at length with Brian the General Manager on the sales floor (about the modifications Beshoff had done to their G37s) and was really impressed by his obvious enthusiasm for mods on the Infiniti line. When I leased my G37S from another dealership, I never even met the general manager. I am planning on holding onto my G after the lease expires and I certainly would consider going to this dealership, if I wanted to do some mods to my car.

After doing my research for an Infiniti Dealership that I would trust my car with, I thought I'd give Beshoff a try. A friends referral and all these great yelp reviews sold me! I live in Fremont, but commute to Oakland everyday so I could've taken my car to another dealership that's on the way, but I'm willing to go out of my way to avoid any headaches. Bare with me now, I have a lot to say...

I go on their website and inquire about a schedule 1 maintenance, and with in 2 minutes, I get a phone call from Joey. I asked him a ton of questions, let him know that I'm trying to save as much money as possible, so we went through everything that was going to be performed. After we talked about costs, he offered me a $50 discount on the service....GOOD enough for me! lol I schedule an appointment from there.

First impression of the dealership, very modern, CLEAN, excellent customer service, and not snooty at all. I was escorted to the waiting area where there was free coffee, tea, 2 computers to access the internet, and a plasma screen on whatever channel. Within 5-10 minutes, Joey came into greet me and walked me to his office. We go over EVERYTHING again and said he'll call me if the tech's find anything or "recommend" any other services. He gives me a loaner (g35 sedan) and off I go.

I go back the next day to pick up my car and its washed and prrr'd like new! When I got home, I noticed my driver side headlight was moving up and down and wasn't doing before I dropped it off. I called Joey back and he told me to bring it in again. After dropping it off again, he calls me later and tells me the tech found the problem and fixed it...FREE of charge. They weren't sure what caused it, but I was just happy that I didn't have to pay for anything!

Overall experience, I couldn't be happier. They went above and beyond...even my wife said "WOW....customer service is awesome here". Thanks again Joey and the rest of the Beshoff Infiniti team!

I loved my experience at Beshoff Infiniti.  I got to the dealership at about 7:30 on a Tuesday night, looked at some cars, took a test drive and had the deal done by 10:00.  No pushy sales tactics, no nonsensical options that jack up the price, just good guys providing friendly service.  I did a lot of research before I got there and I knew what options I wanted and what I was willing to pay.  I was really surprised when they were within a few hundred dollars on their first offer.  It made it really easy and an enjoyable experience.  

I bought a 2010 G37s with the manual transmission.  What a great car.  I'm definitely a technology geek and I love how the car integrates with my iPhone.  The navigation is the best I've seen from a factory option.  It really approaches, if not matches, what a Garmin or TomTom provide.  It even has a Zagat guide built in!  There are really too many great features to review them all.

After I bought the car, they gave me a tour of the facility.  I was most impressed with the service center.  You drive into one of two big bays so even if it is raining, you don't get wet.  The lobby is very nice and clean and they provide free coffee and WiFi.

I don't think they've been around that long, but if my experience is any indication, then they will be a mainstay in the Bay Area for a long time to come.

IWhen my G-35 was at Beshoff for work, I test drove the QX56 Suv.  OH MY GOD, does this suv take away from all other cars I have owned.  It was the smoothest, nicest, most luxurious ride, even though it's an SUV, I felt like I was driving my G-35! The luxury ammenities in this vehicle are too many to list.  I inquired about financing, and uh, well $1,300 a month is just a bit too much for me! lol

So I bought a used one! At $720 a month, it is sooooooo worth it! And I kept my G-35 too, as both my Infiniti's are great cars, from a great company!

And the people, sales manager, service personnel and the front desk secretary are all extremely helpful and sincere.

I purchased a new 2009 Infinit G37 at this dealership.  The overall buying experience was very good.  Hung Pham (Sales) and MIke Galindo (Sales Manager) were very professional.  Internet pricing response was prompt and a pretty good price was offered to get me to visit their showroom.  

I am taking away one star since the second key provided did not belong to my car; I had to take the car back to get the key reprogrammed.  The replacement key works but I am not happy with the quality of that key - minor complaint but with a new car, you would like all things to be perfect.  Oscar in the service department, Peter in the parts department are professional and courteous.  

Definitely recommend this place to buy and service an Infiniti in San Jose.

Our first new car buying experience.

My wife and I test drove an Infiniti G37, a Lexus IS250, and an Audi A5 and found the G37 to be the most exhilarating of the 3 vehicles. The car really sold itself after the test drive, but I wanted to add that the buying experience at the three dealerships were like night and day. At the Lexus and Audi dealerships that we visited, the salesmen used the aggressive old-school approach of price haggling and pressured us to close on the deal even after we had informed them that we were not interested in buying that day.

Brian and Ben of Infiniti told us to just test drive the vehicle to see how we like it before we talk numbers. I had informed Brian that I was not interested in haggling over price and that I have done extensive research on what the market price was for vehicles with specific options, so he gave me one price that truly impressed. Furthermore, Infiniti's facility provided a 5-star hotel ambiance while the Lexus' and Audi's facilities felt rather cramped and cluttered. I'm not sure why the facility setup/condition matters when buying a car, but it did contribute to our buying experience.

Thank you Brian and Ben, we look forward to a lasting business relationship. Also thank you Dru for all of your help as well.

I have always been an Audi owner and never thought I would get into an Infiniti as my vehicle.  I purchased my first used 2003 Infiniti G35 3 months ago and I must say I love my car!  I took it to my local Modesto Infiniti dealership when I first got it and must say it was not a good experience.  I was bombarded by their service department staff.  They kept telling me I needed this, I needed that, and kept trying to get me into a service I knew I didn't need yet.  I ended up just leaving there with just an oil change, but the bad taste in my mouth left me never wanting to go to another dealer again.  

Later weeks to follow I knew I needed my engine belts changed out as well as my brake pads.  I searched around for another mechanic in my area as well as other dealerships online.  After looking at several reviews I noticed nothing but good things about your dealership.  I said to myself "what the hell" and ended up taking the drive out to San Jose to get some information on services. (And that was my only intention)  What I got instead was red carpet treatment.  I drove up into the service bay and was immediately greeted by a gentleman who offered to swap my old plastic worn license plate frames for some shiny expensive "Beshoff Infiniti" frames.  I was reluctant to take him up on his offer and asked him "how much?"  He said nothing sir we appreciate your business.  WOW!  Ok please swap them out!!  He opened up the door to me and asked me further questions on my needs.  He then guided me to Oscar and my experience kept getting better.


Oscar showed me the up front pricing and offered to give me an inspection so we can get an overall look of what my car needed.  He also noted a recall on my car and said he wanted to get that taken care of right away.  After doing the inspection he stated to me I needed just the rear brakes and he said they have a coupon and would apply that so I can save money!  Awesome!  When I was at Modesto Infiniti they said I needed front brakes (your mechanic said my front brake pads were practically brand new! To mention they never told me about my factory recall.)  Oscar knew he was going to need my car for sometime and offered to drop me off somewhere; unfortunately I had errands to run and wasn't expecting to get any service done that day and offered me a nice loaner car.  

Several hours later I was contacted by Oscar stating my car should be ready in another hour or less.  I arrived back to the Beshoff Infiniti 20 minutes later and was checking out the cool set up for all the aftermarket accessories.  While I was looking I was greeted by a very friendly Peter from the parts department.  Peter went into detail on available enhancement parts for my car and I must say he sold me!  I will be coming back soon for an oil change and to get my G35 Pimped Out! Haha!  


I can really go on forever about my experience but I would rather let other people know by word of mouth and by giving my reviews to yelp and other sites I am signed up on.  You have a customer and friend for life.  Keep up the good work and look forward to coming back for my next service.

My experiences at Beshoff Infiniti have been among the best I've ever experienced at a car dealer.  I bought a new G37 coupe.  Yes I experience typical pressure sales, but they were generally fair in the negotiation process.  Even though this is a new dealership the negotiation process is old school.  Do your homework and be prepared for a little negotiation and you'll get at least a fair deal if not a very good deal.  I also got a respectable trade in for my used car, that I didn't even go by Carmax to see what they'd give me for it.  I have been very happy with the car purchase although I've had a couple "minor" issues.  The cover material over the gage cluster came apart from the dash and they replaced that under warranty.  More disturbing was the clutch action that quickly deteriorated after purchase.  The service shop was very receptive to my concerns.  The person in service I worked with was Joey.  He was very fair and respectful.  I complained that the clutch was "chattering", had varying effort and gets heavier as you drive the car.  They could have easily blown me off but instead they brought out their master tech with many years of experience, named Art.  Art was again very respectful to my concerns and he took one sit in the car to demonstrate the clutch action and immediately said that it was too stiff and didn't feel right.  The shop then found me a loaner car and I was on my way while they ordered some new clutch parts for my car.  It turned out the clutch disk was out of tolerance after only 5000 miles and the pressure plate was warped.  Obviously these are manufacturing defects.  Overall the shop did a very good job of diagnosing my situation, dealing with it friendly and professional, and getting me on my way.  

Yes you will get some high pressure sales here like 99% of dealerships.  That is the nature of buying a car.  Consumers need to do their homework before stepping into a dealership.  If you don't know what you're doing you might want to find a friend that's done it before and bring them with you.  All the while you need to remember that the dealership ultimately is out to make a profit, and you have to always recognize that they do have to come out ahead overall, otherwise they'll be unable to stay in business (like a casino!).  So just keep that in mind and do your homework to get yourself a fair deal for you and the dealership.  Happy motoring!

Absolutely the best dealership experience from Sales to the Service Department. I will continue to drive past the Infiniti dealership near my home/office and go to Beshoff in San Jose.

Ben was a superb Sales Rep. I used my Supplier/Corporate discount but was treated as a valued customer. The Sales Manager Michael was also excellent.

Finally, Joey in the service department was both courteous and professional during both of my visits.

If you are thinking of getting an Infiniti, think of Beshoff in San Jose.

The one time I came here, I would give it 5 stars too!  They publish their prices online and don't make up prices, so it's clear and no argument when you come in.  They don't cheat you with pricing.  State of the art facility.  Flagship Infiniti.  Location is remote...but gives me an excuse to visit Little Saigon I guess.  They are also very quick, at least the time I came in...maybe due to low volume.

I didn't end up buying my Infiniti here only because I was shopping for a used G35 and they didn't have what I wanted. However, the customer service here is impecable! Mark was really willing to negotiate and work with me to earn my business. He was willing to change out the seats to the one I wanted, but I still did not go for that. I called back teh next day because I wanted to see if I can somehow give him my business, but really, they didn't have the used car I wanted. Ben told me he'd put the bluetooth in the car for me as an incentive, but it still wasnt what I was looking for. But the way they worked with me made me WANT to give them my business. Even though I didn't buy anything, I told my mom, who is also shopping for an Infiniti to just go with these guys cause you can tell they're honest people who wana help you out. She may be going back this weekend... I highly reccommend you drop by this place...

Just a short assessment from a BMW enthusiast who finally made a financially advantageous decision and finally drove home with a beautifully equipped, fully loaded G37. This is what car buying experience should be.  No fuss, no rush, no pressure, and no BS.  

Michael and Ben were courteous and professional - they assisted me with the test drive, negotiation, and beneficial trade-ins - all without "playing the typical car dealer games"   When I needed time to contemplate my decision, they gave me all the time.  They provided excellent care before and after the transaction until I drove off with the new vehicle.  I'm converted and ended up trading in my BMW 330xi series - not only because Infiniti offers an extraordinary horsepower, high quality interior and exterior, beneficial deal, but also ideal customer service.

What a novel concept - you treat your customer with respect and value their opinions and you get the business you deserve!!

My wife and I just bought a new FX35 from Beshoff Infiniti.  Javier (the salesperson) and Alex (the sales manager) were both very professional and helpful.  We drove a hard bargain and were able to get the price we wanted.  Javier and Alex never came across as pushy or overbearing, and we never felt like anyone was trying to pressure, trick, or take advantage of us.  Overall, this was about as good and painless a car buying experience as we could have hoped for.

The showroom is the nicest I've ever seen.  Even the restrooms are cleaner and more modern than at many upscale hotels.  The staff is friendly and courteous.  The service facility is impeccable; I will definitely have the car serviced here.  Highly recommended!

Dru is pretty awesome. This guy has a wealth of experience, and will do whatever it takes to find you exactly what you want. If they don't have one available. they'll go find it... My car came from farther north... they got it to me the next day.

Alex is the man. He can tell when you want something. he'll make you an offer you can't refuse.

their policy stands at they don't leave until you do (even if it's 2am) ; to do what puts a smile on your face; take part in the moment you'll cherish with all of your life. They want to make sure you have the greatest experience and actually have fun buying a car. No bending over backwards, no lines. Just reality. to ensure you not only go home with the car you want, but to make a loyal customer for the years to come.

The service gurus there are awesome. They're Quick, thorough, shoot they know me by name. that's how good they are. I would like to say I helped bring up their performance parts section... but heck they were already a couple steps ahead of me...

even their accessory options are better than the rest.  (ahem  i'm talking to you peninsula) when they ask if you want cilajet, they perform all repairs in house so you getting a product that you can actually use. (unlike that piece of crap guardian which is almost impossible to make a claim from)

end of the day, go to beshoff. I got my car at a great price, they went out of their way to make sure everything was taken care of from my side. not to mention an attentive ear for about 14 hours... total.

My experience is based on the service department. Joey T.  was my service advisor for my car when I had to take it in recently. He is personable and easy to get along with. He gave me a call like he said he would once the mechanics figured out what the matter was with my baby, and he  gave me a concise and easy to understand explanation. He made honest, non-pushy recommendations on service in the future for my car, if only I could remember them!  
I was in and out in less than a day that at other shops for some reason would take longer. Happy as a clam!

So I'll begin by saying that we did end up buying the car because it was a good deal but I expect more from a luxury car dealer. Having bought a mercedes and jaguar before I can say that these guys should sell Fords instead.

We did our reseach, got a quote, talked with sales manages, and got our trade in apprasised. We negotiated with the manager over the phone and came in later that day. It was going well until they changed the pricing on us. At that point the well run operation melted down and the one hour jaunt to buy a car turned into a three hour ordeal.

All I ask is for some glass when unloading a $50k car. There are plenty of dealers in re area and they will all make a deal. Why go to one that treats you badly.

Perhaps one of my best experiences with a dealership to date.  I traded in my IS250 for a great value and purchased my new 09 g37 for a great price!  It was hassle free and no back and forth negotiations.  The past 4-5 cars I've bought for myself or friends/family have all been that way, but this one may be the most painless and pleasant in&out experience I've had in a while.  Also, love the car so far!

After looking up the good reviews, I thought of checking out Beshoff Infiniti to get my car repair done as it was quite close from my office.

Ultimately it turned out to be a win-win situation and I was pleasantly surprised by their quality of service. I didn't interact with the sales staff, but the service and parts departments are top notch by any standards.

Peter in the parts department carefully explained the parts I would need and courteously clarified a few generic doubts I had about other Infiniti parts.  I would highly recommend this dealership for their quality of service and and their polite disposition towards customers.

Decided to give this place a try after reading all the good reviews from the G forums..... I was not disappointed. This place is what an Infiniti Dealership should be. Brought my car for a routine oil change.... I usually take it to Peninsula, but i just wanted to check this place out. I met with Joey who took care of my car and he even gave me a tour of their facility and all I can say is that this place is awesome.
This place is also mod friendly and have decent prices on aftermarket products and installation. Their service is great and Joey answered all my questions.. I'll definitely be back here again....

The service here is GREAT and Im not saying that cause I have an Infiniti. But they treated us like kings and queens. When we had to ship out an exhaust and couldnt find a box that would fit, I suggested to my bf that we should go here and see if parts can let us have a box. And what to we get just that and more. Dru is a excellent sales man, he sold my bf his G37s 09 and as Dru said was true he did fall in love with it.. Also Peter from parts helped us with everything we needed to ship out or item. thank you peter. We feel like they treat their customers with respect and courtesy.

Cant wait til they have something as of BBQ to show off all our cars.

I gave a terrible review to the sister company across the street, Beshoff Mercedes Benz, but am happy about the service I received from Beshoff Infiniti.   When I went there to look for cars, the sales staff was very attentive and not too pushy. I wanted to comment on just that because I did not end up buying a car from them.  

Sorry, great initial service is all I can comment on.

They have the great service here. Very accommodating and willing to do anything for the customer. It's a shame that their Mercedes dealership can't match their quality. I've dealt with both and the Infiniti dealership by far outshines their Mercedes dealership in all aspects of the business. The sales people are great and the technicians do great work.

I really have nothing but positive things to say about the folks over at Beshoff Infiniti. To be quite honest, after having a nightmare of an experience over at Peninsula Infiniti, I felt like I was done dealing with dealerships all together, however, Beshoff Infiniti has definately changed my mind.

I decided to give Beshoff a try after hearing nothing but good things from other G35 owners. Let me make one thing clear. I live in San Francisco. Beshoff Infiniti is some 65 miles away from me each way. There are 3 other Bay Area Infiniti dealers much closer to me, however, I wanted to see if they really lived up to the hype.

As I pulled into the service bay, Bernardo came up and greeted me. He wasted no time listening to my concerns and issues with the vehicle. He took his time making sure he noted everything. I was later introduced to the master technician, Art. Art and I went for a test drive to try to re-create some of the issues. We must have been driving around for 20 minutes. Never did Art try to rush me back to the dealership. He genuinely wanted to take as much time as possible to try to diagnose the problems. The entire time, Art was very professional and seemed very knowledgeable in regards to my vehicle. I can honestly say I felt very confident leaving my vehicle with these folks.

Before I left, I was introduced to Brian, the general manager. He gave me a tour of the facilities and explained his perspective and plans for the dealership. I feel that Brian does a great job of setting the tone for the rest of his staff. I feel that in order for a business to have success, they need great leadership. Brian definitely fills that need.

Bernardo did a good job of keeping me informed on the status of my vehicle. We communicated both via phone and email. The car took a bit longer than expected due to delays in receiving replacement parts. Actually, the part came in on time, however, there was a blemish. Instead of giving me my car back with a blemish, they opted to do it right. I couldn't complain. Not only did they want to do the job right the first time, I was also in a brand new G sedan loaner car. Brian even went as far as giving me the option of having my car delivered to me. I can say that I know of no other dealership that is willing to drive 130 miles round trip to satisfy their customers.

Beshoff Infiniti's purpose is to truly satisfy the customer. They are always willing to go out of their way to earn your business. Their entire staff is friendly and their facilities are second to none. Their prices on service and parts are some of the lowest around. They go as far as offering a 30-day price guarantee on all their service. If you find a better price from another local Infiniti dealer, they will beat it. They are also a mod-friendly dealership so you do not have to worry about them telling you your warranty is void due to modifications. As a matter of fact, they sell quality aftermarket parts at competitive prices.

For all the good things I am saying about them, you would think I am working for them, however this is not the case. My experience with Brian, Bernardo, Art and the rest of the staff has been nothing but pleasant. Thanks guys.

Beshoff Infiniti rocks!  The facilities were clean and modern, providing a professional atmosphere.  Dick Shepard, the salesman, was a pleasure to work with - knowledgeable and personable.  Paul was the funniest finance manager, adding quite the charm to a serious subject.  Needless to say, we purchased an car and drove away very happy.  I would recommend Dick and Paul to anyone looking to purchase a car.

Ask them about cilajet!

Another awesome experience I need to make note of here: After the cilajet was put on my car, a noticeable blemish appeared on the hood - and this was within a week of purchasing the car.  Brian and Bernardo tried to buff it out and when that didn't work, they repainted the hood (it matches) and reapplied the cilajet.  I couldn't have asked for better customer service and going the extra mile.  If we stick with Infiniti's, they have a customer for life.

The folks at Beshoff Infiniti have what it takes to keep their customers pleased and coming back. They hold true to the good old fashion values . . . They are professional and are very courteous.

The Beshoff staff listened to my needs and concerns in lieu of what may have been better for their own bottom line. In these hard economic times, which we all find ourselves, this is quite a rare commodity. Needless to say, they have won over this hard to please person. I place a very high value on customer service, professionalism, and quality of work. Never thought that I would be able to find such a place. However, this place does exist over at Beshoff Infiniti.

They have figured out the equation for success. Attempt to keep the customers happy, be up front and honest, treat everyone as they would their own family, afford the best service possible and offer competitive pricing. There are no variables in the Beshoff equation, so to speak . . . Simply a constant move in the right direction.

Props to the entire Beshoff Infiniti staff. You folks do it right!

Vrooooooom! Take a different road. That's their tag line for this local dealership. Located at the corner of Tully and Capitol Expwy, down the street from my house. I got an Infiniti, but I never thought I wonder let a stealership take advantage of me. But, damn... this place was different.

They woo'ed me in every way possible. They took care of my suspension needs at a price I could not imagine that a dealership could quote. They took me on a trip through their shop. I been to Frontier Infiniti plenty of time, and they never play that kinda game.

If you modified your Infiniti, you know how dealerships will blame you for being retoddid, but this place is mod friendly. They are deep into the local community and enthusiasts. I heard they are down to service 350Z/370Z's as well too.

Beshoff Infiniti has the most impressive facility of any other dealership that I have been to in the bay area, and I have been to all of them except the Pleasanton one. Myself, I service Infiniti vehicles on the side "Enthusiast Auto Care."

The ceilings at Beshoff must be at least 40+ feet tall, there is glass everywhere, and the auto repair area is one of the cleanest, most organized, most well-equipped shop facilities that I have witnessed. A true enthusiast's dream!

The people I have worked with at Beshoff Infiniti are Brian, Anthony (service advisor), and Art(mechanic). Brian is the heart and soul of this dealership. Brian is active in the Infiniti community and his influence is as positive as can be on all its members.

Brian is VERY professional, friendly, and open-minded. This isn't the kind of guy you can take advantage of, but at the same time, he's not at all unreasonable like some people at other Infiniti dealerships in the area. The only other dealership that comes to mind when I think of top notch customer service and quality, is Niello Infiniti in concord.

Anthony has been a great service advisor by recording my concerns accurately, setting up several meetings between myself and the technician that worked on my vehicle, and reporting progress as needed. The technician (Art by name), was very well educated, patient, and open to hear my ideas and suggestions. Nothing was done without my approval and I am confident to say this is one of the only places I would trust to touch my car.

Indeed they give tours of the shop area and I was personally shown the car wash room. No machines, no fancy tools - just the old fashion 2 bucket system and clean chamois to try off - you won't get swirl marks here!

So to wrap up this review, take your vehicle to Beshoff Infiniti - you won't be disappointed - and if you are, give them a chance to put it right, as I'm sure they will.

Peninsula Infiniti tried to get me to agree to buy a car before test driving it.  Marin Infiniti misquoted me MSRP and Invoice (added a few K to each and then couldn't explain it when I called them on it).

As far as I can tell Beshoff is the only Infiniti dealer in the bay area that you want to do business with.  The rest of them are out to screw you in any number of creative or uncreative ways.

The guys at Beshoff were outstanding, I ended up buying a G37 from Javier, with support from Dave.  No lying, no high pressure sales tactics.  I told them that I wanted the car, that I had done my research, and that I didn't want to be jerked around.  They came back (and I accepted) an offer that was within $500 of the best deal that I had heard of anyone getting (combination of research on consumer reports + Edmund's forums).  

This is the place to go in the bay area to buy or test drive an Infiniti.  I cannot imagine having a better experience anywhere else. Go to the other dealers if you enjoy being screwed.

I just purchased brand new FX35 from Mitch Rozinsky @ BESHOFF INFINITI. This was the best car shopping experience. The car was for business and therefore i had to get the best possible price. I emailed a few dealers in Bay Area and all of the responded with crazy prices but Beshoff.
He gave me great price right from the start over the email and when i came by to the dealer it took me 20min to do all the paperwork and i was done. Mitch fully explained everything about the car, things that i didn`t know that FX has and i already had FX for 3 years with a previous lease. I strongly suggest Mitch @ Beshoff

Javier is the best. He spent bunch of time to show me several cars. He was so knowledgeable that he suggested me the most preferable Infiniti car.

Service area is very clean and the waiting lounge is comfortable and equipped with a free WIFI.

I 've been  into every Infiniti dealer in the bay area and have had a few bad experiences with most of them.  Beshoff Infiniti  has been the best experience I have had . I stopped tonight with my wife and I had a really  different experience.  

Javier greeted us as soon as we stepped throught the door , after a quick tour of the facility which I must say is sparkling clean, he asked us what we were looking for. He answered all of our questions and was professional and friendly.  Before even talking about a price they went to make sure they had something available for us.

We talked directly to the finance person which was very different then any other place that I have gone. Javier made us feel very welcome and really felt like he was on our side, its not the type of service that you find everyday. I unfortunately did not buy a car tonight but I will definetly go back when I make my final decision

update: Now after writing my review I did purchase my Black Obsidan g35 (which I love)from them a few days later and was greatly impressed with the service they have given me since.  Javier and Danny were great showing me all of the features of the car on the sale day and on my return follow up. Every thing has been good till I needed to make my first payment. It turned out that they didnt put our address in properly and we never received our payment information. So long story short they didnt put in the proper address and have made us delinquent  with Infinity Financial Services after owning the care barely a month. Since that is a big pain to fix  and a careless mistake that shouldn't have been made. Im a  docking star from my review .While there service is great becareful when they do the paperwork and make sure everything is correct when they handle your paperwork.

If you want to buy an Infiniti you have to visit this place it is only 2 weeks old. We went to the Infiniti dealer on Stevens Creek what a waste of 3 hours. We called the new Infiniti and talked to Alex Kerr  told him what we were looking for we made the trip and glad we did. What a difference. We got a good deal on our trade in and a good deal on our new G35S car and everyone was happy.
