DO NOT GO HERE!!

My husand an I went back after purchasing and paying off a car we purchased through them about 2 years ago. Since we had an ok experience, we went back and once I even took my mom to look at their cars. My husband fell in live with a car and we has $1500 cash on hand. They wanted $2,000 which was not a problem but we had to go and get the cash from the bank. We planned on paying off the car in 3 months anyways.

Their Sales guy Geronimo was very friendly and I have no idea how he works with these people. I was using their computer and on the phone gathering the info needed to start the process when I heard the older lady (the owners wife) tell Geronimo "Who said 2K down?" He replied the owner said it was ok ans since we are returning clients he wanted to help us. She responded " Bu they aren't putting 2, they rae butting $1,500. Did they even pay off the other one? Let me pull them up. Cause I might even want 3k?" WHAT?!?!?! ARe yu serious? You know I am sitting right here right?

I hung up mid conversation with my insurance company, closed the bowers on the computer. I was so furious and felt so disrespected I stormed out. I have never felt so disrespected in my life. They can shove those cars and their contracts were the sun don't shine. I will NEVER refer anyone else I know to this place. They rely on the hispanic community for business but based on their customer service, they forgot that we all know each other and all talk. Please do not give them your money.

Alberto's Auto Sales is a great dealership because when they say no interest they mean it also in other places they say no interest but when they send you to the finance company they charge interest and Albertos Auto Sales does not.... if you Have no credit and you need to establish go to Albertos Auto Sales..... very well recommended...

Look at all the filtered reviews, makes you think huh? The will rip you off here so just drive past this car lot to the next one. They will make you keep coming back to bring them stupid things like mail. Really, after my loan was approved then I have to bring you proff of adderess? They told me 3 times that is all we need but then would call me back to bring something else. Oh and make sure you check the blue book price before you purchase a call if you do not listen to me and are going to buy a car from them but don't come back to me or I will tell you I said so.

I bought a SUV from them and it was great.  So, we thought we could trust them and had my husband buy a car from them.  A week after buying the car from them we found that the breaks, rooters, break sensors and struts needs to be fixed.  We thought that since we have been a good customer with them that they would help us out and they wouldn't.  They tried to tell us that there is nothing wrong with it.  Well, I have pictures to prove them wrong.  Then they say that they won't charge us for labor, but for the parts.  They give us a low price so I did not want to, but agreed to it just to get it fixed.  When we tell him that we want to get it fixed and work something out for a day for us to come back  he tells us that he can't do the struts.  So, my husband and I talked about it and he went there again and now he is saying that he can't do the front breaks and just the back.  You have to be kidding me.  All four needs to be fixed.  We gave him $4,000 after 4 months and having these problems to put on the car and I asked to make the payments lower.  He agrees to $100, but refused to have it on paper.  I argued and he says if I want it on paper that I will have to pay $150 just so I can have it on paper.  He had the nerve to say to trust him and trust that nothing will happen and to take the verbal agreement of $100.  You have to be kidding me.  We have a contract of what my actual payment is and if anything happens he can always say that I am not making a full payment.  Trust him?  After what he has put us threw.  Yeah, right.

DO NOT BUY FROM ALBERTOS AUTOS.  They are crooked.  They only want your money and when something happens they do not take responsibility for there actions.  They only want your money but in return will not give you service.  There son who thinks hes a lawyer, dealer, etc wants to act like he runs the office but has no clue what he is doing.  The people who work there distract you by talking to you and tell you don't worry about anything.  I bought my first car with them.  I went for my second car and they wanna treat me like they did not know who I was.  They say don't worry everything will be fine.  STAY AWAY ITS NOT WORTH IT...I even ended up in court and they were not prepared and once again the son thought he was a lawyer... Give it up Albertos sooner or later your crookedness will get the better of you.  PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM THE BENEFIT OF TAKING YOUR MONEY.  IT SOUNDS GOOD BUT ITS ALL LIES................In the end you will suffer a massive headache.

I have learn about about Alberto's Auto Sales from a co/worker of mine and she was happy with them..Long story/short....I was looking at a 2002 Mercedes online and still has been for well over a month.  In the add reads that they want 3,000 down for under 11,000 dollars which should be $1,000.  From what I do know that min. require down is 10%.  Today, my boyfriend told me that he wants to takem me there to see it in person.  He told me that it looks great in the pics but he wants to really see it.  We took a closer look at the beautiful car and took notice of the 4 bald tires which will cost almost 3,000 to replace....If pull by a cop that could be a ticket and not to mention the road hazards not only to me but to others around me.  They seem to not care about that.  Also, the headlight covers need to be changed or maybe buff out can be done which leads to another road hazard issue.  And the sunroof cover did not work.  I could not find a way to close it (skin cancer in the waiting).  Although, my father is an autobody sculperist and an auto body mechanic, this is a huge " NO."  I do not and hope no one else will be at risk with their lives just for a car.  I find this as a total death trap.  And trust me..I own my own business just as my father did and I do not stiff my customers.  I do know a lot about cars because I grow up in my daddy's auto body shop as they callled it in the day.  My dad used to take engines home and fixed them on the dinner table.  So, I do know my cars.  I also forgot to mentiion the type of service I recieved...Most dealerships the saleman ride in the car with you.  The person on 8/12/2012 @11:05 to 11:10 time frame just handed me the key to the car.  It did take me by surprised and I had almost no idea to pull the stick shift up on the car.  Most manuel transmissions I have never pulled the stick shift up before.  New one on me...then they or the salesman tried to settle on 2,000 for the down payment.  Still too high and I'm not going for it.  These people may be of hispanic background and so I'm I did not speak english at all as far as I know except for the young women on the phone.  My father is also Spanish but he came to this country and spoke english.  He made himself though the Airforce.. My son is in the Army and to be treated in the matter as I had been was rude.  I had no idea what this man was trying to tell me except for $2,000 at the least for a down payment and to pay the rest within a 2yr period.  Did not say how much or willing to settle or listen to my findings of the car.  I had to call and speak to the woman on the phone and she seem to be so out of it when I brought up the risk of taking on this car.  Knowing the issues of the car....I would settle to do a down of just $500 to $1,000 and nothing more because I would have to take on the burden of these repairs since the car is listed as:  "AS IS."  Buyer Beware!
