Do not purchase a car here! I will not be recommending my friends and family to them!! Very poor customer service. Recently purchased a Honda CR-V SUV there and had a very bad experience.

About a year ago while doing my research I came across US Motors, they not only had the best car (fully loaded) but the lowest mileage and the lowest price, so I could not go wrong and I paid U S Motors a visit, where I met Richard and his crew, who were very helpful and hassle free.
Due to my not so good credit, had a few issues with a few banks however Richard did not give up searching around, I finally got approved but I they would not approve an extended warranty, Richard went out of his way and found a bank who would, so kudos for that.
I have had some minor issues with the vehicle however Richard did take care of them on the spot as he said he would, no questions asked. It also helps that you deal directly with him.
And just recently had an issue that was covered by the extended warranty but the insurance was giving me the run around as they were trying to deny coverage, all it took was one phone call from Richard and everything was set straight.
That shows that Richard cares about his costumers from the beginning and throughout, not just before purchasing a vehicle.
Thanks Richard

Really awesome customer service, they worked with the budget me and my wife had set. Not pushy at all, really playful and not irritated with my 1 year son. They gave me a great deal. It was a wonderful experience overall!!!

Perfect dealer to buy a car from. I went to help a friend of my to buy his dream car which he ended up buying. Next day I was buying a car from them my self from them. They are very pacient with my friend and my self. Wonder full people to work with, they made sure I got all the help I needed. I would definitely buy a second car from them without thinking it twice.

I am so happy to have found US Motors! After weeks if tedious car searching I found a gem at US Motors. They are hassle free and more importantly BS FREE! Not one did I feel like I was dealing with a slimy sales person. Richard is very punctual, kind and helpful. I am beyond happy with my purchase and recommend US Motors to anyone looking for hassle free, BS free, a quick and EASY car buying experience! Thank you Richard for your time and help!

This review is a little late but we had to make sure everyone knows just how great US Motors is. Richard went above and beyond to help us get a car loan and made sure we were taken care of. Not only did he personally take us to the bank he also made multiple calls as well, staying past business hours to work out the sale and make sure we were satisfied. My husband is navy and we didn't have the best credit but Richard was sure he would be able to get us a car at a reasonable and fair price. Car buying can be overwhelming and frustrating but dealing with Richard and his staff was so easy and nice. They were beyond helpful and truly wanted to make sure we were happy with whatever we were buying. The used cars there are also in great condition and for the price you can't beat it. The only thing I would say that wasn't great and we weren't completely happy with was the detailing on the car when we picked it up and how they fixed the drivers seat back panel. They just put screws in the panel to hold it instead of the actual seat pins that you can't see. I know we got a great deal with great service (besides the detailing and fixing) and I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a used car. We would definitely go back if looking for another car. Thank you Richard for all your help and time!

We came in just before closing hours and the employees were still soo welcoming and very patient with the whole process. Eddie was just absolutely great and very friendly. Richard had even came in (passed store hours) JUST to do our paper work. If you are looking for a used car this is definitely the place to go, they have a really good  inventory with unbeatable prices.

Came here on Sunday. Sign on the window said to call 2 different numbers if no one was there. OK? Sign looked like it was there all the time. Why you would leave a car lot unattended is beyond my comprehension but whatev. Called the number and they said someone would be there in 10 min. 15 minutes go by and nothing. Call again, he says someone is less than 5 minutes away. 10 more minutes go by, nothing. Call just to let him know not to bother, we were leaving. He asks me to wait a few more minutes. WHAT! No thanks. Told him I had 2 small kids with me and was not interested in wasting my Sunday waiting for someone. Gave some excuse about them being there since 5 am so they left early blah blah....I zoned out seeing as none of that was my problem. Told him I'd come the next day, without children.

Fast forward to Monday, I call to make sure someone was there. idk what it is but every time I spoke with someone, there was like zero interest in me as a buyer. No urgency or questions if I'm a cash buyer or financing, as other dealers have done, nothing.

On my way back to them, I quickly looked for other Acura TL's on CL under dealers and found Auto City in El Cajon. Went there instead and ended up buying with them. Feel free to read up on that glowing experience on my profile!

US Motors obviously doesn't need nor care to sell cars. This must be someone's side hobby. I can't imagine they actually make good money here.

It has been eight months since I bought my car car here.. It turned out to be an ok car but obviously a car bought at auction and not looked at by a good machanic.. Squeaky  brakes (I had to change them) .. Has real good compression But still Burns about a quart of oil between changes.. For a used car, all in all not bad but I am a good back yard mechanic so the little things most people consider big problems were minor fix it's to me..         What I didn't like here is the fact that the owner Sammy and his crew can not be trusted.. These are shisty people who own the bank.. Sammy took me to the bank with him and there is a reason why they can finance anyone..  Do not trust these guys.. Have the car you look at checked by a good mechanic, not there brother the is worth the cost.. Ask for a car fax.. Protect yourself.. These guys run a money before all business .. People mean nothing to them..

I bought a BMW 530i from them. Couldn't be happier lowest price I could find with the options I wanted. They don't try to scam you or push you to buy. They are extremely helpful to military as well. Great service, great product, great people I would definitely buy from them again.

I bought my 2007 bmw 328i from here. From the second I drove off I had issues. The brakes were obnoxiously squeaky and I was told unless they're bad I'll have to buy the parts and they'll do labor free. After being shunned off by the owner Richard multiple times with my concerns. My head gasket blew and they had no choice but to replace it. Fast forward 4 months and now my starter went out. The water pump and radiator also recently blew... They say if anything happens to the car bring it back and we will work it out.... But if they made no attempt to work it out from the get go I have little faith in their mechanics now... At this point id rather some dude in Chula Vista who NEEDS business fix my car .... The ONLY thing I can say is if you want a car loan they'll get you one... Even if it's at 14% interest.... Bottom line is. These cars are from auction and not checked out! If you buy a car from them please go get it looked at by a pro not a money hungry small business like us motors.

I cannot begin to tell you how amazing Richard and his crew is. They jumped through hoops to make things happen for me. I went to nearly 15 other dealerships before finding him. I believe his cars are the best quality for the best price. I believe he will never take advantage of somebody. He knows his competitors.
If they have a car you are remotely interested in, go to him. I wish I knew of this place long ago. So respectful. Not pushy. Not your typical car dealership. If somebody complains, really look at what they're complaining about. Is it really valid?
Go here!

Great people here, great selection of lux cars.  Great financing options as well.

I bought a jetta from here and before I bought it I called and asked if anything was wrong with it, the owner Richard said no all his cars are top notch and get checked out, so I drove off with my jetta on Sunday, on Thursday I noticed the car was making a "ticking" noise, I heard the noise when I test drove it and Richard said it was the "turbo" engine, but the noise got louder I took it in on Thursday and the mechanic said it could be the oil, then 3 hours later he said it was the "lifters" and needed to keep it over night, so they gave me a loaner car which I drove to work and the next day broke down in front of my house, so the mechanic came and brought my car that he supposedly fixed and took back the broken down loaner car, so literally a week later I am driving and my power steering goes out and my battery light came on, I called the dealership and he said oh well just give u your money back and find you another... No thank you I will never buy a car from here again and warn you not to either.

I called US Motors on Sunday afternoon 1-19-14 and spoke with Richard, about a vehicle he advertised both on Craigslist and their company website.

Being a small business owner myself, I couldn't help but notice he was in quite a hurry to get off the phone.

"But that's ok," I thought to myself, "he's probably just as busy as I am." So I let the matter go.

He instructed me to fill out an application online, since I wanted to give THEM the opportunity of an Auto loan, and do business with their company.

"After all," I reasoned, "they are a BBB accredited business (A+), and they seem to be a reputable dealer."

Fast forward two days. I call the company, and the same person, Richard, hurried, hands me off to his business associate Sammy, who handles the auto loan applications.

Sammy was less hurried than Richard, but eager, just as Richard was, to get off the phone.

"I'll call you back," he says.

So I waited. Patiently. For six hours.
Not being able to get a hold of Sammy, I called Richard, to let him know I found another vehicle, and to request that they properly dispose of my records, with "my name, address, social security number", etc.

I just wanted them to make sure that the wrong eyes couldn't see or GET AHOLD of such sensitive information.

"It's online [on the servers]," he assured me.
What I found out before this final incident, is so ironic... but didn't surprise me.

My brother called the same company a few weeks ago, and experienced much of the same thing - Richard being in a hurry to get off the phone, telling him, directly:

"We don't need to sell it," (since it's January, the beginning of a sales year).

With me, the message was implied, indirectly: "We don't need to sell the vehicle."

But with my brother, he was told, straight up and direct.

Bottom Line:  If you want to be treated like you don't exist, be given the run around, hurried off the phone within 30 seconds, and not have your calls returned, call US Motors. Ask to speak with Sammy.

I bought a used Acura TSX here 6 months ago and so far so good.  There were some minor tweaks that had to be made (headlight alignment, flat tire tools, little dents and dings) but they took care of almost all of them.  They also accepted a straight bank check and trusted that I had the cash to back it up unlike everyone else that requires a certified or cashier's check.  Also, no BS and blatant lying about the vehicle like other car dealers.  Just make sure to check the car out before you drive away with it because they tackle the big stuff but don't cover every little detail.
