Very clean dealership. ...I have been going here for years and the dealership has grown tremendously over the past 7 years or so....they seem to have a lot of new employees and management which has seemed to improve their customer service. They have a cafe  so you can eat while your are waiting and 2 nice lounges with free wifi. Overall I really like this place the people are easy to work with and the pricing is normal dealer pricing but if you give them your email they sent you coupons that are actually useful for your vehicle. I will keep coming for many years to come.

Do not buy Scions, Toyota will not stand behind their cars.  They refuse to issue a recall over a part that is not designed to last more than a couple years.  They pretended to extend the warranty but only for a year and then left us hanging out to dry for any new people with the issue.

The rear hatch garnish came off because it is made of plastic, and every Scion tC and xB owner has this happen after a couple years of use.   This renders my trunk not operable, and the giant piece of plastic is dangling by the wire used to open the trunk.  I can't remove it without cutting the wire and rendering my trunk useless.  I am forced to either glue or tape the piece as replacing it will cost $200 for the part and another $100 for labor, and it will just break again in a couple years.  The least they can do is replace it for free but Scion HQ and this dealership will not entertain the idea in the least.

This is my first time here. I came in to get a routine maintenance on my 2011 Scion Tc. The employees here are all very nice and attentive. Waiting area is clean, and there is a convenient snack shop. I will definitely return here for my next service.
