I purchased a car here 1 year ago to the week and have had no issues at all. The car runs solid and it was a great price. I have only done oil changes and air filters on my 97 camry and the car runs great. I have a lot of friends that work on cars and they said I got a great deal.

Everyone knows that when its time to sell your car, youre in for a hassle. Going the Craigslist route? Get ready to meet some pretty shady people. Going to a dealer? Get ready to get jerked around and generally offered a significantly lower amount for your car.

I decided it was time to sell my older vehicle and didnt want to deal with the hassle of Craigslist or the dealer. I looked up car buying services online and came across SD Cash for Cars. These guys took my information and came back with a quote with lightening quick speed. You know its a business and they need to make money on the deal, but it was a very generous quote that I couldnt pass up. I worked with the friendly staff, who were patient and attentive to my concerns.

In the end, I sold a car that I no longer needed, got the cash that I needed and was a happy customer.

Before this, I have only sold one other car and that was when I bought my new Honda and traded in my old Volvo. And it wasn't a very pleasant experience to be honest. It was quite horrible actually.

A couple of years ago, My brother gave me his old Malibu to use as a second car. I used it every now and then but mostly it just sat in my carport. I'm downsizing pretty much everything in my life so I decided that it was time to let the second car go. I was going to list it on Craigslist but I've heard too  many creepy stories. And while I've sold other little things on Craigslist, it's just really a time suck. I was discussing this with my mom and she mentioned that her friend's sister had just sold a car with these guys and that she got a fair deal. So, I first researched and got an idea of a ballpark of what my car was worth and gave them a call.

The first lady I talked to was super nice and helpful. In fact, everyone I dealt with was very courteous. Good customer service. No attitude or slimy car salesman pushy thing. She just asked me the make and model and general condition, any accidents, major repairs, if I owned the car outright, just basic things you know if it's your car. Now, I had to call them back because my brother had the car before me and he did all the work himself, so I had to get the answers to a couple of questions from him. I called them back with the answers and they gave me a quote that was a bit below the ballpark amount I had researched, but it was close enough for me. But, I still decided to sleep on it. There was zero pressure to commit to anything from them. They just told me to call back if I decided to go forward with it.

I thought about it for a couple of days and then decided to just do it and be done with it. I had my hands full with other things and didn't feel like adding this to my to do list for the next couple of months. I called them back and set up a time for them to come to my place to look at my car.

When the guy arrived (I think his name was Sam), he looked my car over to make sure what I told them over the phone was legit. Then, I just signed everything over and they paid me what they had agreed to over the phone. They took care of everything from there. I didn't have to do anything else.

Overall, it was a very pleasant experience . Everyone I dealt with was very respectful and seemed to have their act together. They made it really easy. I truly appreciated that most of all.

I'm getting ready to move out of state and so I was trying to get as many of my possessions out of the way as possible--my car, of course, being the biggest priority.

I didn't want to deal with hagglers and scammers and flakes and the usual deal you get when you try to sell something other than Beyonce tickets on Craigslist. A friend of mine recommended I try San Diego Cash For Cars and explained his pleasant experience to me. I followed through with his advice and so I feel it's only fair that I share the same pleasant experience I had with the company.

Firstly, the man was not only courteous but punctual. Like I said before, I'm moving and so I'm trying to get everything out as quickly as possible. I had a price in mind before he appraised the car (though I didn't mention it) and when he was done and gave me his companies price I ended up getting more than I had expected. I was ecstatic and very glad I let them do the work instead of trying to haggle.

And of course, the best part is the cash. If nothing else it saved me a trip to the bank which isn't very close to my house.

This will be my go-to recommendation to anyone looking to sell their car.

An experience deserving of a perfect 5/5. Fast, easy, and friendly service. I will definitely come back if I ever need to sell a car again.
