We found a car online (2008 Toyota Prius) that lead us to this place. Upon arriving we introduced ourselves told him what car we where looking for and he tossed me the keys and told me to let him know how it drives. I asked if he was coming with us and he said no you look over 18 and me and my wife laughed. (Think he felt comfortable since we parked our car right in front office) but anyways we were looking at the car freely without haggle or pushy typical sales tactics we experienced at other dealers as this was my 6th dealer in 2 days. Me and my wife were able to inspect the vehicle freely and were pretty excited as this 2008 Prius was the cleanest we had seen with only 84,000 miles. (We test drove a lot of them by then) Test drove it over 5 miles and were excited with overall mechanical reliability of it. Upon return we told him we were interested, reviewed the car fax and now work on the hardest part, selling price. I was able to take an additional $1000 off the selling price he had advertised with typical resistance you would expect. But having done my homework using craigslist, calling dealers and KBB I knew we were getting a pretty good deal. These guys were very professional and hospitable. Some additional info is that I came pre-approved so didn't experience financing. I did purchase the extended warranty that was a $1,200 fee and $150 for each additional option. ( 5yr 100,000 miles)They also offered 3,000 or 3 month warranty standard before I got the extended warranty. Outstanding service overall without pressure and hassle you expect from even the big dealers.

Great no pressure auto sales company!
I am a first time buyer with no credit and these guys got me approved! There were two cars in my price range, and when I only got approved for one, and realized it was the other I was in love with Mike pushed to make it happen! Then, the next day I was notified that there was a small error and that my gap insurance was already financed with the money I had put down, so I got my other 500 from the gap insurance back! You never see something like that, but these guys are honest and really seem to care about their customers! Initially, I had a small problem with my new purchase so I called and informed them about it, they told me come in and they'd take care of it! Unfortunately, the part wouldn't be coming in for a couple days, so they loaned me another one of their cars so I wouldn't be out of a car!! These gentlemen have been wonderful and I expect to send anyone that inquires about buying a used car in like-new condition to come here! Definitely impressed and would love to thank AZ and Mike or their wonderful customer service!

Thes guys are awesome! Mike and his guys helped me out so well. I came in knowing exactly what car  I wanted, they let me take a few test drives with it, and when all the banks wanted to give me a bad finance rate, Mike fought for a better one! This guy knows how to look out for his customers. I watched him hang up on one bank, yell at another, and finally dictate to one exactly what rate and term we wanted!  I definitely recommend these guys and think everyone should consider doing business with them. They dont hassle, dont try to upsell, and they tailor the deal to your needs. Please check them out, you will not be disappointed.

Do yourself a big favor... DO NOT BUY IN THIS PLACE!!!
They just look nice at first and the price is good but don't give in to temptation!!!
I was stupid I didn't read reviews in advance.

I bought a car 3 months ago, and I've been in the shop few times due to leaking problems they prommised they'll fix, but of course they're not going to fix it. Also, I can't move the seats anymore and the lamp stoped working (probably an electricity problem).
The car came with a warranty of 3 months but worth nothing!!!

PLEASE, DONT BUY THERE!!!

After shopping around at different used car locations, this establishment was a breath of fresh air. Mike was knowledgable, informative, helpful, ethical ; overall, he seemed the most concerned that I get the best car for my money and my needs. Definitely stop in here if something in the inventory catches your eye. If nothing else, you'll leave with a little more faith that some used car salesmen actually seek to run a legit business!

DO NOT BUY HERE!  PLEASE READ ALL REVIEWS FIRST!  I bought a sports car here 1.5 months ago, and it has been in the shop 4 times.  I am having a bad transmission problem. The car came with a warranty for the transmission, but the warranty will not cover the cost because the transmission has been modified.  Apparently my car was used to race, and the dealers did not inform me, and they will not cover the cost.  They basically gave me a warranty that is useless because the transmission has been tampered with.  After I confronted them, Mike insulted me and hung up on me, and told me it was my fault.  I have filed a complaint on BBB, and am taking them to small claims court.  PLEASE, DONT BUY HERE.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!  We bought a sports car here and had several major issues.  First of all, we found out that they did not even own the car and had to wait several days for them to obtain a title.  We were also told we had a 3,000 mile/3 month warranty against major defects.

About a month later, we heard a loud knocking sound in the engine.  We took it to the Ford dealer, and found out that the engine had to be replaced at a cost of $9,000.  We called the warranty company to make a claim, and were told they had no record of us having a warranty.  We asked Quality Auto to either pay for the new engine or take the car back - they refused.  We filed a BBB complain to get them to pay for the repairs, and they furnished a warranty contract that did not match the copy we had.  LIARS!

We ended up trading the car in on another car from a reputable dealer that we have had no issues with.  We paid $10,500 for the car and got $3,000 in trade - a loss of $7,500.  That was the only inheritance from my father who passed away.  I wil never buy from an independent dealer ever again.  DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID!!!

I called about an great price on 09 corolla and they told me to car was in great condition and has a clean title. Got to the dealership and they told us that they had to jump the car because they left the light on...they jumped the car and the maintenance required light was on.

Thanks for wasting my gas and time on a Saturday.

I just bought a Hyundai Sonata from them, and it was THE most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. Everyone was very laid back and didn't "hawk" you like the other dealers. The staff was very honest and upfront, and family oriented. All the vehicles were inspected in depth and if any issues are found they fixed them before setting them on the lot. The ONLY bad thing is they were difficult to find, just remember they're BEHIND the Dennys' restaurant. My wife and I would love to give our support to this family business when we need another car. Keep up the good work!

I bought a 2006 Sentra for my teenage son.  My salesman, Mike, was very honest and ethical.  I had the car checked out by my mechanic.  He only found 3 minor things wrong; the timing belt and radiator hose needed to be replaced and the license plate lightbulb was burned out.  They agreed to fix all of them and give me new tires.  They bent over backwards to satisfy me.  I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

Went to look at a truck recently and had a few issues, so we walked.

They had listed a car that looked promising but it had been listed quite a few times on craigslist.

We went to look at the car but it was late because it was on it's way back from the detail shop...or so they said. (remember this later...)

The man I spoke with was friendly and openly handed me the keys so I could open the car and release the hood.

I checked the lines of the car's panels and I could easily see the car had been in major collision that had not been repaired well. The left side of the hood's gap between the side body panel was much wider than the right side and the hood was higher on the left than the right side of the car. My friend's father owns a large body shop in San Diego county so I might be a little more familiar with how to spot a badly damaged (and badly fixed) car than the average person but it was bad enough that I'm sure the casual layman car buyer probably noticed it too.

No wonder why it still has not been sold. The vehicle would have been listed for a decent price if it was in excellent condition but considering it's damage they are asking way too much.

Lastly, I crouched down and checked out the hood head on at eye level. It was quite dusty as it had been parked outside and it had not just been detailed as they promised.

Too many red flags. We walked without regrets. The car we looked at was a hazard to our saftey. I don't know if we carfaxed it but If we did it did not have any records of an accident on it. If it did we would have not even been there to look at it.

The business front and interior of the shop was clean and professional and all their cars looked decent but too many red flags (and BS that it had just been detailed) for us.

Side note: this place is not right on the road-way and is slightly hard to find.

Test drove 2 cars from this dealer and I would just be more cautious for issues when going here.  The guys that run the dealership themselves are friendly, nice, and inviting to work with.

However one car we drove looked great outside but when we got inside the center area and front seats were wet (this was when it was raining before in San Diego).  At first I thought it was because a window was left open but it wasn't.  Look up and see that along the whole front top windshield was leaking and soaked the fabric roof.  We mention it to the dealer and they say they were going to fix the windshield.  Now why they didn't tell us before hand, I don't know.  But who knows about the possible electronic water damage already sustained like the sunroof controls, etc.

We test drove a 2nd car just because there was another comparable there, and that one seemed to be free of major issues.  Both interiors showed signs of age.  Some other dealers I visited with similar year cars had better interiors.

I would recommend to just keep a cautious eye on cars that you test drive from here before committing to anything.
