This is the worst place ever to buy a car. Manager is so unprofessional and rude. They wanted me to tell them if I am going to buy the car on that same day then only they will let me test drive the car.

This car dealership made my dream car come true. I got my first MB! Que and Peter were great help and very knowledgeable - look for them, highly recommended. I went there to check out Acura TSX however I ended up driving home with my first MB C250 Sport Sedan. What a beautiful car! Love it so badly. Thanks MCC!

I got my car and they were able to help me out, but then I noticed something. They required an additional "fee" for processing part of my down payment with a card which came to a total of 4%.Obviously no documentation of the cash portion except my card but still it was wrong of them to do this and it is not legal to do so. Now some of the sales men are very nice guys, but the way the manager handled the payment "fee" was wrong. I'm looking into settling this down in court. We'll see what happens.

I want to give this place a big fat negative ZERO!! I wished I would of read the reviews on here before purchasing a car from them. They had a car I wanted & been looking for in manual for a while. But because we are young they ripped us off!! Last week I bought an 05 Audi without warranty (witch was our fault) but the warranty they offered was real shitty! For $1400 it will only cover up $3000 worth within 3 years?!?!! Not worth anybody money thats why we didn't purchase it. Day two of having the car I notice the CD player doesn't, day 7 of having the car my check engine light came  on?!?!! My husband took it to a local mechanic & it was gas cap censor. Day 8 of having the car the check engine light came on again.!!!!! & also if we don't drive the car in a long period of time like within 8-12 hours, when we finally do, starting up the car is a struggle. It doesn't start up right away like a car from a dealership should. Sound like a tune up is needed & spark plugs needs to be replace?!?!! So because the car doesn't have any warranty they can't help me out with nothing!!!! That's the  kind of customer service they offer. Hope they can go to sleep at night knowing they are running a shitty business!! Shame on us for not knowing any better BUT shame on you for knowing better!!

My daughter bought a car here last year and got a great deal. Now it is my turn. I checked their inventory online, called to make sure it was still available and it was. I told the sales person what time I would be there and he had the car ready for a test drive upon my arrival. Long story short, bought a great car at a good price and was in and out in 90 minutes. They even got me a better finance rate than my bank was willing to do. Would highly recommend this place for your next vehicle purchase.

i dont normally write reviews, but customer service at this dealership was horrible. the "assistant manager" that was helping me out was full of shit. I would have probably purchased a car from the original salesman that greeted me if his 'assistant manager didn't talk to me ..He was annoying and pushy .He kept asking for my information as if i agreed to purchased the vehicle. How bout closing the sale first and get your customer to agree on the offer . Anyway i will be taking my business somewhere else !

People take no time to wait when it comes to bad reviews to me it's a lot of negative energy anyways lets do this . I don't remember the guy named who came with my husband cuz I was ton busy to go to there shop but him and Peter really know how to keep the client well it was never easy to buy car and I have to say it was not easy this time BUT what matters to me Peter understand and made one more client I highly recommend this guys for your car we just bought Cadillac and god know how much am happy beautiful ride and peter is the best he knows what he is doing and he get the job done thank you guys from my whole family we are loving the new car :-)

Extremely happy with my car from Miramar Car Center in SD!

First dealership I call about and actually have it when I get there!! They weren't rude or pushy. They checked on me just the right amount of times through phone calls on my way there.

Felix and his general manager provided incredible service and went the extra mile and beyond to accommodate or needs.

The selection of cars they have available is impeccable. You really need to go check them out, I completely recommend them!

Ok, so of course I checked out Yelp on this dealership. It didn't look good. I knew where the place was located and the car I'd been searching for about 2 years was there. It was a beauty of a car, brand new essentially. I called and asked the bottom line price. They gave it to me.It was the same price I paid.
I came in, was greeted nicely, the guy I had spoke to on the phone was busy, but he introduced me to his associate who took me on a test drive. He was friendly and been selling for 6 years for these guys. That says something. If you can last in a place for 6 years selling cars....Then something is working.
The office is clean and organized, the lot is tidy and not over packed with cars. Seems they are catering a bit to the Miramar base, but that's some of their bread and butter, they have the trucks and the Dodger Chargers etc, very much military...But then there are the BMW, Mercedes, and regular cars.
I tried to haggle, but the car was already at cost, and it was no lie. There was some pressure, but not huge, just comfortable pressure, that's ok, it's their job. most of the pressure was in my own head about a big investment.
I decided not to let this deal go. We did papers in about 30 minutes, they got me a 1.99 rate with my good credit and they held my new car over night so that I could assure the insurance. After the sale they were still helpful and even offered to arrange to ferry me so that I could take my original car home.
I'd do business again.

What can I say, I think everyone is a little apprehensive about purchasing a car from a  used car lot. I'm here to tell you that you don't have to fear anymore. GO TO MCC to purchase your used vehicle. I was referred by a family friend to have them assist me in obtaining a new BMW. I spoke with Al who went over in detail what exactly I was looking for. I needed a bigger car to transport clients to and from meetings in SD and LA. He not only found me the exact car with the exact specifications (low mileage, spotless, etc.) but he went over every detail to ensure that the car was perfect for me before I received it. It's been about two weeks and I absolutely enjoy starting the car each day. I feel very fortunate to have met Al and the staff at MCC, everyone was extremely nice and professional. I'll definitely be buying all my cars from MCC going forward. It was so easy and painless.

Being a first time car buyer I was a bit hesitant to go about it alone, but the experience went flawlessly. I was greeted with a warm welcome, but more importantly they patiently answered all my questions (and believe me, I had a ton) and didn't make me feel pressured or rushed which I greatly appreciated. I can confirm this dealer continues to play their bait and switch games.  Went to see a car on Saturday and was told, "A manager has it out for the weekend."  Tried again today and was told, "We just took that car in, it's out for detail."  I got a good chuckle when I checked yelp, and saw the same story again and again.

This dealership is why used car dealers have a bad rep.  We can all wait for them to go out of business.

These guys sold me a freaking lemon... The carfax showed a clean title with a 22k miles on this car. Less than a month I have problems with the axle alignment and also the wheel alignment. I find out when I go to the dealership that the tires were completely worn out and my brake pads were about to be worn out as well I'm sitting here just barely less than a year and the car had engine(lifter) problems and oil leak all over which would've costed me $3300 + if I didn't get the extra warranty (thank God I did!). These guys also tricked me by promising me a certain apr and then calling me several days later to "finalize" the contract and made me pay a close to an extra +$1000 which I first signed the contract for. Please be aware...

I bought an 09 Infiniti G37 here recently and had a great buying experience. Peter and Matt were easy to work with and made it as simple as possible. I purchased from out of state and the car was cheaper than any where else. I had the car inspected before signing the paperwork and the Infiniti dealer said they rarely see a car in this good of condition. I would recommend these guys to anyone and suggest checking them out if you're in the market for a used car.

There was a car with a too-good-to-be-true price. It was just to lure me in. Pathetic.

Never thought I'd write a review on a car dealership, but after reading these few reviews it made me realize that they are playing the same game with me.

I called this morning looking for a specific car I spotted online. Submitted some of my info and waited for a call back regarding financing. He calls me back saying the sold the car about an hour ago... I said ok well, what about the other car that was for sale (same make, model, and year. just diff color) "Oh, that one has been sold too, this particular car has been popular lately" I couldn't believe that shit, so he told me to check out the website and contact him about a different type of car.

Now I'm not saying the car wasn't sold I have not been to the lot, BUT the car was advertised online a few hours later, ALONG with the similar one he said was also sold. BOTH online hours after I was told they were sold.

So I guess I won't be coming here, I'll go to another dealership and get the car I want..

1 star because they had the car I wanted, 1 more because I thought the guy was decent and not a stereotypical dealer salesman

I found a truck online that I wanted to look at. Upon arriving at the lot we were told that it had recently sold (a bait and switch tactic that other reviewers posted but somehow have disappeared from yelp). We looked around and decided to test drive another vehicle, a Chrylser Town and Country Touring 2008. When we returned we walked into the office and immediately had a credit form put in front of us to fill out even though we weren't even sure we wanted the vehicle. There was a tag in the window that read $19,995. The salesman slipped out and had a conversation out front with 4 other men. When he came back in he wondered why I hadn't filled out the form. I told him I wasn't ready to talk financing until I knew the price of the vehicle. One of the men slipped in sat in a corner booth in back of us and the salesman went to him asking if they could reduce the price and very loudly said they were going to reduce it online that day for $17,995. I thought we were getting somewhere with the price.

Still unsure if I wanted the vehicle we had to leave for an appointment but he still wanted me to fill out all my information before we left and I said no I'll bring it when I come back if I want to buy it. Upon leaving I used my iphone to search pricing for the van since I had not even looked at this type of vehicle before. I found that their own website had it listed for $16,995 ($1,000 lower than there deal price to me that day and what they said they were reducing it to online that day) and as of today it's still that price. I also found it on craigslist listed for $16,995 and because they list their vehicles on there multiple times everyday I easily found that price going back a whole week.

Don't trust these people! Do you research. I looked them up here on Yelp when I got home they had several terrible reviews which have disappeared??? Another bait and switch tactic I presume.

I had a great experience at MCC.The salesman went out of his way to make my experience perfect.I was offered options for finaincing that I didn't think were avaliable.
I bought a 2010 Honda at a great rate for my son.I give this place 5 stars!!! and would come back again.Best of the best

Recently, we purchased a car from this dealer...everything seemed great at first....big promises got us in the door. They suggested they could get us a lower interest rate....barely happened after we sat there for 2 hrs. The part that was really messed up is that everything we found wrong with the car the salesman had no problem excusing as normal for the car (even.though we knew it wasn't bc of previous ownership of this type of car)....he swore it had a 200 pt inspection and new brakes, tires, etc. The deal was really great....so we decided to buy it since it was still under warranty....although they said they would do an alignment and check the whine we heard from the transmission. On the way to the dealer the NEXT day....the car wouldn't shift and barely drive. Got the car to an actual dealership for the warranty.....apparently whoever checks their cars at Miramar Car Center know nothing about different cars because they put in the wrong transmission fluid and ruined the transmission.....if they had put another one it would of killed the engine too. Needless to say they couldn't bother to lend a car or assist at all after they had said to bring it back the next day. They almost VOIDED THE WARRANTY!!! We won't be recommending this place to anyone....they just wanted to pawn a broken car off on us because they didn't know what was wrong with it....the deal wasn't worth all the trouble.

Not very impressed with these guys.  Seems they like to do the old "bait and switch."  I had called about a car they had listed online and i set up a time to look at it.  When I showed up the car wasn't there.  According to the sales guy it was down the road at their other dealership.  He called, and surprisingly enough the car had just been sold the day before.  But he wasn't slow to mention and point to all the cars they did have available on the lot and suggest that I find something different.  I was looking for a particular car and they never even had it.  I followed up a few days later to find out that they were still posting pictures of the car that they had "already sold."  I called the sister dealership and they assured me they had it and it had not been sold.  I arrived and once again..."oh sorry, its at our other dealership, let me call them".....then "oh looks like we just sold it yesterday".  I asked if they sold it, why did they post an add that morning with the car?  They fumbled and made some bogus excuse.  Bottom line, beware and don't go here if your looking to see a particular advertised car.

Recently we had a business colleague get stranded with a dead battery immediately adjacent to the Miramar Car Center.  MCC was incredibly helpful and friendly and came to the rescue of this business colleague, even going so far as to loan their equipment and charge the car battery free of charge.

Acts of kindness like this are often few and far between and when a business goes out of its way like this to assist a stranded motorist it speaks highly to their integrity.

Thank you MCC and I will certainly think of you for any future car purchases and will also recommend Miramar Car Center to both friends and clients.

I used to have my own car dealership and to say the least, have an excellent eye for clean cars and second to none insight regarding the cars market value. I never buy from dealerships and I had been looking for a 4runner forever. Long story short, I came into the dealership and Jason helped me and was one of the nicest and helpful salesman I've personally dealt with. I didn't have the typical pressure that you would find at most used car dealerships. Miramar Car Center changed my perception on used car dealerships as I got an EXCELLENT price on my 4runner and brought it to Toyota and the only thing they reccomended was to add windshield wiper fluid. After seeing the poor reviews on Yelp I was shocked to say the least and this dealership took such good care of me that I had to write a review to mention what I pleasent experience I had. I wouldn't go anywhere else next time I am in the market for a car. THANKS AGAIN JASON!
