I don't normally like writing bad reviews but I have to say this is one of the worse places to buy a rang rover. From the buying of the vehicle to now having to lemon law it, has been one of the worse experience I had to go through. First they sold me the wrong vehicle package, then I had a lot of warranty issues and when I would go see there service advisors they would try to be little me as if i didn't know anything about electronics. Bought my 2012 Evoque new and with in  the second month started to have issues. never the less I still enjoy my vehicle until it died on me last year in the middle of the road and couldn't move it to the side. So I decide to lemon the SUV. Having been told from my attorney that this would be a smooth process and be over with quick has been a understatement.  I'm going onto my 5th month and Range Rover is making it so difficult to take back my lemon. making me jump through hoops and making me miss time from work to have to deal with this inconvenience. I will NEVER recommend anyone in buying a range rover. With that said this is what I rate Range Rove.

2 star for problems I had with the Evoque
0 star for range rover the company not dealer for not taking care of there responsibility to make right with there customers.  
0 star for the hole buying experience and dealing with there BS.
0 star for lying to me about the packages and instead of making right with me tell me there nothing they can do. WOW. If I ran a business like this place I'd be out of business. The only good thing I had experience with this company was Jeff. That was the only service advisor that didn't give me BS but to my surprise he quit working there. I wonder why?...

Who knew that a dealership could actually make a customer out of me.  After dealing with horrendous salesmen and service departments in the past, I have been dreading heading into a dealership.  Land Rover San Diego most definitely took that dread away.  I had my eye on used BMW X5 and headed in on a Friday to see if it was available....  It was.  I was fortunate enough to have Michael approach me because he is a big reason I will be coming back to this dealership in the future.  Mike, you should teach a class on how to sell vehicles.  Though the whole team at the dealership was phenomenal.  Thank you Jon for working with me on financing to help me find the lowest interest rate.  Once again, thank you for everything and I am loving the X5.

Great dealership. I engaged with them via their website as I was interested in a used vehicle they had (2011 Land Rover Range Rover HSE) and throughout the process Michael Brand was awesome. I felt like I got a great price on the vehicle itself as well as my trade-in and considering everything was done 'sight unseen' (I'm in San Francisco!) I was received after my 7-8 hour drive down that the vehicle was exactly as advertised.
The team and specifically Michael went over and beyond to make everything happen including some last minute circus tricks to get the financing completed and I drove away a very happy customer.
If I lived in the San Diego I would absolutely get my RR serviced there but if I'm ever looking to buy another..I'll look them up first!

If you are planning to buy a Range Rover, I'm going to give you some very important advice:*** CALL Don Thatcher*** Words can't explain how attentive and patient this gentleman is. I have nothing but incredible things to say about everyone there, from the Manager Jon Thomspon---he went over and above to accommodate what wasn't an easy transaction with my trade in. :) Finance was quick and easy, and she was so friendly. I can assure you that the service I received will keep me coming back for years; VIP treatment!! Dave & Jon gave me exceptional service. I am so happy with the purchase of my new car. I came down to San Diego from Santa Barbara to make my purchase and they went out of their way to pick us up at the train station and shuttle us back to the dealership, where everything went so smooth. Car has warranty, I get a loaner every time I drop it off for maintenance. That's why I don't mind it staying a week if need be. Service department stays in contact pretty good on what car needs and what's covered by warranty. Polite and fast service.

I really love land rovers/range rovers. my old land rover is taken in here for oil changes, the receptionist lacks a bit of etiquette and when I answered a survey honestly I got a call about it and I felt sort of uncomfortable about their policy to employees, the nice guy who helped me with the oil change had to open a resolution and log it, just very weird.
Over all, the service provided was exceptional. My car was cleaned and I am satisfied, will absolutely come back.

Very unprofessional. You would think they would treat you better after you've spent over $100k on a Range Rover. I thought that meant 5 star service not 1 star. The front desk staff playing on their cell phones right in front of me. They told me it would be $1000 then I get their and it was $145 more. Apparently they forgot to apply my coupon. Why am I paying so much to get crappy service? On top of that, I received an awful car wash. My car came out completely wet without any inside vacuuming or wipe down. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Finally got yelp going. Months ago I bought my land rover sport. Dealership is nice. The thing that got me to buy my car and be ok with dealing with some unusual questions and processes, was sales rep Michael Brand. He was amazing. If it wasn't for him being a gentleman and helping with all my questions I do not know if I would have followed through. If you w over go to the dealership ask for Michael Brand. He is their best employee by far. Whatever you do, do not go to land rover Carlsbad. They are crooks and will try to over charge you and waste your time. Never met a dealership that lied so much, and that takes a lot in this business.  Stick with Mike Brand and land rover San Diego.

What an odd car dealership.  We went in to make a purchase.  We were absolutely ready - money  in hand and the dealer had the SUV I wanted in stock.  My husband and I walked around the dealership for about 20 minutes and no one spoke to us at all.  No one even said hello. We walked to the reception desk and still not a word.  There were salespeople standing around, they just didn't speak.  The one salesperson we greeted just ambled away from us.

I appreciate low pressure sales, but this was just awkward.  I finally told my husband that I wanted to leave because I felt so uncomfortable.   We ended up driving to another dealership and buying a different car that day.

The Service Department at this place is a joke.  I had a bad experience in July and thought maybe it was a one time thing.  So, I take my Range Rover back for Brake Service. The service door is locked at 7:00 a.m. and they don't come out to start waiting on people until 7:10 (now 7 people backed up). After I finally get to see a service rep at I am told by the Service Advisor (jeffrey) that I will have my Rover back at the end of the day and that he will text me status and email me as well.  At 4 p.m. I have not received an email or text.  I call to speak with him and he is gone for the day.  She tells me my Rover is not ready for pick up today. And, all other service advisory are busy with other clients.  I ask for the Manager and he is also gone for the day.  I leave a message with the receptions to have a service advisory (any advisor) to call me before they leave tonight.  John calls me back at 6 p.m. and indicated they have not started on my Rover and he thinks I am 5-6 back in line for service. Of course, they are closing at 6 and it is too late now to it pick up.

Never again....

I just recently traded in my old Land Rover for a new Land Rover at the local San Diego dealership on Miramar road. I worked with Patrick and beau willette. The both of them could not have been more helpful, accommodating and professional in working with me to get the best deal possible. I absolutely love my new evoque and the customer experience I received from both Patrick and Beau. I will definitely be recommending all of my friends and family to San Diego Land Rover and will be back for future purchases!!

Dave, the salesman hung up on me when I called in requested a copy of their lease options/contracts.  I told him it's a deal breaker if he cant provide a copy up front so we don't waste countless hours in the dealership.  "You can go anywhere you want" and he hung up.

This is not the experience I was expecting from a Range Rover dealership.  Now I am exploring other car options because if this is the service I'm getting before i even purchase a car, I can expect worse once i give them money.

I'm sure many other dealerships and brands would love my business.  I encourage you to consider another type of car as well based on my incredibly poor experience with their sales team.

I'm giving this review and 4 stars because my first experience at this dealership was terrible and I let them know it through an email I sent them. After the email I sent, Noel emailed me back and stayed in contact with me every single week and restored my faith and opinion in the dealership. Because of Noel I ended up buying my Range Rover Evoque from him and since the sell he has stayed in contact with me which very few salespeople do. Thank you Noel for your persistence and dedication in winning me over and earning my business.

Purchased a 2014 Evoque from Land Rover San Diego.  I had a specific vehicle in mind and Matt Deep and Bo were able to find the vehicle and arrange a trade from another dealer with no issue.  During the orientation, Matt noticed the microphone wasn't working.  He took the car into service and had it fixed in about 15 minutes.

I dealt with Dave initially who was professional as well.

I have to say I have never experienced better customer service! Since I bought my car, I had to take it in to get a few scratches out. Gabriel Campos in the service department has helped me out every time and I have been blown away by how caring and accommodating they are. They provide me with a loaner car and made my car look brand new. I'm very appreciative and thankful I went with a land rover!

My experiences at Land Rover / Range Rover of San Diego has always been very pleasant. I traded in my BMW for a Gorgeous Land Rover HSE. I was offered a good deal for my trade in.
The buying process was definitely 5 Stars. I continue to bring my vehicle in for service, which is also an easy in and out experience. They have a small waiting area with gourmet coffee, drinks and pastries. I have been able to get a clean loaner car each time I've come in. Bill A. in service is always very attentive, knowledgeable and accommodating and makes sure any concerns or questions are answered or taken care of. Its great having a dealership where customer service is number #1.

Poor Poor Poor

Well i look little young to buy a land rover (70K) car but i bought my merc when i turned 25.

To start salesman was not at all interested selling his car, he had no car to show or no car to drive, he didn't even bother to take my name and details to follow up. Poor salesman and very depressing showroom !!! Salesman pitch was if you want to buy book it right now other wise i am sorry i cant show you anything !!!

I have not been any showroom in this bad state before.

This isn't a review of their vehicles... they are awesome. The dealership and customer service is amazing! I have had my Range Rover for four years and I am still treated like I just bought it... or as if they are courting me to buy my first vehicle!  Matt Deep actually came to my house to sync my Rover with my garage door. Whenever I have called with a question or concern, they have come to my house to pick up my car and look at it the next day.  My wife was a lifelong Mercedes person and is now a convert to LR based on the outstanding customer service from this dealership.  Your experience doesn't stop once you buy a LR... they sincerely stand behind their cars and want to keep you happy.

I've been in the market for a new vehicle for a month or two. After going to a couple other dealerships and got the typical car salesmen trying to hard sell me when I wasn't ready, I was getting somewhat frustrated.
When I came into Land Rover San Diego, Mark Gregory was very helpful, wasn't pushy, and answered all the questions I had about the new Evoques. Kept in touch with him for a week or so then went in yesterday to purchase the new car.
I have got to say it was probably my best experience purchasing a car from owning other vehicles from Ford to Lexus to BMW.
Loving the Evoque so far! I would highly recommend buying a new or used vehicle from Land Rover San Diego if you want a low pressure approach that makes you feel like family.

I came in here for service because my car's bluetooth was acting funny. I was able to easily make an appointment online from their site. So convenient! I was greeted immediately by a gentleman named Jeff. He is very nice, knowledgeable, friendly, and got me in and out of the door quickly. I was able to get a rental through the dealership but they also use Enterprise. I was updated both my calls and emails often which was really helpful. I got my car back cleaned! I will definitely go back here because I trust them. Highly recommend!

Two starts means "Meh. I've experienced better."  I have and you have too.  This dealership needs to get its stuff together.  For selling such expensive cars, they are bottom of the barrel as far as luxury car dealerships go in San Diego.

Usually I wouldn't review a car dealership since Yelp is for food as far as I am concerned, but they did something so ridiculous I couldn't believe it.

I purchased this particular vehicle at Hoehn in Carlsbad (they are way better in service and sales, but the way) but the Miramar location is 30 minutes closer driving which equates to a two hour time savings every time my 'quirky' Rover plays its part.  Land Rover San Diego swapped out my Hoehn license plate ring with one that says Land Rover San Diego.  CRAZYTOWN!  I am no fan of advertising where the vehicle was purchased but hadn't had the occasion to remove the ring, but LRSD sure helped me get to it faster.

Is this how they up their perceived market share?  

THIS IS NOT OK!  Everyone I have asked about it couldn't believe it either.  I know it is a small thing, but that is just weird.  Stop it.

Just bought a Silver Evoque from Matt Beavers....  He was a great Sales Guide.  (That's what they call them there.)  Low pressure, genuine nice guy who took his time showing my wife and I all the gadgets.  (they have a LOT of gadgets).  Good experience.  Great car.  Very professional staff.  What more could I ask for.

I recently purchased a pre-owned Land Rover that was originally purchased at LR San Diego.  I reached out to them with several questions, which were answered by their Guest Relations Manager, Jade Wall.  All questions were answered and they sent me new plate frames and some LR swag... great Customer Service without a doubt!

I have never really been a fan of Range Rover in the past but as soon as I saw the Evoque for the first time I knew I had to have one, I just didn't know how soon! I decided to take a drive to this dealership last weekend for just a quick test drive and ended up leaving with one as these SUV's sell themselves.

William Foster was very professional and worked quickly to close the deal and have the vehicle cleaned and ready to go even though they were extremely busy that day!

Family visit to the Land Rover in San Diego on Clayton Drive(miramar) last weekend.

We were immediately greeted by Matt Deep, who showed us around and helped us to better understand the new Range Rover Sport - which appears to have leapfrogged it's German competitors(as crazy as this sounds being that Land Rover is now a Tata owned company)

I think it's hard to argue with the beauty of this new model, plus the car drives amazingly well, certainly better than the 450GL that I currently own.

For anyone interested in Land Rover's, I recommend they have a test drive with Matt.  He is quite the opposite of a pressure car salesman...and he is super knowledgable on all of the competing brands as well.

My sister already placed an order with Matt for a supercharged RR - it's a luxurious modern beast!

One of the best dealerships i have dealt with- My salesman Mark Gregory was amazing & very helpful.

I found a car i was interested in, contacted Mark, which held the car for me,i Flew to Sand Diego, & the Used Car Manager John went out of his way and picked me up at the airport which was very convenient.

The vehicle was just as described & in even better condition, they really took their time prepping it & getting it ready for delivery, changing oil, wipers, etc....

In the finance office Cherry went over all my options & saved me a lot of headache & hassle, i was very happy with the entire experience. Thanks guys for making such a usually cumbersome task seem so easy!!!

Just purchased a certified per owned 2012 Sport Supercharged at Land Rover San Diego which is my second Sport model from this dealer. I was shopping on-line through Auto Trader and found the car I was interested to purchase. Sent e-mail message to Internet manager William Foster to inquire about details of car. William responded back quickly and answered all my questions and also sent some follow up issues I couldn't tell by pictures. I made arrangements with William to purchase over the phone with a deposit and a few credit questions to get the process started since I didn't want to wait in dealer for hours on paperwork. As agreed, William had paperwork ready for signing and car was washed and detailed parked right in front of show room when I arrived. The process was really a pleasant experience and would highly recommend dealing with William and this dealership.

Honestly I don't quite get the 4-5 star ratings below, because I sure feel mistreated in everyway possible. I sent in an inquire about a 2014 range rover full size and was highly interested in buying. The internet manager Noel replied me pretty quickly giving me the impression that he is going to provide good service. As soon as he finds out that I am Chinese, he first asked me if I lived here in San Diego locally, I guess they are worrying about buying the car for resale overseas. After we agreed upon the price, he asked for my DL and insurance info along with my credit card information for the deposit. Few days later, I did not see the charge appearing on my statement and when I call back to ask, he said, he need to run my credit. OK! He then sends me an email letting me know that my credit was excellent, so by then I'd assume that everything was moving along very smoothly. I sent Noel an email wondering why the deposit charges are still not appearing on my statement and he told me, the car has been sold! C'mon, after running my credit and asking me for all those personal info, I was told that the car wasn't available? He could have told me that at the beginning so that I don't have to waste my time and they didn't have to run my credit (which could affect my score). I call their manager to complain about my situation and never heard anything back. The car was going to be paid in full at pick, but I guess they just don't think I have the money and tried their best to not sell the car to me after all. I went to Carlsbad instead and was able to order the same car there.

I came in here the other day to pick up some parts. Oh my! I must say, they have excellent service here. I was helped by a gentlemen at the front desk (Cris, I think that was his name).

He was very helpful and patient with me because I could be difficult sometimes (as I was told by some people). Such Excellent Service!!! Between the three other dealerships I've taken my Range Rover to in Orange County, the San Diego location was by far the best! When it comes to ease of car purchasing, it doesn't get much better then the experience we had a Land Rover San Diego.  We first walked in to LRSD just to see what they had in inventory.  Ed Belenky, one of the sales reps, first greeted us and seemed genuinely interested in helping us find the vehicle we wanted (vice trying to up-sell us on a vehicle we didn't).  He was knowledgeable about the different models and listened to exactly what we wanted in our next vehicle purchase.  While this sounds like an obvious trait that any sales person should have, let me assure you, it isn't...

Unfortunately, the day we walked in we were in a rush so we took his card and said we'd be in touch.  About a week or so passed by and we gave Ed a call again and let him know we were ready to move forward.  We finalized the list of features and colors we wanted in our new LR4 and asked him to see what he could find.  Fortunately, LRSD had the vehicle in stock.  Ed set an appointment for us to come in for a drive and talk numbers.  When we arrived, the vehicle was being cleaned, the numbers were present, and his attitude was upbeat and positive.  After a quick drive in the LR4, we knew it was the one and that we were ready to make a purchase.  

According to recent news articles, LRSD has recently come under new ownership and it shows.  I've had dealings with LRSD many years ago at which time the experience wasn't nearly as pleasant... so whatever the new management is doing - keep it up!  And Ed, if you read this... I originally purchased my LR4 at Miramar Land Rover (now Land Rover San Diego under new ownership). While the service manager was fine the dealership has changed policies (according to them to create a "better customer experience"). The old traditions of honoring what you say, service and personal relationships has gone with a simple corporate decision. I intend to have my LR4 serviced up in LA from now on and will certainly purchase my next LR someplace else.  Wouldn't recommend it.....

These guys are great. They'll give you a fair price and work really hard to make sure you're happy before you walk out of there. Number one Land  Rover Dealer on the west coast for a reason. Ask for Matt Deep, he'll tell you anything you need to know about Land Rover and help tailor a vehicle selection to your individual needs even if it undercuts the profits. He's in it for the service, not the bottom line. If your shopping for a Land Rover/Range Rover this is the place to go!

I checked out this dealership for a new Land Rover but ended up buying it a hundred miles north due to a fantastic opportunity and even better price. Basically I picked up a loaner which was almost 15% off MSRP so even the staff at this location said I shouldn't pass up the deal.

That said, this location is going to be my preferred spot for service so about a week ago I brought my car and and was blown away by their quality. Jeff was my advisor and offered what I consider better service than I received at BMW (which I considered quite good).

When I arrived for my appointment I was given a nice clean loaner and very straightforward estimates. I received a call in the afternoon letting me know that my car was ready. When I arrived I found my car in perfect working order firstly washed and cleaned and they even touched up some spots under the hood that got dirty from my mud bogging in the rain ;)
In addition, they installed some floor mat clips that were missing from when I bought my car and did so without gouging me on the price.

They have a nice Service Center, friendly staff and lots of coffee and snack selections to keep you going while you wait.

I went there for the first time with a used Range Rover that I bought in Arizona and they went out of their way to treat me so well as If I had just bought a new car from them! Adam, a sales agent, spent 3o minutes with me showing me how to work all the  buttons and electronics on my car. The service and parts people were super friendly and really took care of me. I am looking forward to going back and I do not say that about too many car dealers.

I purchased a 2011 LR2 the day after Christmas and I just have to say this has been my best car buying experience to date.  I had a horrible experience with the local BMW dealership and since I was comparing the BMW X3 to the Landrover LR2, the poor service I recieved from them sent me to Landrover San Diego.  I have previously purchased privately and through other dealerships but this time I went online and worked with Noel.  I was pre-approved for my financing and I walked in to test drive a car I saw online but fell in love with the one I ended up purchasing that wasn't even stickered yet.  All in all, It was meant to be.  I recieved great customer service, no hassle over my financing, and I was in and out within about two and a half hours.  When I went to settle up my financing the girl helping me at the credit union also commented on what a great deal they gave me on my new car.  I would send anyone I know there to work with the sales staff.  I love my new landrover, I couldn't be happier!

My wife and I were in the market for a used Prius.  After searching the internet, we found the right make, model and price at Land Rover San Diego.  

Anyone can sell a used car, but Noel Kapela, their Internet Sales Manager, made the process not only painless but outright pleasant.  He personally picked me up near the San Diego airport (I had traveled down from LA) and took me to the dealership.

I drove the Prius to a nearby Toyota service center for independent inspection -- it was flawless -- and Noel had completed the paperwork by the time I returned to the Land Rover dealership.  

In summary: Land Rover San Diego is a class act, even when they're selling used cars.

I recently graduated from college and scored a sweet new job so I decided to treat myself to a brand new Land Rover LR2! As a young woman who had never been to a dealership before, I was a little intimidated. I showed up at the Land Rover dealership on Miramar (off the 15) expecting to hear live piano music and see people in suits sipping champagne. Quite the contrary, luckily, I was greeted by a casual, down-to-earth salesman who treated me with respect and was determined to make my dreams come true.

I talked to all the local dealerships but was hooked on Land Rover San Diego on Miramar because of the amazing deals and awesome sales staff. Matt was my go-to guy and helped me through the entire process. No one tried to over-sell me and they made me feel very comfortable. The test drive on the rock course in the back parking lot was super fun and I immediately fell in love with the car. Even the basic model of the LR2 is much higher quality and has more luxury features than other fully-loaded SUVs. I can't say enough great things about the LR2 - it's sporty, luxurious, rugged and sexy!  

I researched all of my options in Southern California but Land Rover San Diego was definitely the best option. Matt was really cool and everyone in the dealership was very friendly as well. They genuinely wanted me to be happy and excited about my new car so they offered flexible financing and we made it happen! It was overall a great first-time buying experience and I couldn't be happier with my beautiful car. They even have complimentary snacks, candy and a coffee/latte machine! Thanks so much to everyone there - I would definitely recommend going to this dealership over any other Southern California location :)

Overall great experience!!

I was searching on AutoTrader.com for a used Voodoo Blue Toyota FJ Cruiser and found that Land Rover San Diego had just what I was looking for. The FJ was priced perfectly for my budget, had low milage, and was in excellent condition. I contacted the dealership via e-mail asking if they could work with my credit score and down payment. Salesman, Noel Kapela responded to my e-mail promptly. He assured me that my terms for purchasing the FJ were very doable.

I faxed him all of the required paper work, and he shopped around for the best financing he could get for me. When it was time to go into the dealership and sign all of the paper, it took less than 2 hours. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful! The FJ was in fantastic condition and drives like a dream. My whole experience with Land Rover San Diego was great!! Noel was far from being a pushy, cheesy car salesman, he was great to work with! Everyone from Noel, to the management team, to the finance team did an awesome job!

I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an awesome car, new or used!!

Such a great dealership and staff!!

I searched all over the internet for the perfect, low mileage, used Jeep Wrangler Sahara. I stumbled onto this dealership and their used Jeep through internet searches and gathered more information on their website. The Internet Sales Manager, Noel, immediately contacted me and answered all my questions. He was very kind and courteous and kept me posted on the status of the vehicle until I could get down to San Diego to purchase it. He gave me a great deal, offered a fair value on my trade-in, and was an excellent salesmen. I highly recommend Noel and this dealership! If you have the opportunity - buy your car there! You'll have an excellent experience. Big thanks to Noel and the rest of the Land Rover San Diego staff for their excellent service!

I give Land Rover San Diego 4 stars for now, once I have my vehicle serviced a few times, I will update the star rating (higher or lower depending on the service) not only on this review I am submitting of this dealership but all my other social media postings about this dealership.

When I first started shopping for a SUV, I was looking at the BMW X3, Audi Q5 and the Range Rover Evoque. Like all shoppers now a days, I use previous customers feedback  and reviews on the internet to help determine which dealer and SUV to choose. Despite the negative reviews for Land Rover San Diego, I decided to go in and have a look.

This dealership provided excellent service for the purchase of my new Evoque. The care from my Master Sales Guide, Matthew was amazing. I strongly recommend you see Matthew at Land Rover San Diego as he is very knowledgeable not only on the car but actually takes time to make sure you understand everything and after his after sale follow-up has been great. Matthew is the first person I talked to at a car dealership (I visited 4 BMW dealers and 2 Audi dealers) that actually knew as much as me and that is saying allot. I do extensive research on each vehicle before making a purchase and visiting a dealer. It gets very frustrating when you visit a dealer and they don't know the differences between the models, how much they cost, if they even have a specific model, etc.

I not only care about the service provided during the sale, I also care about any service I may need on my vehicle should it arise from the service department. I cannot comment on their service department yet but when I do have my vehicle serviced, I will update this review. The review will be updated throughout the years of the ownership of my new SUV so people can hear exactly what takes place at this dealership in the service department. When I purchased the vehicle, they showed me the various services I will need and the cost throughout the years of ownership so I know what to expect. Prices were fair and disclosed upfront in full detail.

Some initial research about this dealership shows that it was recently purchased by some new owners out of Vancouver Washington.

Bottom line, I got what I was looking for and they earned my business. This is a hard thing to do since I was coming from a BMW and the BMW dealership I used to visit had excellent service.  

I won't get into exactly why I chose the Evoque since this review is about the dealership, I will do that on Facebook, LinkedIn and my blog for my friends.

Lacking Integrity.

I had an agreement to purchase a pre-owned vehicle from Land Rover San Diego with one of their senior salesmen. I paid a $5000 deposit and was told it was mine and that we had a week to pay the balance and sort out the details.
A couple days later they called with a weird story about not being able to sell it to me... In the end I was finally told  (someone else came in with perhaps a higher offer and) they sold the vehicle out from under us. This will cost me about $150 (we are in Canada and will lose money on the exchange fees back and forth).

I wish I had searched for reviews before dealing with this company...

Buyer beware.

I came in to have my Range Rover serviced for the regular service at 30k miles.the service was terribly over priced. A glorified oil change coast me $400.00 (but i did get the inspection with that).  i foolishly paid because i wanted to have some warranty work done on the vehicle, I was told that the part i wanted replaced was not in stock and i would have to show a receipt of when the part was installed on the vehicle. i purchased the vehicle with the part installed hence me wanting to get it replaced under warranty. Anyway since the part was not in-stock i picked up my vehicle with the understanding that the part would be ordered. So i waited and two weeks later, i decided to call him and be informed that the part was not in and in fact not ordered. So i asked him to order the part. Needless to say once the part is in stock (hopefully the advisor ordered it upon my second request) this will be the last time I deal with the San Diego Range Rover Service department.

Still waiting to hear from The dealership on the part being in stock. it is now going on 3 and a half weeks.

I came here to service my range rover. Bad idea. First, the basic service which was a check list, literally a check list with a couple of minor fluid changes and couple of inspections was 400 dollars. Im such an idiot. they changed brake fluid and washer fluid for 400. Im the schmuck who paid so I only blame myself. The car was under warranty and they were supposed to replace the grill because of a manufacturer defect. This was three weeks ago and we havent heard from the service advisor. the only reason for the second star is because of the friendly receptionist and the friendly enterprise employee. If you want good honest auto repair, go to abraham auto repair on mission gorge road. Rover quoted me 800 for brakes and abe did it for 400
