I just bought a 2003 Infiniti G35 Coupe from this Dealership and Francisco is the sales man who helped me and is he by far a very honest and generous man. Their staff is amazing as well. They made the whole process easy and simple. The only thing wrong with the car was the switch for the seats to move up and down and they went out of their way to contact the Infiniti Dealership to order the parts and to make sure that all the right parts have been installed in the car. Before I even got to drive the car off the lot they detailed the car  inside and out and not to mention drove it to the gas station and pumped a FULL TANK for me!

I never would've thought buying a car would be this easy and stress free! Everyone who works here is great, from the minute I walked in and to the minute I left they provided me with wonderful Customer Service! They definitely deserve my trust and loyalty. I will be referring all my friends and family over here. Thank you guys for everything and for making this experience the best one yet! I'm completely IN LOVE with my car!

After only a few months of purchasing the car I barely even drove the engine broke down on me. Brought it to a mechanic and found out the car was burning oil and transmission is messed up, they told me if I want the car running good again I would need to put in another $3000. Decided it wasn't worth it so now this car is sitting at home on the driveway and I'm still making payments on it. Not sure who to blame but very disappointed.

If I were you, and cared about my life, I wouldn't go to this small dealer. I went to look at a truck they had for sale today. The first thing I hear is that three people had looked at the truck today! That might work for some buyers, but that tells me that that truck wasn't up to par for other people. But I checked out the truck. First thing I noticed was the smell. The interior smelled like smoke. It was bad. I could barely breath in it. The truck bed was marred with scrapes, dings and scratches. Looks like no one took care of it and put a bed liner in it. The danger lies with the tires. The truck had close to 8 inches of lift and had wheels that were curbed, but the tires were starting to dry rot. They were toyo open countries, that I could not find the date stamp on them, might have been removed, but they showed dangerous wear and rot. Very unsafe on a lifted full size truck. Wouldn't trust these guys, especially when they're charging 5-8k over blue book.

My wife and I just bought our third vehicle from K and S. Since day one Kareem, Pete and the rest of the guys at K and S have done everything possible to make every experience easy, enjoyable and straight forward. For example: last Saturday we called Kareem to ask about a car we were interested in. Despite the fact that Kareem had just gotten off the plane from a trip AND that the vehicle was at the tire shop (which was currently closed with the vehicle locked inside) Kareem managed to have the vehicle detailed and taken back to his shop for us to see about 2 hours later. Needless to say we loved it and drove it home that evening.  

To be able to work with such a positive, honest and genuine group of people like this is amazing. My wife and I can honestly say that we will never buy a car from anyone else.

Bought a 2007 BMW 328i today with ONLY 36k miles on it from this dealership. Pete and Kareem were a great help with the buying process and got me a great deal. Never felt any pressure to buy, just felt like all they wanted to do was help me get the car I wanted. 5 stars for excellent service and a great car. Highly recommend coming here to anyone looking for a great deal and a great car!!!

I just bought a new car from Kareem & his amazing staff at K &S auto sales. The customer service & honesty that I was provided from start to finish made the whole process a dream. I will never look or buy a car anywhere else because when you find people & a dealership like this, you give them your loyalty. These are the dirtiest car salesmen in business, trust me! They purchase vehicles, like most used car owners, from auctions for dirt cheap. Nothing wrong with that. Where the problem lies is the things they do to their vehicles after purchase. There are 6,000 Lebanese cousins belonging to K&S who alter the mileage, mask major engine issues, throw some paint, add some chrome, and throw it on the lot. All of their cars are garbage. Please do yourselves a favor and look elsewhere for a vehicle. These people are NOT legitimate and will not be surprised in the least once their business shuts down. Finally, do not read into some of these positive postings, they are people juiced into their dirty system. Never buy at K&S, ever!

I purchased a 2008 Nissan 350z. I was told is had an accident on the carfax. At the time Kareem said that structural damage was not in fact frame damage. Being in the car business I can appreciate an owner/salesman really anyone who is blunt. I appreciated that and I believed him. In fact Pete who facilitated me signing all my documents was nice and backed Kareem up. I had it checked out by another dealership. They gave me the thumbs up.

Come to find out 6 months later the autocheck show is does have frame damage. When I brought this up to Kareem he insulted me and said he did disclose the frame damage and he has two witnesses (he even invented a third person who wasn't even present). So now I am stuck with a car that is upside down $8,000 lucky me. Buyer beware.

I was really surprised to see all of the negative reviews for these guys.  The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because I don't believe in perfection.  Let's keep one thing in mind, Kareem and company are salesmen, and used car sales (especially high end cars), is a tough, tough business. And I believe they are good at it.

I actually admire their no-nonsense approach.  Yes, they asked if I was going to buy today.  Nothing wrong with that.  I told them I knew of a few others I was looking at, and if they had the best deal, I'd be back. They said they couldn't guarantee it would still be there.  Made sense to me.  After checking out the other 2009 Audi Quattros, I came back in a couple days and put down my deposit.

Knowing that this was a used car (just under 50k miles), I bought the extended warranty and also brought the car to Audi San Diego to do a thorough inspection.  Free of course because of the warranty.  There was a small problem with the power steering (common with that car), but it was a fast fix.  No way K&S could have known about it, so no blame to them.

Remember, they get these cars at auction or from individuals who want to get rid of them.  That's just the nature of the business, and my car was just about perfect.  I've been driving it for 4 months now, and it still drives like a dream!

Bottom line is, Kareem is blunt, and will only work with people who can actually afford his cars.  If you're there to window shop, you are wasting his time, and taking away from possible business elsewhere.  Lastly, since you are buying a used car, spring for the extended warranty.  You'd be an idiot not to.  It's a used car for god's sake.

I've been back to see K&S three times since I bought my Audi to take care of various paperwork, get my plates, and other small matters.  Each time, I was greeted immediately and made priority.  Quick in and out.  I've also asked Kareem about things like tires and rims and other upgrades, and have been referred to other places with discounts...basically dealer prices.  I've saved, and will continue to save, more money than otherwize, and for that I'm grateful.

Thanks K&S, you've treated me well, and I will send my friends.

I drive by on a weekly basis and always noted the cars. So clean from the outside.  Wondered what they looked like on the inside.  I decided I would finally stop driving by and stopped in.
Cars are extremely clean inside and out; they really do look good.
Prices are set REALLY fair and they have a good selection of cars.
Sales person was really nice, no pressure and didn't talk to me like I NEEDED this car or SHOULD really take it home today.  We went for a test drive with no hassle or drama afterwards and they provided me the car fax report on the vehicle (also showed me where you can get it free on any of their vehicles online) even though I was just "looking."  All in all I would come here to buy a car and have not yet because I have a few more cars to look at.

Becareful with these guys. I was very pleased when I purchased my car from them at first, everything seemed great! My car was shiny and looked like new. I would have given them a great review .

Now here I am today ...2.5 years later the paint on one side of my car has faded. Mind you its been garage parked since I've owned it. IDK what these guys did to it but obvioiusly they used some cheap paint to fix whatever happened to it. This car also showd no accident history. Im 100% disappointed in my purchase, I had to sell my coup (due to pregnancy) and had to take a huge loss on the value of this vehicle because of the paint and unexplainable issue on how or what happend to the car in the 1st place. Shitty dealership...your car my look shiny and perfect in the beginning but be careful of what you purchased from them. Im just warning you

I bought a 2005 Black Jetta GLI from here. Google it, it's a sweet ride.

I'm only giving this place 2 stars because I love my car.

As soon as I saw them post this car on Craigslist I jumped on it. They didn't have pictures but it was the exact model/color I was looking for. Plus it only had like 62,000 miles, and for this car, that's uncommon. (Trust me, I was searching for months)

I called in several times and was in constant contact with Ali, he even called me to inform me when pictures were finally posted and the car was gorgeous.

So I took a trip down to SD to make my purchase. Saw the car, test drove it and was sold, but skeptical. The glove compartment was loose, the interior was in good shape but several pieces were lose, the hubcaps were missing. Ali re-assured me that he would try and find replacements or give me a discount.

When it came down to pricing, they quoted the car online for a certain amount but on the phone he saidit was going to be 2,000 less cause I had been calling since day one. When we sat down he quoted me a thousand less than the original price. When I mentioned him his initial price over the phone, he said it wasn't possible.

The whole time he kept saying things like "You'll love this car" "You will be very happy" "You will walk away with this car today" "This car is a sick ass ride" Which made me feel he was sleazy as hell.

So we finally sign all the paperwork and my dad (who helped me since it was my first car purchase) noticed a sign saying that the dealership does not take responsibility for the car after it leaves the lot. Basically.... you drive off and don't bother coming back.

Before I jumped into the car, I guess the managers son was wiping down my new car and was gushing about how he just put about 300-400 dollars into fixing the engine... about the ipod connector in the car, etc. Dude, whatever. Shut up and give me my keys. I had been here for the past 3 hours working a deal.

Well I was finally a little at ease when all was said and done, luckily Ali realized that one of the tires was making weird noises, so we took separate cars to a tire shop (15 min drive) so he could 'hook us up' with a new tire. After waiting a while, Ali says he has to go back to the dealership.

After maybe 20-30 minutes waiting, we walk over to my car (at this point I just wanna drive this thing home) and find the wheel gone and a mechanic walks over with a worn out used tire. He says this is the tire he was going to put. My dad is immediately pissed and tells him how much the tire cost and he say "It's free" My dad says how much the guy says "It's our favor to you" My dad looks like he's about to kill him and says "HOW MUCH?!?!" he finally says $50 (which seemed a little high) Luckily my dad grew furious and told him that Ali promised us a new tire. The guy disappears and comes back saying he got off the phone with the manager and that he would get us a new tire if we bought a new tire as well.

My dad grew even more furious and forced the guy to install the new tire and we would just leave. So basically, K&S tried to swindle us.

And about the discount Ali said he was giving me for the missing hubcaps and busted glove compartment? Nothing. So I'm glad we walked away with a fresh new tire, it kind of off-set the lies that Ali fed me.

OH .... PS!! My car broke down like 3 weeks after I drove off the lot. It was an easy fix, but just make sure to take it to a mechanic. I wouldn't trust these people as far as I could throw them.

!!UPDATE!! 3 months after I purchased my car, a got a flat on the road. I had to drop close to $500 on brand new tires. Some tires were manufacture-stamped from 2003!

Also, my transmission is garbage now. I have to drop $1500 to get it fixed. Yes used German automotive is a pain in the ass, but I still feel that only having this car less than a year and having me pump so much in repairs is BS.

I distinctly remember them offering me some type of warranty that I could bring the car in at any time for repairs but since I live in Los Angeles, what was the point of me possibly towing my car to these guys for repairs?

I dropped my initial 2-star review to 1-star. It's the least I can do for these guys. :)

!!FINAL UPDATE!! Last May 2013 I got rid of the car. The transmission was garbage. The VW dealership wanted 7K to get it repaired. I'm sure German automotive was to blame here. Never driving a German car ever again. And these guys have to take the blame for it, unfortunately.

I just recently bought my first used car... I was very skeptical of the whole idea but the guys at K&S really made me feel comfortable and were super helpful. The first day I went in there just to take a look at what they had. I met Ron and he was beyond helpful. Not pushy like I thought he might be (or any other auto sales guy). He just gave me all the info I wanted. I ended up leaving since I was just browsing. During the next few days, I talked to him on the phone and decided that I was really interested in 1 of the cars they had. A few days later I came in to purchase the vehicle... with my 17 month old daughter! I was there with her the entire day test driving and doing all the other things that go along with buying a car.  All the people that work there were amazing! They made sure we were more than ok. They even gave her some lunch that the owner's mom brought for the employees. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Ron was super helpful and great with my baby. Kareem, the owner, was great too. He pretty much over saw the whole transaction, which made me feel a lot more comfortable. At one point he even gave me a few dollars to use at the vending machine to buy my baby some snacks.  Overall I would definitely recommend this place. They have a great inventory of cars and make you feel like you're part of the family.
Honestly, I looked at the reviews before coming in to purchase and I almost didn't go back because some of them really scared me... But since I've been talking to Ron on the phone, I began to trust him. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. I don't understand why some of these other reviews are so horrible... I feel bad for K&S because people go out of their way to write such negative over exaggerated comments that can scare off a lot of people (which almost happened to me). I'm very glad I went there because I love the car I bought and had a great experience. These guys are running a very good business and go beyond the expectations that I had! I will definitely send business their way! Thanks K&S!

These guys are so unprofessional. I was interested in driving a vehicle and their response was "Are you going to buy the vehicle today?" and I of course responded that I would not be able to make any decision before I drove the car. Then they said there was a deposit on the car and I said "Ok so its not for sale." and of course they replied well if you want to purchase it today we make a deal.. These are the worst kind of car salesmen.

I don't understand why there are so many bad reviews.  Oh wait yes I do.  Because a lot of em' are probably written by other car dealerships.  Brought my BMW here to sell and was treated with exceptional customer service.  From the first hello til it was time to leave.  Showroom is packed with a lot of nice high end sports cars, and a room for the kids to watch cartoons while the signing of documents took place.  All in all this is an excellent dealership with great customer service.  The place has been there for 22 years....gotta be doing something right.  Highly recommended.

Went in to look at a car i liked, the salesman knew I was coming and when I arrived the car was burried behind at least 4 cars. When I said I wanted to test drive he took me into his office an insisted on me running a credit application. I've never had to do this before testing a car. Ended up filling it out and didn't even end up test driving the Car that night. After them processing my application they told me there was no way I'd be able to get the car on my own. Which made no sense seeing as I make decent money and have good credit. Knowing I had parents who would put the truck in their name they said that's the only way I could get the truck. ( mind u I would NOT be on this loan at all) I finally test drive the car and it drove horrible for only having "50,000" miles on it for a 2003. I asked where the 3rd row seat was and they said the guy who traded it in hadn't brought it back yet. Noticed a lot of oil under the car and when asked if it had full service recently they could not provide proof and also said they had "just" fired their mechanic that night. Too many red flags for me. Too pushy, and untruthful. A week later I went to a REAL DEALERSHIP and bought the same car I was looking for, 4grand cheaper, ON MY OWN WITH NO COSIGNER AND NOT IN ANYONE ELSE'S NAME.

Bottom line, K&S is a bullshit dealership that buys cars from Auctions and tries to sell them for more mOney.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!!!!

I see all these negative reviews for this dealership and i think their biased and disagree with them based on my personal experience.  After going to numerous dealerships in search for a Benz C300, K and S had a few nice choices. What i liked about them was all the things i was personally looking for when it comes to maintainace K and S had already done. From my Evaluation they didn't cut any corners getting this Vehicle ready for sale. I figure if the dealership has been in business for over 20 years they must be doing something right! Nevertheless I'm happy with my vehicle purchase and would recommend definetly giving  them a shot before purchasing your new vehicle.

My family has bought about 25 cars from K&S. I refer everyone I know there. They have great customer service. Thats all I need to say about that. If your not sure about them just go check it out for yourself, what do you have to lose?

Not sure what the others are talking about on here, especially since they all have 1 reviews???? hmmm makes you think if some other dealership is out to steal the great business they have to offer here.

But i just wanted to write a review to express my great pleasure of buying my 2nd car from here.

About 2 years ago i picked up a car for my Wife and till today, it still runs like a beauty given what a great deal they had given me at the time.

Now about 2 weeks ago, i had the pleasure of working with Yusof at the dealership and getting a replacement vehicle for myself.

The sales rep (Yusof)  went out of his way to get me a very great trade in price and also brought down the price of the Tahoe to what i could afford.

To be honest, that was the first time that i had dealt with someone that went out of his way to approve the loan and get me the deal i wanted.
And having bought many vehicle's in the past, i have to say, this was the most pleasurable.  

In total, great staff, great atmosphere and an all around great dealership. Thanks again guys for the great service.

Before i purchased the vehicle i have now, i went to k and s. the vehicle i purchased from them had frame damage and my bank (navy federal) wouldn't give me a check to purchase a vehicle with frame damage. I am glad the bank was looking out for me. Since I am a single mother i need to be careful. I was shocked that k and s sold me a bad car, and they knew it had frame damage. the car fax clearly stated that they had purchased the car at an auto auction announced frame damage. shame on them. i work hard for my money, in the end i am glad they didn't make any money on me.

Worst mistake I have ever made in my life buying a car from this place!!!  Let me start off by saying that I spent $16,000 on the vehicle.  It has been almost 2 years and I have spent OVER $5,000 in repairs.  Not to mention the other problems I am experiencing now.  I am now trading the car in for something more reliable through another dealership and I come to find that my car had frame damage (for those who don't know, frame damage is equivalent to having a salvaged title on your car).  The salesman who first sold me the car failed to mention ANY accidents and told me the car has a clean title!  I had to take a loss for the trade-in value and somehow wished I could sue these bastards if I had the chance to.

Save yourself the trouble even if you're desperately in need of a car and stay away from this place.  These guys either buy their cars from the junkyard/auctions and sell us crap!

P.S.  I am not one to write reviews, but this place is that bad it forced me to do so.

Stopped by here about a month and a half ago to look at a 2004 black denali for me and my family. At first they were as nice as they come. Met the owner and he was alot of talk. Claimed that his autocheck was better than the carfax that I had printed for the vehicle. Our carfax showed that an accident was reported with vehicle and he claimed that he had no clue what accident it was because it wasnt shown on his autocheck, so basically it didnt exist. He tried to show us all the "high end " cars in his show room, but we werent really impressed. Said that he could get us a better rate than our loan. So he passed us to another sales person who was actually alot nicer but had to leave after 45 min. So then we just waited as we were told that there phone lines were down and it would take 5 minutes. In total we were there for 2 hours and left without a car 2 fussy kids and without a phone call which they promised they would let us know if they could get us a better deal than our bank. They wanted 22,000 for their Denali which was nice on the outside but had rips and tears on the inside and reaked of  cigarette smoke. We left dissappointed but to our luck bought a yukon denali for 14,000 the very next day from a private seller who maintained it very nicely with lower miles. Its funny that the owner and all his high end cars said that someone was going to buy that denali within 30 minutes and if we didnt buy it now it would be gone. And that every car on the lot only stays there for 30 days because he has to keep his lot looking fresh. Checked on craigslist  and that Black yukon Denali is still there a month and a half later and has gone down 3,000 in price, I guess it wasnt meant to be, but I'm ok with that. Glad we didnt get hustled.

Definitely a fan!!  I just bought my convertible there and I love my car!  All the staff was knowledgeable and friendly.  And pushy as a normal car sales person.  Got a great deal for my car!  They have the fairest prices on the market and willing to work with you... DEFINITELY recommend.
