Came to the parts shop because my key broken and was serviced by Larry Cooper. He not only took care of me immediately, but worked with me to get the best price. This man is awesome! Hope he gets a raise!!

What horrible service!

The only reason I came to this dealership was because I had to get my Evolution services for some Factory Recalls. I spent weeks calling back and fourth with a service representative to secure an appointment. After weeks of back and fourths I finally got an appointment. I took my Evolution  to the dealership first in the morning just to find out my appointment was never entered in the computer system. The Service Rep just thought I randomly decided to bring my Evolution  in for service. While I was waiting for the shuttle I overheard the two Service Rep talking about me. Hello! I was still in the building. They were saying that I was probably one of those "no shows" from last week. Uhm no! I was one of those who had to do all the work to get my car services at your dealership. I dropped my Evolution  in the morning and was promised it would be finished at the end of the day. To my surprise, I was given a call around 230 pm stating it would not be finished until the next day, some time during the next day. I was offer a discounted rate of I needed a rent a car. I previously owned a BMW and I NEVER had to rent a car. I was given a loner. I, while at work, had to scramble to find a ride home and back to work the next day because why would I waste my time and money to get a rental for one day. I called early the next day only to hear they they would try and get it done. I'm sorry, I had an appointment that was only suppose to take a couple hours, not a day and half. The only good thing about this dealership was David, the shuttle driver. I will never again come to this dealership. I have already told my friends and family about the experience. I have also told all my friends who own a Mitsubishi and everyone I know who own a Evolution. I also posted my experience on various Mitsubishi and Evolution forums. With my next vehicle, I'll be going back to BMW. BMW knows  how to give excellent service. My mistake was downgrading.

My husband and I were looking for a nice SUV in a specific price range. Something that I didnt expect to find, but then God gave us Josh Bott! He was a salesperson like I had never experienced before. He is extremely helpful and will work diligently to get you into the car that you want at the price you can afford. We left the dealership in a brand new vehicle, and paid no more than we were wanting to. He worked magic to make us extremely happy and excited to be closing a deal with him. He took his time to show us all of the gadgets on our car and explain to us the entire process. He also made sure that we did not leave the dealership in our new car with an empty gas tank. He personally took us to the gas station and filled it up on his own dime. After we left he followed up with us to make sure we were able to get our vehicle detailed and a minor scratch fixed. He made us feel like family every step of the way. He made sure to stay in contact and that everything was taken care at or above our expectation. We had to bring our car in for some detailing and instead of leaving us without a car, Josh was kind enough to put us in a brand new luxury vehicle to use while ours was at their shop. When my husband picked our personal car back up, he told Josh that we were going hunting that weekend and without hesitation Josh offered to have our car detailed upon return. We have been so incredibly impressed and pleased with Josh's caring and exceptional customer service. He blows any other car salesperson out of the water by a long shot. This was absolutely one of the  best car buying experiences we have ever had and we owe it ALL to Josh. If you have the privilege of working with Josh Bott, you will be nothing less than pleased beyond expectation. I give Josh TEN stars! Thank you so  much for your help and patients with us! I know we were not easy to work with ;)

I recently bought a 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport from Josh at Kearny Mesa Mitsubishi! I am a very busy person and a night worker. Generally speaking I sleep during the day and in normal business hours are just plain busy especially during the holidays . I found myself in need of a vehicle and Josh at Mitsubishi was the man.. he actually worked with me through email ! My credit is let's say less than perfect but Josh was able to find me financing anyway he was very straightforward about the process and I appreciate that very much. When I finally did work my way down to Kearny Mesa I was immediately impressed by the attitude of the sales staff.. I didn't feel pressured and was treated with respect.. My vehicle was delivered to my house which is about a 45 minute drive north from Kearny Mesa Josh was kind enough to stay late after work and deliver the vehicle personally. We drove him back only to find out that in conversation he's actually a real person.. Highly recommend Kearny Mesa Mitsubishi and specifically Josh!

We are happy about our car buying  experience with them. If you are looking for a Mitsubishi, I would like to recommend you to check with them. Josh is a genuine and decent guy we like to deal with. We went to test drive and left first time because we wanted to try others in the same segment. He had no problem even we were not ready to buy at that time, not like others who would push people or even laugh at their decision. In the end, he worked with us to get a deal and we went back to finish the sale.
BTW, he even helped us deliver the car to my place.

Bought a 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander here and Josh Bott made experience very easy and enjoyable. We went through the Costco auto program and Josh called us right away to discuss our needs and the program. He worked with us to get us the best car for our family. When we came down he had the car we were interested in ready to go and the whole process went fairly quickly which was great because we had a toddler in toe. He spent time going over the new car as well before we drove off the lot and even helped me connect my phone to the Bluetooth. Highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a high quality of service when choosing a new car.

Came here to get a recall on my Mitsubishi fixed at the service center. I made an appointment the week before, and was told that they had all of the parts and to come in between 8-10:30am today to get my car fixed, which would take around 3 hours. The appointment process was really frustrating (being transferred to voicemails, people telling me they couldn't help when they could, not being called back when promised, etc.), but was eventually set.

I show up at 10am, and am met by Ryan. He gets my information and all of the numbers from my car, and then tells me he isn't sure if they have the parts or not for my car. Seriously? He told me they might have run out... Why not call and inform the customer? He brings my car back to the service area, and comes back to tell me they don't have the part, but can get it... The only issue is they have to send someone to the South Bay location to get it, which, of course, adds an hour to my wait time. There is no courtesy vehicles for Mitsubishi drivers here, so I am stuck waiting or paying for a rental car (

Ryan assured me they would take my car back right away and start getting it ready for when the part arrived. I walked to a nearby bookstore for an hour, and when I walked by again, my car was still sitting in the driveway. Ugh. I came back after lunch and he told me they were already working on it.

Ryan then informed me that another customer came in with a weird sound in her car, so they sent the mechanic out to test drive it to see what was wrong. This means that they have stopped working on my vehicle. Ugh!

I'm still sitting here... Maybe someone will read this while I'm here and offer to pay for a rental car for me. ;)
