We purchased a car a year ago from Convoy and just bought out second one as well this week.  They are a no frills shop but if you are looking for a good deal this is the place to come.

Just bought a BMW 335i and it drives great. We made an appointment on Sunday even though he was closed he still opened. We went all the way from Redlands to San Diego and it was worth the drive. The service was great and the car selection was great. I already knew the car I wanted and once I drove it drove like a brand new car. Not even one scratch on it. Highly recommend this company.

Bought a car two months ago and loving it.  The price was right without paying retail. Hassle free experience.  Silvio was accommodating and helpful with whole transaction. Definitely referring friends and family.... Will go back next time I'm looking for another BMW.... Many thanks

Bought a car from them for what I thought was a great deal. I've only had the car for a month and have already had to put nearly $2000 into it because it has broken down on me twice (both times because they rebuilt it with non BMW parts). Hopefully this is the last of it but I would never buy from here again. Plus Silvio has never sent us the license plates so we can get the car registered in Texas. Because of this it has no registration or license plates right now

***Update***
Do NOT buy from this dealer!!!!! The repairs that have had to be done on my car because these mechanics did not rebuild it correctly, have outweighed the cost of a brand new BMW 328i!!

Just had to buy a whole new front subframe because the one that was on there was bent. I am gonna have to buy a new rear subframe because it is bent as well.

Parts are missing. Bolts are coming loose that are not "BMW bolts" so this is not covered under warranty.

**disclaimer: I didn't actually buy a car from this place. Review based on service received. **
The cars at this dealer are pretty nice except that they're salvaged but other than that, no complaints. I tried to buy a BMW from them but I couldn't get approved for a loan with a salvaged title. The owners of this place are super nice and really go out of their way to try and make you happy. I would recommend others to shop there!

Silvio, the owner, is a nice enough guy, he just doesn't keep his word.  I recently bought a car from him and we agreed (evidenced by numerous emails), I would purchase the car after he made certain repairs to it.  I knew better than to pay before all the agreed upon repairs were done.  However, I eventually got in a jam due to our family car failing smog and not being able to be registered.  I agreed to take the car before the last couple of repairs were completed.  Silvio was to notify me when the remaining parts he ordered came in and would install them for me then.  Ooops.

I'm now left with an expensive repair (replacing the entire shifter assembly), which was the most important thing he agreed to fix.  Before I gave him the money, he fixed several of the other agreed upon issues, though mostly cosmetic.  Later, I received an email stating he was just waiting for the parts he ordered from Ebay and would install the new shifter soon.  I thanked him for getting back to me (as he hadn't responded to a few of my previous emails inquiring about the shifter), and reiterated my wife couldn't drive the car until this critical repair was taken care of.  That was April 24, 2013.  The emails have stopped.

This is the first time I've been motivated to write a review on Yelp.  Hopefully I can save others from the same experience.  There are quite a few nice looking cars on his lot.  Just do your due dilligence, as many are salvage title or reposessed, which doesn't mean they're all bad...  just check them out extensively AND don't exchange $ before you get everything you've paid for up front.
