I have horrible credit and a repo on my record from letting someone use my name. My car was stolen and I needed to buy a new car.  I had no luck, no one wanted to work with me because of my credit and repo.  I strolled into Cielo Auto Sales and a 2010 Prius caught my eye. The salesman, Arturo, was EXTREMELY helpful. I feel like he went out of his was to help me finance this car and make it my'n. I definitely recommend this place! They have really helped me out.

This is a tough one. We were actually looking for the place next door by name. The guy made it seem like they were the same lot, kinda shady but whatev. This is business. The lot next door actually had the worst looking cars. We wanted something cheap but decent looking. My boyfriend fell in love with an Acura TL. Probably the best car on the lot. We were ready and willing to crunch some number but luckily, my bf's sister use to sell cars and knows what questions to ask.

There appeared to be back bumper damage at one point. It wasn't really lined up correctly so she asked for the carfax. Nothing on there suggested any accident. THEN, the valet trunk switch was missing. MISSING, like completely gone. & it was locked so there was no way to look in the trunk. He promised to fix it "no problem", but I'm just concerned that he got that car and never looked in the trunk. He didn't seem aware the switch was missing. What if there was a dead body or crime scene back there??? Left us feeling iffy so we decided to keep looking.

He was really nice. Took my number and said he would call once he fixed everything, but despite telling him we needed a car by Monday, I still haven't received a call back. It's Wednesday.

If you plan on coming here, make sure you take someone who knows about cars and car sales. Otherwise, don't bother.

Hi My Name is Cathy and I was actually referred to Arturo from Cielo Auto Sales by a family member that also had an AMAZING experience and bought a great truck from them. I just bought my car from Cielo Auto Sales in April 2014. It was an AMAZING experience to have worked with Arturo. I literally went in the first day and looked at what they had to offer, he had me pick my top 3 fav cars that I was interested in, By the 2nd day he basically let me know what i was qualified for, unfortantlly it was my 3rd option of the vehicle i wanted, i let arturo know that i didnt want to buy something i didnt really REALLY want, he did his job and made my dream come true, with my beat up credit , cause let me honest its not that great, but thanks to him i walked out the very next day with my FIRST option car 2008 Honda Civic in PERFECT condition! Of course i had to come up with more cash down , but I got my 1st option Car. He guaranteed everything with the car was ok and let me know if anything was wrong to go back since he had promised it was in perfect condition, i noticed the next day after i bought the car that the A/C wasnt working, Arturo let me know to take my car back in, he had it ready for me by within 2 days. Shows to be a man of his word. It was great doing business with him. My payments are great! My vehicle is PERFECT! Thanks for the AMAZING service Arturo! Highly recommend Cielo Auto Sales ! ***** FIVE STARS ON THE CUSTOMER SERVICE !

my intentions where to originally 2 or 3 star rating but as I wrote it out and thought about it , they They are Shady, Do your Self a Favor and Shop Around ALOT of Dealers before buying from this one

So I stopped in 2 Days ago to Look at Cars, The Had a OK selection, but there Prices are WAY over the Top. I really Like a 2004 Chevy Pick-Up, They are Asking $11k for, I checked it out and Went home I went Back Yesterday to look at it again and possibly Make an Offer. I was told the Best he Could do is is $10,200 if I Paid CASH.

So here is where my Problems Was, the Truck in EXCELLENT condition is Only Worth $8600 according to Kelly Blue Book. This Truck was No where near Excellent Condition, the Hood was Dented, the Passenger Side was Dented, the Clear Coat is Pealing on the Bed, the Tailgate won't open, the is Part of the Area around the Stereo Missing, the Bed is not the Original Bed on the Truck so I am sure it doesn't have a Clean Carfax, as this is a Good Sign that it has been Wrecked. On a Positive Side it has Nice Rims and Tires, other than that the truck is Average.

Ultimately He Could have Sold me the Truck for the BlueBook Price at $8600 which I was willing to Pay because he said he was into it for $7700 or So, it wasn't on the Lot a few days ago as I drive by the lot every day almost. So he Could have Made $900 in a Few days but he would rather hold out and Rip people off who don't know better.

He also Told me that Kelly's Blue Book pricing Doesn't Matter - To any bank financing the Vehicle it does, People with Perfect Credit it may not matter to but anyone with the slightest blemish on there Credit will not get approved for a Loan that is $3000 more than the Vehicle is actually worth according to Kelly Blue Book - But if he was a Reputable Car Dealer he Would know!

But Ultimately what discouraged me from gong any further with them was an outright LIE, where he tried telling my that he would have to Pay $1500 to any Finance Company to have the Vehicle Financed.... I know this is Not True.... Usually they Provide there Service for Free because they are making money on interest or any reputable Dealer will be getting a Small commission off the Loan.....

I am going to Guess that All the Positive Reviews are Paid or People they Know, Their 1st Review was done by the Owner, if they aren't Paid reviews then they where really desperate Car Buyers.....

At the End he really came off as a Slimy Car Sales Man taking advantage of people that don't have Stellar Credit

Crooks.  I paid off my car a year ago, and had to literally hunt the owner down to get my ownership title to the car.   A complete lack of any organization with the paperwork involved with buying a  car.  While I was making payments, they lost several payment receipts so I had to provide my copies to prove that I had in fact made the payments that they had lost.  And Amir's reasons for neglecting to send me my title?  He was "moving houses," or he was "so busy with car auctions," and it was my fault it took so long because I didn't call to remind him more.  If one thing is clear, it is that as soon as he has your money, he is done with you.  In his mind, his job is over as soon as your last payment clears.  I have never encountered a more dishonest, disrespectful, and corrupt person in my life.  Every ugly stereotype that exists for a slimy used car salesman is embodied to perfection by the people who work for this dealership.  Never. Again.  TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

Just bought my 2006 Nissan Murano and I love it! Arturo is the best and was very helpful to me and my fiancé. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you so much! They didn't pressure me into buying a car. I've been looking for this SUV and it was perfect timing too. They helped me get approved for financing which I thought would be pretty much impossible since I barely have credit. Arturo communicated very well with me and my fiancé. I didn't leave confused at all.

Just bought a 2005 Honda Accord Coupe LX and worked with Arturo! He is awesome! Very friendly, informative, and helpful. He didnt make me feel pressured to buy anything nor did I once feel harrassed. The whole experience was very easy and I would recommend definitely going to Cielo if you're in the market for a car. They have a variety of different makes and models on the lot. Arturo was very flexible and tried to get me the very best deal possible. I was very surprised with how quickly I was in and out of there. Usually it would take 5+ hours, but I was done and driving away in 3. He even gave me info for a good mechanic if I ever needed one. Thanks Arturo and Cielo Auto Sales. Loving the car so far!

This is my 2nd car that i bought from cielo. I really like auturo, but Amir can very rude. But i will say that he is an equal opportunity asshole.  He is  rude to everyone, but he makes sure you yet in a car that you love. What i love about them is that they don't harass me the day my payment is due which is nice.

Quality of cars- my first one was a bust. It ran and it got me places but i was disappointed in myself for not checking things over  with my mechanic first.

2nd- So far so good.  Just remember its a used car dealership, nothing is a 100%. Also,  if you want service with a smile, go see auturo he is an alright guy.

We have been to so many used car dealerships, close and far. Some are decent, some are just plain scary! The minute I spoke on the phone w Arturo, I felt at ease. He has excellent follow up. We bought our car there after a long search for a used car which in itself is not for the faint hearted! We are very happy w our decision to get our car at Cielo. Amir and Arturo worked w us to make sure to drive the car off the lot satisfied customers! To be fair, we are quite meticulous.  They were very patient and professional. If we need to get another used car, we will definitely come back!

I bought a car from this location on March 19th, 2013. My intial accounts of the owner, Mr. Arturo Rodriguez were well received. This dealership had a car that I was interested in. When I first spoke to the owner of the establishment he asked me 'Are you buying or are you financing?'. I told him I'm financing. I wanted to build my credit and thought financing a car would be a great way to do so. He had me fill out a credit application, even though I had no credit. After I was told I was approved for credit, I took the car for a test drive. The car rides smoothly on the freeway. Near the end of the test drove, the car made a really weird scruffing noise when braking. Mr. Rodriguez promptly said it would be fixed. After signing the paperwork, and putting my downpayment they pulled out some kind of cheap tactics on me saying 'They tried to get you into a Chevrolet Cavalier' was the most notable one. I guess in their attempt to lock in the deal. They then took the car away somewhere for like 30 minutes as they 'fixed' the noise when braking. When they brought back the car, they topped off all the fluids on the car, added motor oil, installed a pretty nice stereo, and explained the use of the remote for the stereo. I also founded out that the heater was turned on full blast? Why? I left as a satisfied customer, at first.... The first few days the car was great. But then I started experiencing issues with the transmission, a constant head jerking, jerk between gears. As this progressed, things got scary. My car would slam very loudly to first gear. Things got even more scary. While driving to work one day on the freeway, my car randomly slipped into another gear, and the Check Engine Soon light went on for a second, then went off. Although I have not been able to reproduce this very scary situation since it happened, I do not feel safe driving my vehicle. Especially when I'm taking my sisters to and from their activities. I'm also having a clicking sound when making a right turn. I'm afraid that this car is going to need a replaced transmission or a major rebuild. The car still runs, but I am not satisfied in putting my money into a product that is not in optimal running condition, and has caused scares for me when in operation. I really honestly believe that Mr. Rodriguez intentions were not to sell me a lemon, but there should be more accountablilty here. What I also founded out about this car after my purchase was under the cover for the spare tire was a Nevada license plate with a temporary tag from a Las Vegas Dealership called Any & All Auto Sales. No telling what the CARFAX will say about this vehicle. It is imperative to take the car on a test drive, and then have it inspected by a mechanic. Ask for the Carfax.
