I give Mo a 3.5... I put four because i have no way to give a half.. so I round up... I got a great SUV.. price was fair..Three weeks now.. I found some small problems, a few scratch's on front end I didn't see cause I always came at night.  and a stain on the seat.  Was not vacuumed very well, and found a cigarette burn in door handle.  The back of the drivers seat keeps popping off,, looks like the previous owners kids kicked the hell out of the seats.. that sucked   Mo and I had some difficulty on price, but we worked it out.  Overall I would recommend this place.  I'm sure not every car is perfect, but Mo seemed to be honest and fair.  I had outside financing.. worked out good for me.  Worth stopping by and taking a look.

Best car buying experience I have ever had. I have purchased a 2012 Toyota Venza from this place and I must say that the experience was really very pleasant. I drove all the way from the Irvine to see this car and they were very nice to hold it and showed their willingness to even wait for me after their regular office hours. Staff is really really nice and helpful. I must appreciate the way they handle the customers.

The car is really nice inside and out and the price was also decent. They helped me to complete the buying process in a quickly manner and hassle free. I must recommend this place to any one. Happy and glad that I visited this place.

I bought a car here in 2007.  About a year after I bought the car the paint started chipping.  Eventually enough paint chipped away so that I could see a poor bondo repair and some rust.

These guys buy cars at auction, patch up damage, and paint over it.  This car in particular, had a clean carfax too...very sketchy.  Buyer beware!

I just bought my second car from Mo at auto gallery.  The first was a 2002 BMW 325i.  It was in great shape.  I looked all over for this particular car.  All the other places I went, the cars with similar amount of miles on them had a bunch of obvious problems.    I got in this beauty, opened it up on the highway and knew immediately that it was a good car.  A year later, no problems.  Just oil changes and car washes.  I knew exactly where to go when it was time to get my next car.  I just got a BMW Z4.  I can't tell you how happy I am with the purchase and the service that I received here.  Mo and Roberto are both friendly, non-pushy, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are happy.  Don't let the small lot fool you.  Make this place your first and only stop!

I bought a 2000 Lexus gs300 from Moe 2 days ago and couldn't be happier. I had been looking all day, starting at the Qualcomm "Tent Sale" and also went to several other used luxury lots, dealing with dozens of douchey car salesmen. It was getting late and most places were closing down however I called in about their ad on Craigslist and Moe let me know that they were closed but said he'd meet me there if I was serious about buying a car. I met him up there and seen a car I liked, drove it,  and wanted to buy it.  The  price was right but as a fellow salesperson I knew I could negotiate a better price. Moe wouldn't budge and said their cars are priced to sell since they get most of their business from the Internet, which sounded like bullshit. Since this was the best deal I seen all day I bought it anyway.

Later that night I noticed my headlight was out and started to regret my purchase knowing that the xenon lights were expensive to replace and questioning the rest of the car.

The next day I came back to complain and Moe rode with me to auto zone and bought me a new $100 headlight which he personally installed that night. I did not expect him to do it [since the paperwork I signed did not hold him liable] and definitely didn't expect him to replace it that night.

All in all, Moe's a great guy. Very genuine, sincere, and will not pressure you. Auto gallery is a small lot with high quality cars that are well priced. I would highly recommend going there prior to any of the larger lots or "event". I still cannot find the car I bought online for a similar price without 2x the miles.

It's been 2 months now, so I figure that's a fair amount of time to wait after buying a car to leave a review. Mo was patient with me as I browsed the lot looking for the best deal possible. I was originally looking at a Lexus, but it was a bit out of my price range. Mo suggested a Mercedes C230 Kompressor that he has gotten in the night before and was drying from being detailed. I checked out the Carfax, drove the car, and it seemed like a good fit.

I decided to go ahead and buy it because the price was comfortable and it was in great condition, one owner, low mileage. My gripe here was that it was overpriced by about $1400 and there was no budging on price. I was in a position where I had a deadline to purchase a vehicle and couldn't afford to look around anymore, so there wasn't a whole lot I could do about that. It was less than I was expecting to pay for a car, so I was happy.

I noticed the following day that it seemed to be jumpy when switching gears, 1st to 2nd and vice versa. My friend told me that amount of hesitation is normal in that type of car so I didn't think much of it. Yesterday I ended up taking it into the mechanic and he diagnosed a slow transmission leak. I doubt Mo would have known considering he had just gotten the car the night before I purchased it, so I don't have any hard feelings, but my wallet is now $368 sadder. And on top of that, the sunroof just stopped working, too. Still, these are things you have to anticipate with a used car.

The process was time consuming, but pretty simple and Mo answered all of my questions and really did want to help me purchase the car (obviously he wanted to make the sale, but he wasn't pushy and seemed straightforward).

Last gripe, he didn't even fill the tank before selling the car! I mean, come on now, it costs $50 to fill the gas tank and it was at 1/4 tank. I was pretty insulted by that. Still, I would probably buy from this place again if necessary.

I was in search of a car for three weeks. My boyfriend and I went all around San Diego looking at different dealerships. We found a car online at Auto Gallery, but was hesitant to go there since it was not a franchised dealer. However Mo, who we dealt with, was great! He did not pressure us in any way. He was friendly and went out of his way to help us. When we bought the car, there was some confusion at the bank and he went the extra mile to reprint the paperwork for us. Very pleasant experience.

Buy at your own risk. They have cheap deals but the cars are usually very high mileage and may have "hidden" problems.

Back in 2009, I bought a 2003 explorer from them for $6k. Three months later I had to have the transmission rebuilt. Luckily I had purchased an extended service plan directly from Ford.

The sales guys were okay. Just be very aware of what you are buying and be sure to have your car double inspected!

For the last few months I had been waiting and looking within a 200 mile radius for just the right used Lexus. I finally found the perfect one at Auto Gallery! Great car inside and out! Car buying was always a scary process for me  and I can be a difficult customer to please-- a bad combination! I definitely gave Mo a hard time, but he was very patient, not pushy, and gave me an amazing deal. I'd recommend buying a car here to anyone.

I was in the market to buy a used car and they had a honda listed on their website for a decent price. I called the first time and was told to come and test drive it, got there in 30 mins and the car was "sold." few days later called a again to see if the sale fell through and he said the car was "sold" an hour ago. i thought strange Ill try in a few days and see what they say..I call 2 more times and each time the car was "Just sold a few hours ago".. strange I guess they magically made a duplicate of the car multiple times. I bought I used car from Toyota Scion on Mission Gorge..they were great..go there not this place!

I bought a used car there after looking all over San Diego for the car I wanted.  I found the best car for the money here!  It is always scary buying a used car but I scored here. Mo took great care of me and was able to get me the financing I needed easily.  I have been driving it for a couple weeks now and it is flawless.  Thank you so much for making it possible for me.  I highly recommend this place if you are in the market for a used car.

Decent dealer off of Midway Dr.  Parking is tough, only street parking across from the dealer and maybe if you steal a spot at the bar next door.   We parked across the street and made a dash like frogger across the road! hah

There seemed to be a nice selection of cars but we were only there to look at one.  The dealer was nice though.  Not pushy at all and he was really knowledgeable about the car's history.  He told us that a piece of the car had been repaired (which he didn't have to) and also told us what damage was on the car vs us finding out on our own.  The car was in really great condition, great interior, and threw only 1 minor code when I scanned the engine.

Price-wise, we got a good deal.  Now the 1st day the car got posted online it was at cheap price and then later they decided to raise it, we called about it and he said he would give it to us for the lower price.  They then bumped the price up afterwards.  So, we were walking out with a good deal without having to haggle.  

The damage on the car was something broken with a door handle, he said he would fix it however if he did then he would bump the price back to the more expensive.  I looked at it the repair and it's simple enough that I can do myself, so I told my friend to pass on that and take the lower price. That was whatever, I'd rather just have the lower price.

They do in-house financing and the whole process took my friend around 30-40 minutes.  The sucky part was that the car was all signed and done however it had not been smogged yet and because of that it was not ready to drive off the lot (cars need to pass smog when selling for the registration).  So we'll have to come make another trip here...minor inconvenience.

Just a good experience...nothing spectacular...Mellow dealer, good price, great car.
