Nothing but good things to say! Alfonso was our sale person he was just great! Very personable and knowledgeable great guy to have during the car buying process. Our family took a little trip to go pick up the car on Super Bowl Sunday which Sac Euro was about and hour and a half away for us so there was a little drive. When we picked up the car is was just as it was on their website except better because we got to drive it and it was really nice exceeded expectations which is why we drove it home. We came to Sac Euro for the price of the car because it was a good deal but we will definitely be back for the service. The whole process was really easy, Alfonso was nice and there was no BS you might get from some car people just real down to earth car buying experience, no pressure just easy. Anyways for whatever its worth for anyone else looking to do business with them my family and I recommend. Anyways I didn't intend to write this for others I just wanted to say thanks again!

My wife and I recently had the first car buying experience that we truly enjoyed.  We went onto the lot half expecting the stereotypical used car salesmen to come bounding out ready to try to over sell us.  We were drawn by an internet add  for a specific vehicle and were happy to find that it was there.  Alphonso Carballo walked out and greeted us respectfully and offered to answer any questions we might have.

Within a relatively short period of time we came to an agreement on price and bought the car, without having to haggle or play the "let me run this by my manager" game.  

We have never had a less stressful car purchase.  Alphonso made it nearly fun.

Greatest car buying experience ever!

In the past 10 years my wife and I have purchased 8 vehicles.  This was buy far easiest an most straight forward.  We agreed to an out the door price over the phone and we were in and out within 30 mins.  

However, that is not the is not why I am buy my next car from SacEuro when my daughter turns 16 next year.  I will be buying bc of their commitment to service.  

The car I recently purchased ended up having a few mechanical issues.  Amir, the owner, agree to have all the issues corrected without question.  More importantly, I live in the East Bay, SacEuro came down to pick up my car and provided me w a loaner at their expense.  Amir set proper expectations and kept me updated on a regular basis.

I look forward to partnering with them again.

I just bought an Acura TL from here. I had looked around more than 10 other dealer shops and searched online, no other place could beat their price. Dont use their service !After 4 days of service I had check engine light came on and called them they said they will charge me for checking.

Instead of going there again, I took car to Mercedes dealer they checked and found ac filter was not properly shut down while being serviced at sac euro so anyhow dealer fixed it but I had to pay the cost.

I was trying to save little money now, but I  ended up spending way more to get it fixed that was left unfixed by them.

I will not be using their service again.

Incredibly disappointed with my experience here. I came here to buy a car that I saw online and called ahead of time for them to have the car ready for me. When I arrive, I am greeted by two salesmen who were expecting us. When we test drove the car, the salesman assisting us was very pushy. An example, we wanted to look out the radio console and also test out the air conditioning. While testing out the air conditioning and heating, the salesman rushed us saying "You can drive now." After a 2 minute test drive (he insisted we just drive around the block and not go on the highway), we come back to the dealership and inspect the car.

WHERE IT GETS GOOD***-  The salesman tries to rush the sale and we notice the back door does not open on the car. He assures us it's the "child safety lock". Dude couldn't even get the door open on a supposed "great condition car". We tell him we are also looking at another car around this price range but has less mileage than this and ask him if they can negotiate the ticket price of the car. He straight up tells us "Then I guess you should just go buy that car then." We say ok and leave. WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THAT? Are you kidding? I refuse to support a business that neglects to care about their business and customers. But it's ok, Sacramento European service center- I'll take your advice and my CASH and spend it elsewhere. And don't worry, I'll also pass on your advice to my associates and peers and recommend they "just go buy their car" somewhere else.

The guys at Sacramento European are fantastic.  They've worked on our BMW 330ci, old BMW 750i, our Mercedes ML350, and even our son's Ford Escape.  They do excellent work and back up everything they do.  I had the front bushings replaced on my 330ci, and through no fault of their own, the part failed in just a few thousand miles.  They warrantied everything - parts and labor - and sent me on my way without paying an additional dime.  Sac Euro rocks!

Came in for my 30,000 mile tuneup after Econlube wanted to charge me 350 for my 2008 ford tauras. The jerks at Econlube had just changed my oil the week before and still were going to include an oil change in the price. Sacramento European Service Center took care of me only replacing what was needed and not charging me for the oil change.  They were finished in a reasonable amount of time and much cheaper than Econlube.  Its a nice feeling having trustworthy mechanics like the ones at Sacramento European Service Center.  I am very satisfied with there work!

They make automated phone calls (phone solicitations)  via information they garnish from Craigslist ads.  Businesses like these are why we have unneccessary Federal regulations such as the "Do Not Call" registry.   Their current return number is 916-333-5777.
