My daughter purchased a car from here. I unfortunately was not with her during the purchase. After her buying the car four days later engine light comes on. We take it to a volkswagon auto shop (considering its a VW beetle), two pages of issues come up. We took it back to "Progress" auto sales to show them the list of issues. The younger brother who was very nice, would have his mechanic look at it. We felt somewhat at ease. Upon picking up the car the other brother said they don't have to fix anything, but as a courtesy they fixed the brakes. (Which after, they asked for money.) The older brother also EXTREMELY rude went on to say Americans shouldn't be fixing German cars because they know NOTHING about them. Even the specialty place that fixes nothing but German cars. (By the way neither of these men were German, more like middle Eastern, or their Mexican mechanic in the back- not that I am negative about race but he definitely seemed to hate Americans) They cleared the errors on the car and "fixed" the wiring. Well now the beetle sits at the auto shop, after a few months, to find out the wiring was rigged! And now the transmission is out!  Over a few thousand in repairs!  Don't go here! Negative stars!!!

The owner is a pile, totally creepy, and when I bought a car things started going wrong a week later...I called him and he yelled at me, and told me everything was working the week earlier so it wasn't his problem. He's as shady they come. You've been warned.
