Established in 2013.

Our Niello FIAT store opened in July 2013, and is part of the Niello Company.  The NIello Company has been serving Northern California since 1921 and Sacramento since 1955.

Bought a Fiat 500L here last weekend after visiting basically every dealership in the metro area. The Salesman (Justin, I believe) was new, but was the friendliest, easiest to deal with, and most non-creeper of every other salesperson that I dealt with during my shopping excursion. I would go back there in a heartbeat.

I was in the market for a more gas efficient vehicle and my fiance suggested a 500e, the all electric car. I needed to wrap my head around the idea of being limited to the range and having to charge it instead of getting gas. The thought started growing on me only because my full size truck was giving me trouble on my commute to work.
I contacted Niello via email and Thaddeus responded. I asked him questions and he provided prompt answers along with additional information.
We went into Niello to "look" at the 500e and take it for a test drive. We met with Thaddeus and he already had the car I wanted out and ready for a drive.
It didn't take much time or any pushing from Thaddeus to make the decision to take it home with us!!
Thaddeus and Natalie were very friendly and helpful during the overall process and we are thrilled to have our all electric car!! It is so much fun to drive to work (or anywhere else) in my 500e!! Getting free electricity is great too!!

I wanted to take a minute out of my super fun Saturday to say thank you to Nathan Holland and Andrew Lyon for their exceptional customer service and sales help yesterday. I haven't walked into a dealership in over 20 years because it all seemed too much, too stressful, too scary.. They made it so easy, they were super helpful, knowledgeable and willing to make sure we went home with the car I wanted. It was a big step for me. I really wanted an environmentally sustainable vehicle and adding the 500e to our household is a perfect fit. We are having so much fun and are 100% pleased with the deal we made, the car we are driving and the fun we are having driving it. It's even fun to charge it!! If you decide to go down make sure to ask for Nathan and Andrew! Those two are the best, really, in every way.

Sadly a terrible experience shopping for a car at this dealership. Expect to be subjected to the endless BS sales tactics the "sales manager" throws at you when you clearly try to negotiate a fair price. Go to Auto Nation in Roseville instead, much lower pressure and straight forward sales approach makes a world of difference.

If I could give this place a "0" stars I would in a heartbeat...

We had to take in my fiat for some warranty work and they are absolutely rude...made us wait for Over 3 hours for a simple
Oil change. And still had to have us come back for the rest of the work that needs to be done...

I don't understand how if it's a fiat dealership they only have one technician...

We kept scheduling appointments online (they're website offers the ability to make appointments online) and we were more than half way there, I call them to let them know we are running about 5 minutes behind, and the guy on the phone tells me my "request" never actually went thru and I have no appointment... So the next day we called to reschedule and they have nothing for over a week...keep in mind this was the 4th time we try to schedule with them and for some reason they keep canceling...

Shannon the appointment setter has done nothing to help us out after having such horrible experience with them...I'm not even going to get the rest of the work done with them...

THEY ARE A JOKE!!!

I'm just going to chose to drive over an hour to go some where else!!!

I wish my boyfriend and I were actually physically closer to Niello Fiat. We live in San Francisco and have had an endless amount of issues with the Fiat of San Francisco related to multiple service repairs on a brand new car.  My boyfriend actually called every single Fiat in the San Francisco area to get a 3rd opinion on how our car "repairs" have been handled. Niello was by far the most helpful Fiat location, specifically Matthew. Although this was just over the phone, he approached our problem with honesty, empathy, and just all around pleasantness. Trust me - after dealing with Fiat Resolution / Fiat SF for the past month (almost every day) it was such a relief to actually find a location that seemed to care. If our car problems continue to persist, we may even make the drive out to Sacramento to see Matthew. This is how car dealerships should function. Be honest and helpful people and your customers will actually respect you and be your best advocate / advertisement.

I recently found the Fiat 500e of my dreams that I had been searching for.

From the first time I spoke with Andrew Lyon, I knew I was dealing with a professional establishment. He spoke to me politely and showed interest in getting me to purchase the vehicle, but not through any fancy gimmicks, just honor and knowledge of the vehicle. Logically, it would be in any sales manager's interest to sell a vehicle, but keep in mind, Andrew did not show the slightest bit of interest in personal gain. He never seemed pushy or greedy to sell, only carefree to ensure a fair deal and gain a pleased customer. He did just that.

I was very delighted in the way Andrew handled all my questions and concerns and would undeniably recommend Niello Fiat to anyone considering a purchase. After going over some details about my Fiat with Andrew, he did not hesitate in giving me his mobile number should I have any questions in the future.

Andrew and I finalized some of the details and he gladly answered loads of questions that I had. At the same time in doing so, he was extremely helpful in answering all my questions. He gave me that reassurance which led me to purchase the vehicle through his place of employment, Niello Fiat. I felt like a bad rash on Andrew's  back that would not go away from each and every one the questions I was asking but NEVER throughout the sale did Andrew ever sound unconcerned, rude or fed up. As a matter of fact, he was the exact opposite, pleasant, satisfying and a joy to work with. I must confess to the following: The level of service Andrew rendered in selling me this car was 110% the reason why I bought from this particular dealer, absolutely extraordinary customer service all around.

As a consumer, I believe customer service is the foundation and key to any successful business. Andrew and Niello Fiat as a whole entity not only possess these skills, but they meet and surpass them. I understand why anyone would be skeptical about purchasing a vehicle anywhere with salesmen who come off as snakes, but Andrew is far from all of that. All I can affirm to any

- Friendly and professional environment, it almost feels like you know the whole dealership already for years

First I dread going to any car dealer, even more than the dentist..today was one of those dreaded days...my first visit for my first oil  change and tire rotation.. Yes it comes with the purchase of the 500 l we bought, but hey the experience is usually anything but free and pleasent..well to my jaded surprise Mathew Reese and his team were the most pleasent helpful group I have ever met...after about two minutes I felt extremely at ease and confident that this is where I will always go to buy my cars and have them serviced...thank you very much .....and yes a quick car wash/ detail , free was also included...salude guys.....

We had been car shopping for a few days...ugh! The experience dealing with other dealerships was less than pleasant. There were quite a few options of what we wanted to purchase however, we knew that our son's heart (and hubby's) was set on a Fiat 500. So off we went to Niello Fiat. Nathan was amazing. Everything you think about the process of purchasing a car (hassle, chased down by salesmen, lied to, bait and switch game, SHARKS) you can toss out the window when you walk in. Super professional atmosphere that took the buying experience to a whole new level.

We purchased a Fiat 500 Sport. Nathan treated my family with the utmost of dignity and respect while addressing all of our questions. AND the car is super cute and fun!

(now if I could just afford the adjacent Maserati I would be set!)

All I can say is if you are going to buy a fiat and you don't go to Niello you are just nuts. First off we absolutely love the car and the deal we got from there and usually the dealership is done then. We had the first problem with the car the other day while I was in Reno. My wife had just gone and stocked up at costco on a 100 degree day and the car stalled and wouldn't start. To say my wife was upset would be an understatement. $300.00 dollars worth of food in the car and blocking the turn lane. I called Matthew at the service department and he personally delivered a replacement car, helped my wife load the groceries and waited for the tow truck.. Now granted my wife was lucky enough to be close to the dealership but for Matthew to do this was beyond any call of duty for a service manager. And for that I will always be thankful I went to Niello for my car purchase.

My family has been going to a Niello dealership since 1969 when my father bought his first Porsche. Since then I have seen the branding of many more dealerships under the Niello name but the central premise of a fair deal, outstanding customer service, honesty and respect has never changed. Last weekend I leased a Fiat 500e from the Fiat/ Maserati dealer. I'm sure they would rather sell a $130,000 car than a $199/month lease but they took as much time with me as anyone looking at a Maserati. I commend their ethics and professionalism and will continue to support business that puts customers ahead of numbers.

I can't say enough good things about this dealership and more importantly about our sales associate David Engles. I've bought a LOT of cars over the years and he's by far the most thorough, honest and attentive one I've ever worked with. I've used Yelp for years and never have bothered to write a review until now. I was so impressed I just had to take the time out of my busy schedule to compliment him. You will not be sorry if you let him take care of you.

Matt in service is amazing as well. They are the true Dynamic Duo! :)

On a side note I bought a 500e (all electric Fiat 500) and it is amazing. I'm a car nut and have owned several track cars, luxury cars, beaters, you name it. This car simply is a great commute/city car. Quick, quiet, cheap to own (no more gas, free charging all over the place, no oil changes, cool phone app allowing you to communicate with your car, and so on) and it drives fantastic. Go green! Drive one and you will be hooked! Top Gear loves it, Matt Farah (The smoking tire.com ) loves it too and many other car enthusiast love it.

We had been looking to purchase a Fiat 500C for several months when we learned that Niello was becoming a Fiat dealer.  Andrew Lyon seemed to know just what we were looking for and steered us to a new 500C fresh off the transport truck.  Within the hour we had signed the papers, had a bit of celebratory Prosecco, courtesy of Andrew,  and were off cruising topless down Fulton Avenue.  Even with Niello's growing pains of acquiring the Fiat franchise just the week before, we found the whole car buying process a pleasure.  We couldn't be happier.
