No bad....noy bad at all.i came here because my boyfriend begged me to come here with him. I don't really like hunting that was the bad part about going for me personally only because it was hard for me to look at all these animal heads. I felt like they were all staring at me. The good thing about this show is that they have multiple buildings for multiple types of hobbies that people have. My boyfriend was in man heaven. He wants to come again next year and I probably will as long as I don't eat before I see all those heads staring at me. They did have great deals on camo and great deals on gun safes. Next time I will come a lil bit more prepared, and in shoes that are a lot more comfortable, because what I did not anticipate was that we would be walking from building to building to building. But it was nice it was nice to get to know what my boyfriend likes and what a huge red neck he really is. And maybe next time we'll go and we'll get to buy him a trip to somewhere to kill something somewhere far far away.

My husband and I came here on the first day, a Thursday. I haven't been to one of these in years. I really didn't know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised with the variety of outfitters from all over the western globe. I almost bought a new kayak and will definitely be looking into a solar generator and a different metal detector. My husband and I originally went to look at fishing gear. Neither one of us has fished in 20 years, and we think it's time to do it again.
I was disappointed with the lack of vendors for the less expensive items like knives, gun accessories, camping gear, etc. There were a few of those booths, just not as many as I remember.
Still, the demonstrations were informative and there was a lot to look at. I'd go back next year.

Great show and a lot to see, so give your self some time to walk around to see everything.

Hunters, anglers, falconers, kayakers, campers, white trash, back woods, hippies.

THE LARGEST Sportsmen's show in America.  AND IT"S RIGHT IN OUR BACKYARD!!!

Great show with plenty of seminars, kids events, experts, rods, reels, boats, jerky, duck calls, and MUCH more for sale.

Fishing, Hunting, what have you trips/lodges/excursions.

Lest I forget about the Dock Dogs.
