Reviews on Enterprise Car Sales

Enterprise has a good, diverse selection of cars, so most everyone will be able to find what they're looking for. And if the exact car you want isn't in stock, the staff will be highly responsive towards working with you to locate it or a good alternative. Speaking of the sales staff, I agree with those who have stated they're friendly and knowledgeable -- they really are.

With all that said, car buying can still be a dicey endeavor.

When the terms and conditions of our initial deal were presented to me, I felt quite strongly that it favored Enterprise -- at my expense -- by an unacceptable margin. Learning of my dissatisfaction, Jeremy, the sales manager, came to bat for me to make things right. He eked out a new deal, one that I think, was much more reasonable. This demonstrated that they're smart enough to understand customer satisfaction is more important than securing a deal that weighs heavily in their favor.

So, do your homework, keep your eyes wide open, be prepared to WALK if you don't like the deal you're offered, but in the end, I'm comfortable recommending Enterprise Car Sales.

I had a very positive experience with the salesman Ryan. We did a pre-approval so that when my husband and I got there all we would have to do is test drive and sign. He kept us updated on all aspects until the day of our appointment. He found me a deal on an Suv for the same price as a sedan when I mentioned I would like an suv but probably could only afford a sedan. He seems like he genuinely cares what the customer needs.

Then we spoke with Jeremy who did not pressure us into a loan and wanted us to make sure the monthly payments were a fit for us financially. We had to think on it but, I will definately be purchasing here in the future. The cars are quality for a good price and the customer service is excellent, what a refreshing combination for a car dealership!

My mother and I came here to get a trustworthy car after dealing with all the shit that comes with car shopping. We met with Graham, who sold her her current car. Graham's a very cool dude, very friendly. He genuinely wants to sell people a solid car that will work. I was all ready to give this place 5 stars after I test drove and found a car I wanted. They said it'd be available in a day, they just had to drive it out to the lot and get the paperwork.

A day passed and the car wasn't available. Graham apologized, fine whatever it's not his fault, but it is the manager's. They said once the car was available they would definitely deliver it to our place. And that it should be ready the next day or something.

Next day was still not available. Long story short the car came at the end of the week, and only after we insisted that they drop it off. They came around 6pm or something. Signed a shit ton of paperwork. Turns out the car was about $5000 more than listed thanks to the warranty and some other Responsible Adult Important Car Shit I have no clue about. So we weren't too happy about that.

The car is okay. It runs about as well as expected, though it seems to have slightly poor traction. Hyundais aren't the top of the line exactly so it's fine. It looks alright but a little too Prius-y for my tastes. If I had the choice to wait and pick another car I probably would but I need a fuckin car. Not docking a star off for that cuz that one's on me. But yeah, I'd say overall I just don't like the false promises that a lot of these places try to pull on customers. 3.5 stars.

Graham Devey was a very good car salesman but also seemed very genuine! He seemed honestly excited, happy and easy to talk to. He was very proficient in his work and consistent in helping and calling back! Nothing negative to complain, the other guys there also seemed just as nice!

We went here to look around after looking at new cars. We noticed the car prices were about the same as the car prices of brand new cars.  When we asked the sales person why they were the same price he threw up his hands and said "Well you didn't tell me you were looking for a new car!"

We left immediately after that.

If I could rate it ZERO, I would. We arrived around 6pm and this is our second trip. Dustin greeted us and it was a very warm welcome. We were then handed off to Jeremy, the finance manager. He seemed friendly at first but rushed the whole paperwork process. He was very impatient and rude, not easy to communicate with. He was not thorough with answering my questions. As he went over and explained the entire initial forms, he seemed to not have any knowledge of what he was discussing for us to sign. This is not the first time I've gone through the "buying a car" process and this one was very UNPLEASANT.

I found this place on Yelp and browsed their website for a car of my interest. I submitted an inquiry and a few hours later received an email from one of the sales managers. We later spoke over the phone and he explained thoroughly the quality of vehicles they sell, as well as all that Enterprise has to offer to their customers. The online application was painless and within a few days, I was approved. I was a little skeptical because I've been through the whole "pre-approved" scheme in the past and when I took the time to go to the dealership  they tried to persuade me to purchase something I didn't want and way beyond my budget.
So I went anyways this past weekend and connected with Steve. He was very friendly and through the whole process I never was rushed or pressured. I was there for maybe 2 and a half hours and left with the car that I had committed to a few days prior.
I left the lot with a nice 2013 Mazda 3 and I could not have asked for a better experience. I will definitely be referring everyone there. Theses guys give car sales a whole new reputation.

Thank you Enterprise!

Very happy with my purchase of a 2013 Toyota Yaris.  Graham Devey (sales) was kind, patient, listened, and had a great wealth of knowledge.  He was not pushy and not arrogant.  Chris in finance was straightforward and honest.  Together Graham and Chris helped me get the car I wanted and made it a positive experience!  I highly recommend Enterprise if you are looking for a non stressful buying experience.

I bought a low miles 2013 Volvo S60 and it was the best car buying experience ever!  Seriously, if you're gonna buy car, go there.  They are super patient, really friendly without being pushy and very informative.  I worked with Graham and Jeremy and they are the best.  Stress free (as far as it can be) and pleasant. Super happy with the process.... and the car :)  whEEEEEEEEEE!

Wow. I bought a 2012 Chrysler 300 here last week and had the BEST car buying experience I've had to date (bought 5 cars from dealers now with this latest purchase).

I worked from almost start to finish with Steve, who was far more of a help than I expected. He gently steered me away from a car I was looking at and into a much better deal; but most importantly, he constantly checked my wants and needs as he was making his suggestions. I never once felt like I was being "sold." No pushy stuff. For over a week I stayed in phone/email contact with Steve and got prompt answers to all my questions/concerns. They work in a team environment so at a couple points I worked with some other members and it was nice to see they genuinely share business, no cutthroat nonsense going on here.

As far as price goes, they sell at Blue Book and they buy at Blue Book. No haggling, no ripping off either. You're not going to get the deal of your life but you're able to shop without the paranoia of getting ripped off.

I'm not often inspired to hop on here and review stuff, but these guys deserve it. GREAT service. I'd recommend these guys all day every day.

Just purchased a 2010 extremely clean Chrysler Sending and was great price. Very professional and fast. I would defiantly buy from them again. Thanks so much for restoring my faith in car sales again.

Steve was very consistant and kept following up with us on different cars that fit our needs. The Guy that did our appilication got a little pushy on offering us a warranty when my husband kept telling him now. Other than that go see Steve.

A few years ago I was surprised to learn from my nearest branch that Enterprise has a car sales lot.  I assumed the cars would be beat up rentals and undesirable, but the rental agent said it's something like only the top 2% of their fleet that makes it to sales.

I went to check it out and was glad to see that many different types of cars were available and were in very clean, like-new condition.  I was also impressed to hear the cars carry a warranty for, I think, a year.  There were more benefits that I cannot recall at the moment.  I liked the "no haggle" aspect too.  I guess if you are an exemplary haggler this would not be attractive to you, but I like to know I am getting the best price I can get... that I could not have gotten a better price just by presenting a better or more forceful argument.

I ended up not buying a vehicle at that time, but would consider it in the future.  I would also recommend this place as one of the resources to check for those on the market for a used vehicle.

What I really want to encourage, though, is some out-of-the-box thinking.  My partner's former employer needed a large truck, like an industrial sized flat bed.  The owner was not looking forward to shelling out, if I recall correctly, in the neighborhood of 100K for a new vehicle of this sort.  I recommended my partner mention Enterprise Sales to the business owner because not many people are aware that a. Enterprise sells cars and b. rents large trucks and c. sells large trucks.  He was able to get a gently used commercial flatbed truck for something like 35K-40K-- a huge, huge savings.  In retrospect, I probably should have asked for some sort of finders fee!

My point is, for some businesses right now this sort of price savings could mean the difference in keeping an employee or laying one off, of staying in business or closing up shop.  So remember to think of unconventional places too when considering where to get goods and services.
