Well...I called and set up an a time to come in on the 23rd of December 2014....before I even went I told them my situation....a new job, bad credit....they said they don't go by credit and I would get a car for $99 down....well I went there and was told I had to many collections on my CREDIT REPORT....they would not help me unless I came with about $1000 down...so I was lied to...wasted my time that I could have been looking for another place that would work with me...if they knew I would not qualify for a car for $99 when I told them my situation they should have told the truth...I hate being lied to.

I wouldn't go into an establishment that desecrates our American flag in front of their business to begin with. It's hung about 3' from the ground, it's filthy and torn and mangled. Disgraceful!

And as to your response, blaming windy weather, I drive by your lot every day and it's been that way for a long while. I wouldn't have complained if it had been otherwise. Please educate yourself on proper respect:

a.     The flag should never be displayed with the union down, except as a signal of dire distress in instances of extreme danger to life or property.
b.    The flag should never touch anything beneath it, such as the ground, the floor, water, or merchandise.
c.     The flag should never be carried flat or horizontally, but always aloft and free.
d.    The flag should never be used as wearing apparel, bedding, or drapery. It should never be festooned, drawn back, nor up, in folds, but always allowed to fall free. Bunting of blue, white, and red always arranged with the blue above, the white in the middle, and the red below, should be used for covering a speaker^s desk, draping the front of the platform, and for decoration in general.
e.    The flag should never be fastened, displayed, used, or stored in such a manner as to permit it to be easily torn, soiled, or damaged in any way.
f.      The flag should never be used as a covering for a ceiling.
g.    The flag should never have placed upon it, nor on any part of it, nor attached to it any mark, insignia, letter, word, figure, design, picture, or drawing of any nature.
h.    The flag should never be used as a receptacle for receiving, holding, carrying, or delivering anything.
i.      The flag should never be used for advertising purposes in any manner whatsoever. It should not be embroidered on such articles as cushions or handkerchiefs and the like, printed or otherwise impressed on paper napkin or boxes or anything that is designed for temporary use and discard. Advertising signs should not be fastened to a staff or halyard from which the flag is flown.
j.      No part of the flag should ever be used as a costume or athletic uniform. However, a flag patch may be affixed to the uniform of military personnel, firemen, policemen, and members of patriotic organizations. The flag represents a living country and is itself considered a living thing. Therefore, the lapel flag pin being a replica, should be worn on the left lapel near the heart.
k.     The flag, when it is in such condition that it is no longer a fitting emblem for display, should be destroyed in a dignified way, preferably by burning.

So, I'm answering back to your response. I'm on talk2us@carhop.com , and all I see is another bad review on how other victims are dissatisfied with this website. Did you suggest this so I could read more of the shitty work Car Hop does? I think and hope all that has bought a car here, and reads this, goes to the BBB, or something to get this establishment shut down! As if we don't have enough hagglers in the automotive business.. Car Flop decided to join in!
There is no star... But had to put one just to get this posted

I can't understand how you tell a person to come in at 10:15 on a Saturday morning, and your lot is closed. I call the main line and they can't even understand why you're not open. You have people waiting outside during supposed business hours, with locks on your gate. Plus,  your location of choice is horrible. But, reading the other reviews, I see I dodged a major bullet.

Well glory to God!  Just got off the phone with Julie, a Carhop representative and thanks to her my problem is resolved.  I am so happy that they DO have good people working there.  I am just sorry that I had to post the previous posts.  So I am a happy camper again and thank you Julie.

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE, IT WILL BE THE WORST INVESTMENT OF YOUR LIFE! !! The ENTIRE company is shady from the RUDE manager Vee, their fake mechanics, and the finance company. They told me I needed a wheel alignment and a tire sensor, because the abs and check engine light was on. They assured me they'd fix it. After my car was in their shop off and on for 4 7days out of the 62 days I had the car. They forced me to make my 403.00 payment even though the car was  in their shop majority of the time.  After there mechanic lied to me about fixing the car...It was still driving rough. I paid and got my own diagnostic check and to No surprise they gave me a extensive list of things wrong with car. It's was a 06 black Pontiac Grand Prix, very nice on the outside.  But come to find out the transmission was going out, the abs system needed to be replaced, needed tire Barrons,  had oil leaks, needed motor mounts, wheel alignment,  needed power steering pump, and the list goes on.......I had to complain to BBB in order to get my down payment back. I was still out of 806.oo for my two monthly, and I had to make a payment 2 weeks after I bought the car. Not to mention the fact that I gave them 100 down to hold the original car I wanted and they claimed they didn't have the title to it yet.  Came back a week later to see how much longer it would be and the car was gone (sold). Also I feel that they are racists at that location and they purposely sell the good cars to the Hispanic customers. VERY SHADY AND UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY!

They should change the name to CarFlop.  I bought a car here and I've never gotten my vehicle registration or my tags.  It's been over 6 months now and this is clearly their responsibility.

All my phone calls and Emails go unanswered.  I am filing a complaint with the State of California Attorney General's Office.  They need to be body slammed!!!

If I could give a half star I would not give it.  This car lot is a setup for failure off the get go..  I've seen three unsatisfied customers with buyers remorse.  The cars are from. Ttade in from other car lot that don't meet the standards of high quality vehicles.  The cars atr dirty.. the iinstrest /apr is 25 - 28 %. NEED I GO ON????? E.  your payments are 450. Mo for 18 months.  BUT IT GETS BETTER FOR WORSE ..They told me I don't have to have FULL. INSURANCE ON the car. Really there's a financial lien holder.  Really!!!! ..I could go on but my phones dying.   DON'T DO IT

If I could give it zero stars I would. This place is such a rip off, and the worst part is the employees make it sound as if they are trying to help you. I accompanied a friend who's car broke down and needed a car the same day and the entire experience was horrible. They took all day to finally come attend us, made us fill out all kinds of stupid papers that really had no relevance to our purchase at all. They make you out in all your information unlike other places that do it for you. The two women I met that worked there tried to act and dress like they were professional, but they really weren't. They treated my us with such bad service, they gave us short answers that did not answer any of our questions, rolled their eyes and really treated us like we didn't matter and the only reason we still got a car from them was because it was an emergency. I REALLY STRESS GOING TO ANOTHER PLACE, THIS BUSINESS IS A TOTAL WASTE!
