I recently purchased a Honda Pilot from Car Expo Auto.  The sales managers were professional and reasonable during negotiations for my trade-in.  They were creative with the transaction to get me as much as possible for my trade-in.  I also came ready with my own financing, but at the last minute the lender raised their rate, so Car Expo secured financing at the rate I was originally quoted by my previous lender.  The Honda Pilot was well priced and it is a pleasure to drive.  Once I got home, I realized that I had left my i-pod and garage door opener in the glove compartment of my trade-in.  I called them next day and they FedEx'd the i-pod and opener to me free of charge!  These guys were great from beginning to end.

Are you fucking kidding me. Are you kidding me right now.

I went to this place on Monday. My car got totaled a couple weeks ago so I need a new one. This place had good deals and had the type I wanted. I arrive on the lot and find my fucking dream car. It's a 2002 Mitsubishi Eclipse, with a V6 engine. Oh yeah, I know they're gonna read this review so I want to make it clear exactly who the hell this is.

I took the car for a test drive. Awesome. This car is mine. We go in the office, put some money down for the car, say we can pick it up when insurance comes thru probably on Thursday. We can most definitely afford to buy this car. The guy was cool, all the employees there were cool. They *seemed* like the type you could trust. I guess my first clue should've been that they all dress in fucking T-shirts and shorts. Don't buy cars from non-professionals. In fact don't buy anything from them.

So. Today is Wednesday. Guess the fuck what. They sold my car. They sold it. We gave the manager the check for the down payment, he asked if he could cash it, we said sure, he said he'd "hold on to it." Which I guess in double-talk means something like, "Yeah I'm just gonna wait to see if someone else comes in sooner who wants the car so I can sell it to them. Because I can't fucking wait one more day to get this car off my lot." So there goes my car. Thanks a fucking lot you piece of shit.

In conclusion, you guys can all go fuck yourselves.

I had been car searching and found a deal next door at choice auto on a 2005 Camry. I saw they had a 2004 Camry for cheaper but higher milage. I still wanted to check it out so I walked over since I was next door. A younger guy came out and was real nice, asking me if I'd like the keys to see it. He went in to grab the keys and an older gentleman (maybe his father) came out and told me to go back to choice auto and figure out if I want that one or not first. WOW! I didn't even make my mind up if I wanted that one or not but he lost my business. I went back and left with the other Camry.

WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.  If zero stars were an option, it would still be too much.  The truck broke down the morning after it was taken home and although it was repaired, the manager Matt considered it "doing us a favor."

They charged us for add-ons that weren't even included, and though they used KBB to build the price, when challenged about the non-existent additional extras, Matt advised me that he didn't care about KBB.  Strange as he was quick to produce it when selling the truck.  When advised that I will report him to the Better Business Bureau Matt replied, "I don't care pal."

So we have a truck without the additional extras and Matt was rude and completely unprofessional in his manner and approach while I was trying to deal with this issue.  This is the type of Used Car dealership which gives all the others a bad name.  Unfortunately this is stereotypical of this type of business and these guys should be put out of business.  BE WARNED, DO NOT NOT NOT NOT USE.

I recently picked up an amazing toyota corolla with the lowest price plus decent mileage on , and to find out every car has a carfax report plus is in remarkable shape including my corolla . Hands down the most honest used dealership on fulton and had the best reviews.. Now I know why thank you guys :)

I recently purchased my first used car from a dealership and had the best experience at Auto Expo! Suhill greeted my husband and I and answered all of our questions. We felt absolutely zero pressure, which is what I was afraid of when going to a dealership. We already had a vehicle in mind and found exactly what we needed there, we got to test drive it, got a great deal and drove off in that car. They worked with the budget we presented to them and found us the right bank that would work with that. A few weeks later and I received the statement from my bank charging us exactly what they told us at the Auto Expo...I would buy another car from here again! Thank you Suhill and staff!

I bought a 2009 Toyota camry from car expo auto and they gave me a really good rate and great price. They were really nice people. They weren't pushy at all probably because I came in with my dad. Very friendly people and funny as well. My dad wanted to make sure all was well with the car so the they let us take the car for a pre-purchase inspection. Everything was perfectly fine with it. Just minor things that could be adjusted and the guys at car expo did that for us. For being a used car dealership they really keep their cars in very good condition. They even filled up our gas tank!! Well only cause I noticed that it was at E. Overall it was a nice experience with these people they were all very helpful and I'm glad I bought my car from them.

Customer service was good(only because they knew they were making a sale) but was lied to about the car maintenance , no oil change no new brakes, tires weren't replaced, 2days after I bought my car failed to be drivable they agreed to only pay hlf for the work to be done, basically I rebuilt this whole car myself after I bought it.. Replaced so many things and it's only been about 7 months, save your $ and go somewhere else. Trust me or buy now and cry later.

Don't come here, waste of your time. The people who work here are rude and it took 20 minutes before someone could help me, when it looked like they were doing nothing in the inside. And the pictures online look much better in person. Majority of the cars on the lot were dead, which was an inconvenience. They had to jumpstart the car I wanted to look at but wouldn't let me go for a test drive unless I agreed with the price.. Since they bullshit the car online and when I called they gave me false information, I figured they would at least lower the price than what they asked. He started getting angry and giving me attitude. He told me to get out of his car and leave.  And as I was driving away the employees standing outside cussed me out and flipped me off. TALK ABOUT UNPROFESSIONAL . Stay far away from this place. These kind of people don't deserve to have a business running.

I just purchased a new vehicle here with these guys .... Suhill and crew.
Very nice experience compared to other dealers even major dealers. Yes as a shopper we know before hand that a seller always try's to take the upper hand. On and In every way possible. So u are always defensive. But here they are honest and upfront. Yes you know you are going to drop some money when you are buying QUALITY anything ... However here you do not have to compromise. Prices are fair ... But again if you are looking for quality. Price is just a number. Even though they will go out of their way to accommodate you into something within your reach and even go the extra mile to help you get that car you are looking for.  Come and find out for yourself.  Take the challenge to find a better way of buying a car. "Good things happen to good people".

Very excellent customer service. Ask for suhill he is very customer friendly. I came in not knowing what I want and bought a Honda Civic with very good miles. They really made me feel comfortable. I am pleased with my new car and customer service here. If you need a new car I would not hesitate to come here and purchase a vehicle. This will be the place I go for buying a new car in the future.

I would buy from them again.
Long story short, they had a very unique vehicle that Id been looking very hard for.  I stopped in and spoke with Manny, we took it for a drive around the block and I bought it.  I was in and out in less than an hour.  Manny was very honest about the vehicle and it's history, also about my vehicle (that I'd get more money if I sold it on Craigslist, tho he'd love to buy it).  He had the Carfax ready and even a 3rd party mechanics inspection.  There were a couple issues with the vehicle (it had only been on the lot for a few hours), he was quick to fix them and even helped me get 4 brand new tires at wholesale.  I didn't haggle on price, as I knew there was a short line of people jumping at this particular vehicle, and it was a fair price.

Anyhow, I found them all to be straight shooters and it was one of the easiest vehicle purchases I've ever made.  and I love my new truck!

Prior to this purchase, I had dealt with a "Mo" and an "Eric", and found them to be honest, though I didn't buy from them at those times.

Do NOT go to this place. I don't usually write reviews on anything but I had to for these guys. I bought a 2007 BMW 335i here in February with a "clean" carfax and everything. They rushed me into taking a deal with them when they were closing at a 12% interest rate... Anyways 3 months after getting my car both the turbos went out and the bill was about 4k$. They pretty much sold me a lemon from the start, and I was naive enough to fall for it. I don't know how these guys can sleep at night.

Update - My bf ended up purchasing the same car except in newer & in better condition at Carmax where they gave him no problems with financing. So this BS excuse that the "owner" gave about not being able to finance is false. Also the guy that we had the altercation with CLAIMED he was the owner. So if what the comment from the supposed "owner" of the dealership said is true then should have a talk with his employees about lying to their customers. Also, there's a difference between being straight forward and berating a potential customer all the way out of the door and saying "F**k you" to them! Your two employees were unprofessional and rude. And yes I remember you were rude on the phone as well. The only reason we came in was because we THOUGHT we might get a better price since your dealership is small. If you're going to make up excuses for each one of your bad reviews the try to end it with a half ass apology just don't bother at all.

ZERO STARS!!!!!! Please read all prior review on this place! I really wish me and my boyfriend had so we didn't waste any time at this "lot".  1) Our sales person was not very  professional on the phone (that should have been the first sign) 2) when we were talking to him in person he lied and at first said they car had arrived only a few days ago but then when we tried to start the car it rattled like it didn't want to start. I said the guy why it did that and my bf asked if there were any problems with the alternator and they guy said no it was just doing that because it had been sitting in the lot for over 2 weeks (hmm how is a few days equivalent to 2 weeks?) 3) when we came back  and started the process the paperwork for financing, the guy in the back (who we later found out was the owner) must have entered the wrong social because he came back (within minutes btw) and told us that he could not approve my boyfriend because he had an outstanding car loan that still need to be paid off.  Then he continued on asking my bf why he had been late with his car payments  and my boyfriend told him he didn't had had the right info because 1) His car was totaled OVER 8 MONTHS AGO and the insurance company had already paid off the loan at his bank and he even called his bank to double check that the loan showed paid off BEFORE he even started looked at cars which was back in January 2) He was NEVER late on any of his  car payments  3) How would it show that his latest payment he was  currently late on was his march payment when the car was already paid off  a month after his accident? The person continued to argue back and forth with us and asking why these payments were late  and how we expected to get a loan anywhere with this type of history and then ended up just cutting us off and telling us to have a good day. So we got up an walked out and the guy continued to FOLLOW us and  thanked us for wasting HIS time even though we tried to explain to him time and time again he had to have had the wrong info and he was RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL  and he  told my bf "PAY YOUR BILLS ON TIME BUDDY!" When my bf responded with  "You're and idiot you have the wrong info " the guy told my boyfriend to have some respect then shouted out to the other salesman "hey do you pay you bills on time blah blah?" And that guy said "yeah I do. And thanks for wasting my time too!"  The guy (the owner) continued to berate us the whole time we walked back to our car (bad idea  to park in the back ) and he bragged about how he pays his bills on time that's how he owns that auto lot and makes $50,000.00 a year! HAHAHAHAHA!  How do you own your own business and profit only 50 thou a year? What a joke.  Obviously his poor customer service and doesn't give him enough profit to pay the bills  thus  his pushy car salesman and their poor service which results  in him only owning that rinky dink little  auto lot in the  questionable  autos sales part of town. Me and my bf have learned to just avoid all lots in this area.

Oh and here's the real kicker, after we left ,my bf called his bank and spoke with a manager and asked what happened, he bank said no one had even called and asked about his financial info.  So now this place his not only a copy of my boyfriends drivers license but also his social security number and they never called the bank in the 5 mins they were gone. Does that sound a little fishy to you? We're preparing to call the police and anyone else we can report these fraudulent people to!! I really wish we had read all prior reviews (even the non reccomended ones). These ppl are liars and scam artists.   Don't let them trick you and take your money or your personal info!

BEWARE! Do not buy from this place!!

This is a belated review. I bought a car from Car Expo in December of 2012 after my 2002 Outback was totalled in an accident. After a bit of research on different models, I decided on a 2007 Subaru Tribeca.  I found one at Car Expo.  It's a small car lot with mainly SUV's and sports cars.  They're all well kept - on the outside, that is.

The sales guy, Ray, and one of the owner's, Vince, were actually fairly nice in person, only with an undercurrent of sleaze. All the used car lots are pretty sleazy in general, so that's expected.

My first warning sign was them underestimating, by a couple of hundred dollars, all costs when I purchased the vehicle. Then, not long after I bought the car, I started smelling the faint smell of coolant after I turned the car off. My concerns started.  When the spring/summer came along, the engine started to heat up in stop and go traffic, and the check engine light started to light up.  The shop I go to had difficulty in diagnosing, and finally replaced the thermostat for a couple of hundred dollars.  It seemed to temporarily do the trick, until recently. The engine heat-up has gotten worse, and my worst fears realized- a blown head gasket, $3600 to repair. The coolant smell in the exhaust was a warning sign, but at the time the loss of piston compression probably wasn't bad enough for it to get diagnosed properly.

Bottom line- I'm 100% sure the previous owners dumped the car as they realized the head gasket was going.  My impression of Car Expo is that they buy auction-grade cars that they can pretty-up on the outside, regardless of the condition of the engine, transmission, etc., and pawn them off on as buying the car "as is". However, there are a few little things called honesty, integrity, and having pride in the product that you are selling/representing, that can have an impact on your business- customer service can make or break you.

If I could give a negative star, I would!

Bought a car and had multiple conversations about the price and the finance manager Vince was less than patient.  Went to the bank to get a check for the final amount after taxes and fees.  Didn't realize until after I signed the papers that he plugged in the sticker price not the price we negotiated.  Later when I brought this up he fed me some line about a convo WR had where he put the wrong number in and couldn't do anything about it except paid for the registration for me (which was way less than what we had agreed on, and I'm not sure that the registration was even due on this car). Told him that I was going to have a friend that's a used car salesman look over the contract, and he got very short after that.
Thanks for giving used car salesman a good name bud.

I found a nice Mercedes on craigslist, went to test drive it, "Manny" says drive it around the block, I said I need to drive it on the freeway.  He says not my policy, only around the block is it, then he asked, are you going to buy it today?  I said I need to test drive it, he told me to leave.  What an amazing poor way to do business!!!  Stay away!!!!  Wish I had looked at yelp before I drove across town.

Wow, great service! I was so pleased with the patience and help from the sales staff and  even the owner himself was there to answer any questions. They have excellent prices and are very friendly, making my visit very smooth. I was even given a complimentary ride back to my house while my car was having a service done. Saw an ad in Craigslist for a Subaru that was close to what I was looking for at this used car dealer. Went down in early Feb., and the salesman, Ray, was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. Ended buying a Subaru for what I thought was a fair price. Ray was great again, no pressure, very friendly and helpful, but there was a rattle in the door that the manager said the mechanic would check out for me later. The mechanic assured me that all of their cars go through a 30 pt safety inspection before the cars are sold. However, a few weeks later, the check engine lights came on and a loud whining sound was coming from the engine. I took the car into a shop and found that there was a quart too much oil in the engine and the turbo was failing. Plus, all of the radiator hoses were cracked or leaking and needed to be replaced. My car was in the shop for a month and it cost me $2,000 to replace the turbo and the hoses. Customer service by Ray was excellent; however, buyer beware and have a mechanic check out any car that you are thinking of buying because the 30 pt safety inspection by this dealer cannot be trusted. I thought I was getting a good car, but I turned out getting a lemon.

Wow. I really wish I would've looked at reviews of this place before going there because they're all true. Absolutely terrible customer service, I was standing by the car I was interested in for 25 MINUTES!!!! Nobody came out to see if I needed help, I even walked in a couple times to see if anybody could help me and they just ignored me. They are schemers and con artists. The car I was looking at had a few scratches and the gas tank lid wouldn't close and the trunk hatch didn't close quite correctly, but I still wanted it to fix it and see if i could get a deal on it. They were asking $100 dollars over Blue Book value...that's the value if the car was in excellent condition which it clearly was not. When someone finally came out to help me I asked for money off and he laughed at me. I wasn't laughing. I explained that he clearly had a used car and that the price was too high and he sarcastically dropped the price down $5, keeps laughing and then tells me to have a nice day and walks away, (all of this while being on his cell phone) a**hole. DONT EVER GO HERE! YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF! YOU WILL HAVE A BAD EXPERIENCE! YOU WILL REGRET YOUR VISIT!

Beware of these guys. i went to but 2004 hondo accord . I saw the computer when he showed me some details. The whole sale price was 6685 and he is selling it for 10995. Even they are not allowing to ispect the car from other mechanic. He asked to check with the near by mechanics.He even offered less prise if i inspect with the near by mechanic and that guy said buy warraty for 3 years which will cover all the damagein the car. Why do we need to buy warranty if dealers check the car perfectly ad sell it ?\\Dont believe this dealre better go someone else
