I got my car from here, and had a repair done on it here. The repair cost me around $78 dollars and took a little over an hour. when they were finished they vacuumed the inside and washed my car. they have a comfy couch to sit on when you're waiting and they have a t.v. staff is nice

I can't say enough good about this Car Dealership. The Customer Service is spot on ( I teach it so I know great when I see it). The salesman we always work with are completely no pressure. We needed to trade in our current car for something more economical and they did us right. Thanks Mickey's! This is our third car from them and we will be back when we need another.

Update:

After learning that Mickey's couldn't pass my car because they lacked the proper equipment I went there and spoke to an employee. I asked him if they had Dyno Testing equipment and he confirmed that no, they did not. So at that point I  revealed that I had come there for a smog and wondered why they tested me knowing that they did not have the authority to pass me and flat out said that they behaved fraudulently. He literally blubbered like an idiot saying "oh...um...I'm not sure...." but he did know that they could not issue me a refund on a smog they were not authorized to perform. Needless to say I left fuming. It's 2013 and I still carry the torch of hate for these guys they are cockroaches.

Okay Mickey J,

First off, I'm female so there's your first mistake. Secondly if it took 30 minutes why was I not called when it was done like I was told I would be and when after waiting such a long period of time when I called why was I told it was on a test drive if your records don't indicate that it was? Another lie told to me by your business then I suppose. As for your $36.75 nitpicking, it's customary to round up so calm down.
And since you were so keen to nitpick every detail of my post I'm surprised you couldn't piece together the details of my 3 inspections since no, I didn't fail anywhere else. The second inspection which was done by an Ex-employee of yours from what I understand (who told me that he left your business and started his own due to your shady business practice) ran my chemical levels and said that they were at an absolutely acceptable level but he himself did not have the qualifications to pass my car either since I am registered in the Bay Area and I have to do Dyno testing per their requirements. Ultimately though, what I got from him was that there was no reason I should not have passed the first time around at your place of business. Then this third place I went to passed it no problem. So do the math, you're the only place my cars  levels were an issue and I only got it looked at after my first failing with you...so there was nothing different about my car between the time that you failed it and a decent business passed it.
Thanks for all the interest in my post though and all that close attention, but don't you have some people to scam?
