No respect, totally shameless. After verbally sealing a deal on a car and making arrangements to pick it up on a Saturday morning, I sell my car to get the money for the down payment. Saturday morning comes, and I wake up to a voicemail from Juliana saying "Sorry, we sold it last night." So then I'm stuck without a car. NO COURTESY CALL was made on Friday night asking me if I wanted to make a deposit over the phone or anything--they straight out blindsided me & left me car-less. Now, I can't get them to stop bugging me with follow-up I'd EVER trust them to do business again! STAY AWAY from these folks--they do NOT care about you--just their bonuses.

Like many these days, i'm a starving student  and its hard to find a good affordable car. I did some research and found their website. They had a lot of cars so i called to see if they had the 2002 Honda that I found online. Thank fully they still had it and i made an appointment to go in and talk to Mike.

I went for a test drive and shortly after I was driving it home. overall, I had a good experience. The people were nice, the car was clean, and I got warranty as well.

Couldn't have asked for more.

I would give this place 0 stars if possible. I went here to check out a 2001 BMW 330i M/T which are relatively hard to find around Orange County hence why I made the drive to this dump.

Anyway, I drive through close to 2 hours of traffic to there and I meet with some douche bag Mike who has already made too much money to even try to sell me a car. I was not thrilled with the car and not so surprised either considering how shitty their facility is. So this schmuck Mike decides he cannot take me out on a simple 5 to 10 minute test drive because I told him I plan on going with nothing out of pocket because my plans are to have my work purchase the vehicle and then I purchase it through them (I work at a car dealership and I am in sales). Mike and my manager also had spoke earlier this day and they were both on the same page as far as pricing goes.

Without any down payment for Mr. Mike I cannot drive the car. Mr. Mike has made way too much money to even consider driving me. My boss was planning to cut him a check if I decided this was the car. Not to mention, he said he was the only one there working, which he was not, and that "in case someone shows up to buy a car, he has to be there." Well Mr. Mike, you idiot, I was there to buy a car. Good job.
